직원분이 친절하고, 디럭스 더블룸 방이 넓은점. 루프탑 수영장 소규모지만 물은 관리가 잘 되어있음.

제일 아쉬운 점은 침대가 너무 많이 딱딱해서 많이 불편 하다보니 잠을 거의 설침, 다음날 일어났을 때 여러 곳에 진드기 벌레 물린듯한 자국과 가려움에 고생함. 루프탑 수영장에 비치타올 없음. 룸에서 가져가야함. 주차장 입구가 공사중이라 어수선함. 1층 투썸은 오픈이 오전 10시 이후라 이용 못함.

Grande chambre avec deux lits doubles. Les matelats un peu dur à notre goût. Place de parking souteraine. Situé dans un quartier avec pleins de restaurant.

Hôtel un peu vétuste. La piscine a besoin d'un coup de raffraichissement.

친절하고 아늑하고 좋았습니다. 교통은 좋았다. 체크인 시간에 구애를 안 받아서 너무 좋았다.

단 주변에 아직까지 활성화가 안 되어서 아쉽다.

화장실 바닥에 물이 잘 안내려가서 자주 있는 일인 듯 직원분이 오셔서 고쳐주셨네요~ 그거 말고는 전반적으로 깔끔하고 친절하고 좋았어요 가성비있는 조식과 수영장이 마음에 들어요^^

La chambre était constituée de 2 pièces, dont une complètement vide donc inutile. les interrupteurs centralisés pour la lumière n'est pas pratique.

위층에 대한 소리가 너무 많이 발생합니다 층간 소음이 심하고, 위치가 어무 외져 있습니다

Le stanze erano molto ampie, la struttura è bella anche se un po' distante dai punti di maggiore attrazione, ma collegata bene fino alla fascia oraria delle 20.00

Nous avons été franchement déçu par cet hôtel. D'abord, le quartier est sans charme. Seul avantage: proche du village de Hahoe... mais loin de Andong. Plusieurs services étaient indisponibles à cause de travaux (bowling...) Les photos sont trompeuses: la piscine en rooftop semble grande, elle est petite, salle et la terrasse était inondée. Si vous espérez un petit déjeuner continental, passez votre chemin, c'est médiocre et assez cher. Allez plutôt dans un café dans le quartier. Idem pour les chambres. La "deluxe family room" est loin d'être luxueuse. Seulement 2 tasses, 2 grandes serviettes, 3 peignoirs pour 4 ou 5 personnes. Et la salle de bain mérite un coup de renovation. Le personnel n'est pas désagréable... mais parle difficilement anglais, dommage pour un hôtel international dans une zone touristique. Enfin, ne perdez pas votre carte clé, il m'en a coûté 20.000 Won pour une pauvre carte magnétique. Bref, très déçu. je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

La chambre et la salle de bain était spacieuse. Le lit étais confortable. Il y avais beaucoup de restaurant et de boutiques dans les environs. Très pratique pour allez au Hahoe village environs 10 minutes en voiture. Par contre malgré les fenêtres fermés il y avais des moucherons dans la chambre. Et dans la salle de bain des plaques de bois étais vissé sur le carrelage du mur, mais le bois n'était pas traitée alors il étais en train de moisir en bas au contact de l'eau.

Nous n'avons utiliser cet hôtel que pour une nuit. La chambre était très confortable et agréable. Notre chambre était au 7eme étage. L'hôtel un peu difficile à trouver car la photo de la devanture de l'hôtel est au fond d'une allée, non visible depuis la rue. L'hôtel est dans un quartier d'hôtellerie, pas dans un quartier touristique donc un peu éloigné. Le secteur est silencieux la nuit et nous avons bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner était à 13000₩ par personne, servi au 9ème etage, très complet avec de nombreux plats chauds, froids, des toasts, céréales, salade de fruits, yaourt, et tous types de plats chauds. Délicieux et copieux. Un parking disponible au sous sol (B1). Dans le bâtiment accolé à l'hôtel, il y a de nombreux restaurants.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Points négatifs : - le lobby est difficile à trouver et mal indiqué (au fond, après avoir passé des marches et une porte) - le réceptionniste aurait pu être plus précis dans ses explications pour trouver les places de parking attribuées à leur hôtel (plusieurs hôtels dans le même immeuble) - de même pour trouver la chambre (et pourtant, nous y sommes retournés une 2nde fois, car nous ne trouvions pas). Chambre au 9ème étage, mais il faut se rendre au 7ème et traverser le roof-top (nous avons finalement trouvé par nous-mêmes, mais cette simple explication aurait été la bienvenue) Points positifs : - chambre propre et confortable - excellente literie

