Dirty. Our first room had dirty walls, mold in the shower. Second one was better but not great. Cockroach in the room, smelly elevator. Glass doors that lead to hallways disgusting, I was there almost 2 weeks and they were not cleaned once. The stairs also always dirty, hair, dust on every step, one day someone left unknown stain marks all the way up, took them 2 days to clean them. The staff was helpful when asked something but not very friendly in general and not very welcoming, most of the days I did not when I said good norning. Our key card kept on stopped working, we had to go downstairs and get it reset after every single use.
