Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Good location and the Campo Grande park opposite is a bonus. A 10-15 minute walk to historic centre. Comfortable beds and decent size, well-appointed rooms - we booked a superior room with views. Very recently refurbished and smart.
The reception staff could have been more welcoming and greeted clients in the morning, coming back after a day out etc. They constantly had their heads down as if avoiding all contact! They air-conditioning system is a nightmare to use. The hotel provides instructions which are extremely difficult to follow.