Room was ok, got underground parking, despite the info there was no availability, a little basic but good for one night, close to Hahoe Historic Village, so ideal to start the day there in the morning

Pool was already closed as season was over first of september

생각보다괜찮았습니다~ 가격이 조금 비싸지만 방도 넓고 욕실도 커서 가족 여행에 좋을 것 같습니다. 줄불놀이보고 늦게 체크인했는데 24시간 체크인 가능하다고해서 무리가 없었고 하회마을과 차로 15분 정도 거리라 줄불놀이 보고 가기에 딱인것 같습니다.

Excellent room. Free car parking. The room was clean & tidy. Good & varied breakfast. good bed and excellent bathroom. Good choice of restaurants in the vacinity. problem with TV (a previous customer had reset it) was resolved by staff within 5 minutes

The self clearing in the breakfast room meant that the tables were not cleaned by staff. Earlier customers had not cleared up very well and there were no staff to rectify this. Instructions in English for the air conditioning would have been appreciated.

5인 가족실이 있는 호텔이 드문데 여긴 있어서 좋았어요

냄새가 많이 납니다..개선이 필요함. 침구도 푹신하지 않습니다..청소상태 보통. 좋은 위치에 가성비 생각하고 머물면 괜찮습니다.

편안하고 깨끗합니다. 주변에 다른 호텔이 없어서 항상 사람들이 많네요. 주변에 편의점, 식당 있어서 좋았어요. 하회마을 과 가깝고 안동한지공장도 방문해서 체험할수 있어요.

El hotel está decente. Las camas son extraordinariamente duras. Pero las habitaciones están muy bien. Los elevadores son lentos y el buffet de desayuno es muy promedio.

무난한 숙소예요. 방향제 냄새가 좀 심해서 은은한 호텔향으로 바꾸면 더 좋을 것 같아요.

엄마와 이모님들 모시고 여행다녀왔는데 더운 날씨에 안동을 구석구석 잘 다녀왔습니다 여행분위기는 숙소가 크게 적용되는데 숙소가 깨끗해서 만족했습니다 화장실도 넓어서 좋았어요

방은 일반적인 모텔 수준 생각하시면 되고 식사는 가격대비 그저 그렇다고 보시면 됩니다 만원짜리 함바집 정도 생각하시면 됩니다. 수영장은 애들 놀기 딱 좋습니다 옆에 샤워실도 있어서 체크아웃후에 실컷 놀다가 갈수 있습니다. 문제는 수영장은 호텔 투숙객들만 쓰는게 아니라 일반인들도 티켓을 끊어서 많이들 오는듯 합니다. 근처 학생들도 단체로 많이 와서 좀 어수선 하기는 합니다

A convenient location to stay on a road trip between Seoul and Busan about 25mins out of Andong with reasonable pricing. Located in a small high rise satellite township where we could find everything we needed within a short walk from the hotel. Free onsite parking included

Breakfast was average, no shampoo or shower gel in the room, had to buy them at reception for extra cost.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, visiting the UNESCO listed Hahoe Historical village. Hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff at hotel reception were EXTREMELY helpful. When I had trouble booking for my onward bus/train journeys on line, they took time to help me book all my onward journeys !! In particular, I would like to thank these 2 staff : Ms Won Young Jung and Ms Lee Da Dam who went out of their way to help me with my booking !! Well Done to the management for recruiting such excellent "Customer Focus" staff !! Thank You !! There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance from the hotel. Hahoe Historical Village is only 15mins taxi ride. I would strongly recommend my friends and family to stay in this hotel should they visit Andong, Korea !!

