Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft wird hier großgeschrieben. Die Möglichkeit, das Fahrzeug zu günstigeren Konditionen in der Tiefgarage abzustellen, ist ein Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestaltet, sowie sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und regional.

Alles hat super geklappt, die Räder konnten wir in den Seminarraum stellen. Die Innenstadt ist in Steinwurfnähe. Wir kommen wieder ....

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir fanden die Lage toll, etwas ausserhalb in einem schönen Wohnquartier und recht ruhig. Trotzdem Nähe U Bahn mit der man sehr schnell im Zentrum von München ist.

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Zimmer relativ klein und es fehlte ein Kühlschrank

Breakfast was great, something for everyone, good choices , location of the hotel was very good close to shops restaurants and the train station all within walking distance. Room was ok, no air conditioning so was very warm and the pillows were way too soft, but the room, was very clean

The hotel is nice but it’s lacking in facilities like a bar and restaurant in the evenings, there wasn’t any air conditioning in the room which was not great

We were greeted upon arrival by an empty reception desk. We waited for approximately 5–10 minutes before the receptionist eventually appeared through an open door behind the reception area. It was therefore clear that she had been present in the hotel throughout our wait and was aware that we were waiting, yet made no effort to acknowledge or assist us. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of an extremely disappointing experience. We were not greeted with a simple “hello” or even a smile. We were handed our room keys and, when I asked to confirm that the two rooms had a connecting door, the receptionist told me that the hotel did not have any rooms with connecting doors. I explained that this was precisely what I had booked. She then had to send someone to the rooms to establish whether they did, in fact, have connecting doors. When we arrived at the rooms, there was no connecting door. I therefore had to return to reception once again. We were given different keys and I returned to the rooms, only to discover that the rooms did indeed have a connecting door, but that the keys did not allow us to unlock it. Once again, I had to return to reception. Eventually, someone came up to the rooms with us and unlocked the connecting door. At no point throughout this entire process was there an apology, an explanation or even the slightest acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. The situation was made even worse by the fact that hotel guests were apparently given a 20-minute grace period for parking. Due to the considerable amount of time we had spent dealing with the issues at reception, we exceeded this period and received a parking ticket. What was particularly frustrating was that the same receptionist was sitting outside the main entrance smoking, directly where the parking ticket was issued. She could clearly see what was happening and could have explained to the traffic warden that we were hotel guests, yet made no attempt to do so.

(Sehr) gute Lage i Auf Nachfrage wurde uns von der sehr zuvorkommenden Rezeption ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt. Frühstück ausgezeichnet!! Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal!!

4 Sterne Hotel OHNE KLIMAANLAGE (die Zimmer wiesen obwohl komplett verdunkelt 28 Grad auf).

Keine Seife beim Waschbecken, keine Kosmetiktücher....für ein 4 Sternehotel dürftig. Lüftung im Zimmer hat nicht gekühlt bei 40 Grad Aussentemperatur.

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, gute Lage. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Mitarbeiter, die noch 2 Betten zusätzlich für den Rest der Familie dazugebucht haben.

In unserem Zimmer Nr. 206 gab es leider keine Klimaanlage. Aus der Dusche ist das Abwasser auf den Boden neben dem WC geronnen.

A szobák (2.emelet) fele kb. a belső részre és nem az utcára néz. Itt csak egy üvegtetőt és a szomszédos ablakokat látja a vendég. Elég gondozatlan látvány volt, de 1 éjszakára megfelelő volt. Sajnos a szobánkban a hűtő nem működött.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Metropol. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a relaxing night. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty food. Overall, everything was well organized, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

There was very little to complain about. If anything, a few more parking spaces would be helpful, but it did not affect our overall experience. Everything else met our expectations.

Top Lage zur Innenstadt und Garage

The location of the hotel was very good, just a five minute walk from the main train station and all the buses (on the other side of the town's main shopping street). The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff on the afternoon-night shift (Charles and the other afternoon-night receptionist). Once, we got locked out of our room and the staff were very helpful in resolving the situation, without any charge, which we appreciated greatly. Also, the hotel is quite spacious and, even though they lack some of the amenities of more luxurious hotels, the rooms were quite comfortable. This was very important for us as we were there for ten days. Finally, the breakfast was very good, with plenty of options, though once again not as rich as in more luxurious hotels. We will definitely be staying there again next time we visit St. Polten!

Cleaning of the rooms could be better.

Ubytovanie pekné, za výbornú cenu, kvalitné raňajky. Parkovanie v podzemí, 12€ cena. Ubytovanie sme zvolili kvôli dobrej cene voči ubytovaniam v regióne Wachau, kde sme sa pohybovali.

