Un hotel pulito, carino con dei lotti comodi e un servizio eccellente. A pochi passi dalla spaiggia ben attrezzata. La colazione buonissima e ricca con una varietà buona sia di dolce che salato (freddo). Una scelta valida e un esperienza da ripetere

Volendo essere pignoli, Il rapporto qualità prezzo sebbene allineato con le offerte on zona, secondo me non è adeguato rispetto ad altre località turistiche. Alcune cose richiedono manutenzione, ad esempio il lavandino incrinato o la tavola del WC piccola e non proprio ben fissata probabilmente perché fuori misura. Ma tutto perdonabile.

Struttura molto accogliente gestita da persone cordiali e simpatiche, sempre pronte ad aiutare i loro ospiti. Confortevoli le stanze e ottima la colazione, per non parlare della posizione assolutamente perfetta👍👍👍

Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, la camera seppur piccola era essenziale e pulita, il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Buona la colazione.

Andrebbero chiarite le istruzioni per usufruire dello stabilimento che mette a disposizione l’hotel.

Najviac sa nám páčila čistota, každý deň poriadne upratovanie celej izby, výmena uterákov. Ubytovanie sa nachádza 2 minútky od nádhernej pláže. Alesandro je skvelý milý hostiteľ.

A hotel kiváló. A tulajdonos és a személyzet rendkívül kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli nagyszerű. Az egész hotel hangulata nagyon megnyugtató. A szoba berendezése, a tisztaság hibátlan. A strand, a sétálóutcák valóban csak néhány lépésre vannak. Aki pihentető nyaralásra vágyik, nem fog csalódni ebben a hotelben.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. La chambre était impeccable de propreté, tout était parfaitement en place, et le personnel a été incroyablement accueillant. Vraiment, tout était parfait !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und vor allem das süße Gebäck ist ein Traum. Alessandro ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Very friendly and attentive staff, always available to help and with a smile in their faces. Good location in the very heart of the town, just meters away from the beach and restaurants. Cleanliness that you could see and smell it. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The access to this property is a nightmare if you use google maps or any gps, as it will send you in circles. No free parking nearby. The closest free parking lot is 800 meters away. Again; don’t use gps to get there as you will get lost. In the reception they provide a map with the directions. If you plan on sleeping until later is imperative that you ask to not be located on the ground floor room as this one is literally next to the breakfast tables so from 8am there’s a lot of noise.

Piccolo hotel a conduzione famigliare. Le camere sono pulitissime e la posizione è eccezionale, a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili , si ha la sensazione di essere a casa. Quando tornerò a San Vito sicuramente soggiornerò all’ Araba Fenice.. consigliatissimo !

Le personnel et leur accueil était exceptionnel. La chambre était également très bien.

Das Hotel liegt fast direkt am Strand. Daher kann man problemlos rüber gehen. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war super nett. Besonders hilfreich war ein Parkservice. Das Auto wurde für nur 10€ Euro am Tag abgeholt und nach dem Urlaub wurden wir zum Parkplatz gefahren, wo wir das Auto abholen konnten. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren auch top. Wegen einer Kooperation mit dem Hotel haben wir 10% Rabatt bekommen.

Das Frühstück war etwas einseitig.

I usually don't leave reviews but I felt I had to in this case, given how good my stay was. This hotel is run by the nicest people in San Vito Lo Capo. They were very accommodating from the moment I checked in to the moment I left. The breakfast was delicious and made up of local homemade items like cunzatu bread and apple pastry, and the staff made coffee to order on a legit espresso machine. The room was cleaned daily, the water pressure was good, and the AC worked well the whole time. The hotel has a beautiful little inner courtyard as well as a rooftop patio, and space to sit out front (in company of the family's several cats, which are very cute and friendly), plus it is situated across from a cool little bar. The beach is extremely close, and the hotel has its own section with chairs which you can rent at a good price. I couldn't have asked for a better spot, or better hosts. I would absolutely stay here again if I get the chance to visit San Vito again.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, atendido por sus dueños, ambos muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que requiriésemos. Nuestra habitación estaba en el último piso y tenía una linda terraza. Era una habitación grande y cómoda.

Lo único que no me gustó es que el hotel no tiene ascensor, por lo que tuvimos que subir tres pisos caminando con las maletas. De todas formas, el dueño muy amable nos ayudó.

