Wellness Santa Hotel - Adults Only

This property is advertised as a 5-star wellness hotel, but in reality it barely meets a 3-star standard. The “wellness” label is highly misleading: guests are expected to pay €60 per person for just 90 minutes of sauna use, which is outrageous. The gym has a good number of machines, but the mats were dirty and there was no disinfectant available. The rooms were extremely noisy, the beds were hard and worn-out, and I barely slept during my stay. The balcony had uncomfortable metal chairs, while our neighbors with the exact same setup had sun loungers. When I politely asked for loungers, my request was simply refused. Not that we could have used the balcony much anyway — we were constantly surrounded by cigarette smoke from other guests. The hallways also smelled of smoke, and one morning we were woken up by a fire alarm outside. The food at the panoramic restaurant was fine, but overpriced and far below what you would expect from a true 5-star establishment. After repeated complaints, we were finally offered sauna access on the last day — €24 per person per hour for only one sauna, as the others were switched off. Even then, I was told I couldn’t pour water over the stones in a Finnish sauna, and that I had to wear a bikini despite paying for exclusive use. The surrounding relaxation areas were cold and unheated, and the changing rooms and showers were dirty. Some staff members clearly tried their best and seemed aware that the hotel does not meet the advertised standard, but others acted indifferent and unbothered. The location is also underwhelming. Apart from a coastal promenade, there isn’t much to explore on foot. Attempting to walk inland leads you along roads or — in my experience — being chased by stray dogs. The beach itself could be beautiful, but there was noticeable plastic waste and cigarette litter. At the foot-rinse station (part of the partner hotel next door), broken glass was scattered across the ground and even after reporting it, nothing was done. In summary, this was the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. I strongly advise against staying here — it simply does not deliver anything close to a 5-star experience.

The staff is helpfull and the whole service is more than pleasant. The cleanliness is exquisite and the room was comfortable in every way. Breakfast was wonderfull

I travel a lot and this was a very odd hotel. It is immaculately clean. But not luxurious/5* by any stretch. Beds uncomfortable, towels thin and decor through the hotel is extremely opulent but not in a good way - Russia meets traveller caravan. The check in process was soo slow, breakfast mediocre and the spa/pool and gym can only be used between 1000hrs and 1800hrs. I was visiting with work and wanted to swim when I arrived just before 1800hrs! I was told very firmly no! I like to workout first thing in the morning- again no!!

Wonderful hotel. We are here four times. The management of the hotel is fantastic. Really professional. They all work as one team. The cleaning of the rooms and the hotel is spotless. The highest grade. We want to come back to this hotel again and again. Amazing restaurant. The beach is fantastic. The pool zone and the music are very relaxing. There are no kids in sight. Adults only. We recommend it to everyone who is looking for a wonderful sea and the best service.

Super kitch Russian interior design and quite incompetent staff. I chose this hotel because of the underground gym, which potentially is quite elaborated but with terrible maintenance and airco not working! Result, imposible to do a descent workout and lots of discussions with the staff from the moment of checkin till the checkout for different reasons. To avoid if you wish for a relaxed stay.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. Extremely disappointing experience. The service is poor, the hotel is dirty, and the beach is full of trash and algae. The so-called wellness area is 80% closed, the skybar is shut down, and the gym closes early – we were even kicked out at 5:45 PM with the lights turned off while still inside. The breakfast is as cheap as it gets – stale bread, soft supermarket-style cookies, and absolutely no service. Even worse: a simple espresso costs €5 and is served in a paper cup. Totally unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one advertised as 5-star. The worst part? Mold in the bathroom (see photos) and open ceiling panels in the spa – absolutely shocking and unhygienic. We paid extra expecting a premium experience, but what we got was disorganized, poorly maintained and nowhere near 5-star quality. Reception staff was uninterested and offered no real help. Definitely not recommended. Stay somewhere else.

