Our suite was beautiful, spacious and spotless, and the private pool made the experience even more special. The hotel is perfectly located, with a beautiful beach, a great pool area and a peaceful atmosphere, even the music created the perfect holiday vibe. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with fresh and delicious food and plenty of choice. The service was flawless, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our time in Zakynthos so relaxing, memorable and special. We would definitely come back! 😎🙏

Frühstück und Lage hervorragend, tolles Gelände!

Die Kommunikation ist verbesserungswürdig, bei der Frage nach einem Upgrade wurde die Frage weder mit ja noch mit nein beantwortet, man ging auf dieses Anliegen leider nicht ein. Dabei gibt es auf diese Frage nur 2 Antwortmöglichkeiten.

Abbiamo soggiornato allo Tsamis nel mese di settembre e fin dal nostro arrivo l’accoglienza è stata davvero piacevole: ci è stato offerto un calice di spumante che abbiamo potuto gustare a bordo di una delle splendide piscine della struttura. L’atmosfera dell’intero resort è molto curata, elegante e rilassante. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente anche il buffet della colazione e della cena, ricco, di buona qualità e con proposte che variano da un giorno all’altro. La posizione sul mare è sicuramente uno dei grandi punti di forza: il panorama è magnifico e anche dalla nostra camera potevamo godere di una splendida vista. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è il personale: sempre sorridente, cordiale e simpatico, ma allo stesso tempo estremamente professionale e attento. Un’accoglienza che contribuisce davvero a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

L’unico aspetto che ci ha lasciato un po’ perplessi riguarda la manutenzione di alcune aree esterne. In particolare, nella zona “beach” diversi lettini risultavano piuttosto usurati dalla salsedine, in alcuni casi addirittura sfondati, così come alcuni ombrelloni erano rotti o danneggiati. Si tratta certamente di dettagli, ma in una struttura così bella e curata nel complesso sono proprio questi piccoli particolari a fare la differenza. Una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione di questi elementi avrebbe reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole e coerente con il livello generale dell’hotel.

We had a lovely stay in Tsamis, we stayed in the upper part of the hotel and it was super chill. The employees were all very forthcoming and nice. Also totally recommend their private boat tours to the caves was totally worth the money! We were there at the end of highseason and it did not feel crowded at all.

Our only critique is the quality of the food and the availability of food/snacks is very unclear. If you want roomservice for dinner you have to order from their fancy inhouse restaurant and we ordered a ceviche that was missing 3/4 of the ingredients listed on the menu. In the end they gave us an alternative free of charge and they were really understanding, but should not happen in a hotel like this.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schöner Lage. Man kann einfach mal ein paar schöne Tage am Pool verbringen oder in der Nähe eine bootstour machen. Immer wieder gerne.

Auf dem Weg zum Restaurant stinkts leider wirklich, aber einfach mal kurz 3 Meter nicht atmen dann geht’s.

Sehr sauber, schöne Anlage, modern, alle waren sehr freundlich.

Mehr Abwechslung am Frühstücksbuffet wäre möglich. Die Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind komplett offen.

Ολα καταπληκτικά και καθαρά το προσωπικό εξερετικο και ευγενέστατο

Je komt hier terecht op een rustgevende plek met alles op en aan. Je wordt meteen geholpen door het vriendelijke personeel vooral door Vasilis, als je iets nodig hebt is hij de man die je moet hebben! Veel variatie in het eten dat bovendien heel lekker is. Je wordt ook elke ochtend en avond zeer vriendelijk (en met de nodige complimentjes) verwelkomd door Konstantina terwijl Nick je de beste cocktails aanbeveelt! Wij logeerden in een heel mooie kamer met privé zwembad en uitzicht op de tuin. Altijd mooi opgekuist door de kuisploeg die je ook elke dag bedienen met gratis water en een lach op hun gezicht. Een echte aanrader!

Je ligt een beetje afgelegen van alle bezienswaardigheden maar het personeel helpt je een auto te huren zodat wij toch alles konden bezichtigen!

Die Unterkunft war eine 10/10. Sehr sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Essen, wunderschöne Anlage. werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal in das gleiche Hotel kommen.

