엘리베이터가 너무 느리고, 해당 층에서 엘리베이터 상황을 확인할수있는 게 없어서 매우 불편함

Extrem hellhörig und laut, vor dem Fenster so viele Lampen, dass man die Vorhänge nachts gar nicht geöffnet lassen kann, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Durch die undichten Fenster ein nervendes Dauerpfeifen. Am schlimmsten war die total merkwürdige Aufteilung des Badezimmers. Das in Korea übliche Duschklo (mit Klapptür á la Duschkabine) und davor ein Waschbecken in einer Art Küchenzeile. Unpraktisch und beim Toilettengang null Privatsphäre. Wer will sowas? Irgendwie alles ungepflegt und veraltet. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht.

Très bel emplacement avec une vue de notre chambre impressionnante et dégagée sur le port. Très bons équipements dans la chambre et très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner est fourni pour ceux qui aiment manger salé le matin. La vue depuis le toit terrasse est exceptionnelle. Bien situé pour visiter Nampo-dong, Songdo et Gamcheon ainsi que l'ile de Yeongdo.

Les toilettes non séparées de la douche. L'accueil très sommaire avec du personnel ne connaissant pas les prestations affichées cinq mètres devant eux. Les ascenseurs...très long avec beaucoup d'attente. Le bar au 28eme étage pourrait être mieux valorisé.

這次住在1812號房，是一個很棒的體驗，有問題提出住宿方回應訊息很快，房間還隔一小間小書桌，和小桌椅，床不會塌陷軟的床。晚上睡覺把窗簾拉開，燈全關，有美麗的夜景色陪伴入睡（影島大橋和釜山大橋可以同時看到，還有釜山鑽石塔）。飯店隔壁（背對飯店正門口左手邊）有24小時便利商店，還有影島的布帳馬，很多人用餐，在港口邊氛圍感很棒。飯店右邊走下去5-8分鐘，就是知名咖啡廳。但晚上有時候會有一些機械聲音，但不是持續的。我個人是可以正常入睡。

I absolutely loved my stay at Lavalse Hotel! The view was honestly the highlight of my entire trip — absolutely breathtaking, especially the beautiful ocean and city views. Waking up to that scenery was amazing and made the stay feel so special. The hotel was also exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and spotless, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again just for the view alone!

Honestly, I had a wonderful stay and there was very little to complain about. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

L’hôtel propose plusieurs équipements comme salle de sport…les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et propres

Le personnel de l’hôtel a été froid et peu aimable. La plupart d’entre eux parlent peu anglais. Nous avions réservé 2 nuitées avec petit déjeuner inclus. Primo, le buffet était plutôt garni en salé mais quasi inexistant en sucré (de mémoire il n’y avait que des croissants). Secundo, le dernier jour, nous avons demandé s’il était possible de nous préparer une « breakfast box » avec quelques fruits, yaourt et un morceau de pain mais on a eu juste un « c’est impossible, non! »…pas même « nous sommes navré » juste non!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans une suite au 26 ème étage, c’était une expérience extraordinaire avec la vue sur le port de Busan !

The view was amazing and staff were friendly.

The location, hotel was located next to the under road of a bridge. Limited number of restaurants around. Felt extremely unsafe walking in area around hotel. Very limited public transportation options around hotel. The restaurant wasn’t open as stated on the booking.com website. We had planned to go to the hotel restaurant on Thursday, the restaurant was closed. The hotel information online said it would be open but the staff informed us that this was incorrect. There were only 3 washing machines and 2 dryers available. It took us over 24 hours to do washing. When we asked hotel staff if there was something wrong with the dryers after putting our clothes through 2 cycles, they then informed us that the dryers were playing up.

The view, the rooftop, and staff. Very comfortable room, with a big window to see part of sea. I paid for the breakfast with a discount a there is a big variety of food; fruits, eggs, and local food.

Le bar du rooftop ferme à 22h. On ne peut pas dîner sur place car le restaurant n'est ouvert que le vendredi et samedi.

Aus unserer Sicht ein sehr gutes Hotel. Ruhig gelegen, Bus in der Nähe, viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbbar. Fischmarkt 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt! Auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis! Gern kommen wir wieder! Empfehlungswert ist aber ein Taxi vom Bahhnhof Nampo Station, da man sonst schon bei der Ankunft durchgeschwitzt ist, wenn man schweres Gepäck hat.

