I arrived late, and the staff had left the key for me, making check-in quick and easy. It was the perfect start to my stay. The location is excellent, and there was plenty of parking available around the hotel. Everything was smooth and convenient. Highly recommended!

Der Fluglärm, der Straßenlärm und kiffende Gäste, der Qualm drang bis ins Zimmer. Für 4 Tassen Kaffee 24 Franken, ziemlich dreist.

Tres bons equipements. Pas de clim mais un ventilateur mis a disposition. Lit tres bien et salle de bain tres correcte. Bonne localisation pres de la gare et places de park disponibles.

super bruyant; on donne sur une rue trop passante et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre.. En été, il n’y a pas de climatisation et on donne plein sud donc la fournaise et en est dans le noir avec des volets baissés, voir cassés. enfin les matelots étaient trop mous… il faudrait les changer.

Chek-in und out war schnell und unkompliziert Parkplätze gratis an der Unterkunft Zimmer war gross und sauber, klimatisiert und die Fenster waren sehr schalldicht

Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Wir waren eine Stunde nach der Frühstücks-Öffnungszeit im Restaurant. Das Buffet war fast schon leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Die Begründung dafür war, dass schon Gäste vor uns da waren und zu viel konsumiert haben, darum hat es nichts mehr. Sowas darf nicht sein, wenn man schon mit Frühstück bucht! Vor dem Hotel und am Empfang sah es etwas ungepflegt aus.

Es war eine praktische Unterkunft mit genügend freien Parkplätzen, die im Preis inbegriffen sind. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was sich besonders im Badezimmer zeigte. Ich war wohl auf der "älteren" Seite des Hotels, wo es keine Klimaanlagen im Zimmer gibt. Es wurde ein (leider etwas lottriger, leistungsschwacher, aber immerhin) Turmventilator zur Verfügung gestellt (es gab in dieser Zeit aussergewöhnlich heisse Temperaturen).

Kein Vier-Stern-Hotel nach meiner Einschätzung: Das Restaurant und die Bar sind seit März 2026 geschlossen, was klar nicht der Beschreibung des Hotels (Booking.com im Juni 2026) entspricht. Die Reception ist häufig nicht besetzt, selbst wenn sie es gemäss Info an der Reception sein sollte. Wer ausserhalb der (Büro-)Öffnungszeiten eincheckt, findet Schlüssel und Anmeldeinformationen offen auf der Theke vor (Datenschutz?). Ich wurde an einem Sonntagnachmittag von einer verzweifelten amerikanischen Familie angesprochen, die keine Hilfe fand wegen der nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage in deren Zimmer. Auch erhielten sie den dringend benötigten Adapter für ihre Handys nicht bei Ankunft. Ihre Anrufe, Nachrichten auf dem Anrufbeantworter wurden nicht beantwortet. Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts zwei Mitarbeitende gesehen, die Dame an der Reception war zurückhaltend-freundlich, der Herr vielleicht etwas unbeholfen und der deutschen Sprache nicht wirklich mächtig. Er duzte mich und meinte "Was wotsch?" (Was willst du?), als ich jemanden suchte, der mir mit dem Gepäck helfen würde ... denn in der Nacht vor meiner Abreise fiel der Lift aus, was bis zu meiner Abreise nicht behoben wurde. Als Seniorin und Asthmatikerin war es mir nicht möglich, mehrfach in den 4. Stock hoch- und runterzusteigen und mein Gepäck inkl. privatem Ventilator zum Auto zu bringen. Der Herr hat nach längerem Nicht-Verstehen dann doch geholfen.

Bien que nous sommes arrivés après la fermeture de la réception, notre clé et notre fiche nous attendait à la réception. La chambre familiale est hyper spacieuse et agréable. C'était très calme. La petite bouteille d'eau offerte était très agréable.

Le seul hic était l'ascenseur en panne. Mais rien de vaut une petite marche.

War alles OK. Wir wussten, dass es zu Fluglärm kommen kann.

