Que, debido a lo ocurrido ese día, el hotel no contaba con personal suficiente para la preparación de las habitaciones, por lo que la mía fue entregada cuatro horas después de las 3 p.m. Aunque entiendo que esto fue ocasionado por la situación que se dio en el país y, específicamente, en el estado. Por otra parte, me habría gustado que contara con más personal de seguridad y vigilancia ese día.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026All staff from front lobby to hotel restaurant to workers were all wonderful and were above and beyond. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful when one needing anything or recommendations.
I wish they had bigger beds but we knew what we were getting since I know it’s not a norm to have bigger beds over there. Asides of that the bed was comfy and comfortable!

We had a small dog with us and I was shocked that the extra nightly fee for a dog is $990 pesos + tax per night! Ridiculously expensive!

Reviewed Jan 25, 2025Why is this dated hotel in the VIP list of Expedia?? All the rooms are the same, so there's no rooms to upgrade us to. No early check in, no late check out. Nothing is offered as a perk. Tiles all over the hallways and room are chipped and cracked. "amenities" are of the lowest quality. I was told at Check in my room was not available until 3 pm, and there was "a wait list", meaning probably not even at 3pm. Unfortunately, in that area of Colima there are not a lot of options to chose from. Next time I will try the city center. But this property definitely should not be in the VIP list
