L'hôtel est très propre et hyper bien situé. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir une bouteille offerte pour un anniversaire ce qui est une attention super gentille !!!!!

La taille de la piscine est petite par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel . Il n'y a pas assez de transats . Les gens réservaient leurs transats très tôt en pausant des serviettes et n'étaient pas là de la journée .très dommage que l'hôtel laisse ce genre de pratique se faire .

De absolutamente tudo. Recebi um up grade surpreendente. Um agradecimento especial ao recepcionista que nos atendeu. O quarto era privilegiado, cama extra grande, super confortável, varanda ampla e de frente mar. Proximidade com a cidade antiga, praia e centros comerciais e do porto. Café da manhã excepcional. Meu lugar em Rhodes.

Não há o que dizer, o hotel é incrível em todos os aspectos.

Pool is pretty small for the size of the hotel. No balcony on our suite. And not having the toilet in a separate room, really odd to have a suite that has a toilet that's in effect just in the middle.if an open plan room.

Hotel molto bello ed elegante, con ambienti moderni e curati. Camera ben arredata e organizzata, molto silenziosa al 6° piano, con vista sulla piscina e lateralmente sul mare. Letto confortevole con topper, due cuscini per persona e due cuscinetti. Ampio armadio, sedia, due panche per vestiti e valigie, frigobar con piano d’appoggio, specchio, TV sospesa, pouf, cassaforte e bollitore. Balcone arredato con tavolino e due sedie. Posizione eccellente, vicino alla stazione degli autobus, all’ingresso della Città Vecchia, a ristoranti, bar e negozi. A piedi si raggiungono anche Elli Beach e il Casinò di Rodi. Colazione ricca e varia, dolce e salata, possibilità di omelette a richiesta con ingredienti a scelta. Presente anche una palestra, che non abbiamo utilizzato. Personale cortese e disponibile.

I loved how helpful the staff were and how excellent the room service was, the location was absolutely perfect.

The pool area would have been nicer if it was bigger and had more sun loungers, also to be fussy but would have loved if there was an ice station at breakfast to make an iced coffee. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

The location is fantastic - walking distance to the marina, beach clubs and old town. We were also provided with beach towels each day which was so handy & breakfast had a wide variety of offerings.

• We had 2 city view suites which came with one large terrace balcony and then a smaller one. It is a bizarre layout as the doors to the balcony are very low and you have to dip your head to go out. • We were located on the 1st Floor and there was no sound proofing so all the noise from the lobby and the floor above was inescapable • We arrived and other peoples belongings were still in the bathroom • No iron in the room / available - we requested one and was met with ‘I can’t give you what I don’t have’ - I just think this should be a standard in a 4* hotel (I am aware there is a laundry service but this isn’t quick and easy) • Gym - only open 8am-4pm, closed on Sundays and you have to book an appointment to go - very irritating

We had a wonderful stay the hotel and would definitely choose it again if we return to Rhodes. The location is excellent: close to Elli Beach, within walking distance of the Old Town and just a short walk from the main shopping streets, restaurants and cafés. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of choices, which I really enjoyed. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the reception team for their kindness, helpful recommendations and guidance throughout our stay, as well as to the entire hotel team. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. If I come back to Rhodes, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

The hotel was absolutely perfect! The location, modern design, cleanliness, air conditioning, facilities and breakfast were all excellent. The value for money was simply incredible. A huge thank you to Telemachos at the reception for his truly five-star service. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and made us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay. Personalet var super søde, venlige og generelt meget hjælpsomme. Beliggenheden er virkelig god og i gåafstand til alt - både busstationen, gode spisesteder, det livlige byliv og den bynære strand. Derudover er der flere gode indkøbsmuligheder tæt på, herunder et lille supermarked lige over på den anden side af vejen.

