Lugones

The staff was super helpful, the location is convenient and there is enough space for 4-5 people in the apartment.

Not the newest furniture and bedsheets, not very soundproof.

La amabilidad principalmente, muy atenta a todo Amplia y cómoda

La distancia al aeropuerto

Las camas. No tenía comodidades para la cantidad solicitada de huéspedes

Location Kindness of staff

Emeniries should be reviewd. Showerhead pillows sheets etc.

Location was close to airport The bathroom clean and had nice towels

What very hot

close to airport, the check in was easy, apartment was comfortable

It was clean and close to the airport

The rooms aren't sound proof. We could here people talking and moving about their rooms all night.

Very smooth from check in to check out. Gaby was very friendly and responsive, apartment was safe, clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay if you have a late / early flight to/from EZE.

Close to EZE airport. Safe area to walk to supermarket etc. Helpful host who arranged taxi for us.

Steep stairs to bedroom and a little dated.

We arrived on New Year’s Eve. There were fireworks going off everywhere. Didn’t hear any of them. It was so nice and quiet in there. 😁 Host was very responsive when we had a transportation issue . She uses. WhatsApp, just like all of Argentina does.

Gabriela was amazing, we were unable to get into the property with the code provided, so we contacted her and despite the language barrier she got us checked in and settled. She was so kind and generous and helped us organise transport for our early morning flight. The property is close to the international airport and is perfect for transitting travellers.

A lock box where guests can collect the keys. Code can be sent prior to arrival.

Staff really helpful after a very tiring day with >9 hr flight delays

It was very clean and well appointed. Love the layout with the loft bedroom. Lots of space considering the size. Very secure with gates and key cards to get in and out. Gabriela is a gem! Super helpful, and able to connect guests with whatever they need. It is pet friendly with a little yard out front. If I lived alone here, I would consider staying long term!

My unit needed a little paint in spots and the couch was well worn. But that was it!

The location was excellent-nice and close to the airport. Breakfast was great- juice and croissants

We weren’t sure how to access the property as we were very early

close to airport. Clean.

This place is kinda hard to check-in. We need a passcode to enter the gate but we were never provided one. The room was unlocked and entered when we were away. The owner said there were cameras around but it's still not an excuse for entering without permission, not to mention leaving the doors unlocked and open afterwards. Overall it's a clean place but towels have yellow stains.

I’m conflicted with this review. Because Gabriella was great. And she sorted out the Taxi with Javier Who/which was excellent. So it did the job as I had a crazy early flight. But the place needs a refurbishment

Pillows had brown stains on which were visible as covers didn’t cover properly. Seriously how much is a couple of pillows. The aircon was good but the place wasn’t great. And windows and back door locks were broken. So didn’t lock. Tbf the place was in a secure compound but nevertheless. Instant coffee! Really. It’s not 1975.

Breakfast was good, enjoyed it! The wifi speed was amazing, I was able to work pretty well!

Hot water took a lot of time to come out. Also, I wish the heating was distributed well across the room.

Location by the airport. Fresh juice and warm medialunas for breakfast delivered to the apartment

Great staff and family run !! Very helpful getting me to the airport!

The place itself was nice. Clean, comfortable, no issues with the actual apartment.

There was no communication prior to my arrival from the hosts, even though they had been given my phone number in advance. I arrived in the middle of the night and there was no way to get into the apartment. It was rather stressful. Eventually I was able to get in thanks to a neighbour. Then Gabriella called and promised there would be a taxi back to EZE for my early morning flight, but it never arrived. In the end she came and drove me personally. Not the kind of stress you want during a long travel stretch. Hopefully they sort out the apartment access issues and airport transfers in future.

Open space

No internet connection, flimsy towels, space full of mosquitoes, empty water tank, small bathroom comparing to the huge space of the room, not clean enough (stains on the bed covers)

This was an excellent stay. The host was exceptional and great. Well recommended

Nothing negative

Everything was top quality and clean, from rooms to swimming pool, to service, to the architecture, can’t say enough

nothing

We had an early flight so we couldn't take advantage of the breakfast. We needed a place close to the airport so the location suited us well.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. It would have been helpful to have a printed local map to help us see what was in the area in case we wanted to go out to eat or find a store.

safety of area and proximity to airport and eating places

na

Everything was excelent. The lady made me feel really good. I recommend this place

Perfect overnight eizeza stay for us. Thank you for picking us up at 2am with no problems and a smile. Much appreciated!

