Reviewed Sep 15, 2026I loved the peace and quiet this hotel offered. My breakfast was good. Also the hotel front desk staff was helpful in finding different locations I wanted to get to.
II didn’t like that the cleaning staff didn’t clean the tub after used it or soap scum left from previous guest in the shower tray.

清掃が行き届いていませんでした。浴室の排水口は前の宿泊者の髪がつまっており、歯磨き粉のゴミもシャンプーの裏に置いており気分が悪くなりました。そのごみは5泊しても捨てられず、適当に清掃していることがわかりました。ヘアブラシも前の人が使ったものが袋にいれられて、髪がたくさん絡まっていました。アメニティを置いていただけるのは大変有り難いですが、前の人が使ったものを清掃、消毒せず使い回すのはやめたほうがいいと思います。

Despite a massive room, strangely there was little hanging room and no drawers. ,there was only a coat style rack. Not enough for a 9 day stay. When i complained the staff made every effort and provided a portable hanging rail.

The bed was comfortable, and the mini-fridge and kettle were great. The breakfast in the mornings was tasty and filling. The staff at the front desk were super kind and helpful.

However, housekeeping was just terrible on the second trip, when I took two other staff members with me. Amenity, location, and price is all good. Hope they improve the housekeeping condition.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2024호텔가격대비는 훌륭합니다. 이 가격에 조식까지 준비해주시고, 어메니티 왕창, 바닥난장이 돼서 엄청 따뜻하고 침구가편안했어요. 다만, 화장실쪽이 오픈되어있는점(간유리는 되어있어요), 청소가 살짝미흡, 변기물이 잘안내려갔던점은 아쉬웠어요. 주차는 주차타워였지만, 직원분께서 주차해주시고 출차10분전에 룸에서 요청하면 차 빼주시고, 편하게 무료로 이용했습니다. 다음 출장때도 이용하고 싶습니다. 주변이 모텔 호텔촌이고 가까운 식당은 없네요; 편의점은있어요

Reviewed Jul 28, 2023The room was a good size for this part of Seoul. The location was great but was a tad bit old. Lots of stuff to do around but again, not the hotel's fault but just a little bit lacking. I wish maybe if it was cleaner around it would be a better experience.
The room was unfortunately smelling like cigarettes. I didn't mind it too much but my wife definitely did not. The room we were in had really bad noise isolation. We could hear the other couple arguing at night time at 4 or 5 am. I found it funny, but my wife did not.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2023The staff were very friendly and welcoming and while not fluent in English, were able to understand me and I, them. Check in procedure very simple. I had paid a deposit on Booking.com and just paid the balance on a credit card. Room was very clean and cleaned daily, and most importantly in July, had air conditioning which was easily controllable from your TV remote. Soundproofing excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price, although when I booked, I only expected a room. Breakfast is non- European (Noodles, rice, soup, bread, eggs etc) but enough choice so there is something for everyone. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Jukjeon Station where you can catch a bus. Five minutes walk in the opposite direction takes you to the subway where you can catch a train to Seoul. The airport coach drops off a 2 min walk away. For a 3 star hotel, it punches well above its weight. I will stay here again.

Totally unexpected surprise and I really looked forward to it every night! The cleaning crew came with new set of toiletries and cleaned so excellently.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2022솔직히 호텔은 전체적으로 마음에 들었습니다. 조식도 나쁘지 않았고요. 그런데 조식 먹으러 가서 마음이 좀 상했습니다. 조식을 담당하시는 이모님이 조금 친절했으면 좋겠습니다. 제가 토스트를 구웠는데 바싹 타 버렸어요 그랬더니 저한테 왜 다이얼을 돌렸냐고 다그치는데 당황했습니다. 제가 안 그랬다고 하니까 "네네....돌린 사람은 없죠 그런데 돌아갔네요 하면서" 살짝 빈정이 상했습니다. 그래도 투숙객에게 이런 말투는 아니니 않나 싶었습니다.
