J ai apprécié la réactivité du personnel, la prise en compte de nos demandes spécifiques. A noter également il y a eu quelques soucis lors de la prise de notre chambre de type serviette de bain très usées et limées et l absence de flacons miniatures après shampoing et autres qui existaient les fois précédentes.Le personnel à pris en compte cette remarque est à rectifier le tir

La disponibilitat de parquing es fantastica per oblidar-se del cotxe en un lloc on costa aparcar. Al costat mateix de la platja i del port. Esmorzar i piscina pels clients fantàstics, ademés d'altres serveis. Personal molt atent en tot moment.
A la tv de l'habitació TV3 no estava disponible al canal 3 de la tV, estava en un número de canal molt alt com si fos una tv estrangera. Per la resta tot perfecte.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et propre avec une super literie. L’emplacement est parfait et le parking au sous-sol un vrai plus. Le petit- déjeuner a été très apprécié par toute la famille . La salle de jeux et la piscine sur le toit sont aussi des valeurs sûres qui plus est pour les familles.
Le manque de clarté quant à la demi-pension et le manque de variété du menu ( même si accueil très agréable de l’équipe et repas plutôt bons) qui est resté le même pendant tout notre séjour. L’accès au spa, payant, est parfois perturbé aussi par des adolescents non accompagnés sans que rien ne soit vraiment fait pour être résolu.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The positives: Our first time at this hotel, although we’ve been to Sant Feliu twice previously, and the location is perfect! A 2 minute stroll to the beach and no more than 5 minutes from numerous shops and restaurants. The room was spot on, being spacious and clean, with a minibar and king size bed. The bathroom was first class with Villeroy & Bosch toilet, bath & basin and the shower pressure was fantastic! The pool on the roof was lovely (and free for the outside one at least)! The negatives: My wife (who is Catalan, although they assumed we were both British) felt the receptionist was a little curt, bordering on uninterested, although I think he was just more forthright than we are used to so I’m prepared to put it down to cultural differences. The TV would not show any English speaking channels, saying they were unavailable, when we queried this with reception, he said it shouldn’t be so but he couldn’t get it fixed until the following day (which unfortunately didn’t happen). Breakfast was really disappointing, they had a pod coffee machine and although we tried several different options they all tasted bitter. The fruit option was fairly limited and so the second day of our trip we skipped breakfast all together and had it at a local cafe. Would we stay here again? Almost certainly for the location, room & pool, however, we would definitely not include breakfast next time.

Persona q estigui al cas i s’en cuidi q la zona de piscina estigui be i la gent si necessita quelcom.

Отель расположен в самом центре уютного городка, рядом кафе, рестораны, все в пешей минутной доступности! Работники на ресепшене порекомендовали, где позавтракать, куда сходить на обед или ужин! Пляжные полотенца также можно брать на ресепшене! Завтрак вполне хороший!
У нас был номер на троих, в зоне, где стоял шкаф -немного темновато, нет дополнительного освещения В ванной добавила-бы пару крючков для халатов и полотенец, в остальном-все отлично!

If I’m being picky: cannot understand why spa access needs to be paid for separately in a spa hotel; reception staff appears to have always been busy with something else other than greeting guests; breakfast options are a bit limited; bathroom amenities and water/coffee are not replenished. Again all of these are not dealbreakers at all, just minor observations.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026It was the best boutique hotel we have stayed in , the bedroom was superb , alot of thought was taken to create the ambiense from the decoration , the furnishings , the roof top pool , the more you promote yourselves you will stand out above the rest , also a superb location , we had a car but your car park was full , make sure the reception staff mention the free car park to the left of the harbour if your car park is full , it was only a 5 minute walk , we hope to return , i think our room number was 121 , thankyou for creating a lovely memory .
Oh one item that did not look good , we stayed on the evening of the Joan festival and purchased tickets for the roof top music cava and cake , one thing that looked poor , like you were money grabbing was there were trays of olives and crisps that had hand written prices on them of circa 3 euros , for the cost and little money it would generate it would have looked so much better if they were free , thats the only negative

Por suerte se compadecio de la nieta y sus ganas de ir a la piscina.!!.pero mal royo muy mal royo.

La música. El volum era excessiu tant a la piscina com al restaurant on s'esmorza. I, a més, no és una música melòdica d'acompanyament. Hi havia estones que semblava música electrònica en bucle.

Me gustaría comentar que la decoración del hotel está hecha con mucho gusto. En general disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

La piscina es muy bonita y el Spa muy agradable. El desayuno es variado y sabroso. Muy bien ubicado para comer, pasear e ir a la playa. Sin duda repetiríamos.
