No fan in the room, not even a small plug in fan. So the room got real hot at night even with the balcony door open with curtains shut.

The staf doesn't speak English and are not always super helpful. Nevertheless, when we approched them ourselfs, they were ready to help and they were honest.

Der Pool war geschlossen / leer. Das kann passieren. Man hätte uns davon aber vor Anreise Informationen sollen. So standen wir vor Ort und mussten eine Alternative suchen.

El diseño de las habitaciones no es el más cómodo, la ducha no es agradable en su ubicación, el balcón no tiene una mesa o silla ideal y el cuarto no tiene un cajonero para guardar las cosas así que toca dejarlas por el piso

Honestly, we had a wonderful experience and nothing significant to complain about. Everything was very well organized and exceeded our expectations.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Pool, bar area, view of both the reservoir and the monolith, parking, cleanliness, and the staff gave us such quality attention I thought they owned the place. Could not ask for a better team, from reception to the cleaning and kitchen staff. The picture of the water was from my room's balcony. Great place to sit in the late afternoon.
Brighter lights (the room was romantically dark even with the curtains open (tinted windows***) and a place to put our clothes. We stayed for a week and had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. The room was large enough for a nice-sized dresser (could put the TV on top), which would have complemented the room nicely. Staff gave us a shelf to put some things on, which helped. Loved the room, but a queen-sized bed instead of a king would have been better (at least in our room). Getting in and out of bed from the sides was a tight fit. Also, didn't care for the jacuzzi. Very shallow, I am 187 tall and the water barely covered my waist. Wife liked the jacuzzi though, but she's only 154cm tall.

The restaurant food, breakfast not the bedt, raw chorizo, not good burritos, uncooked chicken wings. At night our neighbours a venezuelan gay couple were playing extremelly loud music and chatting/screaming and no one did nothing until 1:30 am that i asked the guard to talk to them, after 5 min they were back to screaming and being loud and no one did anything.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Camas grandes, agua caliente, buenas almohadas, dos cobijas, son cosas que en algunos hoteles no es fijo, incluso tenía directo tv, la piscina es hasta tarde.
Solo hay un Yacuzi para todos los huéspedes, puedes usarlo una hora, las piscina mide 1.20 mt si eres alto ni arrodillado te llega al pecho, es más bien una piscina de niños, tiene pocas asoleado ras para la cantidad de huéspedes que albergan, el desayuno para lo que pagas es poco y no tn buen calidad, los que atienden tiene como 10 cargos y es difícil encontrar quien te sirva un trago porque si no está preparando el Yacuzi esta en la recepción y no está pendientes de las personas que esta consumiendo. Posdata no pidan la decoración de cumpleaños no vale las 8 bombas qué te ponen sin torta y el letrero de fique.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Lo más destacable del hotel es la atención del personal y la vista hermosa a la represa. Nos dieron una habitación con una muy buena vista, lo agradecemos. También hay café disponible todo el tiempo. El restaurante está bien y los precios nos parecieron justos.
No hay buena presión de agua en los sanitarios. Nos quedamos sin agua durante un par de horas el último día de nuestra estadía. El agua de la piscina es helada, no tiene calefacción, lo cual es engañoso en el anuncio. Nos cobraron una tarifa diferente a la reservada por booking a razón de un seguro para la bebé con la que viajamos, al momento no hemos recibido la factura que demuestre que efectivamente el cobro adicional fue por eso (y la pedimos en varias ocasiones en la recepción). Las fotos al parecer son del inicio del hotel, en genral está deteriorado. Nunca hicieron limpieza a la habitación en una instancia de 4 días, tuvimos que pedir que vinieran el último día a cambiar las papeleras llenas.

La piscina no estaba climatizada y es muy frío el lugar. No hicieron aseo a nuestra habitación, la excusa que dieron fue que debíamos haber dejado las llaves. Sin embargo, dicha advertencia no nos la dieron al hacer check in, ni estaba escrita en las instrucciones pegadas al interior de las habitaciones.

Mauvais éclairage de la chambre. La robinetterie et la douche auraient aussi besoin d’être renouvelées.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The pool area was great and the views were glorious. The friendly staff didn't speak English and our Spanish was pretty poor but real efforts were made and we managed to communicate really well. Thank you for that!
The only down side was that the weather wasn't quite good enough to enjoy the fabulous pool area.

The walls are made of paper, we didn't sleep well as we could hear our neighbours from both sides. (One neighbour had a nasty cough and the other neighbours sat on their balcony til about past midnight drinking beer. When the ones drinking beer finally went to bed, we could them hear one of them snoaring, felt like we were in the same room as him). The bathroom was full of ants, mosquitos and also the ceiling is open so when you're in the toilet, in the bedroom everyone can hear you doing your needs. The bedsheets also has a smell to them.

Our room: old bathroom, shower with almost no warm water (only 30 s warm) The room was located below the pool and bar area excessive music and you could hear your neighbor rooms as they are openly connected in the ceiling The food: very bad quality - we had dinner once and the “grilled” chicken was just old and fried in a frying machine, veggies were completely burned - had to return it and would advice everyone to rather eat in one of the well rated restaurants in Guatapé town, the breakfast is better, yet it looks like a buffet but is served by the staff and very limited also (only 3 pieces of fruit pp, coffeee is pre mixed with sweet milk)

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Nos encanto el paisaje, queda a 3 min de la piedra del Pañol. El hotel es bonito, lá piscina es chevere y el almuerzo no está incluído pero es rico. Los desayunos son buenos, no es buffet. Si no tienes carro, puedes ir de tutu. Son un transporte de Guatape en el cual caben 3 personas , pagando 17mil pesos, es muy bacana lá experiencia.
Las camas son muy comodas, fui con mi família y reservamos vários cuartos, todos eran con poca iluminacion. Pero uno de ellos era una cabaña la cual quedaba abajo y daba para escuchar los huespedes de otros cuartos. Era demasiado escuro y no tênia Internet, ni cogian los canales de TV.. Pedi cambio y me pasaron a un cuarto muy pequeño con el baño con fuga y tenia arañas En general el internet fue pesimo pues una de las personas que nos acompañaba estaba trabajando homeoffice.. Cositas que dá para mejorar. :)

My room was located below the pool and bar area and due to the excessive noise from the music was imposible to rest. Two times I have to asked to down the music after 10pm. The breakfast looks like a buffet but is served by the staff and very limited... also, the menu is more like canopes. The hotel is located in the way to the town ... far from everything - 15 minutes drive.
