Die Lage war für meinen Anlass der Reise optimal, da ich alles zu Fuß oder per Öffis erreichen konnte. Die Zimmergröße war gut.

Der Gesamtzustand des Hotels war nicht zufriedenstellend und wenn man (anhand der Rechnung) erfährt, dass das Haus unter dem Namen Premier Inn geführt ist, macht das nachdenklich. Nur als Momentaufnahme: Fernseher funktionieren nicht, Aufzug kann auch ausfallen, wird aber relativ schnell wieder behoben.

Wir wussten das das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist . Aber sowas wie diesmal , Vorhänge abgerissen , durchgelegene Matratze, Fernseher der nicht funktioniert , defekte Toilettenspülung die nur mit Trick funktionierte , für das Waschbecken kein Abflusssieb oder Stöpsel sodass man sehr aufpassen musste das nichts ins Waschbecken fiel . Fahrstuhl wurde 1 1/2 Tage gewartet , wir sind 65 und 70 Jahre alte und mussten in die 3 Etage laufen Freundliche Mitarbeiter aber keine Abhilfe der Mängel

Місцерозташування - значний плюс, вдала транспортна розв'язка. Було чисто, номер та ванна достатньо просторі. Вікна виходили во двір- було тихо. Зупинялись восени- не спекотно (бо кондиціонера не було).

Не сподобалось, що були відсутні стакани/ложки: розчинити та прийняти ліки було не комфортно. Не зайвим було б і мати чайник в номері. Меблі старі, але було все необхідне.

per tutta la durata del soggiorno non mi hanno pulito la xamera . Il servizio prevedeva che la sera dovevo comunicare la richiesta di pulizia. domenica sera ho chiesto di pulire, ma lunedì Matt mi sono svegliato tardi ore 12. Nel pomeriggio non mi hanno pulito camera. Il giorno successivo la mattina ho chiesto di pulire la stessa, la signora delle pulizie era al piano, ma in reception mi hanno detto che lo dovevo comunicare la sera prima. Visto che non l'avevano pulita si presumeva lo facessero.Non mi è piaciuto il servizio e non lo consiglio come albergo.

Die zentrale Lage war super. Der Eingangsbereich mit der tollen Wandmalerei war vielversprechend. Die Zimmergröße ist ausreichend. Die Schallschutzfenster sorgten für einen ruhigen Schlaf. Von den Nachbarn hat man nichts gehört. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, völlig ausreichend. Es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Das Personal dort war sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt, man muß trotz Fahrstuhl viele Treppen steigen. Die Teppiche auf den Fluren sind nicht sauber. Die Badzelle benötigt eine Renovierung. Die Gardinen waren zerschlissen. Schön wären Gläser auf dem Zimmer, die man auch als Zahnputzbecher benutzen könnte.

1.The shower. Buthtub did not have a plug and the shower was not working and i did not have energy to call a service. 2. The charging plugs were so far away from bed and tables i had to ask for a multiplug but even that was not able to cover much distance.

Я оставалась здесь на три ночи, и мне всё очень понравилось! В отеле тихо, чисто и уютно. Завтраки проходят с 6:00 до 10:00, что было очень удобно для меня, так как мои туры начинались рано утром. Сами завтраки вкусные, а персонал очень вежливый. У отеля хорошее расположение: вокзал находится недалеко, и отсюда ходит много транспорта в центр. В следующий раз, если снова буду в Берлине, обязательно остановлюсь в этом же отеле.

Bad viel zu klein, Duschvorhang der ausläuft, Fugen in der Dusche verschimmelt, kein richtig warmes Wasser (beim Duschen sehr unangenehm ). Buch ich nicht mehr!

Mobilar, ausser das Bett sehr alt und abgewohnt.

Voor dit geld was de kamer groot en de locatie perfect. De kamer was aan de binnentuin, waardoor het heel rustig was voor zo'n drukke locatie. De beddengoed en handdoeken waren schoon.

Het hotel was wel echt heel erg achterstallig. Er zat schimmel in de badkamer, overal (parmanente) vlekken en er was veel beschadigd en stuk. Er was ook niks beschikbaar als het gaat om een waterkoker, koelkast of zelfs maar bekertjes in de badkamer.

Minibar funktionslos im Schreibisch eingebaut. Keine Gläser oder Zahnputzbecher. Frühstück Preis-Leistung für 17,90 € nicht stimmig, Aufbackbrötchen, Schlemmer Rührei ist nur primitivste Fertig-Rührei Rohmasse, Spiegelei auch auf Nachfrage nicht zu bekommen. Auch schon länger als 3/4 h vor Ende der Frühstückszeit wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt, Bircher Müsli, Ketchup, Würstchen, Frikadellen.

