内装の仕上げが古く感じた 部屋内も汚くは無いが、綺麗とも思わない。

宅配用のダンボールについて相談した際、年配のスタッフの方がとても親身に対応してくださり、その細やかな気配りが印象に残りました。また、赤ちゃん用のアメニティも用意していただき、ベビーベッドも使いやすく、子ども連れでも快適に滞在することができました。 When I asked about a cardboard box for shipping, a senior staff member was incredibly thoughtful and helpful, and his kindness left a lasting impression on me. We also appreciated the baby amenities provided, and the baby cot was very easy to use, making our stay with an infant comfortable and stress-free. 窓の向こうに見える港を眺めていると、小学校低学年の頃、蟹を餌にして指に釣り糸を巻きつけて釣りをしていた時のことを思い出します。その時、誤って海に落ちてしまい、子どもながらに死ぬかと思いましたが、ボーイスカウトの川端さん（Mr. KAWABATA）に助けていただきました。ここから港を眺めるたびに、今でもあの日のことを思い出します。 Looking out at the harbor from the window always brings back a childhood memory. When I was in the early years of elementary school, I was fishing there with crab as bait and the line wrapped around my finger when I accidentally fell into the water. I genuinely thought I might drown, but a Boy Scout, Mr. KAWABATA, came to my rescue. Whenever I look out over this harbor, that memory comes back to me.

建物には年月を感じる部分もありますが、それも含めて泊まる価値のあるホテルだと思います。近隣のドーセットも素敵なホテルだと思いますが、私はこれからもこちらを選びたいと思います。 The hotel may show its age in some areas, but I still believe it is well worth staying here. Dorsett nearby also looks like a lovely hotel, but this is the hotel I will continue to choose whenever I visit.

今回もスタッフの皆さんの対応がとても良く、気持ちよく滞在することができました。立地の良さと宿泊料金のバランスも非常に良く、このホテルを選ぶ大きな理由の一つです。 Once again, the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay very pleasant. The combination of the convenient location and reasonable price offers excellent value and is one of the main reasons I continue to choose this hotel.

今回は清掃面が少し残念でした。ツインルームの両方のベッドシーツに、血のように見える赤い汚れが付着していました。ホテルによっては返金対応になってもおかしくないレベルだと思いますので、今後は清掃や最終確認をより徹底していただければと思います。 Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing this time. Both beds in the twin room had red stains on the sheets that appeared to be blood. This is something that some hotels might consider serious enough to warrant a refund, so I hope greater attention will be given to housekeeping and final room inspections in the future.

何度も利用しているが、安心して宿泊出来る。 安定のアゴーラです。

今回は、エレベーター横の部屋(1700号室)だったので、エレベーターの昇降の音がうるさく、何度も起きたり、眠れなかったりだった。 残念。

駅に隣接、部屋が広い、そして　フロントの方の対応も良かったです。 ありがとうございました。

Szép tágas világos kényelmes a szoba. Közel a metró. Szemben egy nagy bevásárló központ.Máskor is itt fogok megszállni.

Very nice and impressive lobby, friendly staff, very well connected to Nankai line Sakai station. Very large rooms compared to Japanese standards. From our room, we had a lovely view on the marina basin behind the hotel, as well as on an extensive skyline from Osaka to Kobe (we could see the lights of Akashi Bridge in the distance).

The furniture in the rooms is quite old. Everything is still functional, but it really feels like it’s from another era. The carpet in the corridor on our floor had a few patched holes.

23時頃のチェックインになってしまい、遅かった私達が悪かったのですが… ホテルの名前が書かれた照明が消えておりわかりにくかったです。 奥に光って見えたホテルに誤って行ってしまい、本来予約していたホテルを通り過ぎていました。

位置離堺駅非常的近。

免治馬桶的沖水功能出來的水，非常非常的燙，燙到會冒煙的那種，櫃檯的日本籍的女店員，那個臉跟講話態度實在令人不敢恭維，我真想跟他講不想服務客人可以不用做服務業沒有關係。 然後上面的匹克球場，也不蓋個擋風的東西，風這麼大，到底要怎麼打球。風大，場地都是沙子。唯一擋風的兩面球場寫會員，像我們這種觀光客帶著球拍專程去打球的可以不用去了，風大到球揮出去就會出界或是掛網。

朝食は種類豊富で美味しい。部屋も綺麗でベッドの寝心地も最高。アメニティも充実している綺麗なホテル。

25階鉄板焼なにわで家族5人で食事をしましたが、ワンドリンクサービスがある事を伝えると、快く素晴らしいサービス対応をしてくださった。

朝食がとにかく他のホテルと比べて貧弱バナナとか腐りかけてた。 よく５つ星もらえたと思った。

大きい、5つ星ホテル

朝食が10:00までだが、9:30がラストオーダーという説明はなく、9:15くらいに朝食会場に行ったら、残り物しかなかった。スタッフは料理の片付けもはじめてした。欲しい料理を頼んだら、準備はしてくれて、とりに行ったらなぜかなく無く、問い合わせしたら、片付けされており、一度しまった配膳台車から出してきてすごく気分が悪かった

