Reviewed Sep 10, 2026早餐還算豐富，這也是訂房的主要原因，但沒有想像中美味，實際上只吃了一點，或許是用餐環境較擁擠，用餐要排隊。 飯店整體較新。 大浴場外有冰棒，其中牛奶口味最棒。
整體感覺較狹小擁擠，尤其是房間，連行李都很難全開，是這次10日旅遊房間最小的。 有大浴場，雖設備新，但相對簡單簡單且小型，只使用了不到20分鐘，是這幾天覺得最陽春的浴場。

I felt that the tattoo cover up stickers could've been bigger or there could've been hours where it was fine to go in with a tattoo.

The parking wasn’t the most convenient as you have to wait for the car to get pull from their automated garage. You can’t just hop in and go.

入り口が風景に溶け合ってて最初入り口に戸惑った（いい意味もある） ３人１部屋予約でしたが、少々狭かった（鍵がかかってて開けられない収納庫？があってそのせいもある） テレビがネット対応じゃなかった

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026신선한 해산물로 유명하고 일본스러움의 조식이라고 하던데 딱 그게 맞는 듯 합니다. 카이센동을 안좋아하는 저라 조식의 일부를 즐기지 못했지만 가볍게 아침을 먹기엔 좋았어요! 직원들은 정말 친절했고, 대욕장이나 셀프 어메니티도 좋았어요! 체크인/아웃 전후로 짐보관, 엄청 만족스럽진 않지만 유아차도 대여해줍니다!
어린 아이들과 여행이라 안전한 다다미방이 있었으면 더 좋겠어요ㅠ 아기침대 진짜 작아요ㅠㅠ말도못하게 작아요 냉장고 냄새가 많이나고 성능도 아쉽 ㅠㅠ 연박이라 쓰레기통 밖에두면 정리해주고 수건은 걸어두는 형식이라 객실정돈이 안됩니다ㅜㅜ그것도 아쉽 위치는 메인에서 좀 걸어야하는거..?

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026お部屋:適度な広さで過ごしやすかったです。ベッドもとても寝やすかったです。 アメニティ:ロビーの横にセットされていて自分で必要なものをもっていける仕組みです。種類も豊富で、お子様用のも別に置いてあり、オムツまで置いてありました。高さも多少低めに設定してあった感じで、大人と同じように子供も選んで持っていける感じだったので、お子さんも嬉しいのでは？と感じました。 お食事:種類も多くとても楽しめました！海鮮もパンプキンスープもパンもお味噌もとても美味しかったです。 お風呂:シャワーヘッドも湯量もよかったですし、ドライヤーもダイソンはとても快適でした。清潔も保たれており、観光で疲れた身体が癒されました。 駐車場:連泊だったのですが、チェックイン時に費用をお支払いすると出し入れと宿泊中は場所が確保されるので助かりました。機械式なので混雑時は少し待ちますが、こればかりはしょうがないかなと。 サービス:夏場限定？のソフトクリームは色々と各場所で食べましたが、こちらのソフトクリームが濃厚で1番美味しかったかも？もう少し長い時間設定にしてもらって楽しみたかったくらいです♪ また、夜になるといろりの場所で果物を買ったりお酒などが楽しめるのですが、果物は果物専門のお店のものなのでとても美味しく、お酒の提供サービスをしていた女性も大変丁寧で夫婦で楽しい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。 混雑時のお盆の利用でしたが、清潔で和も感じられてオーナーさん？のこだわりが感じられる素敵なホテルでした。
エレベーターの待ちくらいでしょうか。ただ、利用客の多さゆえなので、仕方ないですし、多少待つくらいなので許容範囲です。なお、カードキーをかざしてから階数選択するので、そこのアナウンスはしてもいいかも？慣れてない人やバラバラでエレベーターに乗ってしまいカードキーがなくて右往左往してした方もいたので。(とはいえ、乗り合わせた人がフォローしあっていたので、それはそれで大丈夫でしたが。。) あと朝食は家族5名の利用だったので待つか悩みましたが、混雑しているのもありバラバラでの利用となりました。(もちろん、最初にそれでもいいか？の確認はありましたのでサービスの方の落ち度等ではありません)テキパキと席の準備をしてくださっていて、比較的スムーズな印象はありますが、絶対にホテルから出たい時間などある方は、ウェイティングもある可能性を鑑みて、動かれれば特に問題はないかと思います。