Here is the updated review: While the location right by the Berlin Zoo and Kurfürstendamm is unbeatable for exploring the city, the overall experience fell far short of a 3-star standard. On a positive note, the staff were generally polite, and the hotel has an undeniable character and charm—it could truly be a wonderful place if it were properly renovated. Right now, however, everything feels untouched since the post-war era when it was built. Additionally, there was a major communication issue; some staff members couldn't speak English at all, and one woman barely understood it. Given that this hotel sits in such a central and international hub, having a team fluent in at least two foreign languages should be a basic expectation. The condition of the room was deeply disappointing and unhygienic. The bathroom suffered from visible black mold in the tile grout, soap scum build-up, and hair left on the floor. Furthermore, the fixtures were heavily scaled, and the room showed clear signs of neglect with broken furniture fittings. Cleanliness and effective communication are fundamental, and unfortunately, this stay lacked both.

I was put in a room without headboard, creaky floorboards, you hear everyone walking past and closing doors in middle of the night. If you want a good sleep, book elsewehere.

This is my second time staying at this Acom hotel and I am very pleased with the location, it is really great, and there are a lot of things nearby, including a public transport stop and a large grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was on the street side, but the traffic didn't bother me. I also had a balcony. The price is really fair. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, as was the pillow. The TV is small, but I don't care about that. They have an elevator, but you have to climb the stairs first, which was no problem for me. If you don't want the cleaning lady to come to clean your room, you have to request a free cleaning service the day before.

1. Lots of mosquitoes that don't let you sleep and leave swollen bites. 2. Room cleaning on request only, in the name of 'sustainability' – ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 3. No toothpaste in the bathroom. 4. Suboptimal shower head quality. 5. 17 euros for breakfast is a rip-off. 6. The whole premises look like they're from the 1950s – and not in a good way.

the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the hotel are far below what I consider acceptable, especially for the price being asked. The carpets are really, really dirty. There are stains everywhere: on all floors, in the common areas, and also inside the rooms. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was making a lot of noise. When I checked it, I could see that the filter was completely full of dirt and looked as if it had not been cleaned for a very long time. The toilet was also not properly clean. There was still a red stain in front of the toilet. I don't know what it was, but it certainly did not give a clean or hygienic impression. On the bed, I also found black hairs on the pillow. Another important issue for me was the bedding. Several days before my arrival, I specifically contacted the hotel to ask whether they used cotton sheets. I never received an answer. When I arrived, I discovered that the sheets were actually a cotton/polyester mix. As I am allergic to polyester, this was particularly unpleasant and was exactly why I had asked the question in advance. Overall, I am really not satisfied with this hotel, particularly considering the price I paid. The location and architecture are attractive, but they do not compensate for the poor cleanliness, maintenance, and lack of response to my request before arrival. Unfortunately, this is definitely not a hotel I could recommend or would choose to stay at again. Furthermore. in the 3 days I stayed, nobody cleaned the room, emptied the garbage, cha ged the towels or added toilet paper.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und ausgezeichnetes Service!!! Sehr gut geführtes Hotel bei gutem Preis-Lesitungs-Verhältnis in dieser zentralen Lage. Altbau-Flair mit schönem historischen Eingangs- und Stiegenbereich und etlichen historischen Details, Gemälden und Spiegeln. Das Zimmer selbst in der Einrichtung einfach, aber funktional und alles sehr sauber und ein gutes Bett! Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung hat man sich sehr bemüht, mir ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof bereitzustellen. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

De ligging van het hotel is echt top! Op ongeveer 5 minuten afstand van treinstation Zoologischer Garten en tegen de winkelstraat van Kurfürstendamm aan. De kamers waren schoon en de bedden zijn in orde.

Het hotel heeft momenteel 3 sterren, maar met wat vernieuwingen in het gebouw en kamers, zou dat zo kunnen stijgen. De prijs tijdens de IFA was erg hoog, maar dat geldt voor alle hotels in de buurt.

I loved the big high ceiling rooms, the bath and cleanliness.

First few stairs surprised me but then there was the elevator. S bahn and shopping places were very close by.

Location and fair price. A short distance to subway and many buses. Good choices for restaurants and shopping close as well.

I was there a week and had the bedding and towels changed once. You have to ask for service. My room was incredibly small but unique and comfortable for 1 person.

The corridors are narrow and strange with old and rather dirty carpets, so you might get lost in them! There are almost no facilities inside the rooms and the furniture is old! The bathroom door makes noise and they left a vent open below it, apparently to ventilate the toilet into the room!! They didn't even leave a glass or spoon. There is no refrigerator. The room has no air conditioning and if the weather is a little hot, you will just sweat! Open the window, the sound of police and ambulances constantly comes into the room. Overall, it is only suitable for sleeping late at night and leaving early in the morning!

Nice, friendly staff, great location. It was quiet at night despite it is located at Kudamm. The bathroom was clean, the shower was awesome. The breakfast menu is quite limited, but everything was delicious and great. Also the breakfast room was nice. The door of the room was terrible - as it was a crime scene before.

The area is not so clean and friendly, the carpet was worn out, The bed was small and uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning, all the furnitures are need to be changed. There was no power outlet near the desk, no fridge and not a single glass in the bathroom.

The hotel is located in a great place, so close to metro station. If you want to visit Zoo, not so far away. The hotel staff is good, the hotel room is cozy, really enjoyed the time there.

