Personnel antipathique surtout au niveau de la restauration ! Repas toujours identiques et très bas de gamme par rapport au prix élevé du séjour. Commande de boissons bons servies mais facturées et aucune excuse. Accueil et politesse médiocre !

Mitarbeiter am Empfang, sind nicht vollumfänglich informiert. Z. B. Bus Richtung Schloss Neuschwanstein.

Ein außergewöhnliches Frühstück, bereit für einen wundervollen Tag! Der Blick aus dem Hotelfenster auf mittelalterliche Burgen versetzte einen in eine andere Zeit, fast wie in ein anderes Jahrhundert. Der Pool war herrlich!

Room is light, good soap and fresh towels

The room was small, with very basic equipment, a poor-quality TV, and a low-standard renovation. It was also not properly tidy, and I had to file a complaint about it. The restaurant felt more like a 3-star establishment. The food was more reminiscent of a school canteen than a quality hotel restaurant. It was extremely crowded, the waiting time was ridiculously long, and the waiters were clearly too busy to provide proper service. Considering the very high price, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable and very nice. The spa area is also very good. The hotel itself is very pretty and the location is the best.

The restaurant staff was not very pleasant and quite dismissive.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr sehr sehr genossen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, wir haben zu unserer Verlobung sogar alkoholfreien Wein bekommen einfach weil wir beiläufig erwähnt hatten, dass wir keinen Alkohol trinken. Das Hotel ist super modern und schick, die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick auf Neuschwanstein und Hohenschwangau ist natürlich spektakulär. Die Stille nachts war sehr wohltuend. Das Frühstück war riesig, man konnte gar nicht so viel essen wie es Auswahl gab. Zusätzlich gab es noch einige Aktivitäten, die im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen waren, was wir sehr toll fanden. Wir haben uns wahrlich gefühlt wie die Könige und Königinnen. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt und wir bedanken uns sehr für die vielen Aufmerksamkeiten. Es hat unsere Verlobung perfekt gemacht.

Dafür, dass das Parken weder überdacht noch abgesichert war, war der Preis doch etwas hoch.

We had the most stunning view of the lake from our room. The freestanding bath was beautiful The 20m indoor pool and saunas were lovely too. The buffet breakfast was definitely worth it. We saw a fantastic jazz duo performing at the bar the night we arrived and had dinner seated in there. A great alternative to a large restaurant meal. The lake was crystal clear and attracted many swimmers. Ameron is the perfect place to stay if you want to walk up to see the castle before and or after the tourists have left and the town has become peaceful again.

Wir haben 5x übernachtet und 3/4 Pension gebucht. Das Essen hat uns enttäuscht. Die Karte mit der Auswahl der Hauptgänge bleibt immer gleich. Preis-/Leistung hat für uns gar nicht gepasst. Die Vorspeise war hauptsächlich nur ein Salatbuffet. als Zwischengang gab es immer Pasta mit einer schlabbrigen Sauce. Das Dessertbuffet hat fürs Auge sehr schön ausgesehen, war aber von der Qualität bescheiden.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Lage des Hotels ist super.

Abendessen hat nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen und den ausgewiesenen Preisen entsprochen.

Está localizado muy cerca de la subida al castillo y el lago. Son nuevos de los muebles y instalaciones.