Mi familia quedó muy contenta con la atención.

Muy amable Gabriela y atenta con un problemita que tuve inesperado, super recomendado

The space was in good condition and clean but it was not child friendly with steep stairs and railings that were dangerous for children. We ended up hardly using the stairs or upstairs bedroom as we were fearful for our children's safety. The staff want to check with you rather late at night to get your breakfast order. They pounded on the door until we answered. Breakfast was rather disappointing with less and less given each day and it seemed up to us to come up with a menu rather than them offering much choices. Avoid this place with children if you have any concern with them on second floors with little to keep them from falling off!

Loved the place and the service. They even help get me a taxi in the am.

Excellent stay helpful host. Some cleanliness issues Amazing location thoroughly recommend it.

Very nice boutique hotel located in a quiet neighbor near the international airport.

Nobody here spoke english and there was no place for reception. I arrived arsonists 10:30 or 11pm and there was only one lady who wasn’t in bed who registered me which was a slow process. The bed and facilities were comfortable but it didn’t feel like a real hotel where people speak English and there is 24 hour reception. I had to leave early in the morning and no one was around. If my taxi had not arrived, I don’t know what I would have done.

Very clean and spacious place. Great host, with an excellent breakfast meal.

Quiet neighborhood and building. No English but they can communicate via google translate. Short walk to minimarket and couple little restaurants. Very convenient for airport access.

Very close to the airport and a lady came to pick us up to take us to the airport at 4:30 am

Very unique interesting apartment. Breakfast was even delivered to our apartment. Staff is all outstanding. Had a little trouble with language barrier, but all went very well. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed here for one night and it was a good place to stay. It’s about 10 min from the EZE airport. It’s a two story apartment with the room on the second floor and it does have a complete kitchen. Restroom was good too. You order your breakfast a day before when we checked in. You can order scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and half moons. When you arrive, I recommend you contact Gabriela or Karina since the doorbell speakerphone was hard to listen. They provide you a code to enter and they tell you what apartment to check in. You use contactless cards to enter apartment. A restaurant which is walking distance is La Posada. They have good pizza. The apartment also has a back area to hang clothes. No laundry on premises which I didn’t see.

Near the airport. Although the owner is not fluent in English, she seemed kind and accommodating

It was all nice. We also have been provided an excellent transfer to the airport.

We primarily choose this hotel due to their earlier check in time of 10AM. Our flight from USA arrived around 8AM and had been a night flight so we were very tired upon arrival. It was a quick and easy drive after picking up our rental car. Check in consisted of ringing the doorbell at the gate, waiting a couple of minutes for a kind gentleman to let us in. He showed us to unit 5. The unit had an upstairs sleeping area with air conditioning and the downstairs was a kitchen, washroom and general sitting area. Purified water was provided and the large refrigerator, stove/oven and kitchen were very clean. The washroom was clean and perfect. Large shower area. An iron and board were also there. Outside in the rear was a completely secluded small patio with a sink for doing laundry by hand. The only issue I noticed was the front sliding door did not lock from the inside. However, there is a secured gate for access to the property and each individual unit also had another card access gate, ao I didnt worry. I suppose a stick of wood to prevent the door from being opened would suffice if needed. The breakfast was brought in the morning and was a light continental type. Checkout was just leaving the access cards on the table and driving away. Very quiet area, quiet neighborhood with police just 30 steps away, amd some food options and small stores very close by (a short walk). This place was perfect for our needs amd we will likely stay again when we return to BA.

Near the airport. The host Gabriella is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

Very clean and close to the airport, nice breakfast too

Good location for Ezeiza airport. Comfortable and well appointed apartment. Tasty breakfast and super helpful owner. I would thoroughly recommend this property.