Hotellet lever desværre ikke op til en 4-stjernet standard.  Morgenmaden var ganske vist overdådig i udvalget, men maden smagte af absolut ingenting, og kvaliteten var ringe. Køb jeres morgenmad ude, det er meget bedre og mere spændende! Det undrede os desuden MEGET, at der med så mange gæster slet ikke var mulighed for - eller krav om - at spritte hænder af før brug af fælles tagtøj, tallerkener og bestik. Hotellet har stadig gamle skilte hængende fra corona-tiden, hvilket gør den manglende hygiejne endnu mere uforståelig. Da vi besøgte byen i august, var der generelt store problemer med en meget smitsom virus i området. Det virker uansvarligt, at et hotel i denne prisklasse ikke har bedre fokus på hygiejne. Min medrejsende blev desværre ramt af virussen og havde to dage med voldsom opkast og diarré. Vi frabad os rengøring under selve sygdommen, men da værelset efterfølgende blev gjort rent, opdagede jeg til min store skuffelse, at der stadig var synlige rester efter sygdommen under toiletsædet. Træningsfaciliteterne trak også ned. Man skal booke tid på forhånd, hvilket er fint nok, men man bliver konstant mandsopdækket af en ansat. Selvom han var flink, var det ubehageligt at træne i lokalet alene med ham, mens han sad og kiggede - blandt andet i alle de 45 minutter, jeg løb på løbebåndet, hvor han sad på en stol bagved. Derudover er der ingen aircondition i træningsrummet, så der var ulideligt varmt. Alt i alt slet ikke de faciliteter, man forventer til prisen.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, höflich, so sollte es überall sein. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl, von süß bis herzhaft und auch an Obst und Gemüse hat es nicht gefehlt 👍🏻 das Reinigungspersonal hat ihre Arbeit professionell erledigt und auch die Kaffee- Teestation im Kleiderschrank immer wieder aufgefüllt.

Täglich gab es einen Themenabend, was ich grundsätzlich sehr schön finde doch der noch etwas ausbaufähig wäre, zB zeitlich ⏳ an manchen Abende kam man erst von seinen Ausflügen wieder zurück und da war meistens alles schon wieder beendet. Genauso die Öffnungszeiten zum Pool, um 18 Uhr war da Schluss.

Our room was great and the hotel is in a good location. Pity the staff at the pool were more interested in chatting to each other than attending to guests and unfortunately the buffet breakfast looked good at first glance but was actually not good at all.

The location is very good, the food in the hotel is very delicious, we tried almost everything, the WiFi is very strong, everywhere is extremely clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location is spot on - 5-10 min walk to the beach and about 10-15 min walks to the old town, along the harbour which is beautiful. 20 min walk to the acropolis which is a nice morning out. Close by shops, opposite store for refreshments.

Mükemmel konum, harika kahvaltı için çok doğru bir otel. Tekrar gidersem mutlaka yine bu otelde kalırım ve yakınlarıma tavsiye edeceğim. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda çok temiz bir odayla karşılaştık. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Karşılama çok nazikti. Çocuk olmaması gerçekten büyük avantaj, diğer misafirler de çok nezihti. Konumunun ve çeşitlieri bol olan kahvaltısının tekrar mükemmel olduğunu belirtmek isterim.

Odamız havuza bakıyor diye sevinmiştik, ancak çok az güneş aldığı için mayo ve bikinler zor kurudu. Ayrıca havuzun ve klimaların motor gürültüleri de havuza bakan oda tarafında çok yüksek. Mümkünse yazın sokağa bakan odayı isteyin. Otelde en gürültücü çalışanlar housekeeping personelleri, sabah 8 itibariyle çok yüksek sesle konuşarak iş yapıyorlar. Oda temizliği yapılmasını istediğimiz gün, çarşaflar değişmemişti, sadece havlular değişmişti. Sanırım en başta odayı o kadar güzel temizledikleri için sonraki günlük temizliklerde çok detaya bakmıyorlar. Otelin en zayıf halkası housekeeping personelleri. Yine de bu durumlar oteli 9/10 üzerinden puanlamamı değiştirmiyor :)

