Not clean just wanna make money

Room clean

Room sharing with strangers

Dobra lokalizacja, przestronny i czysty pokój

a lot of things went wrong, but staff tried their best to help.

1. We were given keycards to another room with people’s belonging inside, severe security risk. Safeguarding risk with school trips staying in the hotel. 2. We returned to the receptionist and informed them someone else must have checked in to room we were given keys to. We were then given a new room, which we then found out to be a twin room despite booking and being charged for a double room. The receptionist did not notify us of this change when we were given the keycard. We thought this was a mistake and questioned it. We were told the hotel was fully booked and they had no more double rooms available. 3. The bed was nasty with hair, dirt and stains. 4. Receptionists were overwhelmed as everyone had issues.

I don’t like the property

Unorganised on everything Location, facilities are very poor and the staff not professional.

Good value for money. Well located for our connection to FlixBus the next morning - also Nord Station. Accommodation was spacious for the price paid and clean and comfortable.

Location, staff, breakfast, very comfortable bed.

The room floor and toilet floor were dirty (bits of food from previous guests) when I arrived. I was exhausted from traveling all day and only wanted to shower and sleep, I did not have the energy to notify the staff. The bed was super comfortable though and managed to sleep great.

All good

But the cleaning and the soap contains sg stange

L'emplacement

Sztos! Bezpieczna okolica. Bardzo blisko do centrum oraz przystanków Fliksusa. Wyjazd do Brukseli i zarezerwowanie miejsca w tym hotelu, to strzał "w dziesiątkę!"

Wykładzina na korytarzach powinna być częściej odkurzana.

very close to Nord station, receptionist was kind enough to store our luggage for an extended duration, definitely a good price for the area.

bed was squeaky and there were no power outlets near the bed (mixed 6-bed dorm).

Si

Towels and bed lining included in price. Modern.

No shelfs in the bathroom to hang the towels.

T’as

Absolutely rude reception employees. During the check in the lady was sooo harsh. During the check out I was speechless about the rudeness, she couldn’t say thank you for delivering your key.

Main entrance at waiting area was clean.

It was safe and secure.

Fais attention c'est dégueulasse.

Manque de service au client.

Yes

Everything was good

Just location near to flixbus

They didn't guide

Room size are big.

The lobby area was not very clean. Even the sofa had stain marks. They are very strict about checkin timings and staff behaviour is okayish.

In general the properties was good , well cleaned

The bed was not arranged ,it was desorganised when I enter their it was not prepared .

Good location especially if travelling to or from Brussels Nord station. Interesting multicultural neighbourhood with shops bars and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. The bar area was pleasant.

Furnishings, carpets were a bit worn but not out of keeping with the price point. There was a large party of schoolchildren at breakfast which meant a wait for some food and drink items and some missing altogether.

Nothing at all

The stuff didn’t let us stay in the hall at 4 am and kicked us because our bus went too early, the key didn’t work, the bad linen was dirty, they said i had to pay for the towel more,

Staff were friendly and considerate.

Keep it clean thanks

None

Le camere da letto erano spaziose.

L'hotel in sé era molto sporco, c'era moquette sporca e macchiata in quasi tutto l'hotel, anche negli ascensori.

Good

Nothing

J'ai aimé l'emplacement

J'ai pas apprécié le lit

we liked the cost of it and the location

that gave us a DIRTY room, i mean used napkins on the sink. they gave us a room connected to another room when we asked for a private one, and on top of that instead of a queen bed, they gave us two singles. we complained about it and they switched us to a more suitable room, but when the bathroom light was on for a little longer, water stared to come down the ceiling, and a light was broken

Nice beds

The location
