Check in was fun and easy but i didnt understand that i needed to use my card to make the lights work so that was a little stressf. The room was super tiny and cute and served its purpose for the night. The bar staff was nice and fun.

Séjour du 10 au 14 juillet 2025. À notre arrivée tardive, on nous attribue une chambre qui ne correspond pas à la réservation faite via Hotels.com (1 lit double au lieu d’un lit double + 1 simple pour deux adultes). Le réceptionniste (intérimaire, sans accès au système) tente de trouver une solution pendant 20 minutes. Il nous donne finalement une autre chambre, plus petite, mal agencée, avec deux lits simples et un lit escamotable dans le placard, rendant le rangement impossible. Il déclare que “la chambre réservée n’existe pas” et critique Hotels.com en disant que “ce sont les pires pour les réservations”. À vrai dire, on a eu l’impression que nous voir dormir dans notre voiture l’aurait arrangé. Il manquait les serviettes à notre arrivée, demandées à 23h30. Le dimanche soir, plus de gel douche ni de gel pour les mains. Au check-out, un autre réceptionniste (Malik) nous donne une version contradictoire (“panne de clim” dans la chambre initiale — faux). Aucun geste commercial, aucune excuse. Seul point positif : une jeune femme au bar, très professionnelle. Globalement, une expérience décevante. Je déconseille cet hôtel.

Good hotel if your looking for something close to the airport for a layover flight

A very good hotel, friendly efficient staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well sound proofed (there was a thunderstorm which I could hardly hear). Bar prices were a little high, but a great stay.

I liked the hotel. It looked new. Everybody were nice. You need to have a car to be able to get around. The hotel is located a few minutes from Paris.

Hotel wasn’t in a great location unless you need to be next to the 2nd airport, probably decent if you have a car, bus stops not too far from hotel which was good but not a lot of anything close to the hotel, room had broken/ missing button on the toilet, curtains where dirty, numerous hairs found in small apartment. Hotel was cheap but room was very basic, no storage for anything, no table, no fridge anything like that. 3/5 for me on this hotel, wouldn’t stay here again. Didn’t interact with any staff as we were out all the time, I’m sure they were prob amazing, bar / cafe area looked nice and clean and spacious.

Very adequate for a single night before catching an early flight at CDG. The front staff was friendly and quick, vending and restaurants in the hotel were excellent and affordable. Only thing wrong with our room was the AC didn't work. We didn't bother reporting it because we were there for less than 12 hours.

Clean property

The entrance to the hotel is unpleasant for the tires and the car. It would be great if there was a small ramp that would make it a little more pleasant to drive over the ledge. A small fitness room would also have been good Otherwise the stay was great, the Staff was also kind.

Hotellet var virkelig godt. Rigtig fin parkering, fint værelse rigtig fint badeværelse og god rengøring. Super steak restaurant loge ved siden af.

The staff at the front desk were SUPER nice. The lady that registered us, and the young man that was there later on. Got TV problems but that was fixed, and in a very good manner. The hotel itself was what promised. Nothing extra, but what we needed for one night on our way back to CDG and home. A real, and BIG plus, was the steakhouse next door. EXCELLENT food and GREAT service.

Quiet, and I had a good night sleep. Comfortable bed.

I booked this property because I had a car rental and I needed a facility that was close to the airport and had parking available. The hotel is very nice and clean and modern. The rooms were big and spacious. The bathroom was very big and also spacious and clean. Both of the reception ladies that helped me were extremely nice, helpful and spoke a great English, which was very helpful for me, if I was in the same situation again, I would definitely stay there and would recommend this to anybody with an early flight or a car rental in Paris. There is also a restaurant on the premise, which smelled delicious, but I was not able to try it.

Séjour agréable hôtel confortable et récent. Présence d’un restaurant à proximité pour se restaurer et un centre commercial à quelques km. Propreté moyenne, présence de cheveux dans la cabine de douche, hormis cela rien à signaler, personnel professionnel.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été globalement satisfaisant, avec des chambres propres et un service acceptable. Cependant, un incident perturbant a affecté mon expérience : une situation inappropriée où une femme était entendue par l'ensemble de l'hôtel dans des activités intimes avec quelqu'un. Malheureusement, malgré les signalements, aucune mesure n'a été prise pour remédier à cette situation, ce qui a sérieusement compromis le confort et l'ambiance de l'établissement. De plus, j'aurais apprécié un approvisionnement en serviettes et produits de base plus généreux, ainsi que des produits éco-responsables avec une odeur agréable. Une expérience globalement mitigée, principalement en raison de cet incident sonore gênant.

When we checked in the family room at noon as the Expedia confirmation said, the staff told me the room needed to be cleaned and check-in could only be done after 2pm. In the evening we got our key card from reception and entered the room. We found that the room was not made clean, the bed was messed up and there was eaten pizza on the table 😣 I asked the staff for help and they gave me another room in the next building. We were exhausted moving all our belongings and the baby to another room, but unfortunately when we opened the door we discovered that the new room was not the family room. There was only one double bed in the room😖 I asked the staff for help again! ! ! After moving twice, I can finally have a clean family room😤

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum Paris. Dies war für uns der einzige Nachteil dieses Hotels. Der Check Inn und das der Checkout war für uns noch niemals so unkompliziert. Das Personal war freundlich und ging auch auf unsere Wünsche die wir bezüglich eines barrierefreien Zimmers für eine Rollstuhlfahrerin hatten unkompliziert und kostenlos ein. Das Frühstück war für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse mehr als zufriedenstellend. Es wurden qualitativ gute Speisen angeboten und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Von uns bekommt dieses Hotel eine 1+ mit Sternchen.

