die unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel, außerdem sehr modern eingerichtet. auch der spa bereich war sehr angenehm. etwas ungewohnt war es, dass es keinen rezeptionisten/i. gibt und check in und -out an einem automaten durchgeführt werden

es war etwas schade, dass die vorhandene hotelbar nie geöffnet hatte. denn fußläufig war leider nur 1 wirtshaus

No staff members in the reception most of the day. Beds and pillows are not comfortable, the water streaming in the near river is noisy at night.

המיקום מצוין ונוח והנוף מדהים, הדירה הייתה מרווחת ונוחה ממש. לא היתה ממוזגת אבל עם חלונות פתוחים זה לא הפריע ולא סבלנו מחום. מתחם הספא, הבריכה המקורה וחדרי המשחקים לילדים הם גם יתרון גדול.

דלפק הקבלה כמעט ולא היה מאויש והיה קשה לקבל מענה לשאלות.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór, zróżnicowane. Wszystko świeże i apetyczne. Chrupiące, jeszcze ciepłe bułeczki. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Piękne widoki, pokoje czyste, dobrze wyposażone.

Pokoje dwuosobowe są trochę za małe. Przy 14 m2 brakuje odrobinę przestrzeni. Informacja o wielkości pokoju była oczywiście już przy rezerwacji, więc nie mamy pretensji.

Me and my boyfriend are absolutely in love with this hotel and its location. It’s perfect if you want peace, beautiful surroundings, time for yourself and for looking around the beautiful Alps. Moreover, people working there were so positive, helpful and patient that it was a pleasure meeting them. We absolutely recommend visiting! And the breakfast was so delicious. Also, we were travelling with a car so the parking in front of the hotel was 10/10.

Check in a check out automat v češtině. Pro asociála jako jsem já, žádný kontakt s lidma. Vše proběhne digitálně a rychle. Jediný kontakt byl ráno, kdy jsem musel na snidani nahlásit číslo pokoje. Za mě super. 👍

Bohužel restaurace v hotelu funguje pouze na snídaně a v okolí byl velký problém najít otevřenou restauraci.

The property is in a quiet location, with interesting facilities and activities for children both on-site and nearby.

The staff were unfriendly, and the apartment did not have air conditioning. On the second day of our stay, we asked whether the towels could be replaced since there was no washing machine in the apartment. We were told that this service was available only for an additional charge. The following day, we asked the host to send us the guest card by email, Viber, or WhatsApp so that we could receive discounts on local attractions. However, they did not send it through any of these channels, and as a result, we had to pay the full price for everything. When I pointed this out, I received a message from the host that completely shocked me. They told me that I had gone too far, that I was constantly complaining, that I had not booked a five-star hotel but an apartment, and that they would no longer respond to any of my messages. We have been travelling for many years and have stayed in a wide range of accommodation, from apartments to luxury hotels, but we have never encountered such unprofessional communication from a host.

Bilder und Beschreibung sind irreführend. Es ist kein Ressort sondern ein Budget Hotel mit self check-inn, kaum Außenbereich. Das auf Bildern ersichtliche Freibecken ist der öffentliche Schwimmteich der Gemeinde. Kein Bademantel etc und keine Umkleidemöglichkeiten im Saunabereich. Kein Restaurantbetrieb. Einzelzimmergröße ist mit 12 m² angegeben, ist jedoch inkl. kleinem Vorraum und Bad sowie Wänden. Tatsächliche Zimmergröße ca. 8 m². Ist für Preis und 4 Sterne doch sehr mager. Ausstattung spartanisch: Wasserkocher mit einem Häferl und ein Zahnputzbecher, nicht einemal ein Wasserglas verfügbar.

zápory: slabý poměr cena/kvalita, v našem pokoji bylo příšerné teplo a nešlo s tím nic udělat, v noci jsme se budili vedrem, slabý proud ve sprše, nízká kvalita kosmetiky v koupelně, pokoj jsme měli nad silnicí, kde nás budila auta

. The accommodation is in a very beautiful location. It's close to rivers, streams, and lakes. There's a beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of parking places. Free sauna is also cool.

The bed is uncomfortable; the mattress is too soft. The empty little fridge is right next to the bed, and it keeps making you feel hot—it heats up the bed and the room. There’s no air conditioning in the room; it’s very hot. In fact, there’s nothing else in there besides a kettle. The kitchen is closed all day, except in the morning. There’s no option for lunch or dinner—you can’t even buy a bottle of water. We always had to ask the maids to heat up the baby’s food separately, because there isn’t a communal kitchen at this so-called family hotel...

A wonderful small hotel, beautifully located in a charming village. The food was very tasty—better than expected.

We struggled a bit with the check-in machine, but then we managed it.