Flug- und Strassenlärm. Keine Klimaanlage, weshalb es keinen guten Schlaf gab. Es war sehr heiss die Tage, als wir da waren.

Für eine gute Übernachtung in Wallisellen ist es optimal

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber.

Es war niemand da, auch am Morgen an der Rezeption nicht. Wir konnten gar nicht gut schlafen weil es sehr laut war in der Nacht. Andauernd wurden die Türen zugeschlagen und war sehr hellhörig.

It was close to the train station which was easy to navigate to.

There was rarely someone at reception and the restaurant was only open the one morning. No real cooling in the building during a hot summer.

Zimmer etwas staubig, Stromausfall der erst am nächsten Tag wiederhergestellt war. Frühstück Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben! Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt!

+ Selbstabholung vom Schlüssel an der Rezeption perfekt funktioniert + auch späte Ankunft in der Nacht problemlos möglich + saubere Zimmer + Lüfter im Zimmer für Sommer + Wasserflasche gratis im Zimmer + Kosten im Rahmen (für Zürich)

Accueil très froid contrairement à la température de l’établissement élevé, La chambre était un four, impossible de dormir avec 33 degré !! Un ventilateur des années 90 qui malheureusement n’avait pas beaucoup d’impact !! Un hôtel qui se donne 4* et qui en mérite au maximum 2 !! Inadmissible Sur la porte d’un bureau est inscrit « BiG Boss » ; le serveur au petit déjeuner ne connaissait même pas son nom, et d’ailleurs il ne l’avait soit disant jamais vu car il ne serait pas souvent là. Lorsque vous arrivez à la réception, un panneau indique un numéro à appeler. Au bout d’un moment une voix enregistrée invite à envoyer un mail … Bonjour le service client !! Hôtel à éviter !

Ingen AC när det var 38 grader på rummet, sov inte en minut och kvävdes nästan i värmen . Tråkig personal utan servicemind. Kanske varit bättre om det funnits luft på hotellet

Really clean and nice rooms, an older building, but nicely kept and refurbished. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast, fresh, everything very good.

The only reason for a lower score is due to the lack of AC (not unusual in a Swiss small / family style hotel) during a European heat wave.

Comfortable beds. Rooms had decent space. Very clean

No air con. Some fans were provided but it just pushed hot air around. The front desk was hardly manned and when it was, there was very little interaction and she didn’t make you feel welcome.

No tissue roll after cleaning the bathroom. The fan was old and not working properly. Stuff was uncooperative

Mancanza di aria condizionata che non mi ha consentito di riposare la notte. Il ristorante era chiuso e quindi la comodità di rimanere nella stessa struttura anche per la cena é stata vanificata.

I got the top floor room. It was 30+ degrees in my room, no airconditioning at all, didn't sleep all night with the windows open.

My train was exceptionally late - more than 2 hours delay. I was even thinking to cancel my trip. I arrived very late at night. But everything was organized very well by the staff and went smoothly.

エアコン設備がない‼︎ 37度ある日だったので、クーラーもなく夜寝るのが辛すぎた。 扇風機などを貸してもらえたが、ほこりまみれで全く使えませんでした。　　 6月から夏にかけては、エアコンないので大変だと思います。

Hôtel ok pour une nuit

Lit pas confortable, une fenêtre qui n'était pas possible d'ouvrir (la poignet était retirée), chaleur extrême dans la chambre.

Près de la gare et arrêt de bus pour se rendre à l'aéroport! Tranquille et confortable.

Salle de bain mal ventilé.

La situation géographique de l’hôtel était top.

Une hôtesse d accueil complètement dépassée et agressive. Aucune volonté de comprendre ce qu on a essayé de lui dire. Heureusement le gérant etait bienveillant et compréhensif.

I like the bed

Breakfast, very poor

Super comfortable bed: This was practically the only positive aspect of our stay. The mattress was great and provided some much-needed rest after a long journey.