Die Bar im 23 Stockwerk könnte etwas länger jeden Tag geöffnet sein!

Tutto, posizione centrale, albergo di qualità, struttura nuova. Niente da dire.

Nulla, forse la colazione decisamente cara, ma in Corea è pieno di tutto, da starbucks, a bakery, brunch, a bar caffè all'italiana, a caffetterie coreane, che è un peccato chiudersi in hotel, magari con una colazione continentale. Occhio solo agli orari di apertura (chiudono presto la sera e aprono tardi la mattina).

Albergo di lusso con rooftop al 29° piano. La camera era davvero bella, spaziosa e davvero ben arredata. Letto comodissimo. Vista sul canale e ponte che collega la città all'isolotto su cui si trova l'albergo (che non era esattamente ciò che avevamo richiesto e pagato). Vicino al centro e comodo anche per arrivare a piedi ad uno dei maggiori Lotte mall della città. Utilizzato anche il servizio di lavanderia: attenzione solo che asciugatrice e lavatrice sono due diverse macchine (non come in Giappone ad esempio)

Piccolo inganno (non so se da parte di booking o dell'hotel stesso) per cui abbiamo anche chiesto spiegazioni in reception dopo aver visto le camere a noi assegnate: ho pagato per due camere che sul sito di booking erano identificate come camere con vista sull'oceano, scegliendole volutamente, scartando l'altra opzione di camera con vista PARZIALE sull'oceano. le due tipologie di camera avevano ovviamente dei prezzi diversi e delle foto diverse inerenti alla vista esterna. Ecco, di fatti non c'è differenza tra le due: la mia camera e quella dei nostri amici avevano la medesima vista che su booking era descritta per la camera con "vista parziale dell'oceano". Quindi se dovete scegliere, sappiate che non c'è differenza tra le due tipologie - spendete meno prendendo quella con vista parziale, tanto la vista sarà la medesima. PS. Nonostante si tratti di personale dedicato alla Reception di un albergo di lusso, le persone con cui abbiamo "provato" a confrontarci non parlavano quasi per nulla Inglese, cosa ha davvero complicato la situazione. Abbiamo dovuto parlarci solo tramite una app di traduzione per spiegarci e (poco) capirci. Mi domando come sia possibile che in un albergo del genere nessuno, a maggior ragione in Reception, sia in grado di supportare e assistere un cliente che non sia coreano...

Die Aussicht in den Hafen von Busan ist phänomenal! Auch die Zimmergröße war großzügig. Personal und Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Die Ausstattung mit Wasserkocher, kleinem Kühlschrank und Fön war wie erwartet, die Betten waren bequem. Es gibt die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu waschen. Das offene Badkonzept integriert sich toll und lässt den Raum luftig wirken. Das Frühstück haben wir einmal ausprobiert, hat uns aber nicht überzeugt. Es gibt aber unzählige Möglichkeiten auch außer Haus zu frühstücken. Die Lage des Hotels fanden wir hervorragend. Um die Ecke liegen Bushaltestellen, direkt vor der Tür öffnen am Abend die Fischstände direkt am Hafen zum Essen. Kurz über die Brücke laufen und schon ist man im klimatisierten Shopping Paradies. Zu den Touristenattraktionen im Westen der Stadt braucht man ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus (Seilbahn, Künstlerviertel, Leuchtturm). Wir haben zu spät das Roof-Top entdeckt. Das ist grandios mit 360 Grad Sicht auf Busan. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super und würden wiederkommen!

Die Ausstattung für die Kleiderablage fanden wir für fünf Nächte bei drei Personen gerade so ausreichend, aber sehr knapp. Es gibt nur einen offenen Kleiderständer mit zu wenigen Hängern. Die Möbel sind teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen. So war die Klappe des Safes nicht mehr fest verschraubt und offensichtlich schon mehrfach repariert worden. Im Wäscheraum kam es zu Stau bei den Trocknern, sodass unsere Wäsche erst nach 24 Stunden trocken war. Im Badbereich gab es sowohl an den Fliesen ums Waschbecken als auch in der Toilette an den Spiegelwänden einige Spritzer, die aussahen, als gäbe es sie schon länger.