Közelben hétvégén nincs bolt. Klíma és szúnyogháló hiányában legyek, szúnyogok zavaróak lehetnek. 7 nap alatt 1x jöttek takarítani.

Snídaně byla pestrá a chutná. Prostor, kde se servírovala snídaně, byl čistý. Personál velmi příjemný.

Super Hotel für Familien, Pool und Badeteich sind perfekt für Familien mit Kinder. die Betten sind gut, ein tolles Frühstück und die ruhige Lage machen das Hotel zum Geheimtipp, im Apartment ist jedes Zimmer mit extra Bad und WC, wir waren 6 Erwachsene mit Kind, es war ein total entspannter Urlaub ohne sich eingeengt zu fühlen, die nette Chefin des Hause kümmert sich persönlich auch noch um das Frühstück und betereut die Gäste schon am Morgen, Wir kommen wieder... das ist sicher!!!!

Wenn man was finden will, wird man wohl was zu meckern finden, für uns war es mehr als perfekt!

Room had no shading vs. Sun 🌞, bad fitting curtains, and no air-conditioning for a wellness hotel. Owners of the hotel (not cleaning & supporting staff) where everything but friendly and def. NOT customer minded.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés, szép kilátás a teraszról. A gyerekek nagyon élvezték a medencét és a játszó szobát.

A bejelentkezés egy gépen keresztül történik és hiába volt a recepción elérhető személyzet, nem kaptunk segítséget. A személyzet barátságtalan és nem együttműködő.

Sehr Sauber,Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück selbst hatte eine vielfältige Auswahl und war ausreichend. Super war E-Ladestation direkt vorm Haus.

Nu mi-a placut micul de jun… oule de calitate foarte slaba… toate oule si alea de fiert avea numarul 2 pe ele - ma asteptam la cel putin 1 daca nu la 0, avand in vedere calitatea hotelului. paharele de baut apa la micul de jun erau foarte mici… trebuie de mai multe ori sa te ridici sa pui apa in pahar…

Kiváló reggeli, szép szoba, szép környezet, jó parkolás., jó internet, megfelelő méretű okos tv, szép kilátás a szobából, szívesen visszajönnék.

Nincs ilyen

A reggeli finom volt és bőséges. A szállás elhelyezkedése ideális a környező hegyek és tavak megközelítéséhez, túrázáshoz, télen síeléshez.

A szálláson dolgozók jól végezték a munkájukat, de gyakorlatilag szinte "láthatatlanok" voltak: nem igazán volt kontakt a szálláshelyen dolgozókkal, ha például tanácsot kért volna az ember vagy eligazítást. A szobakártyát egy gép adta oda a recepció mellett, az előre megkapott kód beütése után. Bár az appartman mérete megfelelő volt, adott esetben szerencsésebb lett volna, ha 2-2 ágy (/kanapé) nem egy légtérben van. Az ágyak lehetettek volna kényelmesebbek (keményebb matracok).

Klidný hotel v klidném prostředí, přestože zde byly ubytovány rodiny s dětmi, ani jsme o nich nevěděli.

Nečekali jsme, že nebude v provozu hotelová restaurace s výjimkou snídaňového času. Rovněž najít v rozumném dojezdovém okolí otevřenou restauraci, kde by se dalo najíst je v tuto dobu (květen) obrovský problém. Příště budeme připraveni, je prostě třeba s tím počítat a stavit se někde cestu z výletu. Odměnou jsou ale zase prázdné turistické trasy a "klidné" Rakousko. Co se týče pokojů, ty byly čisté, nicméně vybavení koupelny tvořil jen sprchový gel 1+1, mýdlo u umyvadla nebylo, větrák v koupelně nešel nijak vypnout, takže bylo třeba stále zavírat dveře a na teplou vodu ve sprše si hodně počkáte.. Možná je to jiné při větší obsazenosti hotelu ..

Modern felszerelés, bőséges, ízletes reggeli. Az automata be es kijelentkezés nagyon gyorsan és könnyen ment. Elektromos autó töltő a parkolóban. Ha a környéken járunk, mindenképp visszatérünk.

Túl meleg volt a szoba, annak ellenére, hogy teljesen letekertük a fűtést.

Geen enkel contact met het personeel. Die waren er gewoon niet.

Super Lage - in Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Talstation der Hornbahn. Der Wellnessbereich ist super und hat gute Öffnungszeiten.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man konnte, wenn man im Wohnbereich sitzt, beinahe jedes Wort aus dem Nebenappartement mithören.

