Signora Maria molto gentile e disponibile, eravamo in anticipo e abbiamo potuto fare l'early check-in senza problemi. Appartamento spazioso con 2 bagni (wc e lavandino in 2 stanze separate). Stubai super card inclusa e comodissima. Possibilità per i bambini di vedere gli animali da vicino.
Cucina dell'appartamento un po' stretta per 6 persone (comunque completa di tutto il necessario).

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026It is near the Fulpmes Bahnhof and have very beautiful view from balcony, apartment was super clean and kitchen equipped very nicely. Host was also super nice. There was also a cute dog sometimes at the entrance
I really don’t want to write a negative things about this property but there is always something to be criticised. The WIFI unfortunately didn’t cover our whole room. Only on the entrance area/bathroom is strong. In the kitchen it is a bit tricky to get the signal and in the bedroom is almost nothing. I had a lot of data so it didn’t bother me, but I think it should be fixed, maybe the owner could buy a Repeater to make the signal stronger.

Allt var bra. Har sett några kommentarer om dålig lukt och visst känner man att man är på en gård med djur men det tänker jag att man får räkna med att det ingår!

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Närheten till buss/spårvagn, max 5 min att gå. Fin utsikt! Vi promenerade även till gondolen (20 min) som sedan tog oss upp till toppen på Kreuzjoch där vi vandrade Naturlährweg och Scheibenweg ner med barnen. 10 min att gå till äventyrsbadet Stubay.
Luktade ladugård i de allmänna utrymmena, men de har ju också en bondgård precis vägg i vägg. Hunden springer fritt på området.

V jedné koupelně špatný tlak vody, nešla nastavit teplá voda-buď byla horká nebo vlažná. Přes den netekla vůbec teplá. Parkování aut vedle traktorů přímo na farmě. Volně pobíhající velký pes.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Místo bylo vynikající, do města na procházky a večeře to bylo 10 minut, pokoje velmi prostorné a velmi milí majitelé. Blízkost zastávek vyhlídkové tramvaje do Innsbrucku 3 minuty, a stejně tak i skibusu bylo skvělé.
Jediný malý stín bylo, že v našem pokoji byly už unavenější matrace, které by si zasloužili výměnu, ale předpokládám, že další hosti již budou mít nové k dispozici.

L'unica osservazione che faccio per dar modo alla struttura di migliorare è mettere una indicazione chiara di come arrivare con la macchina perché non è stato facile capire dove passare.

The property is tired and the internet just didn't work most of the time. The breakfast was okay, but no fruit and fairly dull.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2025It was interesting ( and unexpected ) to be on a real farm with cows, sheep, chickens, a dog running loose etc.
Breakfast was 15 Euro extra - we had hoped for scrambled eggs, fruit salad, cappucino maybe. But it was just a white coffee, bread roll with cheese and ham, and even the bread rolls ran out before my wife came down. My four year old was rather scared of the house dog which enjoyed chasing her around The "extra" bed in the living room wasn't great to sleep on.

Reviewed May 16, 2024Great place, nice hosts, really helpful. Nice breakfast, not far from the bus station. Big room, with a fridge and a TEAPOT!!! Which is amazing because I could drink tea in the evening. The hosts let me keep my luggage on the premises, change my close in the evening, after riding and even helped getting to the bus station! Totally recommend!

The breakfast location with the scenic views and quality of food was our favorite part of the stay. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Even if it's a pet friendly hotel, they did not allow the dog to go to the breakfast area (that was hard for us to understand when the dog from the owners was in that area but our little one was not accepted).
