Mancanza di scopetto nel vano bagno, senza il quale non è stato possibile pulire il water.

De lobby en het ontbijt is fantastisch. Personeel zeer vriendelijke de locatie was echt zo dichtbij het drukke centrum, maar je merkt er niets van in het hotel. Leuk om boven de shopping Mall te zitten.

De kamers kan op kleine puntjes beter. Stekkerdoos viel bijna uit de muur. Wat verouderde toilet. Maar het was wel goed schoon gemaakt.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Tolles Frühstück, Familienzimmer

Teils älteres Zimmer mit nichtabschliessbarer Zwischentüre? Aber halb so schlimm - Zimmer waren so wie gewohnt. Tipptopp.

La chambre était agréable et la vue sur la ville était sympa. L’emplacement est au top car à proximité du centre. Le petit-déjeuner en mode buffet est très bien.

Lo staff alla reception non salutava mai. La camera era poco illuminata e la stanza dove c'era il wc era minuscola....... Una donna in gravidanza non ci sarebbe entrata......

Die Lage ist gut,nahe zur Altstadt. Das Frühstück für diese Hotelklasse unwürdig. Spiegeleier sowie gekochte Eier mußte man sich selber herstellen. Die Auswahl an Wurst beschränkte sich auf rohen/gekochten Schinken (alles in einer Schale). Brotauswahl sowie süßer Aufstrich ok. Kaffeevollautomat Smoothie mußte ebenfalls selbst hergestellt werden.

Das Zimmer war abgewohnt. Die Toilette enger wie im Flugzeug. Kaum reservierte Parkplätze im Parkhaus für 2 Hotels Das Frühstück für diese Hotelklasse unwürdig. Spiegeleier sowie gekochte Eier mußte man sich selber herstellen. Die Auswahl an Wurst beschränkte sich auf rohen/gekochten Schinken (alles in einer Schale). Brotauswahl sowie süßer Aufstrich ok. Kaffeevollautomat Smoothie mußte ebenfalls selbst hergestellt werden.

Nothing the worst hotel and worst staff and very dirty rooms.

The staff is the worst i have ever seen, specially the old lady that checked me in on the 25 of aug at noon, i have never seen such a rude person. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are very dirty ( carpets and bed sheets) and the staff have bad attitude. Worst hotel ever. No body will help you with your luggage, and the elevators are very small they cannot fit my luggage, i could fit my family and strollers, i had to use the elevator 4 times to take my luggage to my room, at the end i changed hotels and didnt stay in this horrible hotel.

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Altstadt. Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel mit Zugang zum Einkaufszentrum. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Kind staff, location, nice lobby

Very narrow bed, 140cm is not enough fot 2 people. Also narrow parking lots and parking exit ramps do not comply with new car standards and it is hard not to damage rims when exiting the garage.

The hotel location just spot on for a visit to the city. The room was very well situated, perfectly working air con, hatdly any noise despite view of the busy main road. Nice touch with a personal welcome note and some chocolates. Kids loved that even more! Breakfast was plentiful but we dont see the point in cooking own fried eggs as it was messy and other guest took forever.

Very convenient location. In one building there is a shopping center, an Auchan grocery store and a two-level underground parking. Public transport is in front of the entrance. The city center is across the bridge. Very rich breakfast. The room has air conditioning, convenient sockets. Very clean and thoroughly cleaned.

The hotel offers to use the -2 level of parking. And there is no elevator there. It is inconvenient to drag suitcases up the narrow stairs.

L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Strasbourg, proximité immédiate de la cathédrale et de Petite France. Personnel et accueillant et très aimable. Beau RDC de l'hôtel Lit adulte très confortable, chambre familiale, salle de bain et toilette propre.

la chambre familiale est très petite avec 2 ados et un des 2 lits enfant grinçait à chaque mouvement. La moquette couloir et chambre a déjà bien vécu. Petit déjeuner hors de prix avec des ados (gratuit moins de 12 ans) nous avons donc préféré le prendre en ville.

Breakfast was good, although the croissants were not as buttery as the rest of the viennoiserie. Staff were polite and welcoming.