Las personales. Se lo he dicho estamos cuando llegamos al hotel la primera vez a las 19:00 , haciendo check in, sin comer de comida, sobre todo el nene. Nos ofreció solo comprar comida en el bar y en 45 minutos ya tenemos cena pagado y no nos permitió a incluso sacar un poco de comida bufé( que puede eligir cualquier momento sin necesidad reserva, eso lo sabemos cuando nos toca a entrar, realmente podría dejar el nene un plato para que se toma algo). Ademas teníamos incluido de nosotros un tipo de merienda por la tarde desde 14-18 algo así el día siguiente, tampoco nos había ofrecido un snack dentro de este tipo de merienda para mi hijo de 6 años. Falta mucha simpatía. En otros hoteles de 4 estrellas aunque sea un caramelo o un chocolate ya nos sirve seguro. Un trato de tipo 1-2 estrellas. En cuando la salida me ha puesto un coste extra de otra persona. Porque la hora marcaba del pedido en el restaurante son bebidas a las 11 y algo y tenemos el nene subido a dormir ya a las 21 y pico. Un hotel tan grande no debería tener tanto error sobre todo el coste. Además cuando se lo pregunté a la persona , me da un tipo de mirada como yo soy una persona que no entiendo nada y no quería pagar. Además se lo he dicho que teníamos prisa ,y necesitaba irme a desayunar y salir porque tenía reservada la entrada de castillo a las 09:40 y estuve allí de check out casi 15 minutos hasta casi 09:10. me estaba costando mucho tiempo de aclarar el pago no era de nosotros, así me devolvió el depósito. Y spa con agua de temperatura 23 grados. No entiendo eso es un tipo de spa para mayoría de personas.

Leider war für die Größe des Hauses zu wenig Personal vorhanden. Desweiteren, ist im Sommer am Abend der Ausenbereich der Bar zu klein. Auch die Räumlichkeiten für das Frühstück ist zu klein. Warum im Sommer die Terasse nicht offen hatte, ist mir bis jetzt ein Rätsel, bzw lag es an zu wenig Personal.

Das 4 Gängemenü am Abemd ist nicht empfehlenswert, bzw die Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Wir haben es zum Glück nur an einem Abend dazu gebucht ansonsten sind wir ein Stück mit dem Auto gefahren und haben außerhalb dem Hotel zu abend gegessen.

הזמנתי חדר בהרבה מאוד כסף ולא נכתב בברור בבוקינג שבסוג חדר זה,אין מזגן ולכן נאלצנו להחליף לחדר פחות טוב על אף הכסף ששילמנו . כל ההתברברות כאלה המון זמן ואכזבה ונכנסנו לחדר רק ב 1900 . כך יצא שעל חדר רגיל שילמנו כמעט 1700 שח ללילה וגם היינו בו מעט זמן. מדובר במלון ענק שהמרחק ממקום למקום גדול מאוד. ארוחת בוקר מאכזבת

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, direkt am Alpsee. Das Zimmer im Jägerhaus sehr großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Hotel sehr geschmackvoll mit einem schönem Speise- und Frühstückssaal. Die Bar sehr stylisch, mit außergewöhnlicher Getränkeauswahl. Schöner Wellnessbereich, Liegewiese mit Blick auf den See.

Die Hauptspeise im Liesl Restaurant war sehr gut aber minimal, man wurde nicht satt, außer man nahm die Vorspeise vom Buffet mit dazu. Auswahl der Karte etwas gering. Sehr wenig vegane Optionen beim Frühstück und Abendessen.

Hiii Ameron & Team , here is Sofia Walter , Room 1202, A beautiful location, an amazing breakfast – but with some important things to consider I would like to share my honest and personal experience after staying at AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa. Let me start with the positive things, because there are definitely many. The location is absolutely beautiful. The surroundings, the lake, the mountains and the proximity to Neuschwanstein Castle make this a truly special place. Everything we wanted to visit was within approximately 2–4 km, either around the hotel or in Schwangau, which made exploring the area very convenient. The staff were also very nice, friendly and helpful, and I would like to thank the entire team for all the little gifts and kind gestures during our stay. But the absolute highlight for me was the breakfast. It was simply DIVINE! Absolutely superb, with a wonderful selection and very good quality. I enjoyed it every single morning. I even “stole” two little pieces of bread every day to feed the ducks at the lake. 😊🦆 There is also a restaurant in the area that completely stole my heart: Schlossbrauhaus Schwangau. For me, it is number one forever. ❤️ However, I also believe that an honest review should mention the things that could be improved. The shower door in our room did not close completely, which meant that I had to be very quick while showering to avoid having a small “lake” on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door closes automatically, but it is quite difficult to open. For guests with mobility problems, balance issues or disabilities, I would not recommend this setup. It can be genuinely difficult to manage safely. The room itself was rather small for my personal taste, and unfortunately the mattress was extremely firm. I was simply unable to sleep properly because of it. The swimming pool was also extremely small. I expected something larger, especially for a resort of this standard.

