U Parkhotel

Toiletries and room size

Limited transport

The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal if you are visiting your children at the UT, as the hotel is conveniently situated in the very same building as the student residence. Everything was clean, quiet, and overall a fantastic, stress-free experience.

Nothing this time

I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated by the night manager during our stay last night. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced this problem with the same person. We already complained about his behaviour last year, but apparently nothing has changed. We were travelling as a group of seven families, and several of us were shocked by the way he spoke to us. His attitude was rude, disrespectful and completely inappropriate for someone working in hospitality. One example was when we entered the hotel late at night through a door that was open. Instead of simply dealing with the situation professionally, he repeatedly questioned us: “How did you get in? How did you get in?” and then proceeded to lecture us. If a hotel entrance that should be locked is left open, that is a matter for the hotel to investigate internally. Guests should not be spoken to as though they have done something wrong simply because they entered through an open door. What makes this especially disappointing is that we are not occasional guests. We travel regularly from Germany to the Netherlands and stay in this area around twice a month. Our wider group represents approximately ten families who regularly need accommodation. We have given this hotel another chance after our previous complaint, but experiencing the same behaviour again makes us seriously question whether our feedback is being taken seriously. If this situation continues and no action is taken, unfortunately we will have to choose another hotel for our future visits. This would mean losing not just one guest, but potentially around ten families who regularly stay in the area. I strongly ask the hotel management to take this complaint seriously, investigate the conduct of the night manager, and ensure that guests are treated with basic courtesy and professionalism in the future. We would appreciate a response from management explaining how this matter will be addressed.

I never came down for breakfast, only for diner.

Room Cleaning can be better

Rustig gelegen. Goede bed en goed ontbijt.

Bereikbaarheid ;gesloten poort, moest omrijden.

Tutto perfetto. Posizione in un parco enorme. Comodo da raggiungere. Ottima colazione e ristorante

Very good location - located close to the University of Twente( one territory ). Nice view over the park, spacious room with modern design.

Day of check out both elevators were out of order. At checkout time no receptionist in the reception.

Night manager was very friendly

House keeping keep on knocking on our door from 10:30 in the morning asking us for cleaning before check out eventhough we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 oclock in the morning after a long concert and the night manager said we could leave with a late check out. so it was bad communication or they wanted to clean and leave.

Ruime kamer

Beperkte menu op zondag

Modern Hotel. Parking lot (free) right at the Hotel. View over city.

Tricky to find when you go first time and you navigate gets on strike

Very kind, super friendly and helpful staff. Good beds.

Housekeeping is not very much on top of things. The room was dirty when we arrived. The reception staff immediately gave us a new room and upgraded us for free. During our stay they forgot to empty the bins sometimes, did not clean the bathroom floor sometimes, etc. Apart from that the hotel is very clean and well organized.

Het bed was heel erg lekker

Ruime moderne kamer, heerlijke badkamer! Bijzondere omgeving.

Eigenlijk niets

Location in a beautifully renovated renowned building on the campus of Uni of Twente, modern rooms with industrial chic, nice restaurant and breakfast.

Het was zo gezellig daar, helemaal top!

Niks viel tegen.

This is a great place to stay. They have a huge parking lot, a nice restaurant and facilities, and comfortable, climate-controlled rooms. It's short to walk to the train station, and there is a store nearby.

friendliness hiring bikes worked well restaurant was good . Breakfast not as good as it has been in previous years

A contemporary hotel on the campus of University of Twente, in a modernist building, with free parking.

Their laundry service requires 24 hours or three days on weekends!

Great location. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is nice.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The location is amazing near to many places. There was AC and other facilities to feel comfortable and relax.

The breakfast was good but with limited options

Sehr modernes Hotel in architekturhistorisch bedeutendem Gebäude.

Voldoende parkeerplaats. Het inchecken verliep vlot

Nothing, only the bed was nice and comfy tho. Everything else just garbage

No damn tv streaming services, no Netflix, no Disney, no prime video. Just plain old tv programs I mean cmon man, who tf watches that shi even, put some damn Netflix on or something

Everything is good. Just bar was working only 22:00.

Wyjątkowo ciekawy architektonicznie obiekt z ładnie zaprojektowanymi wnętrzami. Dobre kosmetyki i kawa w pokoju. Codzienny serwis i miła obsługa. Hotel w pobliżu parku i tras spacerowych uniwersytetu Twente.

Always a great staff when I go to university!

Nothing

The room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of parking. The hotel is right on the university campus. Enschede city centre is only a short drive away.

We skipped breakfast as we considered it overpriced. WiFi was a bit sluggish.

Ontbijt was goed, vriendelijk personeel. Diner was lekker

Geen commentaar

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk

Eigenlijk niets alles was goed

no available chargers to borrow. No tubs

location is unique

It's all a bit to much design

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable, clean and well equipped room and bathroom.

A személyzet udvarias, barátságos. A szálloda gyönyörű helyen van. Rengeteg a zöld terület. Autóval, busszal könnyen és egyszerűen megközelíthető. A városközponttól 10 percnyire található.

Can't use HDMI for watching own shows or listening to music with the TV.