Camera grande e spaziosa.... letto grande e molto comodo, climatizzazione camera confortevole... colazione ottima e estremamente varia sia per dolce che per salato. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a supportare per ogni necessità abbiamo avuto Posizione strategica per visitare l'isola (distanza entro 1 ora da tutte le attrazioni) Accesso diretto al mare con piattaforma privata con ombrelloni e lettini

La sala colazione ha la macchina per caffè e cappuccino non all'altezza dello standard del resto..il latte usato per cappuccino non è stato di mio gusto .il parcheggio è in un terreno sterrato con alberi di ulivo ... da migliorare illuminazione Qualche lettino e ombrellone un po' rovinato

Tutto, dallo staff, premuroso, disponibile e gentilissimo, alla location, dotata di tutti i comfort possibili, dalle piscine alla spiaggia privata, tutto facente parte della struttura. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il ristorante che unisce tradizione greca e cucina tradizionale con gusto e raffinatezza. Una vacanza da ripetere.

Sehr schönes Anwesen, tolle Pools, feine Strandbetten. Der direkte Strandzugange war perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen dabei. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Abendessen war gut, jedoch auf Dauer war das Buffetessen nichts für uns.

I ve traveled to multiple countries and experienced multiple hotels. This one is top of my list, facilities are great, but most importantly the staff is amazing, the most adorable people I have ever met in hospitality sector. Vasillios is the BEST

L'albergo è un vero paradiso.Ha tre piscine con letti grandi e comodi dove riposare,alcuni mobili con la possibilità di dondolarsi e altri sospesi sulla piscina.Il mare è meraviglioso,acqua cristallina e non passano quasi mai barche,le onde che arrivano dipendono solo dal vento.Ci sono tanti lettini e ombrelloni sulla spiaggia e anche letti grandi,anche se c'è tanta gente si trova sempre qualcuno disponibile data la grandezza dell'albergo e il numero di lettini a disposizione.Lo staff super gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza,al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato dell'upgrade della stanza più grande e ci hanno conservato la cena il primo giorno anche se siamo arrivate in ritardo.Ci hanno omaggiato di una graditissima bottiglia di vino e marmellate al nostro arrivo e 10 minuti di massaggio relax,alla partenza altri due regali al momento del check out.E' un vero paradiso e provi un senso di benessere e pace tutto il giorno.Organizzano eventi serali con la presenza di gruppi musicali o musicisti ma la tipologia di ospiti non è molto socievole,a volte un pò troppo mortorio,forse andrebbe organizzato qualche evento diverso per movimentare il posto almeno di sera.la colazione ottima e si trova di tutto,forse migliorerei la cena facendo più specialità greche e non molto internazionale.Consigliatissimo in tutto per chi ha bisogno di pace assoluta.

L’eau était payante au restaurant ce qui était regrettable. Le buffet était correct, notamment celui du petit déjeuner, mais les desserts du buffet du soir sont à revoir.

Super Personal, Tolle Anlage, bereits zun 2. Mal hier und alles super, würden wieder gehen.

A szálloda nagyon szép, a kialakítás során látszik, hogy minden részletre figyeltek. Több medence, sok napozóágy, sok árnyékos hely van. A kertet igazán vonzóvá teszi a sok zöld, virágzó növény és a barátságos, jól táplált macskák. A svédasztalos reggelinél és vacsoránál bőséges a választék, vegetáriánus vendégeknek is jó szívvel ajánlom. A koktélok fantáziadúsak és finomak. A szobánk tágas és kényelmes volt, mindennap kaptunk egy palack vizet, a takarítás rendszeres és alapos volt.

A tenger kicsit nehezen közelíthető meg, nagyon köves a part. A szálloda csendes, nyugodt helyen van, de nem nagyon van hol sétálni, ha valamit akarsz, autóba kell ülni. A szobában a lakótérrel egybeépített fürdőszoba látványos, de ha éjszaka valakinek mosdóba kell mennie, biztosan felébreszti a párját. A nyitott zuhanyzó szintén látványos, de a használatakor folyamatosan figyelni kell, hogy ne áraszd el vízzel a szobát. A teraszajtóról nagyon hiányzott a szúnyogháló, a jacuzzira ráfért volna egy kis takarítás és vízkőmentesítés.

