Rentamos dos habitaciones, una de ellas estaba excelente. El cuarto estaba amplio y el baño era moderno.

Great location

Pros: Location and proximity to the park. Room came equipped with a fridge, useful for a longer stay, along with plenty of compartments and hooks for storage. Cons: Housekeeping left a used wash cloth hanging above the rod, and on our cleaning day the room was tidied but the beds were not made. There was also a faint negative odor from the bath curtains. Overall, the service and condition did not fully justify the cost;. $907 for two nights (parking lot view). We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the national park and went in aware of the tradeoffs. The photos online were a little more flattering than the actual property, in my opinion.

L'isolation phonique de la porte de communication entre chambres qui n'est pas terrible, surtout quand les voisins prennent le premier ferry et se lèvent tôt...

El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. La localización junto al muelle y la estación de autobuses es ideal.

No es un hotel apto para personas con aracnofobia. Matamos 4 en la habitación y había una enorme cerca de la puerta de entrada. Entiendo que por la zona es difícil de evitar.

Very good location with easy access to Olympic NP. The property is dated but has been renovated.

The noise level was high and our car in the property's parking lot was covered by the Gulls' waste one morning. It also was a very high price for what is essentially a motel.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar direkt am Wasser mit Toller Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu frühstücken ist praktisch und gut gedacht, jedoch sollte man dann eine gute Leistung erwarten können.

Die Flure im Hotel sind renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück im Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen, da schlechte Qualität, langsamer Service und teure Preise.

Staff were courteous. Location was convenient.

In the first room, the bathroom wall leaked water onto the floor every time the toilet refilled. We were moved to another room. The second room had a queen bed - we had paid for a king bed. We were told the hotel would discount our stay, but we never received the credit to our card.

Room was lovely, chose to upgrade to waterfront rooms. Balcony lovely, and just a short walk to restaurant.

Waited in long line for check in. No coffee in lobby until 7am!!!

Sehr Nahe am Olympic Nationalpark

Am Zweiten Tag wurde das Duschgel und der Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt und das Waschbecken wurde an allen 3Tagen nicht geputzt. Aber insgesamt war es trotzdem sehr gut. Nur die kleinen Mängel.

Tolles großes Zimmer mit Balkon und traumhaftem Meerblick auf den Sonnenaufgang! Sehr bequeme Betten, Waschbecken im Bad und nochmal ein weiteres extra im Vorraum, Parkplätze kostenlos dabei. Internet überwiegend ok, sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service! Perfekte Lage für unsere Touren in den Olympic NP, vielen Dank!

Rooms are too dark. Additional lighting needed. No lamp by the couch so can’t even read a book there

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants. The view on the ocean side is very nice. The staff are nice, helpful and the check in & out was smooth.

The price was high for this type of hotel.

The location was fabulous! It seems like an older property? But it is obvious they put a lot of love into keeping it looking nice. The room was right on the water and we able to walk out the back and get onto the walking trail by the water. Would definitely stay here again.

I felt like they need to “modernize” the restaurant and bar area. They literally have the nicest view in town! And the food is great.. ate there three times. But those facilities seem a little sterile? If they ramped up the facilities, maybe got a guitar player at night, I feel like the place would be packed!

Tired decor, lighting in room was harsh. Only one cup of regular coffee, cheap plastic cups, worn towels.

Great location on the water and close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The mattress was decent and we slept well.

Property is tired, with broken tiles in the bathroom, mold in the grout and stains on the carpet.

Right by the port for quick walk to ferry. It was clean and mostly modern. Restaurant on site wasn’t fancy but was good.

Very expensive for what you get. Breakfast not included.

Nothing a didn’t like. It would be nice if the coffee in the office was available a bit earlier for people getting on the morning ferry. We were told that we couldn’t have any yet, even though it was ready.

Great location. At check-in Raymond was particularly helpful. Have stayed there many times. Never dissatisfied.

The rooms are fine, but you're going to get charged for parking whether you have a car or not!!!! Totally unacceptable in my book.

The hotel is very comfortable and the location is great. It is walking distance to the center of the city, buses to Olympic National Park and to the ferry terminal.

The price was much higher than equivalent hotels that I've stayed in other locations. Breakfast isn't included although you get 10% off at a restaurant on the property and there are plenty of other options nearby.

We loved the hotel’s location and the beautiful view. A special thank you to Emma, who helped us so kindly and thoughtfully with some technical issues we encountered upon arrival. Her care and willingness to help made us feel very welcome.

Attention au restaurant de l’hôtel (48 Degrees North Waterfront). Nous y avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience. Le service était catastrophique : les serveurs avaient oublié de nous apporter les couverts, aucune table n’était débarrassée et l’attente a été interminable alors que le restaurant était presque vide. Pour couronner le tout, la moitié des plats commandés a été oubliée. C’est vraiment dommage, car cela gâche l’expérience globale de l’hôtel. Je recommande de manger ailleurs. À noter que le matin pour le breakfast, l’expérience était bien meilleure

Perfect location! The view was awesome! It was our anniversary so they gave us a free upgrade to what we booked. Very nice and helpful staff.

