The room is not soundproof. Only stayed for 1 night instead of 3 as guest stayed by d sofa in hallway all night, talking loudly. No telephone inside the room to call reception. The breakfast needs to be improved. And dining hall is outdated.. Need cash mostly for local restaurant.. Communication is difficult for english speaker outside hotel. Its a struggle to find a bank /atm 3hrs away from airport

The staffs was not very welcoming. The toilet was leaking water and all they did was threw a bunch of towels on top. One of the rooms we booked, the door wouldn't closed. When we forgot the room key and asked for help, the staff that helped us was complaining right in front of our faces.

Fantastic location, very kind staff

Hotel was very outdated. It was also very dirty. We checked in and there was plenty of hair on the floor. Bathroom floor wasn't cleaned at all, empty hand soap , bunch of hair under the toilet. Glasses in the room were having lots of stains. On the corridors there were bins with ashtrays full of cigarettes. I wasn't walking barefoot anywhere ( including room) as I didn't feel comfortable. Air-condition wasn't strong enough. Breakfast seemed to have lots of options however it was so extremely loud and messy that I just got coffee and toast and left.

Nice hotel, we had the sea view room, very beautiful...room was clean, staff was awesome...the breakfast was great, no complaints !!!

The location was great and close to the ocean and beach. Also great water pressure and hot water. It wasn't very busy so they didn't provide a buffet breakfast. Although the did make individual breakfasts that was very delicious.

I originally booked for three nights and within an hour of booking I changed for one night. They accepted however I ended up paying 18,000,000 for the one night that was extremely expensive for any hotel in Vung Tau. I'm not sure where they got that number from. The hotel was quite worn out and not very well kept and even the bed was squeaky and very old. The photos online were either very old or photoshoped. I was not comfortable staying there especially as I felt I was taken advantage of and overcharged. I would recommend avoiding this hotel even for one night. You can stay at a 5 star hotel for that rate. It was a horrible experience.

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived and had to ask for cleaning TWICE, floor and surface were covered with dust and sand like untouched for few days. The pool area seems outdated

Loacation was great - beach, coffee shops & restaurants all close by. Make sure you have a translator downloaded as most restaurants don't offer English (or any other language) on their menu's.

The on-line photos of the hotel & it's facilities had clearly been enhanced. Everything was more dated, the pool bar was never open, the breakfast dining room was crowded & noisy. Vung Tau is clearly a popular place for Vietnamese families, especially on long weekends.

Slippers were given on 2pairs for the room with 3pax and demanded us to pay when checking out. Not only shortage of slippers, the other 3rooms also shortage of cups, spoons.. Disappointing experience. Would not recommend to friends or come again to NOLIS HOTEL. 👎🏼👎

nice view, nice location

Before I arrived, I texted back to discuss the room and everything. The receptionist said everything was there and ready. But when I arrived, I had to wait for a long time to check in and when I asked about the service I needed (confimed), she said it wasn't there. When I went to check in, I found the bed sheet was dirty and told the receptionist to change it for me. But after 5 pm, when I came back, it still hadn't been cleaned.

it was one of the worse hotel I stay in I asked for a room with a sea view and mounting if I put my head out the window I can see little bit of sea and mounting because in front of my eye was a never hotel covering everything to see pay for breakfast for 5 day I only got breakfast in 3 days me and my friend was only 2 people staying for first few days

I would advise to anyone to choose a different hotel from this one

Pleasant stay overall. Hotel is located opposite the beach and close to attractions and food establishments. Staffs are generally friendly. Rooms are a little dated but basic needs are met.

I liked the hotels location. It was across from the ocean. The rooms didn't look as nice as the ocean, they upgraded us to 2 double beds, but we didn't want to stay in the room, it smelt musty.

Breakfast wasn't that good, we decided to skip breakfast the second night. They said they would have a motorbike reserved for us, but they didn't. We had to find one to rent.

Ceiling leak, for sure with mold as you can see with my picture ! The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Around the swimming pool, several wastes, need a big clean ! For one night ok, but donc go for more

The map's location is inaccurate. However, it's close to the beach, just a 30-second walk to the sea.

Good location and view. No service at front desk and help with luggages. Breakfast room a huge mess and inferno of noise.

Generally a tired hotel, in the two night stay they decided to knock on the door at 6pm to clean the room (we had been out all day!) The pool was a little murky and the fencing is broken with sharp edges.

I have stayed at Nolis 7 times and it is because of the excellent staff and the great owner Mr Sun and his wife who have always been excellent hosts. The hotel is in the best location in Vung Tau with the beach right across and a nice pool on the rooftop.

We received free upgrade to bigger room. Good location in front of the sea. The sea is not so clean in this part, so we spent most of the time at the roof top swimming pool which had and amazing view. Good and fast wifi.

As the hotel was not really occupied the breakfast choice was very small. The equipment is old, needs to be repaired and replaced.

We love this place. Have been back many times. Stayed in a beachfront room which are a great price for the location. Nice little pool on the roof too.

The hotel can be noisy. Tiled corridors, slammy doors and some guests talking loudly early in the morning / late at night. There was also team building + megaphone which started at 6.30am Saturday morning on the beach (nothing to do with the hotel). Pretty standard in Vietnam though! Breakfast = Vietnamese choices, but that is fine for us.
