Food in the restaurant didn’t match the reviews. Th music from the club across the road kept us awake.

De prachtige plek en hoe dichtbij het was bij het strand. En er was een man die bij het restaurant werkte en hij was zo lief en vriendelijk

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De schoonmaak was iedere dag netjes en op tijd, wat we erg prettig vonden. Het hotel is mooi en ligt ontzettend centraal, waardoor alles gemakkelijk op loopafstand te bereiken is.

Het ontbijt was voor mijn gevoel iedere dag hetzelfde. Hierdoor werd het na een paar dagen wat eentonig. Iets meer variatie zou het ontbijt nog beter maken.

The staff were super nice and helpful, answering all of our questions and helping us book the activities. The environment is spectacular and we were impressed by the hotel breakfast. Don't forget to check out their Kassandra Restaurant for dinner! Food was great, and it was so vibey that we went for 2-night straight. Overall 10/10, and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay for a fun 2-3 day travel in the future.

The location was perfecf. Close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The hotel was very nice, as in the picture. Their restaurant is very good, actually at their restaurant we had the best dinner. We were as familly , 2 children, 2 adults and we had a big room, with plenty of space. I appreciate their attention to details.

Parking is in the street, which might be difficult to find somewhere close.

Location is ideal. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Hotel feels a bit dated. Price doesn’t reflect the standing and service you get.

Kassandra hotel was absolutely amazing. It is really close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes and bars nearby to go to. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are super comfortable. The pool area was really nice, although was a bit busy and we often struggled to get a sunbed. Breakfast was nice with enough options, though it is a small area so it felt really crowded inside trying to get food etc.

No fault of Kassandra, but it is located behind the main nightclub street which meant from about 11pm - 3am every night it was very loud. The hotel provided earplugs, but I can't sleep with earplugs in, so I just tried to sleep through the noise. It didn't bother me too much but if you're a light sleeper I think this would be a serious problem for you!

The property is close to the beach small and practical.

The level of noise coming from the surrounding streets is unacceptable, with loud music from nearby bars continuing late into the night every day. The rooms have no shutters or proper blackout curtains, so even after a disrupted night's sleep, guests are woken up early by sunlight streaming into the room.Service has also fallen short of expectations. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for assistance with arranging a taxi through reception, I was ultimately told to walk to the taxi stand and find one myself. Overall, considering the price point, the experience simply does not match the expectations of a boutique hotel. While the property is clean and well-maintained, it feels more like a basic three-star hotel geared toward couples rather than a family-friendly hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful! So calming atmosphere, colors and full of blooming flowers! Swimming pool is amazing, our room was on the first floor and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, good choice of food. The location is very nice- the sea is 5 min walk!

The cleaning services were little bit strange, as everyday they came at different time, 1pm/3pm/4pm, and it was not very comfortable as this is the time when everyone wants to have rest

Das gesamte Team ist aufmerksam, stets hilfsbereit und sorgt mit seiner gastfreundlichen Art dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt. Lage: Einfach perfekt! Man ist superschnell am wunderschönen Strand und mitten im Ort mit all seinen Restaurants und Geschäften, hat aber im Hotel trotzdem eine angenehme und entspannte Ruhe. Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Betten sind extrem bequem und die Zimmerpflege war jeden Tag top. Service & Pool: Der Poolbereich ist wunderbar gepflegt – ideal, um nach einem Strandtag oder einem Ausflug die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Auch das Frühstück war frisch, vielseitig und super lecker! Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Boutique-Hotel. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll im Boho-Stil eingerichtet und hat eine gemütliche, entspannte Atmosphäre. Außerdem war das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut und für ein Boutique-Hotel absolut ausreichend. Die Auswahl ist zwar nicht riesig, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders für Paare oder Alleinreisende, die ein ruhiges, stilvolles und sauberes Boutique-Hotel suchen, ist es eine sehr gute Wahl. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würden wir es eher weniger empfehlen, da es keine speziellen Angebote wie einen Baby-Pool, Wasserrutschen oder einen Kinderbereich gibt.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Kassandra Oludeniz and would happily come back. The hotel has a truly unique Greek island vibe that makes it feel cozy, charming, and different from the typical resorts in the area. Every corner is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The service was impeccable. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the restaurant. The cuisine was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We looked forward to every meal.