駅チカで飲食店スーパーも近くにあり立地か良くて ホテルも高級感があり満足しました

部屋のエアコン調節がボリュームで合わせにくかった、また朝食バイキングも以前泊まった守口のアゴーラのが良く物足りなさを感じました

사카이역 입구 나오면 호텔이 바로 앞에 있어요 그리고 호텔은 오래되었지만 매우 깨끗하고 냄새없고 무엇보다 방이 넓어요 트윈룸인데 더블 침대 두개에요 그리고 창밖 뷰도 좋구요 조식도 적당하고 가성비 최고에요 그리고 쇼핑몰이 가까운데 수퍼마켓도 있고 다이소, 무인양품 그리고 식당들이 있어요. 지하철 타고 간사이공항에서 한번에 왔구요 난바도 지하철타고 15분정도면 가요

南海電車　堺駅から近い。車でもホテルの名前が目立つので迷わずたどり着いた。フロントで夜中にタクシーを利用できるか？を聞いたら、到着するまでの時間など詳しく教えてもらえて安心した。近くにコンビニ、商業施設もあり便利。

普通に使用する場所は綺麗だがテレビの上や電気ポットの埃が目立った。

Okay, the location is good. Sakai is a very quiet area but which is nonetheless a short train ride to both the airport and Namba. And the hotel is a couple of minutes away from the station and there is a small shopping centre too so it is very convenient. The cleaning was good and the beds were quite comfy...so apart from the incredibly dated look, I have to say that in terms of physical comfort it was quite pleasant.

Now then, the main issue here is with the staff. Despite the hotel being...comfortable (although far from the luxury it boasts of) the staff were ROUTINELY incompetent. To the point where I dreaded having to go down and talk to them and to the point where I am put off ever visiting again despite the hotel itself (despite being hilariously dated) is fine.

冷房が昔のままなのか 調節が出来ず、ちょっと暑かった それ以外は大丈夫でした。 自動販売機も、決まった階にしかなく 近い階に行ったが使えず(お釣りなし) 別な階まで行くハメになり、ちょっと大変でした。

夕食と朝食のビュッフェの品揃えが良かった。

Metroya yakın ancak merkezi yerlere gitmek için birden fazla kez metro değiştiriyorsun yakında alışveriş merkezi olması.

Odaları satın alırken sigara içilebilir ya da içilemez olduğuna dikkat ederek alın. Sonrasında değişiklik yapmıyorlar. Odalarda cam yok havalandırma şansın olmuyor . Otelden merkeze ulaşım için çok fazla metro değiştiriyorsun.

マットレスがエアウィーヴでとても良く眠れた。

バスルームの照明が洗面台のライトのみ、バスタブ側は薄暗い、

宿泊費に対して部屋が綺麗で お得感があり、ゆっくりと過ごせた。

It was very close to the station so very convenient! Hotel was very nice and pretty, rooms were cozy.

Location

I stayed at this hotel in Osaka and overall the **location is good**, making it convenient to get around the city. However, the hotel experience did not match a **5-star** expectation. The property is **very old**, and the facilities are quite limited and dated. The room amenities were disappointing (for example, I did not find basic items like a **scale**), and there’s **no laundry service/facilities** available. The general condition of the room and common areas felt more like a lower-tier hotel rather than a premium one. Also, the hotel rooms are not clearly set up as **non-smoking by default**—my room was effectively a **smoking room**, which was not ideal and affected the comfort. If you’re looking for convenience and can tolerate an older building with minimal facilities, it may be fine. But if you’re specifically booking for a modern, high-comfort **5-star** stay, I would not recommend it.

荷物を預けて番号札をもらった。 荷物を取りに行く時に番号札を渡したのに20〜30分も待たされ、挙句に「どのようなお荷物ですか？」と。 どんな管理をなさっているのでしょうか。 不安で仕方ありません。 また待たされたのにも関わらず謝罪の一言もなしでした。

朝ごはんがちょっと高価なので

スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 午前の清掃の方も挨拶して下さりテキパキと動いておられて清々しかったです。 朝食のパンの種類が多くてすごく美味しかったです。

入った瞬間にカビなのか消臭剤なのかちょっと匂いが気になりました。清浄機があったので強くしました。 朝ごはんも美味しかったですがもう少しお惣菜などあると嬉しいなと思いました。

値段以上の快適さを感じて大変満足

今回は、スタッフの対応がとても良かった。 ロケーションが綺麗だった。

強いて言えば、便座が冷たい。

なんばから電車で11分とロケーションが良かった。窓からの眺めもよい。ICから近く、駐車場もあり、車で行くにはとてもいいところ。

壁に髪の毛がついていたり、汚れが見えるところがいくつかあって、清掃があまり行き届いていない印象をもった。

Per quello che serviva a noi la posizione era ottima e la stanza grande.

Albergo un po’ vecchiotto, puzza di fumo in tutto l’albergo, in camera abbiamo trovato una sigaretta elettronica sul comodino…