숙소 청결도, 위치, 조식 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 전반적으로 굉장히 깔끔했습니다.

1층에서 엘레베이터 기다리는 통로가 좁아서 많은 인원이 대기할 때는 좀 불편했지만, 이런건 뭐 큰 문제는 아니라고 봅니다.

No tiene cafeteria en el hotel para comer solo para tomar una copa o café, si quieres comer en el hotel bajas a la tienda de convenencia o pagas el buffet

l'hotel è davvero molto bello, nell'ultimo piano c'è una vista che da sola vale il prezzo della camera. Se alla reception le persone sono poco gentili, invece il personale delle pulizie è veramente molto carino e disponibile. Colazione varia. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. I letti sono molto comodi.

La ubicación y las vistas. Si no priorizas la playa es muy buena zona, cerca del mercado de pescado y de las calles céntricas. Tiene cafetería y terraza con vistas en los últimos pisos. La habitación era muy bonita con vistas.

Hotel molto bello, camere ampie e pulite. Bella la vista oceano. Colazione ricca, soprattutto di cibo coreano (riso, ravioli, carne, uova) ma presenti anche cereali, yogurt, cornetti, pane in cassetta. Presente un market h24 all'interno dell'hotel. Funzionale la palestra.

Orario della colazione (fino alle 9.30, entrata fino alle 9) Poca scelta per colazione dolce: no cioccolata, solo marmellata fragole. Ristorante hotel aperto solo il venerdì e sabato.

What I liked most was the stunning view from the room. It was amazing to see the whole city and harbor from above, with the feeling of having the city right beneath your feet. The hotel’s rooftop was also a highlight, offering a beautiful 360-degree view of Busan. The building itself is modern and beautiful, and the overall atmosphere and views made the stay very memorable.

The breakfast was disappointing. There was no proper latte or cappuccino machine, only an old espresso machine, so the coffee options were quite limited. The croissants and bread were also not very good, and overall there was less variety in the breakfast items than I expected from a hotel of this standard.

Location really close to Lotte mall and fish market of Busan. As an european who prefers walking then there`s lots to see within just a 10-15min walk. Beaches are rather far away, but not a problem since taxis are not that expensive.

Vanuit de kamer een mooi uitzicht: Alle openbare plekken waren schoon. Elke dag 2 nieuwe water in de koelkast. Supermarkt toegankelijk vanuit hotel.

Bij aankomst zaten er vlekken op ons bed, wel erna vervangen. Echter erna zaten er gaatjes in het beddengoed. Er zaten spetters (tandpasta) op de spiegel, badkamer muur. Glazen in kamer waren vies. Personeel aan de receptie dacht niet mee, geen compensatie, geen uitleg over de stad, konden geen taxi regelen en vroegen niet naar ons verblijf. Je kreeg je bonnetjes die je moest inleveren bij ontbijt, voelde beetje als voedselbonnen Bar boven voelde als Ibis hotel aan, geen lekkere stoelen etc.

Een grote kamer - mooi zicht. Gezellig aan de haven met 's avonds eetstandjes bij de haven. Superlekker buffet in het hotel. Kort bij shoppingcenter en andere bezienswaardigheden. Bus en metro in de buurt ongeveer 10 minuten stappen

Kamer is aan opknapbeurt nodig, verouderd en beschadigd. Badkamer wat raar qua indeling.

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques pas de BIFF Square et du marché de Jagalchi, et de station metro, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des principaux points d’intérêt. Le logement était impeccable, rien à redire sur la propreté et les équipements. Un gros avantage également : une supérette est directement accessible depuis l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien. Un excellent choix pour découvrir Busan à pied.

Hormis quelques cheveux trouvés, malheureusement ça peut arriver, et la poignée du mini frigo qui m'est restée dans la main, rien à redire.

La douche l’eau chaude très difficile à régler. C’est dangereux. Voir la pression de l’eau froide. Il faut mettre le vitre ou le rideau entre la douche et le WC.

service might be improved e.g. no drinks (beer, wine, etc) in the sky bar before 5pm - why?, breakfast available only between 7:00-9:30 (be prepared to wait if you come at around 9:00)
