Завтраки отличные, очень разнообразные, но в основном азиатские блюда, номер отличный, большой, продуманы всякие приятные мелочи, бесплатные напитки, приветственные фрукты, персонал отеля очень приветливый, очень удобное расположение, в центре, недалеко метро, но мы передвигались на такси. Есть зона спа с бассейном, сходили один раз, больше не захотелось, так как много людей в небольшом бассейне.

не очень чисто в отеле, кнопки у лифта постоянно в пятнах от чужих прикосновений, в номере не очень чистое покрытие на полу, и самое неприятное это запах сигаретного дыма в номере и в коридорах из за общего кондиционирования воздуха.

Front desk manager Liu helped us extensively to solve problems with our onward travel arrangements so that we are not stranded at the destination.

The Gym was good, hotel was a bit dated, but the entire area was undergoing construction so it was very difficult to get in/out of the hotel, lots of traffic jams and having to walk through broken concrete. Not a great experience for the price.

The hotel was of very good quality. Clean and convenient to transportation. The staff members were very friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

The hotel has all the facilities you might need. The staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Shower is good. The Chinese breakfast is extensive.

A bit disappointing that the western breakfast options were not great and unlike the Chinese options, were quite cold.

Easy ride to anywhere in the city, the hotel is dated but in a good condition. Staff are polite but not proactive. Though there are 2 malls next to the hotel, dining options are not that many.

Nearby very demure shopping mall and walking streets. Center of city to make your going anywhere easy. Classic fashion interior. Front desk English was good, easy to talking for information about the city.

Fantastic location, helpful staff, overall beautiful hotel. Right next to one of the main shopping strips but still within short taxi ride from the main station. Staff were very patient with my limited chinese and gave great recommendations.

Wish I could have stayed longer

Stayed for two weeks. Great food, clean facility , friendly staff. The cleaning lady 郭阿姨 was very nice and helpful.

I like the swimming pool and the spa sauna offered to all customers who lived in the hotel .

Located in city center, surrounded by shopping malls, tons of restaurants, very convenient. The entrance gate is "hidden", not in the main road; facilities a little old.

The best thing that we love to stay here, its a sauna and pool. Pool all the time is clean, water as we think the best of all hotelt around. Sauna at any tine really hot and clean. We love to stay here.

Rooms a bit old. Stuff much friendly. If we have problem with breakfast at main restaurant, manager (Lady) invite us to another comfortable place for get a meal. Really friendly service.

The breakfast is real good! A lot good meals and fruits. We are traveling with kids and grandmother. By the way, family vacation is not easy by the food lovers and make right choice for everyone, but this breakfast is full of passion! Special THANKS FOR DRY SAUNA 96* and WATERPOOL! This is why we are planing to to this hotel next time. Sauna and waterpool - The best in Dongbei hotels.

Room a bit dirty, also strong smoking fla. for our family is uncomfortable. But this room was recommended by staff for best view NY Fireworks. Thats is great job. But a bit dirty and old. Licking water from all tubs.

We stayed for 2 nights after 4 nights at a skii trip in Songhua Ski Resort. My youngest son broke his leg skiing, and he had a fresh cast. The hotel was super-accommodating with bedding, and had a complementary wheelchair to use. Breakfast buffet is awesome - one of the best, and I've stayed at all the 5+star major brands in Asia. Location was great for nearby Dongbei food or chinese bbq.

酒店位置交通便利,飲食方面也有很多選擇,員工服務很好,很到位且貼心,但酒店內旳餐飲一般,仍有很多要改善的地方,如款式.味道等,座位餐等都應好好調整一下,畢竟也是一間有品牌的五星級酒店,餐飲方面應有相應要求,房間設備稍舊了,可更新一下會較佳,但員工服務確實很好,讚!

위치가 좋았습니다. 맛있는 저녁식사를 위한 식당을 추천해주셨는데 정말 맛있는 곳이었습니다. 그리고 아침에 공항픽업 서비스를 신청했는데, 예상보다 고급차를 보내줘서 매우 편안하게 공항까지 갈 수 있었습니다.

Smells bad near the elevators and sometimes in the room. Smells of smoke and also (apologies) “toilet”. Toilet in bathroom is too close to shower - nothing to be done about it thought until they decide to renovate again.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I loved the comfort and peaceful atmosphere of my room #1620. Excellent, friendly staff.

I stayed here for two weeks for business. The hotel offered everything I needed for a longterm stay: comfort, cleanliness, and friendly employees (Duke! He was amazing! My phone was accidentally left on the room service table and taken away, and Duke handled it and found it! He helped us out a lot of other ways too. Excellent employee). The hotel isn’t in the best area for playing tourist, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault! It’s in a business area and is perfect for someone traveling for work. 10/10

Every time I visit Changchun, I won’t even consider to stay other hotels in Changchun. Shangri-La Changchun is the only hotel I prefer. The hotel located in Changchun City Centre. And all Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Mr ZENG Kaizhao from the reception； Mr LIU Zhizhong from concierge desk; Ms LIU lili at Club Dinning Room. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family, friends and colleagues.

very good service with staff, good location. good breakfast.

Three of us have asked for massage services upon check in, they need to call for outside help and we finally got a call at 650pm for the 7pm appointments. We immediately went downstairs to the spa but needed to wait till 715pm because one of the masseuses was stuck in traffic. We also needed to wait for them outside the rooms to get towels and bedsheets ready. The rooms were tiny and filled with large and small stuffs here and there, no music was played throughout the service. Light was not soothing for a professional massage. Even though we started 15 mins late, two of us ended at original scheduled time. The masseuses were not experienced and it was definitely not a relaxing 90 mins.

