Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre

The price was very perfect and the breakfast was exceptional also the views were astonishing. And I would like to personally thank the staff especially Mr.Mohammed and a guy called abdelkareem he’s from Pakistan from what I remember at the front desk.

The AC was annoying cause it sounded to loud and I couldn’t relax to the full potential however they could be fixed to help future guests.

Nice room nice service everything excellent

A/C

Stay was pleasant

Curtains in the room were not cleaned

What stood out most during my stay was the exceptional service. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the room service was fast and went above and beyond my expectations. It was the small touches that made a real difference whether it was providing a bathrobe when I requested fresh towels or bringing two bottles of water when I asked for one. These thoughtful details truly made me feel well taken care of.

The pool size its not that big

The view, the hospitality, everyone's so friendly and helpful.

Good Location.

Very disappointing stay and far below the standard I expected from Novotel. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The bed was broken, the sofas were badly stained, and even the sink was stained and poorly maintained. The water pressure was extremely low, making it very difficult to take a proper shower. To make matters worse, the support/handle in the shower areq was also broken, which is not only inconvenient but also a potential safety issue. I had booked the hotel for two days, but the experience was so disappointing that I decided to leave after just one day rather than complete my stay. These are basic maintenance and cleanliness standards that should be checked before assigning a room to a guest. For a hotel carrying the Novotel name, I expected a much better level of quality and maintenance. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the room, I cannot recommend this stay.

All services except traffic and difficult to find parking

Parking

We had a very good stay at Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel was comfortable, and overall, we were very happy with our experience. We especially loved the swimming pool and used it during our stay. The lifeguard was very polite, attentive, and professional, which made the pool experience even better. We also had breakfast at the hotel and found it convenient and enjoyable. The basement parking was another great advantage. It was convenient and easy to access, which made coming and going from the hotel very simple. Overall, the facilities, service, and atmosphere made our stay pleasant, and we would be happy to stay here again.

There was honestly nothing major that we disliked during our stay. A few small improvements could make the experience even better. The shower water pressure could be stronger, and the air conditioning in the reception lobby and the breakfast restaurant could be cooler, especially during the warmer hours. There are also some road works and traffic diversions around the hotel, but fortunately, we did not experience any major traffic jams during our stay. These were minor inconveniences and did not negatively affect our overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre. We loved the pool, appreciated the convenient parking and breakfast, and found the staff helpful and polite. We would definitely consider staying again.