Everything was perfect! We spend our honeymoon there ,such a pleasant place and atmosphere! Thank you to all the staff , all are so so kind and professional! Struttura bella con un grande potenziale sfruttato al 50% (tenuto conto che si qualifica come 5 stelle)

Scale sporche di capelli ed escrementi di topi (normale perché sono all’aperto nella natura, ma dovrebbe passare più spesso qualcuno). I lettini delle piscine e della spiaggia (o meglio della banchina rialzata) con ogni genere di macchina e residuo di capelli e peli. Bar chiude troppo presto e la sera dopo le 23 non c’è più nessuno. I piatti a colazione puzzavano di fiaschetto (quando la lavapiatti non lava bene e le stoviglie sanno di uovo). Qualità del Buffet notevolmente migliorabile, parte delle uova/crêpes imbarazzante con una cuoca svogliata che cucina su padelle imbarazzanti del dopoguerra.

Amazing stay! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. After checking out, we were able to stay at the hotel and use the pool as our flight was later in the evening, and we were even given fresh towels and could use the shower. Vasilis was just the best, and Konstanita, the host, was also so friendly and welcoming. It’s just one of those hotels where you have the best experience and already want to come back!

La struttura è paradisiaca, offre una vista pazzesca e una piscina a sfioro fronte mare. La sera propongono diverse tipologie di intrattenimento musicale molto carine o musica di sottofondo per rilassarsi sui tanti divanetti a disposizione. Posizione perfetta per girare l’isola.

Consiglio di cambiare quotidianamente le lenzuola e avere maggiore attenzione nel cambio degli asciugamani.

Sono stati tre giorni di assoluto relax. L’esperienza è iniziata al meglio con Upgrade di stanza gratuito. Struttura nuova e curata con staff molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Io e mia moglie facciamo una menzione particolare per K., la ragazza che ci ha sempre accolti con sorriso e simpatia quando facevamo colazione/cena. Ottimo lavoro!

Premesso che tutto è di altissimo livello, sarebbe bello che uno dei due ristoranti a la carta, quello posto vicino alla Reception, attualmente Vegano, fosse più “supportato” con attività di comunicazione. Il posto è bellissimo e potrebbe essere un’alternativa in più al ristorante posto al piano inferiore del Main Restaurant.

La struttura offre davvero tanto dal punto di vista di relax, comfort, servizi, cucina e pulizia. Abbiamo apprezzato l’ottima cucina. Varietà della cucina ogni giorno con specialità greche e non. Personale di sala al ristorante estremamente professionale e attento. La reception sempre pronta ad accogliere ed ascoltare ogni necessità. Nota di apprezzamento all’accoglienza di Costantina. Noi avevamo la camera fronte mare con piscina interna. Camera molto comoda e spaziosa, pulizia impeccabile ogni giorno. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di bar vicino alla piscina per piccoli momenti di relax. Postazioni fronte male comode. Le tre piscine sempre pulite. La sera l’atmosfera con la musica dal vivo era talmente bella che eccetto una sera abbiamo preferito rimanere in hotel. Molto bello il fatto che in tutto il villaggio si respirava serenità e pace. Sicuramente lo risceglieremo in futuro e lo suggeriremo.

Diciamo che ci sono piccolissimi aspetti che potrebbero essere leggermente ripresi (in considerazione delle 5 stelle della struttura). Ad esempio piccole manutenzioni delle camere frutto di usura (pittura o scarico doccia un po da riprendere) e la doccia nella spiaggia che non era pienamente funzionante. Anche se nel complesso accettabili. Una nota ci sentiamo di fare con riferimento ai tour in barca che organizza la struttura. Non abbiamo molto gradito l’organizzazione del tour privato nella zona nord dell’isola. Abbiamo scelto un pacchetto da 4 ore insieme ad un’altra coppia che di base costava 700 euro, che ovviamente abbiamo diviso con l’altra coppia. Barca top, servizio lunch box top, ma abbiamo visto poco di fatto. In due ore soltanto due soste bagno di non più di mezz’ora e soprattutto il capitano a bordo non parlando una parola in inglese non ci ha neanche detto in che punto ci trovassimo (eccezione fatta per la spiaggia del relitto che per ovvie ragioni si intuiva fosse quella). Diciamo che per il prezzo speso ci aspettavamo, non certo una guida turista ovviamente, ma bisogna ben specificare di che servizio si tratta. Ad onor del vero, abbiamo esposto il nostro mal contento alla struttura che ci ha omaggiato mezz’ora di coppia di massaggio nella SPA. Sicuramente abbiamo apprezzato l’indiscussa propensione al cliente, ma ci sembra doveroso esporre il nostro punto di vista per coloro che magari si aspettano un tour dell’isola ed invece è giusto un giro in barca.