The hotels location is superb. Could not be better. Within walking distance to both castles and Alpsee. Brilliant!

3/4 Pension, wenn man nur 1-2 Tage dort bleibt in Ordnung, jedoch haben wir 5 Mal übernachtet und somit 5 Mal im Restaurant Lisl gegessen. Die Karte mit der Auswahl der Hauptgänge bleibt immer gleich. Preis-/Leistung hat für uns gar nicht gepasst.

הזמנו את הסוויטה ( 43 מ״ר) בחדר פונה לאגם. אין מזגנים באגף הזה ( מבנה לשימור) הצוות הציע לנו אחרי יומיים לעבור לאגף החדש עם מזגן בחדרים.

Eine absolute Empfehlung für einen Urlaub mit Hund in wunderbarer Lage direkt am Alpsee mit Blick auf die beiden Schlösser. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr herzliche Betreuung durch das gesamte Personal sowie die durchdachte Hundefreundlichkeit des Hauses. Hunde sind im Frühstücksbereich im vorgelagerten Barbereich willkommen. Zahlreiche öffentliche Strände an den umliegenden Seen (v.a. Alpsee und Forgensee) bieten Hunden viel Platz zum Abkühlen und Baden.

Décoration des chambres un peu froide, on s’attend à quelque chose de plus chaleureux à ce tarif.. pas de kit de couture/ dentaire… ou alors en extra alors que cela devient la norme pour des hôtels de cette catégorie

Hotel est à un hall de réception très beau. Notre chambre était classique pour ce standing . L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top. Nous avons très bien mangé.

La piscine sentait trop le chlore. Nous étions au rdc avec petit terrasse qui n'est pas vraiment entretenu. Dommage. Il manque un peu de charme à cet hôtel.

Ontbijt kan uitgebreider, we konden niet avondeten in het restaurant Lisl. We konden wel in het andere restaurant eten wat bij hotel hoort met traditionele gerechten dat viel zeer tegen. Slechte bediening en matig eten.

Hotel krásný, ocenila jsem oddělené salonky kam se chodilo na veceri a snídani.Opravdu krásne prostředí. Profesionál byl opravdu velmi milý!

Chyběla nám klimatizace, protože jsme byli ve starší budově,která patří ke komplexu, ale pak už jsme si nějak zvykli.Nic dramatickeho

Anreise sehr bequem, gut zu erreichen mit dem PKW, Hotelparkplatz durften wir umgehend morgens nach Ankunft schon nutzen (Kostenpflichtig 14 Euro) ebenso wurde uns gratis Kaffee angeboten, da unser Zimmer gegen 15 Uhr lt. Booking erst fertig war haben wir zuerst Schloß Hohenschwangau besucht und gemütlich zu Mittag gegessen (Bräustüberl ist sehr zu empfehlen). Bereits um ca. 13:30 Uhr war unser Zimmer fertig. Barbereich mit der Bistrokarte sehr zu empfehlen, leckeres Essen und Cocktails. Zimmer war bei uns im dritten Gebäude direkt über dem Wellnessbereich, an sich schönes großes Zimmer, sauber absolut schön. Wellnessbereich an sich sehr schön Gratis Wasser und Tee im Wellnessbereich gibt es sowie Studentenfutter und etwas Obst. Lage ist Fantastisch, besser geht es nicht.

