Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen Empfang durch Cengiz Bey. Er war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Zu Beginn war ein leichter Geruch aus dem Abfluss wahrnehmbar. Dieser verschwand jedoch nach kurzer Zeit durch die regelmäßige Nutzung von selbst und stellte anschließend kein Problem mehr dar.

The room decor is bad, also, the room is VERY bright, no blackout at all, the bathroom is old and dark, with even holes for a second sink they give up putting, they could fix many simple things to improve the quality in general.

Wir waren dort als Familie für fünf Tage und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Suite im Erdgeschoss. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind grandios. Von morgens nach dem aufstehen bis zum Sonnenuntergang genießt man eine wunderbare Aussicht. Das Haus ist so gelegen, dass man tagsüber ganze Zeit am Haus auch ein Schattenplatz hat. Wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben unser Apartment mit Frühstück gebucht und waren sehr begeistert von der Qualität und auch von der Atmosphäre in der gesamten Unterkunft wirklich sehr schön und willkommen wieder. Was besonders schön war, ist die Ruhe auf der Insel und wenn wir Lust hatten, auf etwas mehr Action, sind wir in 10 Minuten am Hafen von Kas gewesen.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und geräumig Und verfügt über ein schönes Doppelbett. Leider sind die Schlafmöglichkeiten für weitere Gäste etwas sporadisch durch ein Schlafsofa und ein Zustellbett. Ein zweites richtiges Bett wäre da bestimmt bequemer und komfortabler.

Everything was amazing!!!! Hosts were so helpful and organized my stay very well! The pool was beautiful (especially at sunset) and I loved staying on the Peninsula , quiet and peaceful but many good restaurant beach club all walking distance. The hotel was perfect only 5 rooms, felt very private, and the breakfast was amazing (and the view). Good wifi as well for working. Even had parking which was nice. Very safe, able to walk around at night no problem.

Our stay at Hillcity in Kaş was truly special. The host welcomed us so warmly that from the very first moment we felt less like tourists and more like invited guests—and that is a rare find these days. The breakfasts deserve a special mention: everything was fresh, homemade, and full of flavor—a world away from the impersonal buffet style you get at larger hotels. And the sea view? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up in the morning and just sitting there, taking it all in, made it hard to even think about leaving the room. If you're planning to explore the peninsula, I'd definitely recommend renting a vehicle—the terrain is quite challenging, and getting around on foot isn't easy. The beach nearby isn't the typical sandy one, but the host gave us a great tip on a fantastic spot. I highly recommend Hillcity to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep—it's a place with real atmosphere and genuine hospitality.

В номере регулярно вырубалось электричество, приходилось бегать в коридор включать автомат.

Absolutely beautiful view - probably one of the most stunning views in Kaş. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a very cozy atmosphere. The breakfast offers everything you need and is a great start to the day. Our only small suggestions would be to refresh the bed linens and pillows and replace the shower hose. But honestly, these are just minor details compared to the wonderful experience we had. We would definitely love to come back!

The view from the room was amazing , the infinity pool looked very inviting and the staff was very friendly and caring. We regret we had to leave so fast, we expect we can come back some day and enjoy more time in this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended.

Ottima la vista sul mare e buona la colazione

Ho avuto grandi difficoltà a trovare la struttura dato che la scritta Illicity era illeggibile dalla strada e ho dovuto fare 3 telefonate per avere una risposta. Solo a quel punto ho scoperto che il cartello che segnalava la struttura riportava la scritta HC ben visibile e solo più sotto con caratteri piccolissimi "Illicity". La struttura, ripeto, è in una posizione eccellente ma la stessa denota la scarsa attenzione dei gestori.

We stayed for two nights at HillCity Hotel and everything was perfect. Before booking we contacted the hotel by phone and received very kind and helpful assistance. On arrival, check-in was smooth and we got all the useful information about the hotel and area. Our room was absolutely perfect, with a beautiful view exactly like in the photos. It was spacious, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Honestly, this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The city center is only 15 minutes away by bus with cheap and frequent service until midnight. You simply wave and the bus stops for you. This made exploring the area very easy. The owner was incredibly kind. He explained where we could swim in the sea and even provided swimming goggles and towels. After check-out, since we still had time before moving to our next place, he allowed us to stay longer and enjoy the pool, which was truly thoughtful. The staff were always attentive and made sure our holiday was perfect. We are very grateful and will definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for everything!

Bu yorumu yapabilmek için gecenin ilerleyen saatlerini ve bir kaç gün bekledim. Kafamım Kaş'taki kadar rahat ve fresh durumlara yakın olmasını bekledim. Keyfimi yansıtmayı belki başka türlü beceremeyebilirdim. Eşimle birlikte inanılmaz keyifli bir deneyim oldu Hillcity. Otele yatmaya gideriz kafasındaydık. Neredeyse çıkmak istemedik. Konum olarak merkez ile iç içe bir yarımada olduğundan mükemmel sakin etraf. Bir kaç araç arada geçiyor sadece. Manzarası, sonsuzluk havuzu, yatakların rahatlığı, odanın inanılmaz güzel manzarası. Hislerimi anlatmaya kelimeler kıyafetsiz. Kesinlikle tekrar gitmek isteyeceğim.