Not recommended — maximum 3 stars, the staff ruins the overall impression I’m currently staying at this hotel and unfortunately the service level does not match the declared five stars It’s at best a 3-star experience, and only thanks to housekeeping and the room quality One example I asked to change my beach towel Reception told me to go to the pool bar I went there, but the bar staff rudely refused, saying “we don’t change towels, you only get one per stay” I had to wash it myself and then return to reception, where they finally changed it I’m staying for 10 days, by the way If you have a towel exchange policy, just state it clearly in the information sheet at check-in That would be fair and transparent Later another issue happened While I was eating at the bar, my towel was lying nearby Staff simply threw it away When I asked them to help and bring a new one from reception, they refused again and said “get it yourself” But it was their mistake I asked multiple times, but they said it’s not their job Meanwhile, three bar staff members were standing around doing nothing No willingness to help at all This is not how staff should act in a hotel that claims to be five-star Other downsides Breakfast is very basic with little variety, same food every day Beach is not cleaned from seaweed even though rakes and free staff are available I had to clean my own spot with a net Staff said “we don’t do anything without a manager’s order” As a result, the hotel’s beach looks just like the public one next to it Gym has no air conditioning, it’s hot and stuffy Handles are removed from windows so you can’t open them This really needs attention Other guests we spoke to said the same thing Nice hotel visually, but nobody wants to come back because of the way staff treats people To hotel management Please train your team People come to relax, not to fight for basic things every day This is the main reason why guests don’t return Also consider switching from small plastic shampoo bottles to wall-mounted dispensers It’s more cost-effective and reduces plastic waste Positives Housekeeping is excellent Rooms are cleaned on time, thoroughly and carefully Clearly a well-managed department Rooms are spacious and well renovated Good materials, wood finishes, neatly laid tiles Location is great — just two minutes from the beach Conclusion The hotel has clearly invested in renovation, interiors and landscaping But the lack of service and staff attitude ruins the experience Because of this, the hotel is losing returning guests and potential revenue If the staff treated guests with the level of care expected from a five-star hotel, this place could be truly successful For now — I do not recommend it You will likely be disappointed I will not be returning

First and last time at this hotel This was our first stay at this hotel — and definitely the last. The attitude of the staff towards guests is unacceptable. One employee in particular, a young woman named Corina (I may be mistaken about the name), left a very negative impression. She works at the bar. She was consistently rude, responded to any request with irritation or outright refusal, and refused to acknowledge her mistakes, even when they were obvious. She was even disrespectful toward older guests, which is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. It’s clear she needs proper training in customer service and communication. It’s especially disappointing because the hotel itself is beautifully designed. You can clearly see that a lot of effort, thought, and money was invested by the owner into creating a stylish and high-quality interior. Everything looks elegant and well maintained. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values respectful treatment and a pleasant vacation experience.

Gebuchte Suite wegen angeblichem Wasserschaden nicht verfügbar, Information erst beim Check-in, Nachlass für normales Zimmer erstaunlich niedrig. Ausstattung Badezimmer müsste dringend erneuert werden. Es brauchte vier Anläufe bis der Safe funktionierte. Man muss sich organisieren, von ausreichend Handtüchern im Bad bishin zur Ausstattung für Kaffeekocher usw. Fotos Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenbetten sind veraltet. Liegen sind schmutzig und völlig durchgelegen, Sonnenbetten gibt es gar nicht. Schade, Strandlage ist eigentlich perfekt. 5 Sterne nur für das sehr bemühte und immer sehr freundliche Personal.

Spotlessly clean and well maintained but it is an older- styled place. I would not call it 5-star - there is simply nothing like 5-star service. Reception staff were unhelpful when it came to dealing with problems we had in the room and with getting pool towels. There was almost no other contact with staff during our stay - breakfast is fully self-serve buffet, not even serving tea and coffee (a machine to dispense coffee which was almost undrinkable). The pool area and beach were nice, but could do without the constant background club music. The location is out of the way and fairly quiet which was nice.

The staff very friendly, always willing to help us. They breakfast wasnt what am used to but they offering alternative which was really nice. Will definitely be returning back soon

Lovely hotel.. well kept and very clean. Room extremely comfy, breakfast was exceptional, all that you can imagine was there.. staff was all top (11/10) both at reception, pool area and restaurant always very helpful to see to all your requirements and needs.. as always, not everything can be 19% but some tiny misgivings, like no fixed cushions on sunbeds, no body lotion in bathroom and no proper beach towels. Surely small things to fix. Restaurant food was always very good and reasonable priced. Very much recommended if one wants to have a relaxing and away from it all holiday. An overall 8.5/10.

Impressive view with more tone and accent set on Roman dynasty. I had a nice stay was there for a business convention. Enjoyed the greek food and love the vibe specially when visiting the surrounding. Great people and charm makes you feel at home!

Alles war super, nur 20 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand bietet kostenlose Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Der Pool war sauber.

Hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated and rooms and guest areas were all scrupulously clean. We arrived early after contacting the hotel but were told on arrival there was a 20 euro early check in fee! There was also no lunch available in the hotel, from either of the two restaurants or the pool bar ( which doesn’t do snacks or meals at all). There was also no iron in the room and when we asked reception for an iron we were told there was a fee to use the iron. The breakfast buffet is extensive and looks very nice but all the ‘hot’ dishes are cold as the servery is not heated. A nice hotel but let down by simple things definitely not 5 Star.

Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean! Staff super polite and attentive. Stay for 5 days at the resort. Big let down is the breakfast, everyday the hot buffet items were cold and even though I complained nothing was done to rectify the situation. No iron in room and asked at reception, who said “there’s a charge for use of the iron as it’s a 5 star hotel” How ridiculous!! Even a 2 star hotel would have an iron you could borrow for nothing! Do they expect guests to bring their own, if so why is this not stated on booking.com A point to note which was a real disappointment was there’s no lunch served in the 2 restaurants. Even the pool bar doesn’t do snacks or food so you have to go across to the beach to a local tavern (average) but need to get dressed from your swimwear to eat there. How absurd not to have lunch served in a so called 5 star hotel !!!! The bed is beautiful looking but incurred a very uncomfortable back aching 4 nights which my partner and I did not appreciate. We have never experienced back pain before from a hotel bed until now!

A beautiful hotel, loved the outdoor pool and room with a direct view of the beach. Beach is literally at the front of the hotel. Hotel has spa but unfortunately I cannot rate it higher than 1 because I went there to book a massage around 3 times and there was no one there. Then I called them but no one answered. I reported it to the reception and they said that someone the spa would call me but no one did. So overall the Spa facility was missing from the hotel which was a real shame because this was partly the reason we booked this hotel. All other features and facilities of the hotel were good and appreciated.

I booked a stay at Wellness Santa Hotel in 24 May 2025 with the intention of relaxing, especially at the spa center, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was told that the spa was closed except swimming pool — something that had not been mentioned on the hotel’s website or during the booking process. Adults-Only Policy was Clearly Stated on the booking page- Both days over the weekend there were wedding celebrations with a lot of noise and music at high decibels until 24:00, including screaming babies. Our hotel room had a view of the hotel lobby, where the noisy parties lasted for two days. There was a lack of staff in the restaurant; on Sunday evening, after we placed our order and waited for an hour, we were informed that the kitchen had closed. This was incredibly disappointing experience. I hope the hotel improves transparency with future guests.

Beautiful hotel, I loved my stay

Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Vom Frühstück bis zum Service war alles wie beschrieben. Einziges Manko, wenn man gerne einen Balkon nach außen hätte, dann sollte man keine Economy Zimmer buchen, da dieses nur einen Balkon in das Hotel rein hat. Ansonsten war alles wie auf den Bildern. Das Hotel, sowie der Pool waren wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und der Service war einwandfrei. Vielen Dank! :-)

Etwas übertriebenes Design, dafür sind die Zimmer und vor allem Badezimmer kleiner als erwartet Es ist ziemlich isoliert gelegen, Restaurants sind ab circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar Super Aussicht aufs Meer und die Lichter der Stadt

Possibly the best hotel in the area ! The bar and the restaurant on the bridge of the hotel was a unique experience and the food was great with a lot of variety to choose from . The spa was really amazing and the facilities were brand new . The view of the hotel was amazing and the location in front of the sea was quiet and perfect . Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely will visit the hotel again!

Very nice quiet location away from downtown. Staff was excellent. There were a couple of excellent beach restaurants within walking distance with outstanding fresh seafood. Beach and pool very nice.

The best hotel in the whole area.

Την πρώτη μέρα ήταν αρκετά δύσκολα, υποφέραμε σε ένα εσωτερικό δωμάτιο όπου η θερμοκρασία ήταν 30 βαθμοί και δεν μπορούσαμε να τη ρίξουμε με κανέναν τρόπο. Τελικά, την επόμενη μέρα και μετά από επιμονή από την πλευρά μας, το ξενοδοχείο δέχτηκε να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο. Το καινούργιο δωμάτιο είχε θερμοκρασία 22 βαθμούς. Το σπα ήταν πολύ καλό και ειδικά η σάουνα του που ήταν άνετη και αρκετά μεγάλη, ενώ γενικά στο σπα δεν είχε πολύ κόσμο. Το ίδιο και η πισίνα, ήταν απολαυστική. Επίσης, το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και με μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων. Το πάρκινγκ στον εξωτερικό χώρο του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εύκολο και το εστιατόριο του αρκετά αξιοπρεπές με σχετική ποικιλία. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά. Μου έκανε πολύ καλή εντύπωση.