The only thing worth mentioning is that, it can occasionally get a bit noisy from the bar next door, especially in the evenings. It’s something to be aware of, but it certainly did not spoil our overall impression of the hotel.

I loved how beautiful the hotel was. Photos do not do justice!! Imagine pretty x10. The location was walking distance to the main street and beach. Breakfast was phenomenal! Everyone was so kind!

скорее небольшие нюансы: •лично мое мнение по поводу завтрака-он не великолепен, он стандартный. Отсутствие каши(любой:рисовой, кукурузной,овсяной),однообразие за все дни пребывания+при увеличении количества туристов, некоторые позиции не пополнялись и в моменте было скудно на столе. •фен (стационарный, с коротким проводом и без возможности регулировки температуры) •отсутствие чайника для заваривания чая, который любезно предоставлен отелем •отсутствие освежителя воздуха в туалете

Our room was very spacious, clean and the facilities of the hotel were excellent. The staff was helpful and respectful. The hotel is located really close to the beach and there's a lot of restaurants and shops around it.

The hotel is on a calm street but right behind it there are bars that play really loud music until late in the night. So be aware of this. It's not the hotel's fault but something to consider

In our stay there was no hot water in shower ! although i told the reception and they told me we will fix it tomorrow But unfortunately it still no hot water in the next day which is very disappointing !! Honestly if this happened with me with different hotel i will rate it zero ! But because of the nice staff i took deep breath and trying to think about the positive side

До заезда в отель никак не получилось связаться с персоналом ни напрямую, ни через booking.com для решения некоторых вопросов. Перед выездом заранее запросили ланч-бокс. Но ничего приготовлено не было и на ресепшен никого не было (ранним утром все спали). Мы не одни оказались без «завтрака»

- Great location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. - Very central without being on the party road. Basically on the parallel road to it. But very quiet. - Beautiful hotel design, beautiful spacious rooms, good amenities from L'Occitane (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap). - High quality 3M 1100 ear plugs provided in room. - Safe neighborhood with good food options (try the local style Gözleme place right across).

- Bar on the opposite side of the road can be very loud. They stopped blasting music at 1 am when I visited (early October), but I understand why some hotel guests complained about it here before. I spoke to the very kind Receptionist lady about it. The issue is known and they are doing whatever they can. Generally speaking, it is possible to sleep, and the in-room provided earplugs do a great job.

Our room was very nice, clean and cozy. Loved the attention to the details. Very close to the beach area, just like 5 minutes walk. Overall, we had a pleasant and lovely stay in this hotel. Nice breakfast and they have pretty good restaurant for a lunch/dinner.

The only thing that is off - a loud music at night from the bar across the street. They provided us with earplugs- and it really helps. But it’s definitely a little bit annoying and ruining the atmosphere, which is not the hotel’s fault, of course. But this is something you want to know about and be ready.

A very good location next to the strip and beach and lots of shop and restaurant’s around. Made the stay save a lot money on taxi as you can walk to local places. Receptionist acknowledge your stay and are very helpful. They heated our food up during night if you ask. They also were sweet to our children . Welcoming was smooth .

No lift . Was on fourth floor had two baby’s . Going up and down wasn’t the easiest. It was rainy season lots of floods and slippery floor. The swimming pool bar wasn’t open for the six days I stayed here was hoping it to be as I was looking forward to having a drink and swim. For the pool bar not to be open was upsetting as this is was sold me to book my stay. First day entering room there was Ants around the fruit bowl and lots of Ants around the bed as my kids left some crumps of there crisp Ants were in groups coming in. Felt itchy sleeping . Juccazi would been perfect to use more if the hot water was hot not warm.

Çalışanlar inanılmaz güleryüzlüydü ve çok yardımcılardı. Otelde her şey her yer tertemizdi. Konumu çok iyi. Her şeyinden memnun kaldık. Fethiyeye giderken otel aramamıza gerek yok artık hep bu otele geleceğiz.

