Glass screens to shower and toilets off the bedroom. With the apartment being located on the second floor and breakfast on the third floor this apartment is probably not suited for older travellers who find stairs difficult

A wonderful stay made even better by exceptional hospitality. We had a lovely stay in Tivoli, and what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from the manager. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable and stress-free stay. He was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived and was happy to organise transport for us to the golf course, which made our early starts so much easier. He also took the time to make restaurant bookings and was extremely accommodating with breakfast, arranging an earlier breakfast for us so that we could eat before our early golf tee times. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about his guests and wanted us to have the best possible experience in Tivoli. His helpfulness, flexibility and attention to detail made a real difference to our stay. We would happily stay here again and would particularly recommend it for the wonderful hospitality and personal service. A big thank you to the manager for making our visit to Tivoli so enjoyable!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. La camera era molto ampia e pulita, e la colazione buona e varia. Il personale è stato molto carino e gentile. Nel complesso un'ottima struttura, consigliata!

È stato tutto positivo, quindi non c'è nulla da segnalare. Se proprio devo trovare un dettaglio: sarebbe comodo anticipare la colazione alle 07:30, soprattutto per chi usa la struttura come tappa di passaggio. Nel complesso comunque un soggiorno decisamente positivo.

Great small hotel in the very center of the historic district of Tivoli, near to many sights, restaurants, bars etc. Staff nice, helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast provided, rooms clean, great air conditioning required for the August heat. Would recommend.

Il bagno e la cabina doccia in camera, pur moderni, avevano le pareti a metà altezza e con le porte di vetro completamente trasparenti. Non garantendo quindi isolamento e privacy.

Il fascino del palazzo antico è emozionante. L’immobile è completamente ristrutturato, come nuovo. La presenza fisica del proprietario è un altro aspetto di grande valore.

La struttura è magnifica, bisogna solo trovare un buon parcheggio pubblico.

Camera pulita e confortevole, colazione con molte scelte sia salate che dolci e con un'ottima vista. Catalin è stato super disponibile e gentile.

Unica critica, che però non toglie dall'esperienza con la camera ed è una preferenza personale, avrei preferito che la porta per il bagno non desse modo di vedere all'interno così da avere un po' più di privacy.

Abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda con amici in questo B&B. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario, assegnazione stanze velocissima, stanze confortevoli con tutto il necessario. Situato in posizione centrale permette di spostarsi liberamente a piedi per godere di tutte le bellezze di Tivoli. Colazione ottima, dolce, salato, frutta e yogurt. Consigliato!

La struttura è curata e la posizione è strategica

La camera che ho utilizzato (denominata Elio) ha il wc visibile dal letto. L'ambiente servizi igienici (wc e bidet) sono posizionati in un piccolo ambiente chiuso da una porta di vetro trasparente che impedisce qualsiasi privacy nell'espletamento delle funzioni fisiologiche. Le pareti di questo mini vano non arrivano al soffitto consentendon la diffusione miasmi in tutta la camera. Insomma la soluzione bagno è veramente imbarazzante. Dovrebbe essere ben segnalata

It was a wonderful stay in the old part of the city of Tivoli. The host was really great and welcomed us in advance with all the necessary information. Breakfast was also excellent, and everything is within a 2-minute walk – including the villa with its thousands of fountains and an amazing view stretching almost 50 kilometers. The food was delicious and authentic. Parking is nearby, about 400 meters from the property, costing around €30 per day as we paid. It felt safe and close enough for us. Once again, a great place and a very positive experience.

Almost everything was great; only the mattress could be better, but it was still good enough for a few nights.

Je suis arrivé sous une forte chaleur 40 degrés. La chambre était fraîche naturellement pas besoin de climatisation - j’ai dormi la fenêtre ouverte et il y avait un grand calme. L’immeuble est très bien situé dans le village, légèrement en retrait des restaurants et cafés. Le patron a été formidable. Je recommande fortement ce lieu.

The room is beautiful, bright, clean, and spacious enough; it lacks nothing. Breakfast is plentiful. The manager was very kind, providing us with all the necessary information before we arrived and even doing the check-in online while we were on our way. La camera e' bella, luminosa, pulita, spaziosa il giusto, non manca nulla. La colazione e' abbondante. La gentilezza del gestore che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili prima dell'arrivo e ci ha anche fatto il check-in on-line mentre eravamo in viaggio.

