Localização e boa, porém o hostel, funcionários super atenciosos e agradáveis, lareira na sala

só aceita com dinheiro em espécie e isso foi um grande problema pra mim, também achei o quarto não muito confortável, era difícil subir na cama de cima e o banheiro do quarto não ficava muito limpo

La cocina bien equipada y el personal un encanto; en todo momento muy educados, con ganas de ayudar y muy proactivos. Sin duda lo mejor del hostel.

Las habitaciones y las literas un poco pequeñas para 5 personas y la duha estaba en mal estado (en un momento de cayó la barandilla que sujeta la cortina). pero igual, no fué algo muy grave. Simplemente falta un poco de manutenciin en algunos aspectos. pero muy contento valoración general.

Stefano y Tomas, son personas increibles, muy atentos, siempre pendientes de hacer q nuestra estadia fuera de lujo, estuvimos en la pieza familiar, q por lo demas estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos y yo soy muy jodida en eso, asi q se agradece. Mis hijos se sintieron como en casa a pesar de estar conviviendo con otros turistas. Recomiendo 100% la experiencia, de seguro volvemos pronto. Ademas la ubicacion de la hostal es 10 de 10. Pucon es una caja de pandora, con un sin fin de actividades por hacer.

Nada la verdad, fueron unas vacaciones excepcionales. Gracias al equipo de Gecko.

The place was really dirty, and there were weird stains on the bed. I have stayed in many hostels and generally don’t have the highest expectations, but this was just gross. I had to leave and find another place to stay. When i asked if i could get any money back the guy just started laughing. I understand that it wasn’t a possibility to get a refund, but the interaction was just uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place. So many other places in Pucon around the same price that are much nicer

Leuk oud huis! Grote keuken met alle nodige materialen. De gastheren staken ‘s avonds de houtkachel aan, wat heel gezellig en lekker warm was. Er is een heel lieve hond, Mignay!

Handdoeken waren niet inbegrepen en moesten we voor bijbetalen, dat was raar. Er was geen chauffage op de kamer, dus we moesten de deur laten openstaan om op te warmen. Dunne muren met slechte geluidsisolatie, maar ‘s nachts was het wel stil.

El patio del hostel que le da un ambiente Chill aout y la decoración del hostel. También la información que ofrecen sobre planes y transportes a sitios de interés cercanos

- There were good sitting areas inside and outside. - There were some games offered. - There was a good effort manage the fridge space, and there are 2 big fridges. - There was the intention to make an effort to keep the place clean.

- The room were super cramped and tiny. - There was no space at, all, to but bags, such that they would obstruct safety routes and emergency exits. It would be dangerous to enter our leave the room at night, as you would trip over stuff. And all, because the y cramped one or two beds too much in the rooms. - The bathrooms were so tiny and misdesigned, that you could not sit straight on the toilet, as there was no room for your legs in front of it.

Instalaciones, ambiente y staff muy amable. El hostal es muy cómodo y te hace sentir en casa. El staff me ayudó a planear mi estadía, también. Baños más que suficientes y personal de limpieza a diario.

Me sentí como en casa, Stefano y Tomas un siete, muy amables y atentos, la cocina estaba muy bien equipada y siempre limpia, a pesar de haber muchos turistas, fueron todos respetuosos y se pudo dormir bien. El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, las áreas comunes limpias pero les falta un poco de mantención, la fogata es lo mejor.

El espacio compartido de la cocina y comedor, ambos bastante amplio, con diversos utensilios que facilitan el preparar alimentos y su consumo.

Habitaciones mixtas, prefiero que sean solo mujeres y solo hombres. Igual la atención es buenísima y me cambiaron a habitación de mujeres.

Nico was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Had great recommendations on what to do and where to eat around town. Very understanding when we had to cancel our tour at the last minute. The rooms & common areas are kept clean and warm. Midnight was adorable, loves getting pats no matter the time. Good hostel vibe for travellers who want to meet people Great location. It's easy to get to all the bus stops and high street. Good deal for the price.

House is a bit run down, especially kitchen and bathrooms, though they are all kept clean. Shower takes a while to warm up.