Personal an der Rezeption teilweise etwas reserviert und karg in Erklärungen des doch umfangreichen Areals, mit dem Gepäck wurde uns nicht geholfen / auch nicht angeboten. Details sind wichtig Auf das Booklet mit der Zimmernummer steht: sehr geehrte/r und dann wurde es mit unserem Nachnamen ergänzt, Detailverliebte Menschen würden hier zb noch die Anrede erwarten Herr/Frau/Familie/Prof/Dr. das wäre ein Zeichen willkommen zu sein als stupide "durchzuschleusen". Wellnessbereich nicht Barrierefrei, Gäste mit Textil in der Sauna, kein Service im Wellnessbereich (Getränke, Snacks). Keine Anwendungen spontan buchbar im Wellnessbereich Badezimmer etwas klein (insbesondere Waschbeckenbereich) Preis/Leistung Frühstück könnte umfangreicher sein, Würstchen, Speck und Rührei stehen offen in Töpfen da, alles Kalt. An der Kochstation wird nur Omelette angeboten, wieso nicht Pancakes zb?

The spa was unfortunately a bit too crowded with a lot of kids splashing in the swimming pool outside the “kids time”. It was difficult to fully enjoy it. Although, this is purely personal preference.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel. Nous étions en chambre luxe avec vue sur le lac. Mais le seul luxe était la vue splendide sur le lac...

Le rapport qualité prix est incroyablement mauvais. Pour ce tarif , on s'attend à un autre standing, et les autres hôtels de la région proposent bien mieux dans cette gamme de prix. La partie historique de l'hôtel est négligée et les travaux d'amélioration sont faits au rabais. Le menu 4 temps du soir est digne de la cantine ( cf photo) . La chambre luxe a un sol en pin brut non peint qui fait salle et les portes sont post-formees.

Ubicación perfecta, si buscas llegar a la zona, dejar el coche, y estar a la mañana siguiente ya en el sitio, para visitar los castillos. Salir a pasear por la noche por los alrededores, y observar los castillos iluminados, sacar 4 fotos, y el silencio de estar en medio de las montañas, sin apenas oír nada, mas que la tranquilidad. Piscina cubierta, muy agradable. Desayuno completo, con variedad. Habitaciones cómodas para 4 personas.

Demasiado caro, aun y la comodidad del sitio, y las vistas. Tener que ir a cenar, a las 20:00/20:30, al restaurante del hotel de al lado, porque el suyo ya estaba cerrado. Y menos mal, porque si no, tiene que coger el coche he irte al pueblo.

The location is beautiful. Just like a post card with a lake and two castles. Staff were polite and the girl who helped us with the e-bike rentals was very nice. Our room had AC which was nice in the hot weather.

Absolutely gorgeous location, but the vibe in the bar and restaurant area was a bit pretentious. I feel like the room and the overall accomodations did not match the image the hotel was trying to convey. Our water pressure in the shower was almost non-existant several times we tried to shower. When my husband tried to check out the night before our early departure the next day, he told the desk staff that we had already paid for the room via Booking.com. The man at the desk said that was not the case, that Booking.com reservations always had to be paid on site, and then he proceeded to charge my credit card on file again. I had to go back down and show them proof of my payment to Booking. It took a while for them to sort it out, but they did. But there was no apology of any kind. They just handed me a paper saying their recent charges had been reversed.

Super freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Gute Ausstattung und gutes Essen. Sehr professionelle Führung des Hotels. Wünsche werden , so dies möglich ist, sofort erfüllt.

Das ist nicht so wichtig aber eine Ladestation für E Autos wäre schön.

Superbe hôtel dans un cadre magnifique, à deux bas du lac d'Alpsee et des deux châteaux. Nous avions pris une suite junior et chacune de nos fenêtres donnait sur l'un des châteaux. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment varié, le bar agréable et l'espace spa a une vue fabuleuse. Pensez à réserver le restaurant si vous souhaitez y aller, il y a peu de moyens de se restaurer dans le village et encore moins aux horaires latins du dîner.