No air conditioning: I didn't even know it was possible for a 4-star hotel to not have A/C. It was incredibly hot in the room. Loud street noise: Because of the heat, we had to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, the hotel is located on a very noisy street, which made sleeping almost impossible. Non-working Wi-Fi: In this day and age, and for this claimed standard, a lack of working internet access is simply unacceptable. Extremely tight parking: The parking spaces are so narrow and small that parking a larger car is incredibly stressful and carries a high risk of scratching the doors.

Väldigt rent och stora rum fanns parking framför. Rekommenderar starkt.

Personalen hon som stod i receptionen var otrevlig sa inte något alls och bemötandet var dåligt. Inte så nära centrum men vi hade bil så spelade ingen roll för oss.

Staff were rude. No reception or emergency to reached out. I asked for a fan or air condition they refuse to give I asked for kettle also refused to give. I asked for a towel. One extra was not provided. The room was so hot. I asked room to at least transfer was not provided was noisy as as facing the street and the railway stations the staff use vulgar words

Allt annat speciellt frukosten! Urusel.för ett fyra stjärnors hotell - som var helt annorlunda än förra gången vi var där.

Große Zimmer, Betten waren ok, gute Lage.

Frühstück war unter aller Erwartungen. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr dürftig. Teilweise war das magere Angebot an Gemüse und Obst nicht frisch und der Hygienezustand im Frühstücksbereich ist inakzeptabel. Flecken und Schmutz am Geschirr, Fliegen im Orangensaft-Behälter sind nur einige Punkte.

Odalar temiz ve ferahtı. Konumu guzel. Özellikle ücretsiz otopark bulunması çok iyi. Odada buzdolabı vardi. Girişte ücretsiz masaj koltuğu vardı günün yorgunluğunu atmak için gayet güzeldi.

Kahvaltı çok kötü. Bazen uçak sesinden rahatsız olabilirsiniz. Fakat 4 yıldızlı otel değil.

The standard room have no air conditioning and are on the last floor. During very warm days it is a very uncomfortable experience. The nights were very loud.

Hot and humid room, pillows were huge, if you want to sleep sitting down that’s the pillow! One towel to dry for 2 person. Had to open to window because it was too hot and the noise of the cars all night didn’t allow to rest. On top of that the covers where also hot. No AC.

Sehr guter Standard, Zimmer groß und sehr sauber, Personal äußerst freundlich zu bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, immer frisches Obst, frisches Brot & Croissants, sogar Parmiggiano und Räucherlachs, Espresso war sehr gut. Das Beste ist aber tatsächlich die Anbindung: kurzer Spaziergang zum Bahnhof, von dort in wenigen Minuten überall hin. Wichtig ist auch der kostenlose Parkplatz.

Einfaches und sauberes Zimmer, gut gelegen und ruhig, mehr braucht man nicht zum Übernachten.

Im Bad war das Glastablar schief und die Schrauben zur Seifeschale und Haltegriff in der Badewanne waren ausgerissen. Der Hausmeister sollte das mal reparieren.

Tesis konumu güzel. Sessiz sakin bir mahallede. Merkeze yakındaki istasyondan 10 dk. ulaşılabiliyor. Tertemiz bir isviçre havası ve elit bir semtte.

Tozluydu odanın bazı yerleri. Daha özenli olabilirler temizlik konusunda. Akşam resepsyondaki hanımefendi biraz ilgisizdi. Otelle ilgili anahtar hariç bilgi vermedi. Biz sorarsak cevapladı. Diğer otellerdeki sıcak karşılamayı ve bilgi akışını burada bulamadık.

The very best part was the extremely helpful staff and a young lady in particular named Yona. She went out of her way to answer questions and help us to be comfortable. Wonderful person!

The restaurant was closed and had no re-opening date. The massage chair in the lobby was a nice feature, but part of it was broken and therefore performed inappropriately and could be a health hazard. It should be repaired immediately.