Stanze piccoline, difficile aprire le valigie. Il prezzo è un po' alto e la posizione non è comodissima se ci si muove con il trasporto pubblico, pur essendo in centro.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026立地、館内施設（お風呂など）、朝食すべてにおいて満足です。出張が多く、ビジホに泊まり慣れている主人も大絶賛でした。ただ、予算が合わないようで、残念ながら出張では利用できないと言っていました。
大浴場のリファのドライヤーが以外と使いづらい。すぐに止まる仕様になっていて風力も弱い。部屋にパナソニックのドライヤーがあったので、そちらを使用していました。とにかく外国人（特に中国人）が多く、大浴場では混み合っているにも関わらず、カランを占拠したり、アカスリを始めたりとやはりマナーが悪かったです。

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026어머니와 여행 아침 조식을 꼭 먹어야 합니다. 이 곳은 아침 조식에 우동, 게살밥, 회덮밥 모든 것들이 나와요. 사실 삿포로역 6층에 스시집 방문했는데 거기가느니 여기서 아침에 회덮밥 먹을겁니다. 대욕장이 있는데 너무 들어가고싶게 생긴 냉탕은 엄청 냉탕입니다. 사우나도 있으니 즐기기 좋아요. 탕은 하나 있습니다. 웰컴드링크 있다는데 저는 ,, 못먹었지만 드셔도 좋을거같아요. 사실 도시라서 큰 방 기대 안했습니다. 대신 어메니티 등 부대 시설이 참 조아용 가족끼리 가기 좋습니다. 공항 버스 타기도, 내려서 오기도 나쁘지 않은 거리에용 공항에서 올때 10분 걸었고, 갈때는 4분이면 정류장에 있습니다. 다른 사람들이 많이 타는 전 정거장이라서 좋았어요
결국엔 도시라서 어쩔 수 없는 방의 크기가 있었어용. 근데 그정도도 사실 나쁜건 아니었는데,, 캐리어 두개 펼칠 수 있는 더블룸이었습니다.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The hotel is situated walking distance to both the Odori Park station and Susukino Station. The room is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. It provides many amenities that can be picked up from the hotel lobby. The seafood breakfast buffet was one of the reasons I chose this hote and it did not disappoint. Love the sashimi selections and the crab legs are good, too.
For the table inside the room, there's no light fixture above it. So when eating snacks at the table, it's very dim.

The entire property and rooms are remarkably clean and modern, ensuring a very comfortable environment. The spacious public bath is equipped with a great sauna, which was the perfect way to unwind and recover from travel fatigue. Best of all, the breakfast is absolutely delicious. It features a rich variety of dishes, including fresh local Hokkaido seafood, making for a highly satisfying morning. With its convenient location, excellent facilities, and great service, this hotel is highly recommended and I would definitely love to stay here again when visiting Sapporo! 館内やお部屋はどこも新しく清潔感にあふれており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。広々とした大浴場にはサウナも完備されており、旅の疲れをじっくりと癒せるのが最高です。そして何より、朝食が非常に美味しいです。北海道ならではの新鮮な海の幸をはじめ、バラエティ豊かなメニューが揃っており、朝から大満足でした。 アクセスの良さはもちろん、設備もサービスも充実した、札幌を訪れる際にはぜひまた泊まりたいおすすめのホテルです。

吃早餐在關閉時間前15分鐘已經被職員提醒幾次要離開。

Reviewed May 14, 2026방의 구조가 맘에 들었다. 매트리스가 생각보다 작지 않음. 트렁크 두개 놓을 수 있음. 화장실 깨끗.
단체손님이 많아 로비가 항상 수선스럽고 조식이 전쟁터 같다. 음식도 생각보다 별로였음. 세면대 침대 밑에 방안에 있는데 물살이 너무 세서 물이 많이 튐. 숙박 시 하루 먹어보고 다음날 먹을지 생각하는게 나음. 대욕탕이 좀 작은 편. 노천탕 없음.

The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions and called a taxi for us when at departure . Would stay again . Subway station was about not too far to walk .
