From arriving to leaving my stay was very enjoyable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the safe in the room and they sent a service guy up right away to fix the issue.

Only small thing was the shower door didn't close all the way so the floor right outside was always very wet after showering. Other than that everything was perfect.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk, the room attendants, and even the security guards were all friendly, professional, and helpful. They were flexible and willing to assist with any requests... The shower had strong water pressure. The best part is the location.. it is connected to Robinson Mall, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city.

Almost everything is provided on request. If you need extra tissues or other basic items, you have to call and ask for them. Toiletries were also not provided in the room. The air-conditioning worked but was not very cold during my stay. I also noticed some dust and mold around at the side tables, which made it seem like the room had not been occupied for a while.

What i dont like is the service of the restaurant ,crew were not nice and they look like judgmental the way they look at us eating there like ,we felt we dont deserve to eat there ,we look poor ,even when i ask glass of water that guy pointed me to the table with pitcher of water meaning i should stand and get my own water..very unpleasant,ive been too many hotel and restaurant ,they were very nice and friendly but not this people max's restaurant..they dont even say thank you when we leave ..ive been to residence ivory hotel they were all nice,ive been to bai hotel in cebu most of them are 5 star hotel but they dont make us feel like we dont belong ..as long as we pay it means we deserve to be treated as valued customer /client.front desk people are nice only the restaurant.

Great place to stay. Next to the mall so it's very accessible. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious served in Max restaurant from 6-10am. They provide water in the hallway keeps you hydrated. There's water heated you can make instant coffees. Just bring your own spoon to stir your coffee. The bed was awesome. Half of our was the bed. The shower was amazing. Hot shower works real good! I am very satisfied and happy with my stay here! The staff are always quick to help specially the security guard. They take care of you here!

The location was perfect! So nice to be right at the Robinson’s Mall; shops, restaurants and even a grocery store. Very clean and staff were attentive. Loved that rooms had hot kettles. Will definitely be back.

The staff here are incredibly kind and always ready to support you, especially Al in housekeeping. I was truly impressed when he left me a note saying he's at my service and encouraging me to explore more of Iligan—such a thoughtful gesture. He even folded my towels with a lovely design, adding a special touch. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

My room is quite small—I barely have enough space, with the door nearly hitting the bed. The overall condition isn’t great, especially the bathroom and cabinets, which look poorly maintained. There’s no fridge or complimentary water provided, and I think a bottled water should be offered as a courtesy. The air conditioner appears old and doesn’t cool effectively.

The AC unit in the room was not cooling properly. It was super hot. Only cold spot was the lobby. They also had to open all my luggages.

No options of breakfast around the hotel as mall opens 10am. Noise outside in the corridor can be heard through the door. Wakes you up in your sleep.

The hotel service is subpar. As a guest, pretty much humiliating to open and check my things in the luggages one by one. Our visitors are not allowed to go to our room. Even our gifts are being suspected of something despite some “scanner” they use. Basically, they inconvenience guests because they have no facilities/equipments to check things. Further, complimentary drinking water is not even provided.

We loved this place. It is accessible to all. It was our 4th booking of this place and will continue to keep booking.