Meget god beliggenhed med kort afstand til det væsentlige. Vi blev opgraderet fra standard dobbeltværelse til juniorsuite, formentlig på grund af overbookning. Det kan naturligvis påvirke bedømmelsen.

Vi måtte rykke for den aftalte e-mail med kvittering/faktura.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: wirklich sehr vielseitig und hochwertig. Von frischem Waffelteig bis hin zur Egg-Station, an der Rührei, Spiegelei oder Omelett frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet wurden, war für jeden etwas dabei. Ganz besonders möchten wir das Personal an der Egg-Station erwähnen, unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch das übrige Servicepersonal war insgesamt sehr bemüht, wobei einige Mitarbeiter:innen durch ihre besondere Kundenorientierung noch einmal positiv herausstachen. Beim Frühstück war es allerdings recht voll und teilweise mit etwas Wartezeit verbunden, bis wir einen Tisch bekamen. Fairerweise muss man dazu sagen, dass wir mit acht Personen angereist waren, was die Tischsuche natürlich nicht einfacher machte. Das Abendessen wird als Menü angeboten und war für unsere Kinder etwas zu anspruchsvoll bzw. nicht ganz so kindgerecht. Burger und Pommes konnten jedoch problemlos zusätzlich bestellt werden. Wir selbst haben, bis auf einen Abend überwiegend außerhalb des Hotels gegessen. Ein besonderes Highlight war unsere gebuchte Meditation im Spa-Bereich bei Vincent. Eine ganz wunderbare, angenehm bodenständige und erdende Einheit, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage direkt am Alpsee ist wunderschön und lädt zu tollen Spaziergängen ein, auch mit Hund. Rund um Neuschwanstein ist es erwartungsgemäß sehr touristisch und international, schließlich reisen Menschen aus aller Welt hierher. Sobald man sich ein wenig abseits der klassischen Touristenwege bewegt, lässt sich die wunderschöne Umgebung aber sehr genießen.

Wir hatten als Familie eine Junior Suite gebucht, da wir zu viert etwas mehr Platz benötigten. Etwas irritiert hat uns die vorab zusätzliche Reinigungs- bzw. Hundepauschale für unseren kleinen Zwergdackel. Dass für einen Hund grundsätzlich ein Aufpreis berechnet wird, ist für uns absolut nachvollziehbar und völlig in Ordnung. Die zusätzliche Reinigungspauschale von 250,-€ neben der Tagespauschale empfanden wir bei einem kleinen, nicht haarenden Hund allerdings als etwas überzogen. Davon abgesehen haben wir das Hotel und die Umgebung als sehr hundefreundlich erlebt.

The location was perfect and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even during fire alarms that had us outside for a while.

Had a problem with booking.com saying our room had aircon when we got there it didn’t. The hotel was nice enough to correct it. With heart problems i’m not sure what we would have done if they didn’t.

Locatie is fantastisch, bedden zijn goed, eten en drinken is perfect. Veel aanbod van verschillende soorten eten. Fantastische grote kamers

Personeel is niet “Duits “ gastvrij. Alleen bij het uitchecken was de dame erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren erg warm. We zaten op derde verdieping in een van de oudere gebouwen zonder airco.

Personal in der Hotelbar und im Bräustüberl mega unfreundlich, genervt und nicht serviceorientiert. Sollten ihren Job überdenken.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann! Wir hatten ein super schönes Zimmer mit Willkommensgruß (handgeschrieben!) - wirklich toll, wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch das Schwimmbad (mit extra Splash Zeit für die Kids - mit Schwimmtieren etc) ist einmalig. Essen lecker und riesige Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Personal sehr freundlich! Alles top

Die Touristenscharen um das Hotel rum. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich perfekt - am See und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss. Daher ist es dort nur am frühen Morgen und am Abend "ruhig". Für die vielen Touristen kann das Hotel natürlich nichts - trotzdem war uns das too much und hat viel vom Wohlfühlfaktor weggenommen :(

The view from the room was exceptional. It is an old school beatiful classic experence. Our room had a view of the castle on one side and the lake on the other. Such a romantic room, makes me wish I was younger. This is a great experence especially for a young couple. I am sure they would remember it for the rest of there lives.

