Das Hotel ist im Zentrum von Haugesund, so dass alles Sehenswerte prima zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Unser Zimmer war mit Blick aufs Wasser und ruhig in der Nacht. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und das inclusive Abendessen, bestehend aus verschiedenen Salaten und einem warmen Hühnchen-Reis-Gericht, war sehr lecker. Wir hatten eine besonders nette und hilfsbereite Begegnung mit einer Service-Kraft der Küche und eine besonders lustige und hilfsbereite Begegnung mit einem Chef der Reception. Wir danken für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, uncooperative staff, and excessive nighttime noise that disrupted our sleep.

Die Lage und das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen.

Die Parksituation, das Abendessen und die Tatsache, dass es ds Zimmer nicht gibt was wir gebucht haben war sehr unschön. Wir haben ein Familienzimmer mit 4 Betten bestellt und haben eine Zimmer mit 2 Betten bekommen. Nach der Reklamation wurde uns vom Personal noch ein Schlafsofa zurecht gemacht. Dies war überhaupt nicht vergleichbar mit einem Bett und für 2 Personen sehr fragwürdig, die Liegefläche war schräg.

Very disappointing experience — definitely not worth it We stayed at this hotel for just one night to celebrate our child’s birthday, and unfortunately the whole experience was extremely disappointing. About three weeks before our stay, I emailed the hotel and asked if they could arrange some small surprise or gesture for my child — even something very simple, like a birthday card, a Norwegian flag, or anything that would make the day special and give him a nice memory from the trip. I clearly mentioned that I was happy to pay for any additional costs. The hotel replied that we could sort it out upon arrival. When we arrived, I reminded the receptionist about our request. He looked like he had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. I explained everything again, and he simply said they would think about it. And, of course, nothing happened. No suggestion, no card, no small gesture, nothing. My child was really upset, and honestly, this completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday. We travel quite a lot and have stayed in many hotels, so we definitely have something to compare with. This is the first hotel in Norway where we have experienced such an indifferent attitude towards guests. And unfortunately, that was not the only problem: - It was impossible to sleep because of the noise from the street. There is basically no soundproofing. - There was no hair conditioner in the shower,only empty bottle. - The windows in the room were extremely dirty. - And most importantly, I specifically paid an additional 50 NOK for a Superior Room with bathrobes, as advertised. When we arrived, there was not a single bathrobe in the room. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The lack of attention and complete indifference was especially upsetting, considering that we were celebrating our child’s birthday. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially if you are expecting even a basic level of care or hospitality from the staff.

Great service, fantastic location. Really great value for money. Loads of extras that made our stay extra special: Food (the price included a very nice dinner, afternoon coffee and cake and a great breakfast. Workout room and sauna including extra towels and the possibility of borrowing training clothes.

A charming hotel with charming staff. Lovely coffee all day. Great breakfast and homemade cakes in the afternoon. In the evening we could have a nice supper which we preferred rather than going out to eat. All this is part of the experience at no extra cost. Very happy time there. The rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. What more to say?

Location

Under the hotel there is a discoteque/Club. Impossible to sleep between 11:00 to 3:00 in the morning. We complained but the hotel staff were totally incompetent to resolve the problem in a professional manner.

Super beliggenhet med glassbygg på kaia, fint med kveldsmat. Alle rom har film-titler, fine film-bilder i korridorene, markerer at Haugesund er en filmfestival-by.

Har aldri før opplevd at nøkkelkort ikke virker, og at det tar 20 min å åpne døra på hotellrommet, med nattevakt som heller ikke aner hvordan man gjør det. Det hadde vært hyggelig å kunne sitte i fred og spise frokost eller ta et glass uten uunngåelig musikk fra høyttalere overalt. I hvert fall når musikken ikke har noen sammenheng med konseptet for øvrig (nei, det var ikke en spilleliste med filmmusikk!) Og apropos lokal tilhørighet; fika er et SVENSK ord, det heter kaffe og kaker i Haugesund! Hallo!

Veldig varmt på rommet. Forsto etterhvert at varmeovnen sto på (midt i juli) og at den slo inn da jeg åpnet vinduet for å lufte. Skrudde den av og fjernet personsikringen på vinduet for å få en ok temperatur. Soveputen var altfor stor og tykk. Sov derfor dårlig. Resepsjonisten visste lite om parkeringsløsningene i byen. Fant det ut selv.

Unikt at det sto traller i gangene med håndklær og toalettpapir, med fin informasjon på rommet. Var bare å hente :) Vi trengte ikke, men måtte kommentere det til han koselige gutten i resepsjonen.

Lite rom, søppel ble ikke tømt. Ikke påfyll av kaffe til vannkoker på rommet. Bad dårlig rengjort, lå brukt tannpirker på gulvet når vi ankom. Savnet en vannkopp e.l til hunden

Läget och uteserveringen vid kajen var fantastisk. Där fanns också infravärme. God mat på kvällen och fin frukost.

Det er fint interiør, veldig gode middager og frokost. Vi vil gjerne gi en spesial takk til kokken. Vi vil komme tilbake igjen hit og anbefaler til andre deres hotell.

Brak jakiegokolwiek dania wegetariańskiego podczas obiadu kolacji, usłyszałam od pani że powinnam była wcześniej zgłosić dietę… po czym zaproponowała mi wegetariańską sałatkę, która okazała się podczas jedzenia być z szynką.
