Das Familienzimmer war super klein, das einzige Fenster ging auf den Flur (!), es war ziemlich laut, kein WIFI

Todo estuvo perfecto, las habitaciones muy limpias, buena atención, todo muy tranquilo, no me lo esperaba asi de cómodo, superó mis espectativas y esta bien ubicado ya que hay tiendas cerca y alquiler de moto al lado, todo excelente

La chambre était très confortable. La famille qui tient l'hôtel est adorable.

Petit problème avec la clim mais ça avait l'air d'être exceptionnel.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’accueil est particulièrement chaleureux : le personnel est très sympathique, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à rendre service. Ils nous ont également donné de très bons conseils pour profiter de nos trois jours à Leticia. L’hôtel est bien situé, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de l’aéroport, tout en étant parfaitement au calme malgré la proximité des avions. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Petit conseil toutefois au moment de la réservation : les chambres avec climatisation sont nettement plus agréables que celles avec ventilateur, qui sont plus petites et certaines sans fenêtre. À Leticia, la climatisation est vraiment appréciable ! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour son accueil, son confort et son bon rapport qualité-prix.

The wall fan wasn't functional.

L établissement est situé dans un quartier très agréable et vivant, avec de nombreuses possibilités pour se restaurer simplement. À quelques minutes à pieds de l aéroport. L accueil est chaleureux. Notre chambre était petite mais nous avons profité de la terrasse, au top !

Logement très agréable bien qu’un peu excentré. L’équipe est charmante, souriante et de bon conseil :) Bon rapport qualité prix !

Présence de fourmis dans la chambre et par conséquent dans notre lit et nos affaires.

El administrador revendió nuestra estadía el día 13 de Enero, habíamos alquilado el 13 y el 16, sin embargo nos hospedó en otro hotel que es la esperanza 1, muy empolvado, sufro de rinitis lo que ocasionó que me enfermara

Had everything we needed, and the hosts were very friendly. We much appreciated the window in the bathroom for ventilation.

It‘s a bit far to walk to the center in the heat (complaining on a very high level ;-)). The AC was turned off during the day.

L’accueil irréprochable et la disponibilité. Pas très loin de l’aéroport. Très propre, air conditionné, ventilateurs. Prix très correct.

Un peu loin du centre à pied : 25 min. La proximité avec chambre voisine.

La proximité avec l’aéroport, nous y sommes allés à pied le lendemain matin. L’hôte est très gentil.

Il a fait très chaud et nous avions un ventilateur mais pas réellement de fenêtre sur l’extérieur. C’était plus calme mais plus chaud.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, das Zentrum ist aber einfach und schnell erreichbar. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sie haben uns geholfen Touren zu finden und organisiert, hatten immer Tipps parat und waren super nett und freundlich.

Dueños muy amables

Byli jsme velmi vřele uvítáni majiteli, což nás po dlouhé cestě potěšilo. Pokoj je čistý, má klimatizaci, pohodlné postele. Pro čtyři osoby je trochu stísněný, ale pro krátký pobyt to nevadí. Připlatili jsme si za snídani, která byla skvělá. Také jsme s radostí využili možnost uschovat si zde batohy během dne před odletem.

Využili jsme pro první den po příjezdu do Leticia. Snídaně připravená majiteli byla velmi dobrá. Ochotné a milé přijetí od majitelů. Pomoc s orientací. Další dny jsme už trávili mimo Leticia, Puerto Narino je klidnější místo blíže přírodě.

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The room was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Right behind the hostel there is a football field, and our kids had a great time organizing a match with the many local children playing there. The neighborhood is full of kind and friendly people, and the hosts themselves are a lovely family who made us feel truly welcome.

Het hotel voldoet aan alles. Rustig , schoon, gastvrij . Heel dicht bij vliegveld.

Extrem zuvorkommend Besitzer, welche bei wenn nötig sofort helfen und tipps geben. Die Lage ist gut und es liegt in der nähe des Flughafens. Ich empfehle diese unterkunft sehr!

Everything is amazing! The hotel far exceeds my expectation! The air conditioner is a life saver for the whether in Leticia. I really enjoy a very good rest after tours in the jungle!