Our room had no air conditioning, we got lucky and it was not so hot the days we stayed and the breeze was nice through the room when we opened the curtains. So this was not a problem for us but if you get the lake view rooms be aware that there is no air conditioning. So check the weather

„Wir waren absolut begeistert! Die Unterkunft, die traumhafte Lage und das gesamte Ambiente waren einfach wunderschön. Alles hat gepasst und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein wirklich unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben!“

Le bar/ on a commandé un repas, c’était bon mais le service était assez long et l’équipe semblait débordée

Mega schöne Lage am Alpsee. Super schön zum Baden nach dem Saunagang.

I was so excited to stay at this hotel but unfortunately we had a terrible experience! Our room was in the Jägerhaus building. It faced the main building which was having an event (I think a wedding). It was so loud and our room was shaking! The wedding guests were also taking pictures of us through our window. We had to keep the windows open though because there's no AC and it was so hot. At 10:30 pm I finally called the front desk and they told me it wouldn't end until 12:30 but they'd request the music to be turned down. It never happened though. We had been driving all day and were exhausted. The location is great. It was perfect to go see Neuschwantein Castle but I would just caution you to NOT book the Jägerhaus building and maybe you'll have a better time than we did.

Wonderful location, with beautiful views of the Alps, and a gorgeous lake for a sunrise or sunset stroll. The breakfast was good, the rooms & beds very nice and the staff great. Highly recommend!

Prachtige locatie, goed ontbijt

De prijs staat niet in verhouding tot wat je krijgt. Heel middelmatig hotel als je de locatie wegdenkt. De bedden zijn niet comfortabel, goedkoop aandoend beddengoed en handdoeken, personeel dat grotendeels amper Engels spreekt. Ook erg bijzonder dat we een kamer voor o.a. een 4 jarig kind hebben geboekt, waar vervolgens een mini bedje in staat waar zijn benen tussen de spijlen zouden uitsteken. Hij heeft uiteindelijk maar bij ons in bed geslapen.

The photo of the hotel is very deceiving. It looked as though it had direct access to the lake or the property at least was fronting the lake but it wasn’t. We were really disappointed when we arrived specially not knowing it was a busy and touristy area. The hotel was nice but it wasn’t the surroundings we had hoped for.

Everything! Unbeatable

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben uns auch immer wieder sehr nett weitergeholfen. Auch das Frühstück war klasse und das Essen und der Service in der Ludwig Bar. Weiterhin war die Massage ganz toll.

Wir hatten leider mehrere Probleme mit dem Housekeeping Personal. Da wir schon mittags anreisten, war unser Zimmer natürlich noch nicht fertig, so dass wir nur unsere Koffer abgegeben hatten und erst gegen 15 Uhr wiederkamen. Unsere Koffer wurden schon auf unser Zimmer gebracht. Leider wurde die Tür offen gelassen, so dass wir etwas erschraken, als wir im Zimmer ankamen. Leider wurden auch die kaputten Terassenstühle während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht und in den folgenden Tagen wurden zum einen die benutzten Handtücher zwar weggeräumt, aber keine neuen nachgebracht und zum anderen die Kaffeekapseln nicht nachgefüllt. Insgesamt entsprach dies leider nicht unseren Anforderungen an ein 4 Sterne Superior Hotel.

Its a modern facility which is rare to find in europe. The breakfast was amazing and its close to the castle and the alpsee where we enjoyed some time to swim! Overall I enjoyed and would stay here again

It is very popular and crowded; we could not get a table for dinner (but they have in room service dining) We noted outsiders coming to use the swimming pool from entrance at the pool The bathroom door was very heavy and could not stay open which caused the bathroom to be very hot and steamy

Great location and lovely historic accommodation — I appreciated both very much.

