Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Das kleine Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof. Ideal für Motorradtouren geeignet. Sehr netter Ort mit einem süßen Stadtkern mit vielen Restaurants. Stefano der Inhaber ist sehr zuvorkommend. Leider hat das zugehörige urige Restaurant von ihm am Wochenende geschlossen. Dort ist auch ein toller Biergarten dabei.

Am Morgen früh war es aussen jeweils laut. Leider hat das Restaurant bereits um 20:30 Uhr geschlossen.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Greit rom med ok bad med dusj, Greit rom for 2 personer, Frokosten var enkel og grei, italiensk inspirert naturligvis. Middagen var nydelig. Vi hadde 2 middager, mens vi var der. Bra utvalg ut av mat og drikke. Fikk smakt lokalt øl og Grappa. Hyggelig betjening. Snakket både Italiensk, Tysk og Engelsk. Fikk bra veiledning i valg ut av middags retter og drikke.
Sengen min var god å ligge i, men for lav for meg. Kunne vært 5 cm høyere. Da hadde den vært lettere å komme seg ut av. Noe jeg sleit med. Ikke det første hotellet jeg har opplevd dette på.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Amei o atendimento. Os donos sao totalmente disponíveis e fazem de tudo para agradar os hóspedes. Dá pra perceber que amam o que fazem pois sempre estao a sorrir. A torta da Serena é incrível, recomendo que a provem. O quarto é bastante simples mas impecavelmente limpo. O pequeno almoço, que é repleto de produtos locais, é farto e saboroso E ainda me presentearam com um boné comemorativo dos 20 anos do estabelecimento. Espero voltar no inverno.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Chalet caratteristico, con dependance x le camere. Proprietari cordiali di una gentilezza che non ha uguali, disponibili ad esaudire ogni tua richiesta. Tutto perfetto, colazione super ricca e variegata dolce e/o salata, piatti tipici e non, pizza ottima fin da fine mattina per tutto il giorno. Camere pulite e ben arredate, con ogni confort. La stazione e la fermata dei pullman sono appena fuori dello chalet, a due/tre minuti a piedi trovate la banca, il supermercato, in 5 minuti siete in centro del paese, con negozi di prodotti locali, artigianali. E' situato in una posizione eccezionale per tutti gli spostamenti.

The location is excellent, near the train and bus station. The room is clean (including sheets and towels) also the toilet and shower. Excellent breakfast, they made an effort since I'm vegan. Highly recommended!!!!!

Ausflüge mit der Eisenbahn und Wanderungen in die schöne Umgebung sind ein Muss... Wir haben den Diavolezza Gletscher mit der Seilbahn erkundet, unbedingt sehenswert!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025Dieses Hotel ist für Wanderungen im Puschlav und Ausflüge - auch ins Veltlin - ideal gelegen. Bahn und Postausto ist gleich daneben. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Parkplätze sind direkt neben dem Haus, das gute Frühstück - vor allem aus einheimischen Produkten - wird sehr liebevoll serviert. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber praktisch und trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof ruhig. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025The Pensione is right next to the station with the restaurant located in a cute traditional chalet style house and the rooms in a new building behind it. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic with only local products. The room was very clean, modern and practically equipped. Despite being close to the station it was very quiet.
The only downside for a longer stay might be that my room was on the ground floor and therefore didn’t get a lot of natural light.

Leider etwas zu warm durch die zentrale Heizung. Unbedingt mit Frühstück (vor Ort buchbar), weil fast alles einheimisch ist und qualitativ keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Pizza am Abend oder zum Zmittag ist zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung ist top und der Service ist freundlich, persönlich und zuvorkommend. Dorfzentrum ist zu Fuss in 5 Min. erreichbar.

Lovely breakfast comprised of local products. The on-site restaurant was closed at the time of my visit, but there are several decent eateries within a few minutes walk.
There is very little to dislike. At least some of the rooms are accessible only by stairs which could be an issue if you have a lot of luggage, but the host helped me with my bag. The room was perhaps a touch on the basic side, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay.

The owners were lovely, and made me feel very welcome from the start: I was delayed in arriving, and they sent me a message offering to keep the kitchen open for me. The rooms are simple but very modern, with a comfortable bed and great shower. Excellent WiFi. There were plentiful power outlets in the room, as well as both USB-A and USB-C charging sockets. The TV had all the main British channels (and 300 others). There was no noise at night. The breakfast was very good and very fresh, consisting mainly of local produce, and is served at any time you want from 5.30 am, which is perfect when you need to get an early start. Above all, excellent value for money.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2023Location superb beside train station. Downtown only a couple minutes walking away. Near hotel there is supermarket where you can get everything you might need. Room impeccably clean and modern. Would definitely consider staying again.
Safe was not working but this wasn't a big deal for us. Some hooks to hang jackets near the entrance would be nice to have.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2023I have been to many places, but this was something else. The owner greeted me once I arrived, he didn’t speak much English but his daughter (?) helped me out. They are really nice people. The room I got was recently renovated, it looks modern and the shower was great. Unfortunately I couldn’t have a dinner there, because I arrived late, but there are many options around. Overall it was a great experience, nice breakfast and lovely welcoming family run business. I will definitely come back.

It was very good and apart from a little noise at night from the adjacent restaurant, quiet and well appointed. It's not fancy but is very practical and accessible when travelling by train. The city itself is a wonderful place to visit, especially the museums if you have any family connection to the area.