All three doors (toilet, WC, and ante-chamber) in the room creaked. Going for a overnight visit to the toilet, all family was up. The bathtub's and the lavatory's sinks were clogged. One side of the double bed was slightly tilted. Details of furniture saw better days.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Eingangsbereich, Lounge und Speisebereich war sehr schön gestaltet und sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, man hatte alles was man brauchte.

Das Zimmer war okay. Die Möbel, der Boden war alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aber noch okay. Der Halter für Toilettenpapier ist fast aus der Wand gefallen. Man konnte damit sehr gut umgehen, wäre aber schöner, wenn es mal etwas generalüberholt werden würde. Die Toilette und das Bad mit Dusche sind separat, was im Grunde ja auch super ist, allerdings ist die Toilette so klein wie möglich, die Tür kaum zu zu bekommen und nach dem Toilettengang muss man ins neben Bad um sich die Hände zu waschen. Auf der Buchungsseite stand, das unter anderem Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen werden würde. Mit Englisch konnte man sich gut verständigen, aber jemanden der Deutsch kann, haben wir nicht getroffen.

Sie lag sehr zentral und man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Ubicación estupenda se puede ir andando a las zonas turísticas. La habitación era grande y cómoda. Buen baño con el wc aparte. Acceso directo desde el parking.

No hay nada malo que se me ocurra

Le personnel est disponible, agréable, serviable et très efficace. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée, avec une bouteille d’eau, une bouilloire ainsi que du thé et du café. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, avec de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Le parking, pour 20h€/24h, en sous-sol est également un vrai plus.

Hotel je ispunio sva naša očekivanja. U blizini samog centra grada, udaljeni smo bili svega par minuta hoda od svih znamenitosti. Uvijek smo uspjeli naći mjesto za parkirati automobil u garaži ispod hotela. Osoblje preljubazno, svi su spremni pomoći, sobe uredne i čiste. Ako nas put ponovno nanese u Strasbourg definitivno ćemo opet ovdje odsjesti.

Posizione strategica, a dieci minuti da Notre Dame. Bagno moderno e attrezzato.

Il bocchettone dell’aria condizionata era proprio sopra il letto. Qualche informazione in più sul parcheggio sarebbe servita per avere la macchina proprio sotto l’hotel.

Dificultad para aparcar... si vas con una furgoneta es complicado ya que la mayoría de pàrquings de Francia son de 1,90 de alto.

Am besten gefallen haben uns die Nähe zur Stadtmitte und die Kinderfreundlichkeit – sogar mit einem kleinen Geschenk für unser Kind. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über das Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer und das gute Frühstücksbuffet.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter und man merkt an einigen Stellen, dass eine Renovierung nötig wäre. Die Zimmer sind zwar komfortabel und sauber, aber man spürt, dass die Einrichtung und Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind.

Nous n'avions pas réalisé qu'il n'y a même pas d'arrêt-minute permettant de déposer des personnes et des bagages avant d'aller se garer plus loin.

Camere che necessitano di manutenzione (ormai datate). Lavandino occluso da quando siamo arrivati (fortunatamente abbiamo fatto una sola notte)

Мінібар холодильник не морозить. Реально 190 см висота парковки. 192 вже не проходить. І так по всьому місту.. якщо машина вище - паркується на сусідніх вулицях і треба тягнути всі речі до готелю. Другий раз я сюди не приїду.

Nous aurions apprécié que le petit frigo soit allumé à notre arrivée afin d'avoir la bouteille d'eau qui soit fraîche.

Stanza un po piccola la mia ( ma vivibilissima), Aggiungerei uno scopino per il wc e se ci fosse una convenzione con il posteggio sarebbe eccellente.

The location was great. The sofa bed was very comfortable for the children. The reception and breakfast area was very modern and well decorated. We all loved the breakfast. Lovely selection and plenty of it.

The hotel rooms themselves are very dated and in need of refurbishment. We found a massive toe nail clipping on the floor of our room, which didnt wasnt great.

Está muy bien ubicado, a 6 minutos de la plaza Klebber, junto al centro comercial Les Halles. Dispone de habitaciones amplias, nosotros éramos 4 y aunque se ve que el edificio es algo viejo, estaba limpio y la zona del desayuno muy bonita, y desayuno muy variado.