Without Air Conditioner, only a fan I can use, it's pretty hot inside.

Wurde ein Doppelbett gebucht und bekam nur ein Einzel Bett .Personal,nicht kompetent

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und auch untereinander schien die Stimmung gut.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was ich aber vorher wußte und toll wären Haken zum aufhängen im Bad und ggf. im Zimmer. Im Zimmer aber ok, da es einen Kleiderschrank gab.

It was in the middle of the heatwave and there was no air conditioning or fans… The room was also facing the sun in the afternoon, so it was an oven and we couldn’t rest. Hopefully they learnt something and next year they will be prepared for the hot summers.

Os quarto e sem iluminação só tem abajur são três que não dá uma , fiquei três dias no escuro, durante o dia cortinas sempre abertas para eu ver oque estava a minha frente dentro do quarto, dentro do quarto não tem um copo para você beber uma água que comprar , eles não te dão uma água nada talheres bem difícil na região existe hotel com o mesmo valor com até cozinha infelizmente estava tudo muito cheio , tive muitas frustrações , fora que o hotel parece um labirinto para chega no elevador e encima achar seu quarto

Frühstück war gut. Jede Sorte Brötchen, Brezel, gebr. Eier, Bouletten, veg. Essen also alles was das Herz begehrt.

Wir konnten nicht Fernsehen obwohl Fernseher da war und Fernbedienung auch. Eine Nachfrage an der Rezeption ergab das es im ganzen Haus so ist. Das hätte irgendwo erwähnt werden sollen oder so.

Das Hotel ist ein kleines Schmuckstück im Schneewittchen-Schlaf (hier steckt so viel Potenzial drin) mit perfekter Lage. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit

Es ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof, was es eigentlich schön ruhig macht - wären da nicht die Zimmertüren, die beim Schließen verdammt laut knallen.

Das Hotal hat an sich einen vintage Charme und man kann sich vorstellen, dass es in den 70ern eine Top Adresse am Kuhdamm war. Für ganz wenig Geld, bekommt man eine Top Lage und eine Art "Berlin"-Experience (abgerockt mit Stil) als Hotel. Direkt am Hotel gibt es einen Späti und die Verkehrsanbindung ist mega. Umliegend sind viele Geschäfte und tolle Cafés.

Die Austattung ist komplett durch: Vom Eingangsbereich, dem Teppichboden, über vielen kleinen Defekten und schmutzigen Stellen im Flur bis im Zimmer selber die Lüftung im Bad, die Dusche, der Fernseher, etc. Die Liste ist sehr lange. Hier wurde seit mindestens 30 Jahren nichts mehr investiert oder modernisiert. Sehr Schade, man hätte mit diesem alt-ehrwürdigem Hotel so viel Potential, lässt es aber verkommen.

The stairs leading to the reception is a nightmare.

A building and room with old world charm. The location is close to transport links for sightseeing, the staff are friendly, the room was large and the bed comfortable.

The shower was difficult and the bathroom got soaked if you were not careful. The TVs don’t work properly (the staff know this, so why not fix this)? A small fridge would have been great.

Ich hatte bei Unterkunft ein Upgrade auf eine bessere Kategorie gebucht- Standard Doppelzimmer. Leider war es ein billiges Zimmer, viel zu klein und abgewohnt, ein kleines Bett und ein nicht funktionierender Fernseher, einfach schrecklich. Ich habe einmal die Sesselauflage weggenommen ,da war alles voller Dreck. Gern würde ich eine Gutschrift für den schlechten Service erhalten! Die schrieb ich auch direkt an das Hotel, aber es reagierte gar nicht.

Central location that is really close to public transport and several attractions like the zoo and Tiergarten. The bed is so comfortable too!

The rooms are very hot and stuffy with no fans or AC. If you open the window then it is very loud at night on the main street with sirens, noisy vehicles or people shouting especially from the street bar below. This made it hard to sleep.

Die Lage ist zentral. Bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahne ist alles in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war ruhig, Lage zum Innenhof. Kaum Verkehrslärm zu hören.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich sieht schon etwas schmuddelig aus. Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, auch die Lüftungsmöglichkeit per Fenster ist sehr eingeschränkt. Deshalb war es schon ziemlich warm.

Das Badezimmer hätte eine bessere Reinigung gebraucht. Toilette war noch verschmutzt und schwarze Haare waren auch vorhanden. Außerdem ist auf jedem Foto der angebotenen Zimmer ein Fernseher zu sehen. Diese sind aber leider kaum zu benutzen, da nur ein englisch sprachiger Sender zu empfangen ist. Die Nachfrage bei der Rezeption ergab nur eine Aussage, dass die Geräte im ganzen Haus nicht angeschlossen sind, und das Fernseher auf den Internetseiten auch nicht angeboten wird.

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, um die Nähe zum Theater des Westens zu haben. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gab genügend Auswahl für jeden.

Es gibt keine eigenen Parkplätze. Parkhäuser in unmittelbarer Umgebung kosten 20-25 Euro pro Tag. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Wenn man das Fenster öffnet, muss man mit dem Straßenlärm klarkommen.
