Instalaciones estaban bien en general.

El trato y las caras de astío de la gerente o propietaria al hablar con nosotros (muy desagradable), solo porque no nos defendíamos bien al hablar en inglés. Creo que no es apropiado cuando te dedicas a este sector. Por último quería quedarse con la fianza de 100euros porque no fregamos los platos de esa mañana.

Mrówkowy problem - trzeba było walczyć z mrówkami wchodzącymi do kuchni, nie jest to wina obiektu a raczej samych realiów lokalizacji i sposobu budowy tych obiektów, wystarczy chować jedzenie, myć na bieżąco naczynia i wyrzucać śmieci. Warto lepiej uposażyć to mieszkanie o więcej naczyń czy sztućców albo o ekspres kolbowy a nie kapsułkowy, brakowało worków na śmieci.

Bardzo ładny apartament, czysty, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Blisko sklep,plaża i przystanek autobusowy. Personel miły i pomocny. Dostępne są parasole darmowe na plażę przy recepcji. Jest kaucja 200€ którą personel oddaje w ostatnim dniu.

Tylko 2 kapsułki kawy do ekspresu na 7 osób. Basen płatny 20€ od osoby za dzień. Łóżko w salonie strasznie skrzypi. Trzeba segregować dobrze śmieci bo można zapłacić karę (pani w recepcji informuje na wstępie).

Duży apartament, czysty, z własnym małym ogródkiem. Łatwy zameldowanie. Ogrodzony z własnym parkingiem. Na miejscu basen dodatkowo płatny. Blisko plaży (około 300 metrów) oraz sklepu (około 150 metrów) i stacji paliw (około 500 metrów). Dwa balkony. Na miejscu recepcja.

L’établissement est propre et moderne avec des espaces verts parfaitement entretenus. Une très belle piscine vient agrémenter le lieu. La personne a l’accueil est chaleureuse et a été très réactive par rapport à certains désagréments.

Les équipements dans la cuisine sont à améliorer manque grille pain, saladier et grille du four inutilisable. La literie et oreillers dans les lits simples sont moyens. Le rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé par rapport à une simple location.

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Piscine et extérieur très jolie.

La sécurité . La beauté de lendroit . Tres bien situez si vous avez un vehicule

Le duplex était très joli, c’est propre et la décoration y est très soignée. La résidence est calme. Les enfants ont apprécié le petit aire de jeu à l’intérieur de la résidence. Le petit commerce à proximité de la résidence est très pratique et a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour être autonome. Et la climatisation était un vrai plus en cette période estivale

Il est dommage que la piscine n’ait pas été disponible car elle n’était pas totalement fini lors de notre séjour malgré la confirmation que les travaux seraient terminés à notre arrivée selon la responsable quelques semaines avant notre séjour :( Nous lui avons fait confiance et maintenu la réservation, nous restons donc sur un regret de ne pas avoir pu nous prélasser en fin de journée surtout qu’il faisait très chaud. Pour ceux qui auront le plaisir d’y séjourner les prochaines semaines, cette piscine sera un vrai plus , en plus d’être belle, elle semble bien pensé et donne un vrai côté exotique à la structure. Dommage pour nous car il y faisait très chaud, heureusement que les plages sont paradisiaques ;)

Sehr schöne Wohnungen in einer kleinen überschaubaren Ferienanlage . Top „ Betreuung „ durch Managerin Antonia. Supi das gerade ein Pool im Bau ist und wohl zeitnah genutzt werden kann. Das komplettiert die Ferien- Anlage und macht sie noch attraktiver.

Alles soweit gut…. Der Strand /das Meer hat an dieser Stelle noch viel Luft nach oben 👆 🤣

To nasz powrót w to miejsce. Przestronne i czyste zadbane apartamenty. Szkoda że 300 metrów do plaży. I jak mamy jakiś sprzęt typu SUP czy kajak trzeba dźwigać. Warto mieć na taką okazję wózek, ma dwóch szerokich balonowych kołach. A teraz jeszcze od czerwca uruchomiony ma być duży basen symbolizujący formą piękne Sardyńskie plaże w małych skalistych zatoczkach. Niestandardowy na pewno. Warto aby było jeszcze dobre bistro i trattoria nad basenem. A 300 metrów w drugą stronę sklep COOP, gdzie można nabyć wszystko do szybkiego przygotowania posiłku w stylu Włoskim.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The rest of the staff, especially the maintenance person and cleaning team, were very kind and helpful. The location is convenient, just a few minutes from the beach -Although the beach is close, it was quite dirty (a lot of seaweed and debris), and it was very windy.

