Son personas súper amables y siempre mostraron buena disposición para resolver cualquier duda. Pude descansar tranquila, no escuché ruidos de la calle o de otros huéspedes. ¡Rafa es lo máximo!

Room had fridge and microwave as well as a table and chair which was helpful. Clean and comfy bed and good toilet. WiFi was very efficient, lots of storage space and great neighbourhood with restaurants, supermarkets and coffee stores and felt super safe. Excellent air conditioning too! Very secure property, especially as room doesn’t have any external windows and there are multiple locked doors to gain entrance.

Reviewed Feb 15, 2024First Rafael the owner is an amazing person always checking on you to make sure you have what you need ( he speaks English and Spanish obviously)His assistant Gisele is very lovely and helpful ( she only speaks Spanish if that matters). So is his mom. The location is in the midst of everything but quiet, very safe, can’t beat it. WiFi: no problem. Great budget friendly « guest house ». You are treated as a friend.
It could use a little spruce up. If you intend to be out and about all day great. If you are a « digital nomad » the room’s window give unto a corridor/ hallway so you can’t really have your curtains opened and the room is small. Depending on your budget for few more $ you might be able to get something superior. I admit that I was there for carnaval so the price was reflecting the event happening and somewhat expensive for what I got. However under « normal » circumstances: properly priced.

I started with one night but spent a week because it's so good: great location, comfortable rooms with fridge, aircon, tv. Close to restaurants, shops, a nice safe residental area close to lots of amenities. It's a great place, highly recommend!

Reviewed Dec 2, 2022The location was very secure and the staff was very friendly. The room was well equiped with nice tv offers and it was very clean inside. The staff gently rent me the double room instead of the one bed room because of a broke door inside the one bed room.
The guesthouse is not very welcoming inside because the only space outside the rooms is a very tiny and long corridor. The price of the room was expensive if I compare it with the experience I had in other hostels in Colombia.

The photos don't look exactly like the rooms. Also, the housekeeper became ill one day, then forgot my request to clean the room after I'd been there several days. Ultimately, the manager did do it himself, a plus among the minuses.
