The room was very spacious and clean and the pool was amazing. Definitely worth the money.

Breakfast was ok but not great Curtain rod fell out of the ceiling They forgot to turn on the hot water switch so we couldn’t work out why we had no hot water.

The rooms were so clean and cosy! The location is great, with beautiful views, especially from the rooftop bar. It was really easy for me to get to the places I wanted to see, and the staff were soo friendly and helpful, they made my stay 10/10 and even gave me a beautiful souvenir at checkout. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is old and in need of a complete refurbishment, there was building works happening during our stay which wasn’t great. Our room had no shower door, this had been removed before we arrived as there was dirty foot prints in the bathroom. The room needed a good clean, everything had a film of dirt of it. The door entry system didn’t work, we would swipe the key about eight times before it opened. The sunset bar was open until 10pm according to the intro sheet we given on arrival, on the evening we went to the bar it was closed at 9pm when we asked why they said it closes at 9pm. I think they opened it that evening.

Our room has a good view of the scenery around. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the breakfast area looks out to a nice view of nature. The staff are extremely helpful.

Everybody and everything was awesome! Location a facilities were great! Would highly recommend.

Good outlook and rooftop bar, friendly staff

There is a pool, that will cool you down after a hot day, water there is cold. Room is nice, quite spacy, facilities all are good. Rooftop is cozy and sweet. Check-in was in the early morning, it seems to have 24-hr reception, or so. We left our bags and drove right into hills to discover beautiful places. There is a nice scooter rental right next door.

Hotel itself and services are good. Though bicycles state is really bad, especially comparing to other hotels. We took two best of them and it felt as they will fall apart under me :D Other bicycles has problems as broken brakes, bent disks and bald wheels. Though they're free (as the most stays there)

The location just a short walk from Tam Coc town. The view from the room and the rooftop bar of the rice paddies and mountains. The staff were very friendly. The free bikes were handy. The pool was lovely, clean and cool. The breakfast was nice and we loved the boutique style of the hotel, nice and small and homely.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just a few hundred metres from the main street.10min walk from the river tour.The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.I have booked junior sweet with a balcony and view were stunning, roof top bar were amazing. Highly recommend!"

Leo was awesome, so helpful, friendly, approachable and always smiling. So was the guy making coctails up stairs. Like that you had some games up there you could play while enjoying a coctail and fantastic view. Could stay open a little later. Breakfast was lovely

Ci hanno addebitato il prezzo dell’early check-in senza preavviso nonostante avessi chiesto preventivamente tramite mail; inoltre il check-in è stato veramente difficile dato che la persona alla reception non sapeva gestire le nostre richieste e ha dovuto fare tre telefonate ai suoi colleghi. La struttura è molto vecchia e la manutenzione andrebbe rifatta. Pubblicizzano servizi spa che poi non corrispondono a quelli realmente disponibili.

Well located, near to everything you need and being the same time away from the noise. Great rooftop bar with nice drinks and great and calm view. Very nuce staff and helpfull.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything nearby, which made the stay very convenient. The view over the rice fields was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always took great care of us. I highly recommend this hotel !

Location is amazing because of the fabulous views. Staff were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Pool is a must too - it’s great to cool off inside. Rooftop bar is lovely too

Beautiful rooftop to look out over the rice fields. Very nice breakfast with a lot of variety. Calm area where the hotel is located. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Great tucked-away location (can cause a bit of trouble for Grab) Nice small amenities that were nice. Great view, good rooftop bar, had bikes available, place away from the chaotic and loud crowded parts of Ninh Binh.

Receptie belt je wakker om 9 uur als je niet ontbeten hebt. Best vervelend als je door een jetlag niet kon slapen en na 4 uur slaap gewerkt wordt

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is unbeatable, and the staff are both friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean with super comfy beds. We loved the fact that they provide bikes to tour the neighborhood. Also, there are tons of great places to eat within a 5-minute walk. We are already planning our next stay here!

L'hôtel est situé à Tam Coc au milieu des rizières, c'est vraiment le petit truc en plus de l'hôtel, et le rooftop justement avec la belle vue sur ces fameux rizières qui entourent l'hôtel. Le personnel est gentil, serviable et à l'écoute. La chambre est spacieuse mais le mobilier est vraiment vieillot. Le petit déjeuner est correct, y a du choix salé et sucré. L'établissement est bien situé dans la petite ville de Tam Coc, tout se fait à pied, proche de tout! Possibilité de louer des vélos pour se promener dans les alentours.

Highly rate this accommodation. They were extremely accommodating & helped us when we arrived early in the morning from the train. Staff were very kind & helpful & accommodated for a late check out when leaving. Close to Main Street & free bikes to be able to ride everywhere.

Idealna lokalizacja, blisko do restauracji i atrakcji wokół. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Świetny bar na dachu z niesamowitym widokiem.

Great location just off the main road. Mountain view rooms definitely worth it for a lovely view with balcony. Rooftop was lovely for sunset drinks. Not one to miss. Great friendly service who included a free bottle of red wine in our room, helped us book a day tour for our family. Was charged for our toddler and then when we went on the tour and were able to check the height for our toddler he was actually free so our tour guide took a photo and when we got back to the hotel the hotel gave us a cash refund for our toddler. When we got to our next accommodation in Hanoi we realised we left our passports in our safe. I was able to msg the hotel and they got our passports, took photos to send to me so I could show our new accommodation and then arranged for our passports to be sent to us in Hanoi and received them that night.

It was very close to the town yet far enough away to be peaceful. The staff were very kind and very attentive.