The check-in experience was not pleasant — the owner was quite arrogant and had a rather unfriendly, condescending attitude. We were traveling as three families with children, and it felt like the presence of kids (who are naturally a bit lively) was not appreciated. The bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable — the sofa was actually more comfortable than the bed.

Na minus: -Brak wcześniejszej informacji o konieczności pobrania kaucji w wysokości 200 euro. Zaskoczyło nas to, choć przy wymeldowaniu nastąpił zwrot - Na 7 osób mieliśmy dwie kapsułki z kawą na cały pobyt - Pani, która nas powitała sprawiła, że na początku mocno się zestresowaliśmy, pouczając nas w niezwykle surowy sposób o rygorystycznych warunkach segregacji śmieci oraz kontroli ewentualnych zniszczeń. Trochę popsuło mam to start pobytu (forma przekazu i wrażenie negatywnego nastawienia do nas jako gości). Ostatecznie byle bardzo pomocna dając nam wskazówki odnośnie okolicy etc. Ale pierwsze wrażenie niestety było dość kiepskie.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit zwei Terrassen und zwei Balkone. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Privater Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft. Sogar ein Spielplatz für Kinder ist vorhanden. Und das allerbeste ist die Vermieterin Antonia! Sie ist so hilfsbereit und bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Wir werden definitiv wieder dorthin reisen!

Pobyt bol vynikajúci, všetko čisté, voňavé, vynikajúca káva, kapusule možno kúpiť v automate. Nádherný resort. Odporúčam.

Apartament bardzo czysty, znakomicie wyposażony. Obiekt zadbany , parking na terenie obiektu. Przed każdym apartamentem miejsce na wypoczynek. Sklep w odległości 100m gdzie znajdzie sie wszystko co niezbędne. Jedyny minus warto miec auto gdyz podczas siesty ciężko o otwarte restauracje w pobliżu. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa. Polecam z całego serca i dziękujemy za miły pobyt

A cozinha está mal equipada. Falta de pequenos e grandes electrodomésticos. Nomeadamente, torradeira e máquina de lavar loiça.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Großzügige Appartements. Waren das 3.Mal dort und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Bardzo ładne miejsce, ciche i spokojne, czysto, blisko do plaży. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką Antonią. Bardzo pomocna osoba w każdej sprawie. Apartament zyskają w kolejnym roku basen (jest obecnie w trakcie budowy). Lokalizacja apartamentów bardzo dogodna, blisko plaża (plaża pod koniec sierpnia miała w wodzie pływające trawy, po przejściu 2-3 metrów czysta woda), blisko marketem coop z możliwością kupienia wszystkiego łącznje z parasolem na plażę, blisko przystanek autobusowy gdzie po ściągnięciu apki przewoźnika bilet 90 m kosztuje 1,3 € i można w 20 minut dojechać do miejskiej plaży (szeroka, długa na 9 km) i spędzić tam cały dzień. Blisko kościół i kilka genialnych malutkich pizzerii gdzie za kilka € można kupić pyszną lokalną pickę.

The location was fine and the place itself was reasonably clean.

The garbage instructions were misleading “other waste” in English does not mean leftover waste – and instead of clarifying, the manager humiliated me by forcing me to open my personal trash bags in front of her while shouting at me and her own staff. I have never been treated with such disrespect while traveling, and it turned a simple mistake into a degrading experience.

It was clean and spacy. All kinds of amenities were available. The host Marco was great, very friendly and attentive. We had an issue with the boiler and he fixed it within an hour.

The top floor rooms are not full height.

Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenu. L’accueil parfait. L’établissement est récent et on voit qu’ils se sont donné de la peine pour la déco. On peut garer sa voiture à l’intérieur de l’établissement fermé par un portail avec code et caméra de sécurité. Ils mettent à disposition des parasols pour la plage, pratique pas besoin d’en acheter. 30 min de l’aéroport. Petit super marché à côté, très pratique. Les belles plages sont côté Villasimius. Coup de cœur pour la plage de Porto Sa Roxi (30 min) . Mais c’est loin d’être la seule. Il faut juste une voiture et se déplacer pour trouver des merveilles.