Stanza molto spaziosa e luminosa, con una splendida terrazza vista mare. Uno dei punti di forza di questa struttura sono sicuramente Alessandro e la sua compagna: persone estremamente accoglienti e gentili, che hanno sempre cercato di soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con grande disponibilità. La camera era molto pulita al nostro arrivo e, nei giorni successivi, veniva riordinata e sistemata regolarmente. Posso dire che tutto lo staff si è dimostrato molto cortese e professionale. Un ringraziamento speciale va infine ai simpatici “gattini portinai”, che ogni volta, sia all’arrivo che all’uscita dall’albergo, ci accompagnavano rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’unica piccola pecca è stata la colazione, che non risultava particolarmente varia. Tuttavia, le paste, fornite ogni giorno direttamente da una pasticceria, erano davvero squisite: grandi, fresche e deliziose. Bastava guardarle per far venire l’acquolina in bocca. Inoltre, Alessandro, dopo aver scoperto che apprezziamo le uova sode, si è premurato di farcele trovare a disposizione ogni mattina, un’attenzione che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato.

Cute, family owned hotel. Comfortable, clean, close to main street and the beach. Quality breakfast and great coffee!! Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I think would need improvement is the shower, specifically the water pressure, it was weak.

Posizione ottima, ad un passo dalla spiaggia e dal corso. Stanza che avevo prenotato, una queen, molto grande. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

La colazione potrebbe essere un po più ricca . Da migliorare l’insonorizzazione della porta finestra che dava sulla strada (almeno della camera che avevamo).

Die Unterkunft liegt zwei Minuten vom wunderschönen Strand. Auch Geschäfte, Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel war wirklich schön, wir hatten einen tollen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und super sauber. Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns noch mal bei den netten Eigentümern

Wir hatten ein schönes Doppelzimmer mit traumhafter Dachterrasse! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat eine Top-Lage. Direkt am Strand, mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend, der sehr, sehr nette Eigentümer hat uns sogar unseren Lieblingsschinken kredenzt!

Posizione comoda a due passi dalla stupenda spiaggia. Personale gentile, stanza pulita. Parcheggio assente, abbiamo lasciato la macchina nel parcheggio comunale a 30 minuti a piedi altrimenti strisce blu e non proprio vicino.

Stanza piccola con poco spazio intorno al letto. La colazione minimal e poco diversificata.

Ottima posizione a 1 passo dalla spiaggia e 2 passi dal centro. Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Buona la pulizia. Comodissimo il letto.

Dovrebbe migliorare la varietà della colazione.

Personal extraordinario, tanto la chica de recepción como los dos señores del desayuno. El desayuno estaba correcto, muy buen café y ponían tanto dulce como salado. Muy buena comunicación, hablan inglés perfectamente.

La ducha. Imposible regular la temperatura del agua y muy poca presión.

I due fratelli gestori sono persone simpaticissime , mettono a proprio agio il cliente , bravissime persone ...consiglio vivamente ... complimenti anche al servizio pulizia , al rientro sempre tutto ordinato, pulito e curato...colazione con prodotti tipici siciliani e non .... grazie spero di poter tornare presto un saluto grande.

La posizione l’ordine

L’hotel è vicino al centro e a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia, ottima la colazione con prodotti locali e la pulizia sia della camera che dell’hotel e’impeccabile. I proprietari , sia Alessandro che sua moglie sono persone veramente simpatiche pronte a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta .Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel dove abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima.

L’unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare e’ la cabina della doccia ..un po’ piccolina, ma capisco che se lo spazio e’ quello non si possono fare miracoli

There is nothing as such to specify. Only thing I want to mentioned about the parking. It’s not easy to reach to this property via car as local authorities have kept so many barricades around this area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Araba Fenice charming family-run hotel near the beach, and it was an absolute delight. The small and cozy atmosphere, coupled with the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, made our stay truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff warmly welcomed me, treating me like a part of their own family. Their genuine care and attentiveness were evident in every interaction, as they went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

Host was great! Room was very close to beach with a sea view. Hotel had its own beach chairs that were available for a small fee. The town was cute, the beach was beautiful with white sand. Nice breakfast.

Lovely small hotel. A very big clean room with balcony and sea view. Located minutes from the beach/bars/restaurants/shops. Staff freindly. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel also has access to private sun beds and umbrellas in the beach.
