The stay was good, its just the sudden blackout that made the stay a bit off cause we had to use the stairs and were on the 5th floor.

I didn’t like anything about the property. What you see on their online ad about the property or their facilities is totally different when you get to the place itself. It’s a horrible place!

The bed sheets were pretty worn, definitely used a lot I slept in my clothes I was so tired. Bathroom floor still had hair on floor from last rental. Aircon was out for 6 hours, but they told me they had a generator?

The view from the window - no view basically, just the windows of other rooms right behind the curtain I was very surprised that there is a different type of electrical sockets - other than in Cebu City!!! I do not blame the hotel for this - I should have been prepared for this; however, it surprised me and so I struggled with charging my devices. The wifi was very weak - I could catch it for a few minutes on my phone, but not possible on my laptop

The location as it is in the middle of the city. The number of TV channels was good except that it needed two remotes to use the TV.

The cleaning was minimal - sweep, mop floor, changed sheets with threadbare, rough sheets, the foam mattresses were old and flatter on the side due to use, the windows had mold around the frames, the bath fixtures were very poor quality and had mold on them, the shower tiles had mold and the single lock would be easily unlocked without the key. I have pictures of all of the above deficiencies. The worst thing about the hotel was how the front desk said I was getting a room with NO WINDOW even though I booked and paid for the price of a "room with a view" which means a room with a dirty window as the hotel property has NO ACCESS TO A VIEW other than the street. I even showed them that their own price list on the counter showed that the price I paid was a room with a window. I asked for a manager and of course there wasn't one on the property so I had to wait while the desk clerk called the administrative office. I emailed Booking.com to to help fix this but to date I have NOT received anything, so this will be the last time I use Booking.com!

Very good location. I love that everything is accessible. Port and terminal are just a few steps away. The room was clean. Housekeeping cleans the room without you having to tell them. Ac works fine. Staff were great.

Wifi connection is unstable. The room we got doesn't have a cabinet, so our things are just lying on the floor.

Es gab kein Frühstück. Die Lage ist gut. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen-Terminal entfernt. Das WLAN ist nicht besonders schnell und hat häufiger Aussetzer.

Für den Preis war es wie erwartet. Die Fenster sind nicht besonders gedämmt und lassen die Außengeräusche schon sehr ungefiltert durch, was aber bei vielen Hotels hier so ist.

Location wise is perfect for, very close to establishments.

Your internet, you need to fix it, very poor in connection. Always down guest cannot connect to internet, guest shouldn’t need to worry for internet, always go to front desk ask for assistance, but less assistance is given, front desk people, sometimes good sometimes not, i guess depends on their mood, guest need not to adjust for them. Focus more in customer not on yourself!

Staff was friendly and accomodating.

I paid more for a room with a view and ended up not really a good room to be in. Didn't sleep the 1st night because of the noise out the street that you could hear so loud inside. You can't even appreciate the view because all you see is a dirty window with a pigeon outside and not much the city or the ocean. I had to asl the fron desk to transfer us in a different room (even without a view) so we could sleep better. That room was supposedly cheaper but I am not able to get a refund for the difference so I said it's ok as long as I get a decent room where we could sleep better since we are staying there for 5 days. The shower area gets flooded because the water drains really slow. The faucet in the bathroom sink was moving all the time and can't stay put, so it was hard to wash hands or do anything in the sink.

We really appreciated the location—right next to the jetty port, which made it incredibly convenient for our early 5:30am boat departure. The room was comfortable, and the beds were cozy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the elevators were fast and efficient, and the building had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. There was always hot water in the shower, and the TV worked well too, which added to the comfort of our stay.

The internet was unreliable and kept cutting out, which was frustrating. We also experienced a few power outages during our stay. Additionally, the room felt quite small and a bit cramped for our needs as we had large suitcases we could only open one and it would block the whole walkway and room.

Water is non-potable...but they have signs to tell you that. I have stayed in nicer hotels in Ormoc...but really this hotel suited my needs very well and was cheap.

Perfect location, near the port, nice cafes and the plaza for walking. The staff was always so helpful and even accommodated a room change. The air con, space available, furniture, etc. depends a lot on the room booked, so it's hard to tell. I found the bed very comfy, the shower good and had a good stay.
