Friendly Personel, close to Hakata ( inbetween Hakata and Nakasu). Was nive that it is possible to enter the Onsen even with Tattoos.

Bathroom was smelling bad, so we had to change the room.

Loved the hotel lounge it smelled really nice upon entering. The staff was welcoming. Also the breakfast was really good with plenty of options

The room was comfortable and clean - we opted for a superior king room and although it was more expensive, it was definitely worth it for the space. Sorry, didn't get to try the breakfast but there were many cafes close by that we really wanted to go to, e.g. Boul'ange.

Would have liked to have tried the public baths, but just felt too self-conscious as you cannot wear a bathing suit. It would have been nice to have had some cutlery and small plates in the room for eating some of our snacks and fruit.

The TV was only Japanese- no smart services. No amenities in room. The AC was locked and not available to make the room cooler.

機場過來，博多站下還要轉地鐵一站，拖行李比較不便

ホテルの直ぐ目の前に地下鉄があり中洲まで徒歩圏内 ホテルのフロントスタッフは皆さんとても親切で雨の日にタクシーを頼んでも乗り場までお見送りまでしていただきました。そして何と言っても博多の名物を沢山取り入れたブッフェは一度是非お試しあれ。

This was our second time staying here in Fukuoka and it was just as we remembered. It’s clean, convenient, and our favorite Japanese hotel chain.

I wish there were dimmable lights in the room and a shoe horn, that’s all!

사이트통해 선걸제하고갔는데 돈이 또 나감 환불받음 (환불받는데 사람 40분 세워둠.) 귀국했는데 돈 또나감^^ 보상 일체없음 처리느림 답답함 캐널 가깝다해서 예약했는데 가까운 입구공사중 엘베하나 수리중이라 기다리는데 진짜오래걸림

朝食がとても充実していておいしかった。

部屋は少し手狭な感じがした。旅行用バッグの置くスペースがなく、ベッドの足元に置くしかなかった。

Breakfast was amazing. I have stayed in mitsui garden hotels throughout japan but I can say this one had the best.

The staff doesn't speak English and showed no willingness to help. At first, we received a very small room and asked to upgrade it for an extra fee. The breakfast is not appealing to a Western palate. There are only two washing machines and the queue is so long that it's impossible to do laundry easily. There are no hygiene products beyond the basics in the onsen. There was a bad smell in the room, and we got bitten during the night, possibly by something in the sheets. An unpleasant experience

The location was great, walking distance to the train and subway and from some great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. We quickly learned to rely on them (and only on them) for great restaurant recommendations, and assistance with direction. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant has a delicious dinner menu and the staff at the restaurant are very nice.

The concierge function was not helpful. In fact, it felt as though the persons filling that position were there only to prevent guests from speaking to the receptionists. It was unfortunate that in addition to this, they were not knowledgeable or able to respond to questions (on location of sites or directions, for example) without checking with the receptionists. Another strange thing: when we asked whether the reception could print out our boarding passes for us, they refused saying hotel policy will not allow them to print anything for the guests. We had never before encountered this in any hotel, anywhere. Normally, if the reception is unable to help guests print out something, they offer the service of a business center in the hotel.

It was clean and location was perfect.

The rooms hat a weird smell (like sweat) - we asked for a room change, which they thankfully did - unfortunately the second room smelled too, more tolerably, but still! The sofa had stains. The bathroom was very small full on plastic - it reminded us of an airplane washroom.

오래 되지 않아서 시설이 현대적이고 좋아요, 특히 욕장이 크고 좋아요 . 방은 크지 않지만 두명이 사용하기에 적당했습니다. 캐널시티 바로 앞이라 쇼핑하기 좋아요 . 후쿠오카에 또 간다면 다시 숙박할 생각 있습니다.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr reichhaltig. Und das Frühstück wurde außerdem sehr hübsch präsentiert. Das Personal an der Rezeption und auch im Frühstücksbereich war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It’s a nice newish hotel with a great bath at top level. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed.

Close-ish to the main train station if that is a priority but not so close to other main districts. Our room was very small. I know from staying in many hotels in Japan that most rooms are on the small side. However, for the price we paid I feel we could have found a bigger room in a slightly more central location.

Modern design hotel with great amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great quality breakfast and large public bath. We stayed in Jr Suite and it was a comfortable size.

Breakfast tray was too small and had to take multiple trips to fit small plates & drinks. Public bath was very crowded even in the late evening. There was a construction noise late at night coming from the next building during one evening of our stay.

もう3～4回目位利用してます。場所も中州から近くコンビニもすぐ！ ラーメン屋さんも歩いて数分の場所にあり一人でフラッと寄れました（笑） スタッフの対応が良かったです。