Konumundan dolayı gece geç saatlere kadar clublardan müzik sesi geliyor. Ama bunu düşünerek odalara kulak tıkacı koymuşlar.

The room and facilities were really nice and the staff fantastic. The breakfast is fantastic. The restaurant serves really good food. The octopus is worth trying.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the local bars are very noisy, playing karaoke and loud music until very late/early morning. That is the nature of what Oludeniz has become. They staff provide earplugs with the tea and coffee. If you want an early night you will need them.

Temiz, sakin, konumu çok iyi, dekorasyon gayet iyi, eşyalar bakımlı düzgün, mutfak iyi, ürünler taze, kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterli, personel saygılı, ilgili ve temiz. Huzurlu ve çok güzel bir otel.

J’ai passé un très séjour dans cet hôtel ! Dès notre arrivée nous avons eu des petites attentions très appréciable ( jus de bienvenu, lokum, tot bag.. ). Yagmur et Omer nous ont très bien accueilli et ont été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Les chambres sont très propres, le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes sont changées régulièrement. Ce qui n’est pas le cas dans tout les hôtels. La literie est incroyable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration, la verdure, le cachet de l’hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout : plages, restaurants, commerces… Seul petit bémol, il y a des bars juste en face qui sont bruyants jusqu’à environ 1h du matin. Heureusement, le personnel a été très réactif et nous a proposé une autre chambre plus au calme et bien plus jolie que la chambre initialement réservé. Cependant nous avons été surpris de voir qu’il n’y avait pas de lumière dans les chambres seulement des lampes afin d’avoir un effet tamisée. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Je recommande cet hôtel.

L’hôtel dispose d’un restaurant auquel nous y avons dîner plusieurs fois. Les plats sont très bon, la qualité est au rendez-vous, même si les prix sont un peu élevés. Néanmoins ils appliquent des frais de 8% sur chaque commande que ce soit au restaurant ou côté piscine et cela même pour les résidents de l’hôtel ce que nous trouvons dommage.

Loved the pool, the staff and the vibe. Very beautiful resort so close to the beach. Staff were lovely. The pool was clean. The room is spacious.

The music from the bar across the street goes until 3am (we were there on a Monday night). We had a white noise machine and ear buds and you can still hear it. Full Dinner menu is only available at 6pm which is not great for people with young kids but there was enough on the snack menu (pizza burgers and pasta) so that’s we had each night.

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien . En la habitación tenias hasta el ultimo detalle , peine, secador, plancha para la ropa, costurero , palillos de las orejas ,,, El desayuno excelente. Y en pleno centro.

Para el precio que tiene la habitación ya podría estar insonorizada ya que se oía la música de todos los locales de alrededor. Y para mí gusto había poca iluminación .

Las instalaciones, el personal, la ubicacion, la piscina, la dueña super agradable, la comida del restaurante muy bueba y el desayuno excelente!

Otelde hiçbir şey beklendiği gibi değildi. Temizlik yok, manzara yok, odalar aşırı gürültülü, yataklar sert, Wi-Fi çekmiyor. “Denize yakın” denmesine rağmen güneşin altında yürümek çok uzun sürüyor, kesinlikle söylendiği gibi değil. Tatilimiz tamamen hayal kırıklığı oldu. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum, 1 puanı bile hak etmiyor.

La struttura è a due passi dalla spiaggia, comodissima per andare a piedi al mare e al centro. La piscina è piccola ma mantenuta bene e il pool bar con le sedie nell acqua è piacevole per un drink in compagnia. La nostra camera era grande, pulita, però non si chiudeva facilmente la porta del balcone. La colazione è sufficiente anche se le varietà non sono tante.

Nel bagno non esiste una porta, tutta l acqua della doccia va fuori e il pavimento diventa praticamente allagato ogni volta che si esce dalla doccia. Gli asciugamani sono da cambiare con i nuovi perché a forza di lavare sono diventati grigi. Le pantofole erano una bella scoperta ma la stessa cosa deve essere fatta anche per gli asciugamani (intesa la qualità). Le finestre del salotto le abbiamo trovate con delle macchie fatte con le dita, si vede che non badano più di tanto alla pulizia dei vetri durante la pulizia della camera per i clienti nuovi.