Frühstück war eine 5 von 10

Bus drop off was about 100 yards away from hotel but was visible from drop off and straight walk. On approach the hotel looked amazing , brightly lit and shining. At reception staff were very welcoming and really customer focused. The free glass of champagne on arrival was a nice touch. Check in went smoothly and directed to room. Lifts and corridors were immaculate. Key card digital lock worked first time. Room was outstanding. Air conditioning on so room was perfectly cooled for arrival. Room smelled fresh and like new, even the built in wardrobe had a fresh smell throughout our stay. Free digital safe, Furniture and fittings were as new. Toilet and shower were clean and like everywhere else immaculate. Free mini bar included 2 bottles of water, soda water, orangeade, cola and peanuts. Maid service daily with fresh towels. All staff were very friendly and polite. throughout the stay. On site bar and restaurant prices comparable to bars and pub around. Breakfast was from 0700 till 1030 but hot food stopped being refilled at 1000. If a late checkout is required, ask several days in advance so it's more likely, Cost €35. On site public toilets as expected, immaculate. Overall, excellent hotel absolutely no complaints.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable and in excellent condition, and the location was very convenient - outside the Old Town, but within walking distance of the main sights. The breakfast was exceptionally good, much better than we normally expect from a hotel, and the restaurant was excellent as well. The hotel also has a swimming pool and fitness room, although unfortunately we didn't have time to use them.

Two minor inconveniences. There were not enough electrical outlets in the room, only three for a double room, and the Wi-Fi login system was a little inconvenient, as it required connecting through a web page and entering the password again from time to time.

This is a return visit. The location is perfect right in the middle of everything but not noisy at night. Short walk to the beach and all restaurants shops and old town not far. The staff are exceptional the hotel is spotless and the breakfast is extensive plenty for all tastes.

The pool is small not too many sunbeds so its a race for some people up at dawn with towels out.

Assolutamente TUTTO , posizione, pulizia , arredi , per non parlare dello spettacolare e ricco buffet della colazione e l'estrema cortesia e gentilezza dello staff. Molto disponibili anche al checkout, dato che ci hanno consentito di transitare negli spazi comuni compresa la piscina.

Wonderful experience! Friendly and helpful staff ( the administarton, restaurant, room cleaning). Hotel is in an amazing location, rooms are spacious enough and clean. We had a sea view, amazing view to enjoy on the balony every day. The breakfast was generous, good selection of hot and cold dishes. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel. Delitious seafood, huge portions, complimentary desert, excellent prices. Complimentary bubbly at the check in:)

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt und bei diversen Beachclubs. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist hilfsbereit.

Für uns war es nicht störend bzw. nicht schlimm, aber die Umgebung ist eher laut. Man muss darauf eingestellt sein, dass man die Restaurants, aber auch Autos und teilweise Beachclubs hört.

Après avoir passé une semaine dans cet hôtel, je peux vous dire que nous avons énormément apprécié l emplacement géographique qui est excellent (casino, mer et centre-ville à 5m à pied). L’ hôtel propose une large sélection de produit pour le petit déjeuner. L’ entretien des chambres est effectué tous les jours et je veux surtout indiquer que le personnel a été incroyable avec nous du début à la fin du séjour !

Un des seuls défaut que je peux relever réside dans le fait que la piscine n’ est pas chauffée

Once again Rhodos Horizon City delivered. But even better than our last visit after the new refit thats been completed. Well worth the long trip from Auatralia, Once again the staff were as welcoming and hard working as ever. Breakfast and poolside service was awesome. The gym is an extra bonus if you want to burn some of those extra holiday calories off. Panos the PT at the gym is a really nice guy and always happy to have a chat, Especially about football :-) We will be back again next year can`t wait.

Location is good, the hotel customer service isn’t though. Do not stay here if you’re expecting a relaxing holiday. We stayed on the 6th floor, next to the fire exit. Guests opened and closed it throughout the night, when I complained about this I received no response. Next to hotel is an open air theatre that runs from 9.30 to midnight. I was unwell 2 nights and let’s just say it would have been quieter sleeping in a night club. While I understand it’s out of the hotels control, the lack of empathy and understanding wasn’t what I expected from a 4 star hotel experience. I had a receptionist rolling his eyes at me which isn’t professional at all. Cleaners wake you up at 7am banging all over the place it’s honestly the worst sound proofing hotel I’ve been to