We spent 10 days at the hotel and everything was absolutely wonderful. Even though we had a small issue regarding late check-out, the hotel handled it smoothly and without any problems. We also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely bonus. The food was excellent, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would especially like to give a huge thank you to Konstantina, who worked during breakfast and dinner. She truly made our stay extra special. La struttura è molto bella, il personale tutto sempre sorridente e gentile col mitico Vassili pronto ad aiutarti per ogni esigenza. Super consigliata l'escursione in barca alla spiaggia del navagio e alle blue caves che ci ha lasciato un ricordo meraviglioso. La zona non è ideale per chi desidera essere più immerso nella movida dell'isola ed è indispensabile fittare la macchina per spostarsi perché nei dintorni non c'è nulla di raggiungibile a piedi, ma d'altra parte la baia è davvero bella con un mare strepitoso

Piccoli dettagli che stonano in una struttura di alto livello...per esempio molti cuscini strappati sui lettini a bordo piscina e le sdraio in spiaggia vecchie e per buona parte rotte, un peccato. Inoltre consiglierei di proporre un pochino in più di animazione serale. In generale comunque il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo!

Wir haben für 10 Nächte rund CHF 3’800 bezahlt, für eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick und Frühstück. Leider können wir das Hotel gemessen an diesem Preis und dem Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war für eine Junior Suite unserer Meinung nach deutlich zu klein und hatte zudem nur ein Lavabo. Die Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich okay, aber definitiv nicht auf dem Niveau, das wir von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten. Besonders enttäuschend waren die Duschtücher, auf denen teilweise noch Make-up-Flecken von vorherigen Gästen zu sehen waren. Sehr enttäuschend war auch das Essen. Wir haben zweimal mittags aus dem All-Day-Snack-Menü bestellt – leider beide Male eine Katastrophe. Die Qualität war schlicht nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels entsprechend. Das Brot fiel auseinander, das Fleisch im Ribeye-Steak-Sandwich war komplett durchgekocht und zäh wie eine Schuhsohle, der Wrap war ebenfalls enttäuschend und die Pommes kamen eiskalt an. Hier fehlte es unserer Meinung nach sowohl an Qualität als auch an Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr eintönig. Die Fruchtsäfte schmeckten künstlich und waren teilweise warm, der Kaffee war leider miserabel. Ein echtes Highlight war allerdings die Omelette-Station, an der eine Mitarbeiterin frische Omelettes zubereitet hat – das war wirklich gut. Die Poolanlage macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr schönen Eindruck. Bei genauerem Hinsehen wirkt sie allerdings teilweise etwas schmutzig und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Bereich am Pool mit Meerblick war für uns trotzdem das absolute Highlight des Hotels und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Um fair zu bleiben: Es ist keineswegs alles schlecht. Wir hatten durchaus schöne Momente und die Lage bzw. der Meerblick sind wirklich schön. Unser Hauptproblem ist ganz klar das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für CHF 3’800 für 10 Nächte erwarten wir bei einem als 5-Sterne-Hotel positionierten Haus einfach deutlich mehr.

Personal foarte amabil si dispus sa te ajute cu orice problema, piscinele foarte curate si ingrijite. Diversitate foarte mare la micul dejun pentru toate gusturile, ba chiar exista si un spatiu unde se gateste pe loc omleta, clatite, oua posate, tot felul de bagels si sandwich-uri de mic dejun pe langa bufetul cu restul alimentelor. Camera foarte frumoasa si curata. In fiecare zi aveam prosoape curate pentru plaja. Arata ca in pozele de pe booking

Beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Zakynthos. The staff at the hotel were welcoming, friendly and lovely and really loved the food options for dinner each evening. Will definitely be back!

