因為天氣太熱，還讓我們提前check in 進房休息，真的很棒，早餐簡單好吃，離陽東夜市走路10分鐘，很方便。

前台女员工态度冷淡，门口整条街破破烂烂，根本无法行走，周边没什么像样的餐厅，以后不会再选择这家酒店。

Lúc trả phòng ga giường bị bẩn do vết mực. Chỉ quan đến từ phía cá nhân tôi do không kiểm tra kỹ khi nhận phòng một phần do ga giường ở phía dưới bị che khuất bởi chăn. Tuy nhiên việc có vết mực không giặt được dẫn đến đền bù ga giường khiến tôi bất ngờ về tính khách quan này. Hi vọng các khách lưu trú khác nên kiểm tra kỹ khi nhận phòng

Staff poor in communication

Location, and service was really good!! Amenities are modern and staff was really friendly and helpful ☺️ Allowed me to leave luggage! We were given a really nice room with view!

Sehr sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt. Eine ordentlixhe Grundreinigung aller Bereiche und auch den Zimmern ist dringend notwendig. Im Essbereich vom Frühstücksbuffet kleben sogar die Stühle am Boden fest, und das jeden Tag. Die Handtücher sind klein und sehr als.

Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse avec une grande baie vitrée, très bien équipée. Espace douche très appréciée. Très grand lit très confortable. Salle petit-déjeuner au 8ème étage avec espace extérieur terrasse et vue particulierement appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était excellent.

1-la musique pendant le petit déjeuner est agréable, mais devient rapidement obsédante parce que répétitive en particulier avec la percussion--tambour--.Il serait important qu'elle soit tout aussi calme, mais beaucoup plus variée, au risque de devenir rapidement insupportable ! 2-le personnel de réception est sympathique, mais il serait impératif pour ce type d'hôtel que les réceptionnistes soient en mesure d'échanger, comme dans la plupart des cas dans les hôtels au Vietnam, avec un minimum de connaissances en anglais. En effet, échanger par l'intermédiaire d'un traducteur de mobile--pas toujours fiable--devient vite pénible. 3-aucun plan--même simplifié--de la situation de l'hôtel par rapport à l'agglomération de Duong Dong. Quand on arrive, on ignore absolument où on se trouve...!

Breakfast is good spread of food, and changes on some everyday. Room is spacious with comfortable king size beds. Love the big class window with nice view. Staff are friendly and polite. Location is central. Price is very reasonable.

Bedsheets not perfectly tucked in on 1st day when we arrived. Found a small lizard in the bathroom.

I like the spaciousness of the room, daily refill of water and coffee, walking distance to only nightmarket in town center, stores and restaurants on the road side, easy access to rides, have travel & tours within the hotel, have scale to make sure your luggage is within air raft limit..City busses passing by. The bus stop signage though is hardly visible. Nailed way above eye level so look up to find it if planning to take the bus. The huge window is awesome too! We sat in the outside area of the restaurant for breakfast for fresh air and city view.

Breakfast staffs don't bother to make you feel welcomed. No passion in what they do.No smiles,no greetings. They will look at you like passing blade of grass in the field.. I would rather go somewhere than look at their sour faces in the morning . Housekeeping on 2nd floor is smiley and personable. The receptionists are nice enough and helpful.

- Price was quite reasonable compared to what we got. - Super spacious room with very comfy bed. I had a good sleep that night! - The view from my room was beautiful (mountain view) - Good location (Around 15 mins walk from Duong Dong night market). - They were able to arrange a baby cot in my room!

- The reception staff was the coldest I'd ever met. She didn't seem to care about what she was doing (and was even eating at her reception desk when we arrived). The old security guard was kind though. - Breakfast was meh... There were not so many dishes and most of them were just basic stuff like fried rice, bread and butter, fried noodles, stir fried vegetables, etc. But still with such a cheap price I didn't expect more. I could have just skipped breakfast there and walked out to the street for better local food. - There was loud music at 10:30 PM that kept waking my baby up. We weren't sure it was from the room next door or from outside, but we called the reception and a few minutes later it stopped.

I really liked the spacious room and the upgrade from my regular booking. The staff were very polite and well-mannered. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent—just a short walk to Phu Quoc Beach and the night market. The free VinBus service was a bonus, with stops conveniently located right outside the hotel, making travel to the airport and VinWonders hassle-free.

The buffet breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean. It is located beside a mini mart and nearby the bus stop. The night market is just at the end of the road, it is reachable by foot but recommended to go by bus. Also special thanks to Mr Hau, who was stationed at a counter beside the reception. He was very friendly and polite, provided exceptional transportation services at a reasonable price

Good location, good breakfast!

1. The breakfast all repeated same for everyday during stay. 2. Staff all good, but difficult to communicate seems some of them don’t understand English. Some of them can speak and understand. But most people are don’t. 3. Transport are very difficult for us during the journey, grab and taxi are very expensive fees.

1. Breakfast should be change everyday. 2. The staff all should learn English, bcos they are working in hotel industry.

The women’s in reception when we arrived they tryed to make extra charge without a reason and the excuse was if we used the minibar !!and the minibar had prices if you want to use it!!and the second we rent a motorbike for 3 days and the tryed to make charge for 4 days!!so you must be careful if you stay there for the extra charges!!

The morning buffet line had good choices amount of food. Housekeeping staff is friendly. The bed is comfortable and the room was spacious for the price given!

The room is big and spacious, considered clean. They clean the room every morning. The receptionist is kind and friendly.

The actual hotel does not look as nice as photo, lobby without Aircon. Food for breakfast was not good. The bread was either cold or hard like rock. The location is far from bus stops, so if with kids, can't really take bus because road around is hard to walk around, dangerous.