The adults only hotel is a great beach hotel close to Thessaloniki with nice beach service. The atmosphere and the style of the hotel are a mixture of Miami Vice and Russian Golden elements but the sea view is amazing. The service is very polite, unfortunately the breakfast offering is not quite what you would expect for such a hotel. No fresh orange juice, no fresh vegetables or other fruits from the market and the coffee is very poor. Better book just the room and go to one of the nice coffee beach sites close to the hotel. Same for dinner or lunch, the restaurants around are all amazing. The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful, but the top management should consider in invessting more money in food cost, with will bring them a better return in the long run.

Friendly front desk woman ..we had upgraded and they up graded us more to have a sea view from the balcony . Room large enough for us with comfortable furnishings and amenities.The hotel is quiet and clean great shower ..fridge coffee maker and kettle ..we stayed 4 days two bottles of water given each day ..breakfast included and was plentiful and good enough Two pools and an excellent gym and of course the beach and the sea ..restaurant was ok but we walked to a small town to enjoy the healthy foods while enjoying the beach sunset views … This hotel is over the top in decoration .We felt we were in a palace of sorts

Excellent experience. Very friendly people, very clean hotel, optimal position of the hotel, fantastic view and area for walking, jogging and seafood restaurants. Very nice breakfast and in general meals at the hotel. Very nice room service for everything. Enjoyable sauna and indoor swimming pool

Bar was closed, it was over all fancy on the look but did not love up to neither a 5 star nor its fasad. We left early.

We're here for our 30th wedding anniversary for 14 nights. The hotel is lovely, we're used to staying in 5 star hotels and this hotel meets most of the requisites.Nice breakfast. Housekeeping are very attentive. I was told we'd get a double bed but it's two single beds and the balcony is very small. I asked if there was a bigger room but was told no. Shame. I'll review the hotel again at the end of our stay.

Svært god service. Personalet var meget imøtekommende og hyggelige. Deres respons var alltid "off course". Veldig god komfort i flotte rom. Kort vei til strand og flott bassengområde like utenfor hotell. Alt er rent og ryddig! Bygget er godt vedlikeholdt og ingen ting å utsette på anlegget. Svært godt utvalg til frokost men forventer på et hotel med 5 stjerner ekte juice til frokost, ikke utblandet saft. Kunne med fordel vært en omelett kokk som stekte eggene etter gjestens ønske, savnet også nystekt brød. Relativt enkelt mat om kvelden i restaurant men god på smak! Du kan ikke forvente gourmet standard. Oppsummert; Utsøkt hotel med forbedringspotenial på maten

Lovely stay in a seaview room. Room was very spacious and clean. Air con worked well and facilities were great. Pool was great, might be nice to have a couple of fans at the pool bar for very hot days. Staff were lovely. Nice town 5/10 min walk with lots of bars and restaurants, reaaonably priced. There is also a boat from nearby pier to Thesaloniki for a day trip. I would stay here again.

This place is maybeeeeee a 3 star ! As a wellness spa resort … we had to tell them 3 times to turn down the loud rap/club music. I couldn’t even read my book. And this is NOT an adults only. The building is but not the pool! There was babies and kids and then 8 local teen boys paid for a day pass and were fooling around in the pool that we left. If we had the chance to switch hotels we would have asap ! Dont bother booking here. The restraint up stairs was closed (too hot) and the only place open was horrible and so much money. We are in the middle of trying to get money back as we booked this because it was adults only and it was NOT

This hotel is great in many ways but does let itself down in others. It boasts adults only, but there are currently 6 children in and around the pool. The WiFi is poor, the hotel is dated, the sun beds are dated, the lifts are always busy, the cleaners could do better, people who leave the restaurant they fail to clean their plates away On the plus side, the food is good quality, the staff are friendly, the pool area is quiet, the hotel is very big so there is a lot of outdoor space, the prices are reasonable and the rooms are tasteful although dated. The gym was also well equipped but no air con. I would stay again, but not as a solo traveller as it’s quite detached. My friend was due to be with me, but his son has a nasty accident so I came alone. Regardless of the circumstances, they wanted €160 to change the room to a double from a twin.