La ubicación es estratégicamente perfecta estando a unas cuadras del centro y de las terminales de los transportes. El hostel en cuestión es totalmente adecuado a las necesidades de cada uno, pude cocinar, bañarme y comer con todo el confort del mundo. Dicho esto, lo mejor que tienen es sin duda sus dueños y encargados... Me hicieron sentir cómodo en todo momento y me dieron muchísimas recomendaciones muy útiles para disfrutar de mi estadía en Pucón orientada al turismo aventura que es a lo que yo apuntaba. Me llevo de la estadía muchos vínculos muy buenos. Completamente recomendable.

Increíble el personal, me ayudaron con todas las dudas que tenía. La subida al volcán fue lo mejor!! Gran ambiente!!

It was cold, the place creaked a lot so people moving around could be heard all the time, bathroom rarely had toilet roll in it.

Located on a nice quiet street, staff are super nice, nice hangout areas

Things are not properly cleaned only surface cleaning was done. The dorm room has a very musky wet smell which was not pleasant, there is no ventilation & probably mould.

Handy location. Decent facilities (fridge in the bedroom). Midnight, the dog

The power went out at 11pm, a man claiming to be the owner let himself into our private room at 11.30pm, greatly disturbing us. As we had ear plugs in due to the loud music and noise around the hostel we didnt hear him knocking. The electricity remained off and there was no apology or explanation for why the owner needed to come into our room while we were sleeping. The party continued until 2am and since all rooms face the garden, I wouldn't recommend the hostel if you want to get a good night's sleep The hostel only takes cash and would not provide a receipt when requested. It's not possible to stay in the hostel after checking out. Really inconvenient if you have a late bus There was a very thin perspex window linking the private room to a dorm room, so every little bit of noise or light went between the rooms. Not very private for a private room

Very nice hostel, cheap and cozy dorms with lockers, very nice common areas with a good kitchen and outside space with hamacs and a barbecue to relax after a hike

Great value and centrally located. The highlight of our stat was Midnight who was the best host I've ever had. He welcomed us and even showed us around the town and lake. He even showed us his favorite restaurant. It was a very chill stay with great company. The bonfire at night was also a great way to meet other travelers and share stories. Would stay here again to hang out especially to hang out with Midnight.

Location was good, lots of common spaces

They would only take cash so I couldn’t avoid the 19% tax (as I didn’t have dollars), making the stay more expensive than I expected. Plus, the receptionist at check-in didn’t feel particularly friendly. I could feel the springs in the bed and there weren’t enough sheets/layers so I got cold in the night. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and when I tried to have a shower the water went from warm to scalding to then continually freezing. The environment didn’t feel very social and they wouldn’t let you use the hostel facilities after check-out. When I came back to collect my things, my food in the fridge had been taken out of it’s clearly labelled bag and moved around what seemed randomly to other shelves

Good location, close to everything but off the main road so you get best of both worlds. Staff were incredibly friendly and wanted to help you out, give advice on things to do. Individual plugs and curtains on beds. While I was there it was very social - no issue meeting other people to explore with

The floor in the rooms were constantly dirty, (probably the dirtiest hostel I've stayed in so far) showers would only have hot water for the first 10 seconds after being turned on which isn't ideal after long hikes and cold days. Signs up everywhere demanding you leave and don't use the kitchen etc as soon as you check out - they didn't seem to actually enforce this, however it still leaves a bad taste in your mouth considering most hostels follow the unwritten rule of being able to store luggage and use facilities for a few hours before/and/or after checkin/out

Everything! Friendly staff, strong WiFi, good kitchen, plenty of space to socialise, large lockers, quiet neighbourhood, close to 2 mini-markets, only 10 minutes walk from centre/bus stations.

Big dorm a little cramped, but if luggage is put in lockers and not left on floor, problem solved.

Rooms are just too big and impersonal, it was a bit dirty and there was constant noise (I think there were 12-14 pax in the room, I was told it was 10) quite groggy overall

Super welcoming staff, great facilities, lovely outdoor area. Let us check in early and store our bags while we hiked. Also allowed booking flexibility. Loved it!

Cozy place, staff is really nice and friendly, makes you feel like home. Kitchen is clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds with curtains perfect for privacy.

The hostel had a nice vibe, the 2p bedroom with personal bathroom looked fine. The dog was cute. Price compared to others in Pucon seems fair. Garden was nice.

2p bedroom double beds was very hot and only had a small window. Showers were inconsistent hot cold. Bedlinen had a hole in it. I've seen a lot of hostels but wouldnt come back to this one.

Great hostel with lovely backyard/social area (hammocks), welcoming and super friendly staff. Loved staying there.