The pool and some of the staff..only the afternoon check in team and the night watch. The morning person who arrives at 6am was unaware in her surroundings and treated the lobby as her living room

No coffee in the lobby till 7 seems an hour too late It was very loud being on the first floor; the sliding doors are so loud and people stomping around for early departures

I paid nearly $400 for a room that was not far above a 2-3 star hotel.

Perfect place to stay before heading into Olympic Natl Park. Comfortable beds. Was surprised they charged for parking (but I see that it says paid parking on the Booking.com site).

On my trip, I stayed at four different hotels. This was by far my favorite. The room was very comfortable. There was a great restaurant next-door, and the views were fantastic.

I have no complaints about this property. I had a very enjoyable stay.

The view of the water!

How old ans decapitated the rooms are. In desperate need of renovation. Toilets don't flush well. Bathroom door warped. Tub and shower old and mildew looking. Just need a total face-lift. On the plus side the view is beautiful and staff is friendly.

Wonderful stay in the ideal location, central to many points of interest around the area, including hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, etc. the room was very clean, well kept.

Crazy busy, no parking available, door to our room was open when we arrived. Called the front desk and they no information or alternative for us.

A nice property in a great location to the ferry going to Victoria BC

This was perfect for our needs and located along the beautiful waterline. We are lucky to rise early and went right outside for the sunrise on the beach.

The location and the views are incredible. The room was spacious with a large sectional sofa.

The hotel, while well cared for, is showing its age. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was a great location

It was a great place. I would gave appreciated to be notified of the local restaurants that were near by. This sight did not include the closeness at all. I also did not appreciate that I was charged 3 times for the same stay and I had to argue and show my bank statement to show that I was not lying. They could not figure out how that happened but they did finally cancel the other charges(3 days after the call)

The design of the bath was not good nor friendly. Overall everything in the room felt old ... needed a good re-do. I thought I'd use the fitness center: but it was so unappealing I exercised in the room and walked along the shore.

I am glad that I got to enjoy the Bayside room.

I think they need to improve their pool experience. And more breakfast food.

Okay but definitely not worth the money I paid for it! Could not get the tap to work, had to ring front desk to find out (had to pull it out), no bath mat, no face washer. For the price I expected something much much better. Very average.

Double-charged despite being assured we would not be. Went in person to resolve their, now i have to wait. Nad service, mass confusion, no proof problem fixed. Dont bother to stay here.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, Bathroom was clean and had all 'extras' provided. Room overlooked the parking lot -- water view would have been nice - but we were a discount customer. Location was GREAT for walking onto the ferry to Victoria - and we stayed here again on the trip back. Microwave was handy as we prepped breakfast because there was none at the motel.

I am always so happy to see the front desk staff at this hotel, they are always super friendly and helpful! And the hotel is in walking distance of so many cute places! (Pink pony cafe for coffee is a must!)

Nothing bad about the property, but when booking on any of the booking sites, there’s nowhere to put you have a dog. I was able to put that in the ‘requests’ portion and pay the dog fee at the hotel though!

The proximity to Olympic National Park could not be any better! We also liked its location to the harbor and that we could walk to a number of restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not have a water view room which would have been great.

While the sleeping rooms had obviously been recently updated, the facade and common areas had not. We had a first floor room, however, as it doesn't have elevators, I could see that as a negative for some. The sleeping room also seemed to be dark even with all the lights on. Dine better lighting would be nice.

Great location if you’re planning to take the Coho or if you want to be near the water, shops and restaurants. There’s also a nice walking/cycling path right out front. Room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly. Snacks and free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby is a nice touch.

While clean overall, the bathroom was definitely showing its age: a very low, chipped toilet that barely flushed properly, spots of mold on the shower tiles, and there were holes on the wall from the removal of something that still weren’t patched. Water wasn’t very hot for showering.

The room was very large -- and it was clean and beds were comfortable. Amenities were available. Wi-fi was good and 'stable.' Location was great for our needs. We went by foot on the ferry to Victoria and back and used the Red Lion for 'night before' and 'return.' It proved to be a very good decision! We paid for parking at the motel - same price as public lot - and we felt it was safer.

The room was positioned where there was no ramp/elevator -- I am recovering from ankle surgery and it made it a bit difficult - but that would not have been an issue after my complete recovery. The motel is VERY LONG -- so if you get a middle room there is a pretty good walk. We had to get breakfast foods to prepare in room as there is no breakfast available. Small thing to plan for - but that's the way it is.

Did not clean our room or replace towels we had to call for towels not very clean had very uncomfortable bed and pillows.....not a good value and no breakfast service

Spacious room, lovely views of the water (the sea view room), comfortable beds, nice shower and mostly friendly staff. Extra comforter was available when I asked for it.

Room wasn't clean, we found dirty tissue in the ice bucket, and trash near the bed. The check in person didn't inform us of the amenities we had to pay a resort fee for and he failed to inform us, nor did we see it anywhere that clean up service was on request. The smell in the room and corridor was stale and the bathroom was freezing.

Rooms are very spacious and clean and the front staff were very nice and helpful! We ordered food to go from the restaurant on the property and it was very good and the staff there was also very friendly!
