The owner manager is so kind. Free water refill which is so great and so rare to find in Vietnam. Save on plastic use. He also gives free bananas. The delux double has a wonderful river and mountain view out the back. Worth paying the extra dollar. The road in front is busy so those rooms nay be noisy. Coffee, win mart, local restaurants are all nearby. Not easy to coordinate bus from Quang ngai and the ferry times. Coming back was easy as a minivan was waiting at the port and dropped me at the hotel for 50,000. The public bus # 3 doesnt seem to follow the official schedule. But is conveniently nearby if u can fibd the accurate times. Dedinitely the place to stay in Quang ngai if u are in transit to Ly son or have ur own transport as its a little outside the city center. Beds are hard but this iften happens in Vietnam. Nice thick comforter. Very clean. Second time going and will go back.

Very nice older man owner and manager welcomes u with a big smile. Pay the extra for the delux room with the wonderful river side view. Quiet and peaceful. Very Clean. Thick comforter. Near local restaurants, a win mart and a couple cafes. The owner can arrange a 6 am or 10 am share minivan to Sa ky port for the ferry to ly son. Also, the bus stop for the government #3 bus is only about 250 meters away. But be careful because the 2026 official bus schedule seems to be incorrect as the scheduled 7:45 bus never came. A local man said it passed by at 7 am. The 6 am shuttle might get u to the port for the 6:45 ferry. Otherwise u need to wait until 9:30 for the next one. If u take the 10 am u will need to wait until the 1:30 ferry. There is a nice cafe/restaurant next to the ferry terminal to wait.

All fine...host and his daughter was very pleasant and polite, ready to help all the time. Room was comfy and clean. Just right acros the street is one stall with fresh fruit...it was blessing for me 🙂 Room with 2 big windows and river view...many daylight in room.

Location for me is not so good. It is not bad, but neighborhood is not so perfect...there is no any single AC coffee bar around, every one is open type, so it is bot so perfect when is hot outside. Sometimes is litlle bit to loud around... Have to walk 10-15 mins to town, across the bridge...

Phòng siêu sạch. Chú chủ siêu nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Mình checkin sớm cũng ko phụ thu, còn được up phòng miễn phí . Có dịp đến Quảng Ngãi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại :D

Friendly owner, gave us free bananas and helped us with everything that we needed.

Beds were a bit too hard for us, but we got a good rest...it was quiet.

Can't think of anything in particular. Lacked an elevator however, I don't consider that important.

The property is in a great location. Lots and lots of local restaurants in easily walkable distance. WinMart just up the street. I had some great, authentic meals there. The room was very clean. The owner could not possibly be nicer or friendlier. He’s just amazing. Above and beyond. So welcoming; I got a big hug. He takes you to your room and shows you how everything works. He is always available to help. He left me some treats on the room upon arrival and insisted that I take more from a desk in the lobby. I cannot say enough nice things about him. He just brings joy to you. Great view from the room too; over the river with an awesome sunset. Loved my stay here.

I liked everything about it. A true Vietnamese Guest House. Super clean. It has everything he puts in the listing.

Very warm welcome, upgraded us for free from 2 x budget doubles to 1 x deluxe double & 1 x quad room. Rooms wete very clean. Helped us to hire motorbikes for a reasonable price in a very short amount of time despite the launguage barrier. Highly recommended.

Host was very kind and helpful.

This guesthouse is clearly a labor of love for its owner, who gave me the kindest greeting and good-bye. He even spent 10 minutes helping me pack up my bicycle, after storing it safely overnight. Also, each room has its own barrel of fresh water, so you don't dehydrate or create more plastic bottle pollution. Plus: snacks!! And there's a supermarket a few stores down, so you can eat like royalty in your room. All in all, this was my best budge guesthouse experience in Asia.

The only problem, and it was a small one, was that the bathroom drain was a bit slow.

Great location, family nice and friendly. Short walk to the highway to hail a minibus to Hoi An.

Annoying was the sound in the morning from the speakers on the street. I do t know what they tell but it is too early. It has nothing to do with the hotel but with the people at the street

I enjoyed my Stay. A friendly, warm family that goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The rooms are nice, well maintained and comfortable. Coverd motorbike parking also available.

The proprietor was a hoot, enthusiastic and very kind and helpful. He assisted me on to Quy Nhon and better than that, to Ly Son Island, a scruffy, wonderful little place.

I stayed for only one night but I can say the owners are truly friendly, they even wanted to give me an upgrade FOR FREE (larger room with view to the river) which I didn’t ask for. They really want you to feel the best when you stay. The guesthouse is very very clean, even in the lobby or stairs, you can feel it. The location is great for me as it is right on my way the next city.

I liked everything

The owners are very nice and kind to us, warm greeting, snacks and water. We arrived at the guesthouse pretty early in the morning but that is not a problem at all. They prepared the room and we can just check in right away at 7 o’clock in the morning. Room is nice and clean, bathroom is nice and we got an upgrade for free so we got a bigger room and a better view without asking for it. In Quang ngai, it’s easier to go around with the bike and again we asked them for a rental bike, they made a call and the bike came to us with the cheap price and we can just leave it at the guesthouse when we want to return it. Every time we go out or come back to the guesthouse, we have warm hug and smile waiting for us. The last day we have to take a taxi to the train station but we couldn’t call from the app and again they made one call and it’s not too long to wait and we got to the station safely. So if you have to spend nights or even just a night in Quang ngai, we really recommend this guesthouse. The cheap and good place really does exist.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was clean There were places to eat nearby. I would recommend hiring a scooter to explore the area, visit the nearby museum and beaches

The welcome was fantastic. I had cycled a long way and was tired an enthusiastic welcome is worth so much. Close to food stalks one of the owners came out and helped me order.

Some areas of the bathroom need a little more cleaning.

The owner was really friendly and did everything he could to help us. We arrived really wet and he supplied us with a plate of biscuits and a drink. In the morning, he gave us ponchos to keep the rain off.

The shower was a bit cold.