Slabá klimatizácia, ale otvorili sme okno. Vo veľkom teple môže byť trošku problém.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gutes Bett, Bad gut ausgestattet. Rundum zufrieden. Sehr gerne wieder.

Keine Rollos an den Fenstern, obwohl die Ausstattung da war.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Auch mein (kleiner) Hund war willkommen und wurde beim Frühstück von der Chefin vom Buffet sogar ziemlich reichlich gefüttert. Die Architektur ist was Besonderes mit einer beeindruckenden Eingangshalle und einer wunderschönen ausladenden Stiege. Das gut gepflegte Haus dürfte nicht ganz neu sein und aus einer Epoche stammen als Architektur noch eine Bedeutung hatte. Der kleine Park vis a vis ist sehr hübsch und extrem gut gepflegt .

Good place for copule of nights. The rooms was spacious, clean, with basic nesseseties. Good breatfast - good variety. Not luxurious, but just enough. 10min walk from the Train Station - very easy. And just 2min away from the Main Square and restaurants and bars

L' unica cosa che è stata un po' fastidiosa è che l'aria condizionata in camera non era funzionante o non era efficiente, visto che faceva molto caldo con molta afa. Abbiamo pagato il parcheggio anche se non era specificato nella prenotazione. Non trovo giusto che ai clienti venga addebitato questo pagamento.

Leider war nur eine Bettseite aufgezogen, die Lichter im Schlafzimmer funktionierten nicht und dir Rolle waren auch defekt. Zudem ist der Teppich im 3. Stock furchtbar, da wird einen schwindlig!

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert k.a. warum die Bewertungen nur gut sind bin sehr zufrieden werde sicher wieder einchecken... Frühstück auch super

Tonlage. Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Zimmer. Wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Frühstück war super.

Schönes Hotel in guter, zentrale Lage. Zimmer groß, schönes Bad. Sehr freundliche Personal.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Einige Spinnweben im dem Ecken. Nur auf einem von 2 Fenstern waren Jalousien vorhanden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. In 5 Minuten ist man am Hauptplatz und in der Innenstadt. Der Zimmerpreis inkl. Frühstück ist einfach sehr gut.

Leider die Lautstärke des Restaurants Aelium, wenn man das Zimmer zu dieser Seite hat. Im Hotel soll zwischen 22 und 6 Uhr Ruhe sein, aber leider hat man wahrscheinlich keinen Kompromiss zum Restaurant gefunden. Leider gibt es in den Zimmer auch keine Klimaanlage, aber im Frühstücksraum:-)

Szépen felújított szoba és közösségi tér. Az éjjeli recepciósnak jó probléma megoldó hozzáállása volt, másik hotelban megoldotta az elhelyezésünket.

Bejelentkezéskor közölte a recepció, hogy légkondicionáló nincs a hotelban ami nem is kell mert hűvös van (mögötte legmagasabb fokozaton járatta a ventillátort). A szobában egyáltalán nem járt a levegő mivel az emeleten más nyitható ablak nem volt a szobánkon kívül. Ablakunk valami tetőre nézett ahol a ventillátorok ontották az épületből a meleget. Szoba padlója érkezéskor koszos volt és ragadt. A törülközőt nem tudtad rendesen felakasztani mert a vállfák hiányosak voltak, a fürdőben meg nincs törülköző szárító. És ezt reklámozzák négy csillagos szállodának

Wir haben beim Check in nur 1 Bettwäsche und Handtuch bekommen! Auf nachfrage bekamen wir die 2. Garnitur. Die „frischen“ Handtücher waren verdreckt! Hotelbar war geschlossen! Zimmer war nicht sauber! Durch die hohen Temperaturen war es im Zimmer sehr heiß. Minibar war nur teilweise gefüllt nicht wie es auf der Liste stand…

The staff were helpful, informative, and kind. The hotel is in a central location, very close to the main square, and within 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was big enough (elevated walk-in shower), and there were plenty of light sources with various intensity of illumination. About the lights: there was a central switch next to the door, which turned all lights in the room on or off. Additionally, the reading lights above the nightstand had two separate switches for the two bulbs, which can be found on the underside of the lamp panel (which at first we couldn't find, so we thought the lights didn't work). The breakfast was continental buffet style. Meat products, vegetables, fruits, bread, pastry, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea, several types of fruit juice. Alternative milk was also available for the coffee.

The toilet either was weak or didn't have enough water in it, but it often kept the toilet paper floating while everything else was flushed. It didn't bother us very much, but it needs to be mentioned.

Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen. Teppich im Zimmer versifft