호텔 조식 13000원도 꽤 아까우니 나가서 사드시는 것을 추천합니다. 호텔 전체에 어떤 향이 나는데 전 개인적으로 좀 불쾌하였습니다. 욕조에는 머리카락이 그대로 남아있고 에어컨은 곰팡이가 껴있는게 보여 청결상태는 별로입니다. 주변이 나무가 있어 그런지 창밖으로 벌레가 매우 많이 보였고 호텔도 잘 알고 있어 아예 창을 열지 말라고 했습니다.

직원분들도 너무 친절하게 해주시고 방도 너무 깨끗해서 좋았습니다

일하시는 분들이 친절하고 넓은 공간에 가족들이랑 함께 편안한 여행이되었어요!

조용하고 깨끗한 숙소에요 샴푸랑 린스는 있을 줄 알았는데 별도로 구매해야 하네요 조금만 걸어가면 산책할 공원도 있고 주변에 식당과 상점이 많아서 편리해요

주변이 깨끗하고 식당이 많아 호텔 위치는 좋았지만, 주차장 안내표지가 애매해서 주차장 찾기가 어려웠음. 앞 차가 후진해서 다시 나오길래 그 분이 길을 잘못 들어간 줄 알았는데, 저 역시도 들어갔다가 다시 나옴...저녁 먹으러 나오길에 후진해서 나가는 차량을 또 보게됨... 또한, 프론트에 있던 화난듯한 표정의 남자 직원분은 손님을 보고도 아무런 응대가 없었음. 호텔 체크인을 도와주는 프론트 직원분들의 말 한마디가 그 지역의 첫 이미지를 만든다고 생각합니다. 고객 응대에 있어서 조금만 더 친절했으면 좋겠습니다.

신규호텔입니다. 컨시어지도 잘 되어 있습니다. 지하주차장의 차량대수도 많아 편리합니다. 다만, 침실에 먼지가 많이 날려 제 알러지를 자극하고, 침대가 모텔같이 매우 딱딱해 잠자리가 좀 불편했어요. 방음도 잘 되지 않아 저녁에 사람들이 이야기 나누는 소리가 잘 들려요.

청결도며 서비스며 만족했습니다. 다만 온돌 난방으로 인해 방안이 더웠는데, 미리 프론트에 연락해서 온도를 조절할 수 있었습니다. 객실에서 조절할수 없었다는게 조금 아쉽네요

동네가 조용하고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나옵니다. 조식은 따로 신청해야 먹을 수있어요. 침대는 커서 편하고 주차장도 넓은 편입니다. 가격도 저렴한 편이라 가족단위로 와도 됩니다. 추천함

널찍하고 깨끗하고 좋았어요!

신도시에 위치해 있더군요~~깨끗하고 친절하고 좋았습니다~아직 개발중이라 그런지 주변에 간단하게 한잔할만한 장소는 많이 없더군요~~커피숍도 일찍 문을 닫고~ㅎㅎ 그게 조금 아쉬웠지만 숙소자체는 좋았습니다

직원분들도 친절하시고 아침 조식도 좋았습니다.

숙소 내부가 깨끗하고 욕실도 넓고 좋았습니다. 안동 신도시가 보이는 뷰도 참 좋았습니다.

킹베드 트윈 너무 편하고 좋았어요 데스크가 중간에 있는건 좀 불편하네요 호텔옆에 편의점 생김. 세븐일레븐^^

조식이 맛있었습니다.

The location is good in new developed area of Andong. Very close to Andong Hua Wu historical site. There are a lot of restaurant near the hotel which provide plenty of dinner choices.

The hotel entrance is a little hard to find.
