Reviewed Aug 11, 2026L'hotel è nel centro della piccola cittadina e le risaie sono ad un paio di minuti di auto.
Il servizio è stato pessimo. Siamo arrivati in struttura e non c'era nessuno al check-in. Dopo qualche minuto sono arrivate due addette delle pulizie che non parlavano inglese e inizialmente volevavano che ce ne andassimo e abbiamo dovuto insistere, dicendo che avevamo prenotato. La camera era piuttosto scadente, con segni di usura ovunque e sporco. Nel letto erano presenti diversi capelli. Il climatizzatore è posizionato di fronte al letto, quindi l'aria fredda arriva diretta sul letto anche modificandone la direzione con le varie impostazioni/configurazioni. La colazione che doveva essere inclusa, consiste in un buono da 70 dollari taiwanesi (circa 2 euro) e viene servita in un ristorante a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Nessuno ci ha spiegato dove fosse questo ristorante e non è stato semplice identificarlo perché ogni riferimento in struttura è scritto in cinese, compreso l'indirizzo. Arrivati al ristorante per la colazione, il menù è solamente in cinese e con 70 dollari taiwanesi è piuttosto facile sforare e dover pagare la differenza. Anche il personale non parla inglese e si sono occupati loro di riscuotere il saldo della camera. È stato piuttosto frustrante scoprire che accettano solamente contanti e abbiamo perso 30 minuti per cercare un ATM dove ritirare, nonostante alla reception dell'hotel ci fosse un POS.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026民宿有腳踏車可以借、有提供早餐。 房間很大又舒適。 老闆是在地種稻米的農夫，感覺老闆很辛苦，要管民宿又要下田，好像老闆一臉沒睡飽的樣子。
沐浴乳、洗髮精建議可以和精油洗髮精、沐浴乳的廠商合作提供比較好的給住客，不然洗髮精、沐浴乳洗起來品質沒很好。 建議二樓陽台可佈置一下，放個可以看星星的沙灘躺椅、有特色的造型燈具，牆面磁磚可彩繪，會變得更有特色。

1:住過多次，感覺越來越沒有溫度，少了人情味。 2:在Booking上，店家的訂房頁面有時候出現，有時候訂房之後卻找不到店家的頁面，感覺很困擾。 3:雖然知道訂房之後，跟店家要求取消或者延期，會給店家帶來困擾，但是有時候真的臨時有事，而且也提前一個禮拜以上告知店家，不但聯絡不到店家，也沒有收到回覆。

Check in was bad. Could not find or contact anyone, was not sure if we were in the right building. Different name on building. We left our bags in the entrance way. When we came back at 4pm someone was there. They were friendly to an extent. Wanted cash for payment which we did not know before hand. Aircon and TV did not work and it was very cold over night. Shower door was very hard to open and close and, bathroom and room was mouldy.

到場入住後才發現他們給我不一樣的房型（房號101），明顯比較小+對外窗是面對隔壁的牆壁+在一樓長的很像臨時給員工或內部人休息的房型。我打電話問了老闆，他一直推說是他的管家不知道樓上2間$2000多的賣掉了（我原本訂的房型），說因為我只花費$1468，所以只好開這間相符這個價錢的房間給我。 整通電話不承認超賣、一直推給別人跟平台系統。 還說可以讓我退全額或幫我找$2000多的（但還不是要我自己承擔損失？！） 都已經晚上7點，還沒吃晚餐，又累又餓，我們到哪臨時找？ 最後我們覺得繼續住下去非常不保險，就沒住離開了。 他是承諾不會扣款，即使這樣，我真的非常生氣。這是我在booking.com上面從來沒遇過的。 我1個月前就訂房，有超賣你不會提早聯絡我？這分明就是蓄意安排，我如果不再查證我訂的房型，他們就等於賺到了。 沒有賠償，得了便宜還說什麼可以讓我全額退費。好好的出遊都被他影響了。

因為下雨延誤了入住時間 導致入住搞了個烏龍 管家給錯房號 房門是電子鎖按密碼就能進去 所以我開了別人的房門 還好他有用門鏈 不過還是超尷尬 當下心想如果在裡面的是我我會超級不爽的 這應該是很嚴重的失誤 。洗澡的熱水真的等超久的白白浪費水資源 這是我第二次住池上 不是很愉快的體驗🤔