Tökéletes személyzet, szobák, ételek. A hotel saját partja csodálatosan gyönyörű, van rengeteg napágy, bőven elég minden vendégnek. A medencék is jók, az edzőterem is jó. Ár-érték arányban a legjobb hely, ahol voltam. A személyzetet emelném ki a legjobban, mindenben nagyon segítőkészek, kedvesek, professzionálisak.

Néhol ráférne már egy felújítás, pl. napágyak, a bár mosdója (ami egyben a strandhoz legközelebbi mosdó is). Néhol lehetett kifogást találni a tisztasággal, de minimális. Az éjszakai zene (este 8-10) kifogásolható, hangos, és néha borzasztó. Volt nagyon jó előadó (trombitás), és volt több rossz dj, zenekar, akik miatt inkább menekültünk este a belső standról, mert hozzá még rendkívül hangos is volt.

Hotel davvero molto bello. Struttura nuova con ottimo mare e ottime piscine. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

Alcuni dettagli da migliorare: pesa l’assenza di momenti aggregativi. Gli ospiti dell’hotel non hanno modo di conoscersi in quanto difettano occasioni di aggregazione (djset, attività sportive e simili). Cibo buono ma ci attendevamo maggiore qualità nei dolci, anche della colazione. Caffè al di sotto delle aspettative di un italiano (consigliamo le cialde in stanza).

Mr. Vasilli was one of the staff members who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and welcoming. He was always happy to assist us with anything we needed and was constantly friendly and cheerful. His positive attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire resort is very peaceful and relaxing, which makes it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a quiet holiday. The rooms are very clean, hygienic and modern, and we felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time at the resort and were very impressed with the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the relaxing atmosphere.

Все було чудово! Новий та зручний номер, гарна територія, смачні сніданки та вечері. Але найголовніший скарб готелю - це персонал та люди, що в ньому працюють. Будь-яке питання вирішувалось моментально, всі були надзвичайно привітні та намагались зробити проживання максимально зручним та приємним. Незабутні враження від готелю та від острова 🫶

Кава на сніданках була несмачною на наш смак, а в деяких місцях інколи відчувався запах каналізації. Хоча ці невеличкі моменти не зіпсували вражень та загальної прекрасної атмосфери готелю.

Teilweise Geruch auf dem Weg zum Essen (stört nicht, aber vorhanden). Geburtstag wurde im Vorfeld angesprochen, bzw. Kooperation durch Social Media, jedoch beides bei Ankunft zu 100% ignoriert. Das mit der Kooperation verstehe ich, jedoch sollte, sofern man es sogar anspricht, wenigstens ein feuchter Händedruck bei einem Hotel dieser Art drinnen sein. Oder eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Zimmer. Nichts gegen die Auftritte, jedoch gibt es eine Frauenband, die wöchentlich kommt, welche leider öfter einige schiefe Töne trifft. Zum Vergleich, an einem Abend war ein super DJ vor Ort, wodurch viele Gäste lange an der Bar blieben und auch für entsprechenden Umsatz gesorgt haben ;). Leider ist nicht mal ein Glas Wasser beim Abendessen inkludiert, schade und ungewohnt!

L'hôtel et ses installations sont top, la chambre avec piscine privée, c'est vraiment un plus ! L'accès à la mer est super facile, c'est une plage privée.

Le buffet du soir est très répétitif, on privilégie la quantité à la qualité et un effort sur le nettoyage des chambres serait appréciable.

Schattenmöglichkeiten an den privaten Pool ausbaufähig. Auch auf den öffentlichen Pools keine verstellbaren Schirme. Strandliegen und Steg in die Jahre gekommen. Viel mehr Potienzal am Abend bezüglich Unterhaltung. Man wäre gerne länger sitzen geblieben, aber ab 22:00 Uhr war einschlafende Musik.