El hotel ofrece una estancia muy tranquila, en un entorno con unas vistas increíbles. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. El desayuno es abundante y bueno. La piscina es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del lindo atardecer. El personal es muy atento y amable. Excelente servicio! No tiene playa, pero puedes acceder en otros dos hoteles a 10 min en coche del hotel.

Falta de fruta en el desayuno. Pero no le quita calificación a todo el servicio en general.

Тихий, уютный, небольшой отель с очень доброжелательным и отзывчивым персоналом. Очень понравился вид из номера на море, просторный номер, малое количество людей (или мы просто не пересекались с другими проживающими). Сытный завтрак. Отличный пляж в 5 минутах езды (частный, доступный гостям отеля) с чистой водой, удобными шезлонгами, баром и приятным плейлистом. Пешком минут 10-15.

Единственный дискомфорт был связан с кондиционером, размещенным над кроватью. Спать под ним было некомфортно, а если отключить, то слишком жарко (в период нашего проживания было каждый день выше 30 градусов на улице). В итоге пришлось перевернуться и спать ногами к изголовью и кондиционеру. Так хотя бы не дуло в голову. Также хотелось бы высказать пожелание, чтоб завтраки были хоть немного разнообразие и включали в себя хотя бы иногда фрукты и кисломолочные продукты. Ну и одно яйцо на человека тоже слишком мало, на мой взгляд. При этом было много сыра, меда, нутелы, которые сложно съесть. Но в целом завтрак был вкусным и достаточно сытным (сыры, пара кусочков ветчины и колбасы, салат из свежих овощей, яичница, курага, орешки, круассан или другая выпечка, масло, мед, нутела, чай).

Все соответствует фотографиям, место исключительно красивое. Персонал выше всяких похвал!! Заботились как о самых дорогих гостях. Любой вопрос решался исключительно качественно и быстро.

Cengiz bey çok ilgili, güzel bir tatil oldu, gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz, manzara havuz deniz harika…

Eşimle beraber 3 gece konakladık. Sessiz sakin, hotel sahibi hem güleryüzlü hemde her konuda çok ilgiliydi, manzarası çok iyi denizin karşısında kahvaltımızı yapmak çok keyifliydi tavsiye ederiz.

İlk günümüzde rezervasyonda köşe oda yazmış olmasına rağmen maalesef başka bir oda ile karşılaştık. Otelin duvarları çok ince olmasından kaynaklı olarak yan odalardan gelen her türlü ses odanın içinde hissiyatı veriyor. 2. Gecemizde sağ ve sol odamızdaki arkadaşların gece yarısından sonra yapmış oldukları ses (müzik sesi, bağırma vb) nedeniyle ve otele bildirmemiz ve onların aksiyon almış olmasına rağmen uyuyamadık. Adult otel olarak daha sakin olarak düşünüp gidilen otelde maalesef daha fazla ses ve rahatsızlıkla karşılaşmanın şaşırmışlığı ve üzüntüsü içindeyiz. Daha güzel anılarla ayrılmayı arzu ederdik.

I stayed at this hotel for 21 days, which gave me plenty of time to experience its shortcomings. Unfortunately, a large part of my stay was plagued by issues. For five days, I had water problems and couldn’t shower properly, wasting hours waiting for it to be resolved. On my last day, there was no hot water at all—forcing a cold shower and ending the stay on a particularly bad note. The pool was out of use for an entire week, and about a third of my stay was disrupted by constant technical work—technicians entering rooms to install fly screens, fix fire alarms, and carry out other maintenance in other areas of the hotel. These interruptions were noisy, unannounced, and highly disruptive. The rooms are serviceable but outdated and poorly maintained—cracked furniture, damaged floors, faulty light fixtures, and worn-out fittings throughout. Soundproofing is poor and the internet is unreliable, constantly cutting out. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. My room went uncleaned for five days at one point, and even when it was cleaned, important areas were often missed unless specifically requested. The only redeeming features are the stunning view and the convenient location, with a bus stop right outside offering easy access to the city. It’s the cheapest hotel in the area—but unfortunately, the experience reflects that price in all the wrong ways.

Fantastic view

Otelin konumu merkeze uzak fakat manzarası harikaydı. Hava çok kötüydü odanın pek keyfini çıkaramadık bizim rezerve ettiğimiz oda hazır olmadığı ve bir tadilat olduğu için suit idayi tahsis etti otel işletmecisi. Jesti için teşekkür ederiz. Güzel havalarda çok keyifli olabilir.

Amazing view, very attrntive host, nice breakfast.

Otelin manzarası çok güzel ancak bir gece konaklama fiyatını düşününce,bu civarda çok daha güzel ve imkanları çok daha fazla olan otelleri çok daha uygun fiyata bulabilirsiniz. Temizlik konusunda kötü değil ama zorda kalmazsanız diğer seçenekleri değerlendirmenizi tavsiye ederim.

