Personal super atento y amable tanto Susana la responsable como el personal del desayuno y limpieza. El desayuno muy artesanal te lo preparan en una cocina abierta al resto de estancias.

Además hubo un problema y nos ofrecieron su mejor estancia: una casita de dos plantas que tiene de todo. Por su parte las empleadas en el desayuno son majisimas, amables y siempre con una sonrisa

The bed was big with lovely cotton sheets & excellent pillows. The breakfast was wonderful and stylish eating area. The swimming pool was fabulous and a great asset beautiful views. The staff were lovely. Susana was incredibly helpful. All in all a great experience thank you.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Es un alojamiento cuidado y bonito con mucho detalle. El desayuno con muy buena atención y todo estaba bueno.
Aunque en Booking anuncian que disponen de aparcamiento privado, en realidad no lo tienen: hay que dejar el coche en la calle. Se lo comentamos a la llegada y simplemente nos dijeron que lo revisarían, sin ofrecer ninguna solución o compensación. Es un hotel bastante caro (pagamos más de 200 euros por noche) y, aunque está a 5 minutos de Pals, es imprescindible usar coche para todo.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Villa très moderne et décorée avec goût dans un quartier très calme, le plus la piscine privative et le parking privé et fermé. La remise des clefs s’est fait sans encombres . Susana a été accueillante, sympathique et professionnelle. Cela faisait longtemps que l’accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte n’avait pas été aussi parfaite.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025- El alojamiento es super acogedor. La habitación super amplia y la piscina (de agua salada), una auténtica gozada. El espacio es super tranquilo, con terracita y todas las comodidades necesarias. La atención por parte de Susana fue muy buena. Las chicas que te hacen el desayuno son también muy amables. El desayuno está bien, tipo buffet y muy completo. Eso sí, tienen un surtido de mermeladas de la zona, del pueblo de Torrent específicamente, que vale mucho la pena degustar.
No hay nada destacable que "NO" nos gustase como tal. Por poner un par de pequeñísimos "pero", el alojamiento está apartado de Pals por lo que dependes de transporte para moverte. Sobre el desayuno, que en general estaba bien, creo que tal vez faltaba un poco más de producto local (especialmente el embutido que era de supermercado). Pero es una nimiedad.

Located in a very quiet residential area of Pals, clost to a big super market and 5-min drive to the old town. The facility offers very nice breakfast.
You need to check your emails or in-app messages from Booking for instruction to get in the facility. There are no all-day receptionists in the facility.

It was so nice to relieve the tiredness of the whole day near the stove with the garden view. Reviewed Jul 30, 2024I appreciated that Susana anticipated my arrival and contacted me to explain the very clear process for check-in. She was very proactive and kind. The staff was very welcoming. I found the property to be quite beautiful and serene.
If I had to pick anything, I’d say that the bedroom could have better lighting. I’m reaching with this, because the purpose of my visit was to enjoy the region and not to stay at the hotel all day. But I enjoyed everyone moment of my stay. I look forward to the next visit.

The breakfast was delicious! We felt totally at home there and were able to unwind after a couple of weeks of travelling. The surrounding towns are gorgeous as well. Thank you.

The kitchen and living room are shared with other guests and are a great opportunity to hang out or get to know other travelers. Our room was very nice and cozy and we also enjoyed having a pool to cool off. The proximity to the beach and a supermarket is great.