The B&B is located in the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so you can only enter by car during certain hours for loading/unloading luggage. Otherwise, there's a convenient paid parking lot 400 meters away, and you'll need to carry your luggage this distance. Il B&B sta nella ZTL, quindi si puo' entrare con l'auto solo in certi orari per carico/scarico bagagli. Altrimenti c'e' un comodo parcheggio a pagamento a 400 metri e poi bisogna portare i bagagli per questo tratto.

Posizione nel centro storico, ma facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria. Camera pulitissima, spaziosa, doccia comodissima. WiFi perfetto. Colazione ricchissima tra dolce e salato, con frutta fresca di stagione, in una location fantastica (torretta panoramica all'ultimo piano). Ma sopra a tutto ho apprezzato la gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità di chi gestisce la struttura.

Non sono riuscito a trovare difetti.

Amplasamentul locației, bunul gust al amenajărilor din interior, micul dejun bun, amabilitatea personalului. Este aproape de Villa d'Este și Villa Gregoriana, în centrul vechi al orașului. Recomandările lui Cătălin au fost apreciate. Tot lui i se datorează atmosfera familială pe care reușește să o creeze. Produsele de patiserie handmade erau nemaipomenite. Mezeluri de calitate, fructele, cafeaua foarte bune. Patul confortabil.

Nu pot reproșa mai nimic. Cei care vin aici, trebuie să știe că nu este lift, se urcă pe scări până la etajul 3 unde se servește micul dejun. Mie nu mi s-a părut greu, dar poate sunt persoane cu mobilitate redusă.

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum war großartig, Lokale aller Art in Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück im Dachgeschoß sehr gut und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Importante para quem tem mobilidade reduzida, são quatro lances de escada transportando as malas, que estão sendo trazidas por vc desde o estacionamento. Impossível parar o carro na frente do hotel. O café tem que marcar hora não cabe todo mundo ao mesmo tempo.

This was a nice bed and breakfast, in a wonderful location. The breakfast was fantastic. We had no trouble using the car park nearby. We stayed two nights in a superior double room. The description on our booking stated the room had a fireplace, and photos in the booking showed a nice room with a fireplace and nice private bathroom. But....there were also a couple photos of the room we ended up with, which had no fireplace, and the bathroom had no privacy. The shower and toilet area is right in the bedroom with glass doors and walls that do not go all the way up to the ceiling. Very awkward to use the bathroom if you are sharing the room. We brought this to the attention of the staff after our first night, and they said that we were in the same category of room, and there was nothing to be done. Also, the room looked like it needed some painting and maintenance.

The host was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and served in a lovely top floor room with a view. It was a wonderful location and close to the Villa d' Este and gardens.

La struttura si sviluppa su più piani ed è quindi sconsigliata a chi ha difficoltà a fare le scale.

We searched for parking for one hour and a half. All full. My wife tried to contact the property via the intercom, but no reply. When we were told by the police to move, we gave up and went down the hill and stayed in the best Western Hotel with free parking. The notification, to park in the multi storey park house nearby (which was full), we only received, after we booked the property. When we arrived at the property, going through the parking debacle it was too late to cancel, so we are faced to pay in full for no show. We travel from Hong Kong to Europe frequently and always do trips, starting in Switzerland. This time we travelled to Campione, San Marino, San Giovanni Rotondo, (Tivoli) and Florence, where we reserved via internet a car park, as we were staying at the Hotel Domo, all no problem with parking for the car. Would suggest, to mention on the booking site, that when staying in Tivoli, it is unsuitable to arrive with a car.

This stay is everything we were expecting. The property is perfectly located, perfect for discovering and visiting Tivoli. The staff is very friendly, precise, and available to answer all our questions. The pictures and the information reflect exactly the property. Breakfast was also exceptional. Very glad we stayed at Al Palazzetto!

Catalani is a wonderful host, very helpful. Very clean, beautiful room. The breakfast was excellent, and the view from the breakfast room is amazing.

Not the property’s fault, but the town of Tivoli is difficult to navigate with poor signage. Be aware that the Villa D’Este is in old town in the ZTL. None of our three GPS programs showed where it was.