I went to Changchun for a holiday weekend, and the Shangri-La was a great base. The hotel is beautiful, the room very comfortable, the breakfast buffet is excellent and the gym is good. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or spa, or to enjoy the lobby bar, all of which looked very good. The neighbourhood is lively, there are elegant shops and malls, but also some street food and more local life close by. It’s very close to a subway for exploring further. The service was very well intentioned, with a couple of minor stumbles: at one point three concierges but nobody noticed me to answer a question; my breakfast table was given away while I was getting more food...but as I say overall good and friendly service.

Basically, good hotel and excellent location. My biggest complaint is that I used Hotels.com reward-night, so my stay was paid. Hotel wanted to charge me full price, and they reserved 200 Euros from my credit card, and still, after 2 weeks, they haven't released it.

This hotel is up to the highest western standards, great room, great location for Changchun, clean, and excellent breakfast. The lounge was also very well staffed and always had items out for a quick snack, excellent place for working. I also chose this for the gym (stayed for 7 days), which had treadmills, weight-lifting stations, so overall I would definitely stay here again.

It’s not like a typical Shangri-la hotel I stayed at befor, the service at the front desk wasn’t so welcoming, we arrive at around 2am, they might be tired to show their patience. The room is ok, a bit old though. We booked a “big-bed” room, I think it means king size bed, but the bed is made by two twin beds, so there is a gap in the middle which made us no too comfortable. The horrible thing I have to mention is the other day when we want to head to the train station, we waited 20 minutes for the taxi to come, and another 20 minutes to just leave the hotel area. because the traffic around the hotel was so so bad! Especially at the parking entrance, the back gate when people coming off the bus or taxi. So I really suggest you to plan your trip earlier when leaving.

Overall it's a nice hotel with great location and nice room just you don't feel from the lobby but it's okay.

I stay at this Shangri-la hotel twice a year. And finally, the rooms have been remodeled. (At least the ones I've stayed in.) Thus, rooms are now nice, fresh and comfortable. The buffets are still tasty. Breakfast buffets cost RMB137 and lunch buffets RMB167. (US$1 = RMB6.9.) Hotel's location is excellent. It's smack in the middle of downtown. Bank of China is close. Starbucks is right across the street, and KFC is nearby. From airport to hotel, taxi will cost you RMB100-120. From Changchun West rail station to hotel will cost about RMB30.

Excellent all around. Amazing well equipped gym and complimentary spa. Clean modern rooms and very friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be back!

Horizon Club on the usual 22nd Floor was closed whilst under renovation....i.e. noisy drilling and hammering going on and vibrating throughout the hotel all day from around 0700. Horizon Club breakfast/tea room temporarily moved to 3rd Floor in a small function room and was very cramped and no view to outside. Disappointing. Concierge staff are unhelpful !

It was pleasant and I enjoyed my stay!

The service was bad. The restaurant was crowded and smelly. Water dripped from the ceiling in the bathroom, so I had to change rooms mid night.

The buffet breakfast was great, one of the best I've ever had. It cost RMB137 (US$1 = RMB6.6.) Although the room was comfortable, it could have used a refreshing. Wifi wasn't so good in certain parts of the room. So I went to business center, where it worked fine. It was no problem. Fitness facility was fully equipped, and there was a good indoor pool for swimming laps.

Not up to Shangri-La's standard

They didn't bring the fruit on the second day. The Horizon Club benefits were good, but during the happy hour they should have a more varied selection. Also, besides the Horizon Club benefits this hotel is just nice rooms and nothing much else. We were also surprised that the health club did not let us borrow clothes.

The area is crowded therefore not convenient to get in and out. Also crowded around the hotel, The inside of room is pretty old and shows everywhere. It's a reasonable hotel, but not I expected for a 5-star hotel. The hotel second floor is like a warehouse, not a good fit for the hotel and probably shouldn't open to visitors.

My wife and I stayed at the Shangri-La hotel in Changchun for four nights at the beginning of August, 2015. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is a solid four to five star hotel with all the amenities you would expect from an upscale property. I reserved my room and rate using Hotels.com in the United States. The hotel is business, traditional, and our room was very comfortable and well appointed. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. There was an adequate number of electrical outlets for us to recharge and plug in our cellphones, iPads, and laptops. There was free wireless Internet access in the room and on the first floor. The Internet speed and reliability was very good for a hotel in China. The hotel had a well-equipped fitness center and a terrific breakfast buffet in the main restaurant on the first floor. It is a combination of Western and Chinese foods, with a large variety of food choices. Considering the price, quality, and comfort, this hotel was the right choice for our visit. For now, I believe the Shangri-La Hotel is the best choice for Westerners in Changchun. A new Hyatt Regency will open soon on Renmin Street. This will definitely give the Shangri-La strong competition.

This is a beautiful hotel with great services! My check-in and check-out were prompt and very smooth! The room was amazing, extremely comfortable bed, cleaned/refreshed every day and a good wide selection of tv channels! Also, the staff was very nice and welcoming....couldn't have asked for a better experience! Will be staying there again when i revisit Changchun!

It is the best in Changchun but I did think the front desk at check needs to be more professional in terms of not letting people cut in line when I have been waiting in line. The hotel is very nice and the most expensive in Changchun

It is an awful Shangri-La hotel. It is by far the worst Shangri-La hotel that we have ever stayed. We would suggest that Shangri-La close the hotel.

Top notch service, accommodations, and food. This hotel serves the local Volkwagen and Audi plants, and has a large number of German staff, all with very good English language skills.

Good location downtown. Convienient to everything and great high-end shopping right nerxt door. Service and food were excellent. Highly recomment the Horizon Club for drinks and meals!