The hostess is very kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. She was always available and attentive. The hostel is extremely clean and has a common kitchen upstairs. The check in and checkout process was simple and easy.

Close to airport and a lot of good street food, with local prices. Best grilled chicken right across the hotel.

A little further from downtown/attractions.

The owners were nice and welcoming, they also offered me a laundry service.

Have in mind that if you say you don't want to use the AC, which costs a bit more, you will get a tiny room without the fridge that is shown on the pictures when you book. Just a heads-up for future travellers! To me it was quite difficult to sleep with the noisy fan and the window was very tiny so there was no air circulation. The hostel is around 25 min away from the center which, as I discovered, is a lot in Colombian terms as I didn't feel safe walking with so many stray dogs. There are tuk-tuks going around so normally you can catch one but might have to wait.

Comfortable beds and nice and quiet of an evening. The host was lovely.

When booking it said aircon was included. On arrival the host said it was an extra charge and it only worked between 6pm and 9am. It was very hot in the room during the day.

Quick walk from the airport.

It was so loud! Sandwiched between an auto repair and some kind of machine shop which both started working at 8 AM. A/C was an extra charge and no wi-fi. Far from downtown.

Location is a amazing and the place great for the night before the jungle! Would always come back I kept my luggage here for a few days and everything was fine.

The owners are great, helpful, welcoming and kind. We ended up buying breakfast there a couple of times and it was good. The room was clean and it was very nice to have air conditioning. We were also able to hand wash and hang laundry on the rooftop. The neighborhood is peaceful and has a very local vibe.

It’s a little far from the main part of town. Definitely walkable, but we ended up taking a tuktuk most of the time.

Our stay was super nice! The family that owns the hotel are very friendly & welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable & clean. There was a fan and also AC which we could use in the evenings which made everything much easier as it's very hot and humid in Leticia. The room is equipped with everything you may need and very well taken care of. There was housekeeping, which was super helpful, as it rains a lot and it gets muddy so it's easy to get everything a bit dirty. We were very happy with our stay and appreciated the nice atmosphere and welcoming attitude. There is a shop directly by the hotel and the centre is like a 20 minute walk away, but it's a nice walk and not too difficult. The hotel is super close to the airport, which is very practical, as you can just walk directly when you arrive, and it's not noisy. We absolutely recommend it!

The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is good, it's close to the airport and also super easy to get tuk tuks to the centre of town at any moment. Rooms are comfortable and offer all necessities.

Expensive for what the room was, we paid a lot less to stay in other nice areas of Mexico City like Roma Norte There was no natural light in the room and the bathroom appeared mouldy.

These people are amazing. They are super nice and helpful. We did not speak Spanish and we wanted to book a flight to Medellin. This was very expensive and when they saw me struggle they took me to a friend who owned an agency. They arranged the flight for me and then it’s costs came down to 25% of the price that o had found! They are extremely kind people and I can only imagine how much more fun it would have been if I spoke Spanish

Great for single night stays before and after a jungle tour. They kept our luggage while we did the 4 day tour. AC worked and there was a fan. 15 minute walk to town, 20-30 minute walk to Brazil.

They charged us 10% more than our booking. It clearly stated a triple room for two people but he insisted the second person cost more. Easier to pay than fight, but the point of going through Booking is to have clear prices for specific rooms and amenities.

Carlos was a really friendly and welcoming host. He made a delicious breakfast for an extra 10,000 COP. Room very clean and comfortable with AC. A bit further out from the centre of Leticia but easy to get there by tuk tuk at night. Close to the airport

Carlos is an amazing host! Very helpfull and ready to help. Knows the people in the city, things to do, where to go. Just talk to him, also breakfast was typical and delicious.

It's a family owned hostal right outside the busy city center. The family is very nice and can help you if you have any questions. The room was clean and the surrounding area is perfect if you're looking for an authentic Leticia experience

It is near the airport. Carlos is an excellent host and knows a lot about the region.

Friendly staff. There was shower gel which, compared to the mini soaps I was given in other places, is a welcoming plus.

No 24-hour front desk as advertised (when I arrived, noone was there and I had to wait). The room's door can be accessed by a stairway from the street, without passing by reception, which gives a bit of an unsafe feeling, mostly when leaving your stuff in the room.