Arrived at 4pm and given room cards. Hotel style is opulent and regal but actually just looks tacky. Hotel room was fine and we headed out for a walk. We showered when we returned but the rainfall shower was leaking everywhere so was a dribble one side and a gush the other. Whilst trying to sort this out and also dipping in and out of the inconsistent water temperature I noticed that the shower base had filled up and flooded the bathroom. It was not draining well at all. We mopped it up best we could and let reception know when we passed. We headed to the on site restaurant which despite being empty had lots of dirty used plates and cups left on tables whilst members of staff sat around. The food we ordered was nice and the service from the staff member who looked after us was also good. There were a lot of flies. Returned to the room and the air con was off. We tried to fix it with no luck so headed back down to reception to report it. She explained it’s off between 12-6. That’s fine but it’s 7:30pm so we head to sit by the pool and she resets it remotely. The pool area is very nice. However this room was booked under the guise of ‘adults only’ and there were children playing in the pool until past 9pm. You’re either adults only or have an age limit - don’t advertise something that isn’t true. When we returned to our room the aircon had fixed. Great! But we had no lights. So it was back to reception and they came and fixed it. However after 10 minutes the power went out again. We pressed the panel and it came back..for 5 minutes. This went on and off every 5 minutes after we pressed the panel each time. My partner went to reception and said they will move us rooms so I got packed whilst he got another room key. Surprise surprise the room key didn’t work! He returned to reception and was told ‘well of course it works’. It absolutely did not, he was given a manual key. New room was fine. Only stayed for one night and if we were staying any longer than one night we would’ve left there and then. The pool area is nice enough, it was very quiet as I think most customers use the beach. Freddo cappuccino was excellent! We did not eat breakfast as the flies at dinner were off putting. Would not return nor recommend.

Santa Wellness, the heaven on the earth! The hotel we go for 15 years, first to Santa beach and later to Santa Wellness. Each time we go we are surprised by cleanness, friendliness, high standards, customer’s orientation, tasty food, comfortable beds, bedsheets, pools, beach beds, beach bars. Additional amenities like indoor poll, spa, gym, massage in a pleasantly climatized environment offers the unique opportunity to enjoy inside when temperature outside is too high. The amazing staff like Christos, reservation manager, who always remembers the every guest taste and wishes and who goes many extra mile to make unforgettable memories. Beautiful, young, smiling students or regular staff at the restaurants and bars who run around even on the extreme heat to make guest happy. Finally, Mr Savidis who tirelessly looks to every single detail and shows respect to every guest. It is absolutely the best place for someone who wants to have everything on one place to rest an enjoy. Highly recommended! I

That would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the spa experience. Really nice and clean rooms, good service, lovely beach and pool area with a bar. However at a wellness hotel I expect to use spa / cosmetical services without issues. During a nail appointment my nails were cut so bad that they were bleeding and afterwards swollen. The polish furthermore is applied as it was applied from a child*. So i highly recommend the hotel but try to avoid the spa services.

Otelin önünde müşterilere ayrılmış ücretsiz bir park yeri var. Kahvaltısı güzeldi ve çoğu otele göre çeşitliydi. Oda temizdi. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan personel çok yardımseverdi.

Place is not renewed since 1960’s. Sewer smell every time water runs through drain system. They control temperature for room from front desk. You have no control over your climate. I had dinner at sky bridge Resturant and chicken with mash potato was microwaved like elastic, mash potato was purate. This place should not be in business.

The room was cold and even on 30 degrees the air conditioner did not make it warm. The breakfast is modest for 5 stars hotel

Det var ett fint hotell men siden det var utenfor sesong så var mye stengt. Beliggenheten var ikke så bra da det tok veldig lang tid å bestille taxi og det var veldig dyrt. En kort tur til nærmeste tettsted på 3 km 8-10 euro. En tur til flyplassen 33 euro.

Strandläge, rent & fräscht rum med utsikt mot havet, fina behandlingar på spa och frukostbuffé. Ligger lite off men taxi till staden ok pris.

Terrible customer service… Non-existent actually. Not worth the high price tag. Definitely not 5 stars. Not enough food options, no spa therapies during peak season. Very cheap with their air conditioning. Lobby and hallways are piping hot during heat wave outside. Weird place. I travel to this area frequently and Will never set foot here again.