The hotel is simply a gem, there are only a few rooms, so it is quiet and tranquil. The views from the rooms are incredible. You wake up to see the bay and passing yachts at the backdrop of the mountains. Special thanks to the hotel manager Yunus, who was so charming, welcoming, and helpful 💖 we will definitely return again! As a bonus, you get playful cats who live on the property and are such a joy to accompany your breakfast at an amazing terrace ✨

Annemle beraber 2 gece 3 gün konakladık. Kaş merkezden motor kiraladık ve otele o şekilde gittik. Otelin önünden de otobüs geçiyor zaten. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok nazik ti ve yardımcı oldu. Odamız deniz manzaralıydı. Çok güzeldi. Temizdi. Resmen deterjan kokuyordu. Kahvaltımız 2 günde de farklı yiyeceklerle geldi. Herşey Temiz ve tazeydi. Hatta resepsiyondaki beyefendi gezilecek yerler bile önerecekti ama denk gelemedik gezmekten 🌸 herşey için çok teşekkür ederim çok başarılı bir otel tavsiye ediyorum

Kaldığımız odanın yatağının gıcırdamaması için hareket etmeden uyumamız gerekti. Oda eşyaları daha düzenli kontrol edilebilir. Standart bir kahvaltı var. Manzarası güzel. Havuzu görsel amaçlı yüzmek için kullanılamaz.

Park edecek yer yok çok fazla Merdiven çıkıyosunuz odaları temiz değil özellikle banyoları başkalarının kullandığı yarım tuvalet kagıdı borusu patlak yerleri ıslatan bir lavabo çalışmayan klima ve sadece bir adet personel var havuzu hariç güzel hiçbirşey yok

The view from the pool and breakfast is beautiful! Breakfast is also good. Unfortunately they gave us the worst room in a corner where the bushes cover the beautiful view, I don't like the shell-shaped bed, it's uncomfortable. There was no soap and the room smelled of confinement. The TV does not work. There is no lighting at night to get to the room you are guided by the light of your cell phone. There is no staff, only one boy who is at the reception at times. I think that if you get a good room it might be nice to stay there, otherwise I wouldn't stay again as there are many good options in the area.

Umduğumuzdan daha iyi çıktı gayet mükemmel bir tesis. Resepsiyondaki yunus kardeşimize çok teşekkür ederim bizi çok candan karşıladı.

Nettes kleines Hotel geführt von jungen Leuten. Tolle Lage mit super Aussicht. In den Wintermonaten dient die Klimaanlage als Heizung. Kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern einfaches Frühstück mit Tee. Für drei Tage ok. Es fehlen Handtuchhalter und Zahnputzbecher, genug Platz wäre vorhanden. Toller Pool mit Meerblick, im Dezember aber natürlich zu kalt. Für Menschen mit Knieproblemen aufgrund der vielen Stufen möglicherweise schwierig. Zwei tolle Strände am Beginn der Halbinsel, baden sogar im Dezember noch möglich. Süsse Katzen warten auf Streicheleinheiten. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden und Weiterempfehlung.

The bed is old and creaks, the room has some bad smell, the sink is clogged, very noisy room, the neighbors snore is heard during the night, the rooms lock doesn't work properly...

İki günlük tatilimizin tamamını otelde havuzda geçirdik. Adult only oluşu tercih etmemizdeki en büyük etkendi. Eğer özel aracınız varsa otelin konumu oldukça iyi. Kaş yarımadasından tüm koyu izleyebiliyorsunuz havuzdan. Personel çok yardımcıydı. Tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı biraz zayıftı sadece onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi.

o hotel é ótimo, muito bonito e estruturado. só é valido para quem estiver de carro pois é cerca de 10km do centro da cidade, e o estacionamento ruim (cabem apenas 3 carros, e se um parar de forma incorreta trava os outros, um dia o carro teve q dormir na rua pois um hóspede parou de forma irregular) unicos pontos a serem melhorados são: não haver sabonete nos banheiros (somente shampoo), nenhum staff falava inglês (mas eram super educados e cordiais).

There wasn’t nothing to dislike. Staff had limited English. But they use phone translation. And they make the effort to try and communicate with you. The room I booked wasn’t available - but I was still given a nice room with great views. it’s far on the peninsula but you can get taxi’s easy enough or hire a car for cheap.

Lovely location with stunning views over the Kas peninsula. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The air conditioning in the room worked well.

The bed was quite hard and some supplies needed replenishing in the room (e.g missing cups). Otherwise everything was great.

Address shown in google map has no reception area, just some villas. We arrive late , called several times without answering phones. Luckily we meet other guest renting the villa who helped us contact hotel. Somebody pick us up and bring us to another villa. No breakfast offered. Seems totally misleading by pictures and wrong address and nobody pick up phone calls. Prepaid full price with disappointing experience. The only bad experience throughout our 12 nights stay in Turkey.