Hotel room was smaller than I expected, it wasn't as described in online. People in the lobby didn't speak English very well, couldn't communicate very well.

Une fois la porte ouverte, un cadeau de bienvenu nous était réservé dans les toilettes; de la matière fécale mélangée à de l'urine au sein même du pot. De quoi nous envoyer ravie.

J'aime bien l'hotel très bon accueil,cadre paisible mais le souci il n'y a pas trop de transports,c'est três loin de la gare de gonesse.Mais le séjour a été agréable .

Une personne est rentrer dans notre chambre à 3 heure du matin ( faux passe ? Ou erreur ? ) la personne est restée à la porte en insistant. J’ai téléphoné à l’accueil mais aucune réponse. Le matin j’ai signalé le problème à la réception aucune excuse. Je pense qu’il s’en foutait royalement !!!!!

3. yatak dolabın içindeydi. Yatağı açtığımızda kirli olduğunu gördük. Ayrıca oda çok küçük, saç kurutma makinası yoktu. Televizyon vardı ama buna gerek yoktu. Resepsiyon 80 euro depozito aldı, 10 gün oldu hala kredi kartına iadesi yapılmadı.

Bien, bel accueil malgré l'heure tardive. Le problème c'est que le matin une personne à décidé de faire profiter l'hôtel de sa Playlist volume à fond sans se préoccuper de ceux qui avaient besoin de dormir encore ou simplement d'avoir un réveil au calme.

Accès voyageurs avec bagages trop éloigné du parking. Accueil très moyen : attente au guichet, pas un sourire, pas d'explication sur l'utilisation des clés/cartes. Chambre avec accès par un sas qui empestait le tabac. Chambre twin très petite, pas d'oreiller supplémentaire, 1 seule serviette par personne. Petit-dejeuner nul... à 9 h, plus de viennoiserie, plus de madeleine, signalement au personnel sans résultat. Café de mauvaise qualité. Pas de carafe d'eau. Pot de barette de sucre rempli d'étuis vides. Déchets à côté de la poubelle extérieure et le surplomb au-dessus du restau est rempli de déchets divers et variés.

Correct pour un hôtel de type budget Distributeur de savon de la douche était vide et depuis plusieurs clients de toutes évidences.

La propreté et le confort de la literie est super. Restaurant mitoyen excellent.

Stay here 2 nights and that was enough. The room is a room with just beds. No trash can, no shelves or any amenities. Cleaning in room was horrible. Found pubic hair in the shower. Would not stay there again, even if someone wanted to pay me.

Nécessiterait d’être shampouiner ! Mise à disposition 2 prises électriques pour recharge véhicules. Un bon séjour dans cet établissement. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant lors de ce séjour.

Notre séjour était passable pour trois raisons : 1/ la climatisation faisait défaut car elle n’est pas réglable par le client à partir de la chambre mais par l’hôtel donc pour nous il faisait chaud dans notre chambre ce qui nous a empêché de dormir. 2/ la sirène d’alarme anti incendie s’est déclenchée à 1h du matin. 3/ le sol de la chambre est sale

Nous avons été accueillis à la réception au bout de 15 min d'attente, car le réceptionniste occupé avec d'autres personnes...Mais son collègue en face n'avait personne et n'est pas intervenu pour lui aider....La première chose qu'on m'a demandé c'est une CB de 80€ pour caution!!!!! C'est la première fois qu'on me demande cela dans votre chaine et de surcroit en passant par un site de réservation ! J'ai essayé de comprendre, et la seule réponse qui m'a été donné par l'employé : " C'est comme ça et puis c'est tout, sinon vous ne rentrez pas" ! ! quel bel accueil ! ! ! Sachant quand même que avant moi, un JH qui venait récupéré sa chambre, on lui a donné SANS caution, car il a dit qu'il n'avait pas de CB ! ! ! 2 poids 2 mesures... Une fois que nous avions notre sésame, mais quelle surprise....une chambre avec un ménage fait partiellement et 3 murs (parois) complètement défoncés... On voyait encore la marque du coup de poing... J'en ai fait des photos et montés au réceptionniste...mais pas de remarque, ni de changement de chambre....Le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner, rupture de pain et croissant chocolat...et il n'était QUE 9:30....

An sich war das Hotel echt super. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, auch wenn sie nicht allzu groß sind. Für einen sightseeing Trip mehr als genügend. Auch in der Lobby waren es sehr sauber und gemütlich und man konnte seine Abende dort sein und draußen sehr gut verbringen. Das einzige, was uns extrem gestört hat, war der cleaning Service. Es wurde zwar alles super sauber gemacht, aber unsere Sachen wurden zum Teil auf den Boden gestellt (Hygieneartikel) oder aber auch einfach umgestellt. Zudem haben sie Sachen unseres Babys, die sie in den Mund nimmt, einfach auf den Boden geschmissen bzw. es auf dem Boden liegen gelassen und eine Flasche Wein, die noch befolgt war und auf dem Tisch stand, einfach entfernt. Leider wurde auf meine Beschwerde an den supervisor noch nicht mal reagiert!
