Location repeatedly praised: on the corniche/seafront with good views and sunsets — one of the hotel’s main positives.

Frequent mentions of a great location.

Numerous reviews praised the staff for being exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and professional (mentions of Yassine, charming staff, 'really great staff'); a few policy complaints about early check-in / late check-out fees slightly temper an otherwise strong service score.

Breakfast is specifically mentioned positively by some guests; little other commentary on F&B, so available evidence is generally favorable.

Inconsistent breakfast quality reported.

Breakfast and restaurant quality receive the most consistent criticism (underwhelming/limited choices, overpriced, slow service); there are a few positive mentions of good selection, but overall F&B is the weakest area.

Amenities frequently problematic: spa closed for months, pool sometimes unusable (odor), air conditioning not working in many rooms, elevators out of service — amenities are unreliable.

Amenities were mentioned as reasonable but with some complaints.

Amenities including a pool and breakfast were positively received, contributing to an enjoyable stay.

Pool, parking and general facilities are praised repeatedly (pool cited as a key positive); a few notes about pool temperature and missing small items (hairdryer) are isolated and do not outweigh the strong amenities sentiment.

Many reviews imply good value for the price.

Some reviewers felt that certain services were a bit pricey compared to local alternatives.

Several guests report good value or 'bon rapport qualité/prix', but complaints about extra charges (no free water, check-in/out fees) and inconsistent F&B quality make value generally positive but mixed.