Everything was just perfect

I've probably stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times now, this time i took my sister in law. She loved it. It's a fab place that feels like it's not been fully exploited by tourism. Staff are as helpful as you can imagine, always smile and do what they can to make your stay as lovely as possible. Breakfast is outstanding, bar snacks in the day are very good value and taste delicious. There is a water bus that runs from the jetty a few times a day and returns. Perfect for a little trip into the city so no need to get a taxi too!

It's a nice place for Summer. Unfortunately it was raining so we didn't have access to the pool and spa

This was our 3rd stay here, after last year , some things have improved, others haven’t. The breakfast is better but still room for improvement ( cold eggs, and food quality needs improvement,). The pool/ beach towels fiasco is a bit undermining (10€ deposit required ) before the pool attendant would replace the towels, unfortunately now this can only be done at reception. The bride resturant was closed during our entire stay, regardless of the hotel being full. Charging an additional €30 euros for an extra few hours late check out, despite booking 4 rooms , is penny pinching. The hotel next door now has the same name, and people staying at that hotel were using this hotel for breakfast and the pool area, as a result it became very crowded. Otherwise great stay

Hotel is old and dusted. I was aware upfront that it would not be, as it says, a 5 stars...but i wasn't even 4stars worthy.... Staff was ok, but like the hotel itself not as is hould be for a hotel for 4stars. Breakfast buffet was ok, but nothing special. One would say, at least one would expect to get fresh coffee and not instant from the machine. Guests were not following the hygiene anti covid rules of the hotel, no mask wearing when being at the buffet etc. Nobody of the waiters cared. Music from the pool area was running until 11 in the evening and really annoying through the day. Gym is pretty big and has everything one could hope for, but hygiene,as through the whole hotel, not present at all. Furniture is all worn out. Area around the hotel is dirty. Real disappointment

Hotel is never ever 5stars, breakfast is more like 3 stars. Covid restrictions are not followed by most of the guests (no masks etc) and nobody of the staff says something. No coffee machine or water heater on the room. Everything of the furniture is a piece of lookalike. The gym is great but opens at 11am... Never seen before that a gym opens that late.

It was amazing for the price! Our other hotel fell threw last minute and we just spent a night there before our flight. It was really nice to walk on the beach and the water was very calm and easy to swim in. The pool looked nice, but we stayed at the ocean. We did not do all inclusive because our stay was short and there were some beach restaurants just a short walk away or you can eat at their restaurant. The breakfast was very good. The decorations inside the hotel were not my style, but I was very happy with the hotel! The staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel has some great qualities, but could be even better if management took just a few small things into consideration. First, their "policy" is to only provide one room key for two people. No real reason given, just their policy. I have never encountered this at any other hotel and just makes no sense. Second, there is currently only one option on site for dinner which costs 18 euro per person and is buffet style. When I inquired about having food delivered from a local place I was told outside food is not allowed in the hotel. The pool bar stops serving food at 6 pm. So you either walk to a restaurant nearby or pay for the buffet. Really just not customer centric. And because of COVID room service is not offered. Third, you will hear every single door on your floor slamming as people wake up. There are no silencers to keep the doors from slamming. I could not sleep in as beginning about 7 am doors are slamming repeatedly. Fourth, and at no fault of the hotel, but it is really out of the way for wanting to see Thessaloniki city center. Buses don't run to the hotel location so if you don't have a car your only option is taxi. It costs 30 euros to go 15 miles to the city center. If I were to go again I would definitely find another similar hotel much closer to the city center. The surrounding area of the hotel just doesn't have much to offer. The staff is kind and want to help but the management rules make it so they are not empowered to provide great customer service.

This was a great hotel with great staff - Already looking at going back with the family as this was a 4 day business trip. Went All inclusive and for the price paid I was happy. Bathroom in bedroom wins smallest I have ever encountered but I did go for a standard room.