The view from the room was the highlight.

The staff told us on arrival that the room we had booked for 3 nights was double booked and we had to move out after 2 nights ! No explanation given and no choice, told to go next door ! Ruined our stay completely. Breakfast was poor, cheese wrapped in plastic. Didn’t refill the breakfast items when they had gone ie.. croissants. Rubbish dumped outside the hotel, causing a bad smell.

Located up a quiet lane close to tam coc centre. Good value hotel, helpful staff, adequate breakfast.

l'albergo è ottimo su ogni fronte. Ottima posizione, struttura, camere grandi e spaziosi, bel panorama e ottima colazione internazionale. Carina anche l'idea dell'aperitivo sul rooftop, ottima la possibilità di avere le bici gratis. ci hanno anche portato in lavanderia dei nostri indumenti da lavare.

Modern and close to village

The staff are very polite and helpful. The view from my room was so beautiful!

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Mooie omgeving. Uitstekend uitzicht over de bergen en de rijstvelden. De kamer is schoon en geluiddicht. Gratis fietsen te leen. We hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad in Ninh Bình dankzij Liberty Hall hotel.

A great location and views, quiet but walkable to the center, the rooftop bar is good. The front desk manager is helpful. Good breakfast.

It’s quite old although clean and well-maintained. They didn’t give me water the second day. The motorbikes next door are beyond terrible — I changed 3 and still couldn’t start in for a while in some far away areas. The hotel manager tells you to rent in town instead but I ran around and couldn’t find another rental place. Breaks and lights don’t work either, be careful.

Великолепный отель! Очень понравилось! Расположение топ - простор рисовых полей и гору вокруг. Красивый, удобный номер. Новая ванная с нормальной сантехникой. Балкон с классным видом. Есть бар на крыше с вкусными коктейлями и видом. Хороший персонал, заселили раньше времени. Завтраки суперские, большой выбор еды (даже сгущёнка есть) и большой выбор горячих блюд. На мой взгляд, лучший отель в Том Коке.

I loved the view and any one who stays in tam coc will understand what I am going to say the serenity you feel and peacefulness of the location is why we went there. Would it go back yes and am I looking for dates i can travel back.

It is literally superficial it is the bleach stains in the room. That aside watch the sunset over the limestone mountains words can not describe it.

We loved the location and went for several runs through the surrounding fields and karst. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful when we needed to extend our booking by a day.

The music from the bar can be loud depending on the room but the staff were willing to turn the volume down later in the evening.

Everything- location was so peaceful but a short walk to the town, room was comfortable with amazing views, the staff were friendly & helpful, freshly cooked eggs/ pho at breakfast.

Location, the staff are so remarkable with Mr. Lu’s presence, the bartender, the cleaners, the waiter , the chef everyone in that Hotel.

None except one I forgot to mention about the lock of one of the sliding door not working but despite with that it is so safe.

Central location in Ninh Bình near restaurants and cafes. We only stayed one night but we thought the room was comfortable and breakfast was fabulous. If you’re there around sunset do not miss the rooftop for a sundowner!

The location is fabulous overlooking the paddy fields and karst mountains. It is also just a short walk to restaurants and bars The staff make this hotel what it is and are keen to please, especially the chef, restaurant staff and reception. The kitchen staff kindly prepared a breakfast goody bag for us to take away that included the chef's freshly made spring rolls, fruit, cake and bottled water. Complimentary bikes are provided to cycle around.

Although clean, the hotel room looked a little dated with some fixtures and fittings needing attention, from the loose tap in the bathroom and loose toilet seat. I think the hotel would benefit from an all round facelift and perhaps the presence of more female staff too. Although free cycles provided, many lacked basic maintenance like working brakes, posing a safety hazard.

Great location, easy walk into tam Coc, great helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Good value too.

The hotel was so clean, great value. The breakfast was so good, the sky bar was a great place to relax . It was 200 meters walk to Main Street . I will return

Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Belangstellend zonder opdringerig te zijn. Hotel is net buiten de drukke straat, mooi uitzicht, al hebben wij veel regen gehad waardoor we niet hebben kunnen genieten van het dakterras. Grote kamer, fijne douche! Prima ontbijt.

Omdat wij véél regen hadden was het pad er heen erg modderig (maar nog steeds goed begaanbaar).

Great little hotel within easy walking distance to the centre of Tam Coc. All the staff were super friendly and most helpful with any of our needs or questions. The room balcony overlooking the rice fields was so scenic and relaxing. The hotel was able to arrange a couple of side trips for us. Breakfast was very good with eggs cooked to order.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful with advice and booking transport or tours if needed. Great pool. Great breakfast with a variety of local and western choices. Highly recommended.

We originally booked a room with a balcony and upon check-in we were asked if we wanted a room with two double beds and supposedly a better view. Perhaps we should have checked the room first but the ‘improved’ one didn’t have a balcony, only an odd patio which looked into the hotel.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Tam Coc / Ninh Binh dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins, ils sont toujours disponibles, serviables et ont le sourire. La piscine est très agréable, le rooftop a une vue imprenable sur les rizières et les montagnes. Tous les services sont top : on a loué un scooter en 2 min, les vélos sont gratuits et dispo en libre service, on a pu faire une lessive et un massage qui était un des meilleurs de notre vie. Il y a la possibilité de booker directement le bus vers une autre ville. Le bus vient vous chercher devant l’hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, qui est dans une rue très calme mais tres facile d’accès et où vous garderez un très bon souvenir. Mention spéciale au Bar tender et au réceptionniste !