I was a bit disappointed with the spa, as the hot tub/jacuzzi was not available.

Ameron is a lovely hotel but on our short stay we weren't able to use all that it has to offer - the spread-out property left quite a bit of walking for us, and be careful about air conditioning in the heat of summer. We stayed just one night to be able to see the adjacent sites and castle. Our room in the Alpenrose was large and very nice, but a significant distance from the dining area and reception, and it lacked air conditioning. You would think that's not much of an issue in this area in the foot of the Alps, but that night it was still 76/24 degrees at midnight. The pool area is quite nice (but also lacks A/C so it's hot on the indoor section). Breakfast was good, and being able to avoid the crowds coming in by vehicle (and the parking lots) is a huge plus.

Rzadko to mówię, ale trudno się do czegoś przyczepić. Jedyna sugestia: basen mógłby być dłużej otwarty dla osób lubiących pływać wieczorem, kiedy nie ma dzieci

Excellent hotel. Get your tickets to Neuschwanstein in advance. Stay at this hotel the night before you go to the castle.

Alles schön und fein. Die Sicht und das Top Frühstück sind die Highlights. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Man kann sehr gut schlafen. Das Hotelpersonal sind richtig nett.

Leider gibt es außer des Pools keine Kinderaktivitäten. Die Preise im Sommer sind natürlich relativ hoch. Parkplätze kosten extra.

Manzara muhteşemdi. Balkonlu, kocaman bir banyosu olan tarihi binada kaldık. Yataklar rahattı, temizlik çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı zengindi.

Akşam yemeklerinde bazı ana yemekler kötüydü. “Coq au vin”den tavuk tadı gelmediği gibi güzel bir tadı da yoktu.

В этой гостинице я почувствовала себя королевой ,было все на высшем уровне начиная с обслуживания и заканчивая номером под стиль замка. Изумительный вид из окон номера на замок .

Нужно было бронировать столик на ужин даже не смотря на то что мы заказали номер с полупансион.

L’emplacement idéal par rapport au lac et aux châteaux. C’est magique de pouvoir s’y promener au calme lorsque le flux des touristes sont partis! La propreté et le calme des chambres. Le Spa avec vue sur le lac.

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado El edificio donde nos alojaron era antiguo (teóricamente edificio histórico) y había que subir escaleras para acceder a la habitación. La piscina del spa nos pareció pequeña y sin personal del hotel presente en ningún momento y no hubo tranquilidad.

Établissement très bien situé au bord du lac. Vue magnifique. Calme assuré. Très reposant.

Non respect des touristes avec enfants qui ne tiennent pas compte du besoin de repos des autres. La piscine n'est pas dédiée qu'aux enfants

Prachtig Hotel op een zeer prachtige locatie met zich op het "Schloss Neuschwanstein". Zeer mooie kamers. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en ook het avondeten is van het zeer goede kwaliteit. De bediening is zeer vriendelijk. Spa faciliteiten zijn inbegrepen en zeer goed. Zeer proper hotel op idyllische locatie. Dit is een iets duurder hotel dan gemiddeld, maar de standaard ligt hier ook een stuk hoger. Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf.

Geen opmerkingen.

Heel vriendelijk en beleefd onthaal aan de receptie. Zeer behulpzaam personeel ook aan het schoonmaakpersoneel! En hondvriendelijk, tijdens het inchecken kreeg ik een doosje hondensnoepjes aangeboden. Tof en super bedankt!

Alles is fantastisch maar om iets van minpunt aan te halen wil ik melden dat aan de deuropening om naar restaurant/ ontbijtzaal te gaan een spinneweb hangt en op het terras van de kamer ook (vermoedelijk hoogseizoen en niet grondig kunnen reinigen).