Čistota, lokalita.

v ubytování byla ubytována škola. Dozor si dětí vůbec nevšímal a po celém ubytování byl strašný hluk a řev. Měli jsme pocit, že k nám propadnou stropem. To samé se dělo v bazénu. Nekontrolovaný řev. Když jsme přišli na snídani v 8:30, tak bylo již vše vybráno. A nedoplňovalo se, ačkoliv snídaně byli do 10 h. Restaurace byla jinak zavřená a nebylo si možné dát ani pití. Velkým problémem bylo, že u sauny bylo sděleno, že je od 16 let, ačkoliv to popisku ubytování zde vůbec není uvedeno. Cestovali jsme s mladšími dětmi a toto je pro nás dost zásadní eliminační prvek, dle kterého vybíráme ubytování. Starší hysteričtí hosté měli problém, aby tam děti nechodili, ačkoliv oni do sauny nešli a nikdo jiný tam nebyl.

Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen und hatten dadurch ein wunderschönes Apoartment, viel, Platz, viel Holz, schöne Einrichtung, sauber

Das Einchecken am Automaten - es wäre grundsätzlich simpel, aber zu unserer Anreisezeit kamen viele Gäste gleichzeitig, daher Anstehen und dann mit Gepäck durch den engen Gang an den Anderen vorbei Die Rezeption wäre zwar besetzt gewesen, aber ich wurde an den Automaten verwiesen

Wir hatten einen rundum sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen, und auch auf die Bedürfnisse von Kindern wurde hervorragend eingegangen. Die Kinder durften abends im Zimmer essen, und das Essen wurde sogar vorab speziell für sie zubereitet – ein Service, der nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Essen insgesamt war sehr, sehr gut und hat uns ausgesprochen gut geschmeckt. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde uns jederzeit sofort geholfen, und kleinere Dinge wurden umgehend erledigt – man fühlt sich hier wirklich gut betreut. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern, was ideal für uns war. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Fernseher sowie Dusche und Toilette. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, in einem schönen, holzigen Stil eingerichtet und dabei äußerst sauber.

Uns war es persönlich zu kalt im Appartment. Wir hatten die Heizkörper auf der höchsten Stufe, aber wirklich warm wurden sie nicht. Erst am nächsten Tag in der Früh fühlten sich die Heizkörper wärmer an.. eventuell werden sie tagsüber reguliert?

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. It was full of natural light, and the view from the balcony of the mountains was absolutely stunning. Overall, a bright, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.

we were disappointed with the customer care — the reception staff were rather unfriendly and cold, which affected the overall experience. In addition, the pool area had a very strong smell, as if too much chlorine had been used or it had reacted with something. With some improvements in hospitality and pool maintenance, this place could be truly excellent.

Fajn lokalita, velmi čisté ubytování. Skvělý byl bazén s teplou vodou spolu s hernami pro děti v suterénu. Dokonce jsme měli na pokoji malou saunu.. Dvě finské sauny zase ocení dospělí. Snídaně byly fajn.

Recepční byl nepříjemný.

Nagyon jó a reggeli, kedves és mosolygós a személyzet. A kilátás pedig egyszerűen gyönyörű! Van szauna és medence is!

A matracok talán túlságosan is puhák.

The place is stunning, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the dining room and breakfast are perfect, the view is amazing, the staff is very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, it is very inconvenient that the reception is not staffed in the evening and at night, there is no one to ask questions at these hours. It is a pain to arrive when there is no one, receive a room that does not match my reservation and sleep the whole night on a sofa in the living room without sheets, while the rest of my family sleeps very happily on a bed. When I complained about the mistake in the morning, I was not offered any offer to change the room to the room I booked, needless to say I also paid more money for it. But they arranged the sofa for me with sheets

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Die Inhaber waren sehr bemüht und haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Gerne wieder.

The room was good, a bit small but with a nice mountain view. The breakfast was perfect. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was good. The pool and facilities are kids oriented. Overall good experience.

Size of the room

Hotel byl mimo sezónu velmi prázdný, takže jsme měli wellness téměř pro sebe. Personál byl ochotný, i když jsme check-in v neděli museli provést na automatu.

V pokoji je slyšet hluk z okolních prostor i z okolních pokojů. Velmi nás to rušilo ze spánku. Museli jsme naše sousedy o půlnoci umravňovat.

Das Appartement war toll, auch das Schwimmbad und die Freizeit und Spielzimmer.

Es war weniger ein Resort oder Hotel als eine Pension mit Ferienwohnungen.

Az ételek és a szobák tisztasága kiváló volt! Szomszédot nem hallottam egyáltalán vagy hogy valaki sétálna/fürödne felettünk. A személyzet kedves és segítő kész. Hangulatos helyen van a szálloda, jó kirándulási útvonalak vannak a közelben. Nagyon turista barát környék!

Sajnos a wi-fi nagyon gyenge volt a szobában.