Tsamis Zante Suites was incredible. We were welcomed with a nice drink. The team was very helpful, smily and so friendly. All the staff we encountered were polite and made our stay special. The breakfast was delicious, full of options for everyone and the view was very nice. The hotel was peaceful, the pools and private pool just at the right temperature. We enjoyed our stay at Tsamis Hotel a lot! The staff. First of all, we would like to thank the incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional staff. Everyone—from the cleaners to the managers and restaurant staff—was lovely and did a fantastic job taking care of the guests. A special thank you to Konstantina, who greeted us every morning and evening before breakfast and dinner. She is such a lovely, attentive, and professional person, always positive and cheerful. Thank you so much! The room. We booked a basic room with a garden view but were upgraded to a sea-view room free of charge, which was a very kind gesture! We truly had an outstanding view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we also appreciated having two different sets of pillows to choose from. Either we had very quiet and respectful neighbors, or the hotel’s soundproofing is excellent, because we didn’t hear a single sound after 10 p.m. As light sleepers, we really appreciated that. The atmosphere. The overall vibe is very calm and relaxing. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. On some evenings, there were live musicians, which added so much to the atmosphere. Relaxing by the pool, overlooking the sea while listening to great music was simply wonderful. The food. We stayed on a half-board basis. I am a vegetarian, while my husband is not. On our first evening, we tried the vegan restaurant, which is already amazing to have as an option. The starters and salads were delicious, but we didn’t enjoy the main courses as much, so for the rest of our stay we chose the buffet. The buffet offered vegetarian options every evening. Overall, the food was tasty, fresh, and of good quality. However, I would have appreciated more vegetarian protein options and two kinds of soup each evening (one vegan and one non-vegan). My husband really enjoyed the fish and meat dishes. At breakfast, if you don’t eat eggs, there aren’t many protein options available.

As this is a five-star hotel, we would have expected a few more in-room amenities, such as cotton pads and cotton swabs.

Lack of staff & slow poor service It doesn’t feel like 5 star hotel

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer und ist zum schnorcheln sehr schön. Das Meer ist tagsüber ruhig und lädt wunderbar dazu ein. Die Aussicht ist herrlich und auch nicht so überlaufen.

Das Essen war relativ eintönig aber es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. However, the toilet seat was stained, and the flush button was broken—it fell into the toilet twice during our stay. There were also a few other details in the room that needed more attention in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast and dinner both need improvement in terms of food quality and preparation. With a greater focus on cooking and ingredient quality, the dining experience would be much better.

- Bei später Ankunft gibt es keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit mehr. - Essen im Restaurant leider nicht lecker - Täglich nur eine Wasserflasche pro Zimmer gratis. Besser wäre pro Person eine Wasserflasche.

Unser Aufenthalt im Tsamis Zante Suites war einfach traumhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Konstantina, die uns immer beim frühstück und abendessen in empfang genommen hat und Dimitra und den unglaublich freundlichen jungen Mann an der Rezeption, dessen Namen ich mir leider nicht gemerkt habe. Alle drei waren jederzeit herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Leidenschaft machen und den Gästen jeden Wunsch erfüllen möchten. Generell sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter! Ihr Lächeln, ihre Professionalität und ihre Gastfreundschaft haben unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Der Service war während des gesamten Aufenthalts super. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich und sorgte dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach unvergesslich und lädt jeden Tag zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Die ruhige Atmosphäre macht das Hotel zu einem idealen Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns außerdem die Sauberkeit. Die Zimmer und alle Hotelbereiche waren jederzeit hervorragend gepflegt. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert hier auf Qualität und Liebe zum Detail gelegt wird. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt. Wunderschöne Anlage, traumhafte Aussicht, exzellenter Service, herzliche Mitarbeiter und eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Wir können das Tsamis Zante Suites von Herzen weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Man hat als Wilkommensgeschenk eine 10min kostenlose Headspa erhalten, jedoch nur für 1 person pro zimmer/ Reservation. Ist einbisschen blöd wenn es 2 Frauen sind und beide diese gerne wollen würden.

Die Anlage liegt in einer wunderschönen Bucht und bietet ein traumhaftes Ambiente. Der Infinity-Pool sowie der zusätzliche Pool sind einfach fantastisch. Das gesamte Hotel strahlt eine romantische Atmosphäre aus. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. In nur etwa 20 Minuten erreicht man einige der schönsten Strände der Umgebung. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