La salle de bain n’était pas super. La cuisine petite. L’appartement ( 1 chambre + canapé lit) trop petit pour 2 adultes et 2 ados, je conseil de prendre avec deux chambres. Je n’ai pas aimé le cartier. Il manque des restaurants. La plage n’est pas belle. Pour aller au centre de Cagliari il faut compter env. 40min ( souvent de la circulation)

Mindennel felszerelt, tiszta és igényesen kialakitott apartmanok. Privát parkolo, csendes utca. Nagyon jo elhelyezkedés. Pár perc sétára egy jól felszerelelt bolt ahol mindent is meglehetett venni. Nagyon szerettük, máskor is szívesen visszamennénk!

very nice appartments not far from Poetto, Cagliari and other nice places. Coop just in front. what i did not like is that the suplement for the Dog is 20euro per day (to much) but they wantes this cash which i dont like. i got the reciept for it. appartamenti molto carini non lontano dal Poetto, Cagliari e altri posti carini. Coop proprio di fronte. quello che non mi è piaciuto è che il supplemento per il cane è di 20 euro al giorno (troppo) ma vogliono questi soldi e non mi piacciono. ho ricevuto la ricevuta.

The apartment we stayed in was upstairs with a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything needed for our stay. Balcony area needed more comfortable furniture in general- when I asked for sun loungers, they were brought up straight away. Parking on site is excellent and very secure. No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax on the balcony! The bed was very hard and quite uncomfortable for us. A car is an absolute essential. The apartments are in a residential area with a beach at the end of the road and a supermarket at the other end . Very handy. There are one or two restaurants that you can walk to but it is a very busy road. The marina is a short drive with a restaurant/cafe and it’s lovely. They are building a pool on the plot of land next door so there was some daytime noise (we stayed June 2025). A great holiday, very enjoyable.

Unterkunft sehr schön, groß und modern eingerichtet. Küche etwas spärlich eingerichtet, z.B. kein Schneidebrett, dafür eine Kaffeemaschine. Strand in Nähe. Cagliari 30Min Autofahrt. Fussläufig keine Bars oder Restaurants, nur mit Auto. Die Umgebung bietet kein Urlaubsfeeling.

The apartment itself is just gorgeous! The place as well, has perfect quantity of parking places, the groceries shop is just 5min walking from the place (100 points for it). Overall the place is well connected (for the itinerary we had). It a very big apartment suitable for big groups

The owner will ask for a deposit 100 euros cash, and you never will get it back . He always finds reasons to kept.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell in Cagliari, quartu sowie Costa rei und hat viele schöne Strände in direkter Nähe die optimal sind mit kleinen Kindern.auch die direkte Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig (auch nachts).Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sowohl die gesamte Anlage als auch die Wohnung waren top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Vor allem war alles sehr sicher mit Baby und wunderbar kinderfreundlich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden in Zukunft gerne wiederkommen.

Stayed at this property for 5 nights in July. Positives include: 1. Beautiful good size rooms 2. Good location within walking distance to grocery store and beach. 3. Free secure car parking included 4. Good air conditioning allowing good sleep Negatives: 1. Washing machine available but must pay 5 euros to access - this additional cost wasn't mentioned when booking the room. 2. Opening car park gate is a pain as you need to physically get out the car to unlock it with a key. Would be better if you can replace with either a swipe card or be able to key in a code. Sometimes the gate was also closed during the day which was painful getting in and out. 3. Reception desk doesn't appear to be consistently manned as we waited for ages in the day but there was no one there. 4. Staff communication hit and miss - tried to request for extension of stay with less people as one party of 4 were leaving early but it was unclear whether staff understood this request so in the end booked elsewhere to be sure they would not be charged for 8 people instead of 4. 5. Inadequate toilet paper for 5 night stay for 8 people provided 6. Inadequate dishwashing tablets provided (only 2 for 5 night stay for 8 people) 7. Bedroom curtains quite light and not adequate for blocking out the early morning sun. 8. Inadequate coffee pods provided (only 2 for 8 people for 5 night stay). The worst thing was the nearby grocery store did not sell these coffee pods hence no way to use the coffee machine.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment, convenient parking inside the complex, only 10 minutes to the beach, supermarket Coop not far away. Perfect communication with the owner - thanks Antonia :-)

Very bright and clean apartment. Lots of light and beautifully furnished. Loved the balcony and outdoor area.

The check in process and hours are too restrictive. Check-in starts at 4pm and they close the reception from 12-4 so nowhere for you to leave your luggage.

Every thing you need is available in the property. There’s a shop nearby.11 out of 10.

My family with teenagers are comfortable, nothing to say negative about the place.

Our holiday was a self catering holiday. The location was 20 min away from the City centre of Cagliari, but that wasn’t an issue for us because we had our own car and we love the peace and tranquil place. The residence was close to all amenities like supermarkets and pizzerias reachable by car in 5 min. The residence manager, Antonia, is a wonderful lady which gave us all the tips of how to discover more Cagliari and surroundings and for every things else she was reachable anytime over the phone in minutes .

We didn’t had anything to complain about it. Every was excellent.