PROS: - Very clean and well maintained throughout the day - All Inclusive Food (great variety and quality) - Beds are very comfortable - Pool area turned into a restoran is very nice and cozy - Friendly staff - Location - Beach CONS: - Rooms could be bit larger - We had 3 rooms, same category and all 3 were somewhat different (balconies, bathrooms, floors...) - In one room we had no cold water in the shower, in another room there was no hair dryer. - Safe is too small for laptop, and one room had ancient safe with key (although key was missing) - No ice cream :) (this is 5 star, All Inclusive) - Charging 10 Euro for beach Umbrella (and 2 chairs) on Hotel's beach; adding at least a bottle of water would be nice touch .... but, none of these Cons should be a reason not to visit this Hotel

Very Unique style, lovely pools and great location on the beach, 15 minutes from Airport and 30 minutes from Thessaloniki centre. Nice spacious rooms with great facilities. Only improvement required is the Breakfast, very poor quality breakfast for a hotel of this standard, This was our 2nd time here and we did enjoy our stay.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Wellness Santa Hotel and felt the price was an absolute steal for how nice it was. We were there in October 2020 during the pandemic, but felt safe the whole time because the hotel was super clean and they took extra precautions like serving you breakfast (rather than self-serve buffet). Our room was comfortable we loved the sea view from our balcony. We didn't use any of the spa facilities, but the pool looked very clean, and the hotel is right on the beach, within an easy 15-minute walk of a whole bunch of delicious beach bars and tavern restaurants. We'd recommend having a car to get around during your stay, but given that the hotel wasn't very full, it was never a problem to find a free parking spot just out front. Definitely recommended.

Get good stay all the through breakfast was unfortunately the worst I’ve seen in a hotel but everything else was lovely.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wellness Santa hotel. It was quiet - being the end of season, during a pandemic- but this suited me. Reception staff were always helpful and I was able to check-in early. It was clean and I felt safe there, although I needed to take my own alcohol wipes into the gym, which lacked any cleaning equipment. I loved the pools, particularly the spacious and refreshingly cool outdoor one. There were ample sun beds, with a charge of €5 (including a non-alcoholic drink) on the beach. The pool bar staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good but not great and I needed to bring my own decaffeinated coffee. Wi-Fi was great inside the hotel. My double room comprised two single beds pushed together and there was no kettle or ironing board, which I believe is standard practice but were amenities that I missed. The room cleaning varied each day in terms of attention to detail and did not feel environmentally friendly, with toiletries and towels being replaced unnecessarily. The gym was pretty well equipped for a hotel but most machines lacked instructions for use. The best thing about the hotel is its location, right on the beach in a quiet but well-serviced area. I was so pleased that I chose it. Would definitely recommend.

The Hotel itself is very nice and in a very good location, on the beach, only half an hour from Thessaloniki and 12 minutes from the Airport A very distinctive style ( not to everyone’s taste, however I act like it). There are lots of bars and restaurants walking distance for the Hotel, and the pool area is very nice and relaxing. A few minor items need improvement, The Breakfast is very poor for a 5 star hotel and needs improving urgently. They also shouldn’t really charge for using sun beds on the beach, Otherwise a great stay at a reasonable price and probably the best Hotel in this area.

Highlights are the spa, beachside lounge chairs and stunning pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Only downside is that the breakfast isn’t the most incredible, some days disappointing—but if those expectations are managed, all is wonderful, especially the views!

I spent 4 days in this hotel. Met 2 locals who said it's the best hotel in the area, but i wouldn't give it 5 stars. Pros: Room cleaning was exceptional. Very close to the beach. Cons: Even as a hotel guest you need to pay 5 euros for the sunbed (what includes drink), so if you decide to leave for several hours and then come back you pay 5 euros again. Breakfast was RUBBISH. I couldn't even eat it. Expensive - coffee 4.50 euros. ( in the nearby taverna it was 2 euros) The territory of the hotel was super nice, but as soon as you leave it's rubbish just like 20 meters from the hotel. There are no proper road right outside of the hotel. Anyone can enter and leave the hotel as there are no security. The taxi can't get to the hotel entrance, as no one cares to open the gate.

Hotel is very new. Furniture not really my style but... that’s not an issue. Before booking I called the hotel to check the availability of early check in. Was told that it would not be a problem. Having arrived it became a problem and had to wait for the room. Beds were extremely soft and if you have any back problems make sure you avoid this place. Bathroom was not properly done. Taps settings are different in the shower and the sink. Hence opening the tap in the sink to the left gives you hot water and doing the same in the shower gives you cold. Not handy at all. Then the water does not drain properly and it leaked outside the tub and the whole bathroom was flooded. Hotel management failed to resolve the problem and the manager was extremely rude. Breakfast staff were NICE. Lastly air cooling system failed as well.

Very nice brand new hotel w the beach right in front. Good service. Very gaudy and "poor taste" lobby furniture.

It is a different style. They tried to do something unique and they made it the negative way. Good breakfast though.

Excellent staff and hotel, the best place to stay in Peraia!
