Habitación sin ventana y pequeña. Faltaba sábana encimera, solo ponían una manta, que probablemente no lavan cada vez que se desocupa la habitación.

The staff are amazing especially those working on night shifts.

Je suis restée une nuit pour prendre le ferry le matin suivant. L’accueil n’était pas très aimable. En arrivant, je demande si la cuisine est encore ouverte, on me répond que oui. 10 minutes plus tard, après m’être installée, je descends pour manger. On me dit très sèchement que c’est fermé. Bien dommage. Finalement, je n’avais pas d’adaptateur fonctionnel. Je demande à la réception, on me renvoie dans un magasin, il n’y en avait pas. Je découvre le lendemain matin qu’il y avait une prise disponible avec le bon connecteur dans un endroit de l’auberge. Ce manque de serviabilité est décevant.

Pas de miroir dans la salle de bain.Assez bruyant. Le prix est bien moindre sans passer par Booking...

Close to the port

I booked a private room at Happy Nest Hostel because I wanted to rest properly and get better sleep. I already knew the room had no windows and accepted that because the price was cheap. However, there was an extremely loud constant noise in the room, like a machine engine or industrial fridge running all night. Unfortunately, it made it very difficult to sleep, which defeated the purpose of booking a private room in the first place. The staff were polite, but because of the noise I personally wouldn’t recommend staying there.

It was so loud. We could hear everything from the lobby/ cafe from our room all night and in the morning. The area was good if you are getting the ferry but so dodgy and it felt very unsafe. No where to eat around.

Wasn’t staying there due to other accommodations

I like the washroom area and the bed space. The room is spacious with a keycard. Easy to check in and check out. Very recommended!

J’ai trouvé des cheveux à deux reprises dans mon lit « propre » !!! 🤢 Les coussins sont tellement fins que dormir sans serait pareil. Odeur nauséabonde dans les douches et toilettes.

L’emplacement, proche du port donc pratique pour les arrivées depuis les îles environnantes.

Le bruit, la chambre étant au rdc et attenante aux espaces de vie communs, on entendait tous les bruits. L’isolation des chambre est proche de zéro !

Dirty facilities, the bed was not clean, cockroaches crawling on my bed and inside the room, the bunk had a funky smell.

Well located near port - we stayed 1 night before ferry and walked to port. A short walk to restaurants etc for evenings. Ok coffee shop area on ground floor to sit and relax. Communal showers and bathroom seemed ok.

Room was dirty - water coming from floor in bathroom and bugs above bed, stains on bed sheets. We stayed in delux room with own bathroom and it has a bright light all night from the hall (no cover on top window) and was very noisy. Not a good nights sleep. Ok for the price and location but would not return.

Close to ports

Locally it counts as a fairly decent deal But once u compare it to the south east asian region suddenly it is overpriced...

Chambre individuelle confortable. Parfait pour être proche du port pour prendre un ferry pour les îles.

the staff are not very friendly , i stayed here twice as i only needed a base to get to airport and moalboal and the first occasion i was asked for a 500 peso security card deposit and the second time was asked for my passport instead which i found strange , there were many cockroaches around the toilet and showers during my second stay and also the surrounding area of this hostel didn’t seem safe and its located on a dark alley road so i didn’t leave the hostel

Pues el baño olía fatal. La habitación sin ventana bastante agobiante y si quieres descansar olvídate porque las habitaciones están literalmente en el restaurante, y se escucha TODO hasta muy muy tarde. Parece que tienes la cama en el restaurante. La zona es algo... Complicada. La verdad que hay unos mínimos que no se cumplen. Hay hoteles baratos y mejor que este SEGURI.

Its just a heap from the pier

Common toilets were not clean and they ran out of water and they had to full up the tank again. I was there only few hours as my flight was in the night. I had loved to have a shower. Anyway it was good value for money for my 4 hours stop. Thanks

Staff, location, air-con and comfortable bed.

No water upstairs so only one toilet downstairs to accommodate the whole establishment and they seemed to shrug it off as not being a major issue.

The staff is very friendly, always happy and ready to help

Bequemes Bett, völlig ausreichend für umser 1-Nacht-Aufenthalt. Freundliches Personal, Getränkekühlschrank bei der Rezeption die ganze Nacht verfügbar. Fussläufig zum Schiffpier 1. TV mit Netflix

Bettdecke für 2 Leute weitaus zu klein. Sehr ringhörig, der Lärm von der Rezeption und dem integrierten Café war schon ab 6 Uhr in der früh zu hören. Badezimmer könnte sauberer sein

Greatly location if returning or going to the ferry or south bus terminal . Excellent location to see the Cathedral, Magellen cross and the Fort etc. Dorm rooms spacious with personal main point and light separate locker unit in room for storage, bed has curtain not a blackout ones sadly and also dirty. Great wall art and social areas.

They had a nice menu but most wasn't available. The food was spoilt and not nice to eat for ex. They use a very sweet dressing for salad with the taco shells...completely unnessary and the Sisig was over cooked and very salty swimming in oil. I didn't appreciate the room light being turned on atmidnight and someone being shown there bed....a torch would-be less intrusive. Bed tags would be good so people can find the right bed! Level of cleanliness could be greatly improved. Unfortunately, I don't think they clean the sinks or mirror or clean replace the plastic mats for the shower and wash area. Sadly people staying there don't feel the need to rinse the sink after use as it was dirt before. So sad because its a lovely hostel with great potential but sadly looks uncared for with general clutter, broken chair cushions and la k on detail with cleaning.

L’insonorisation est nulle : on entend des gens irrespectueux, dont les bébés des gérants pleurer dès 6h du matin, avec des vidéos YouTube à fond et le soir ne pensez pas à un peu de repos c’est le bar qui prend le relais avec musique À notre arrivée, les toilettes de notre chambre étaient déjà utilisées, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas, tout comme la douche, et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Pas de serviettes ni de draps et la lumière de l’extérieure donnant sur la chambre reste allumé toutes la nuit. Cafards en bonus dans toutes les pièces. Enfin, l’emplacement est infernal : aucun taxi ne veut vous déposer ni vous récupérer vu le bidonville que c’est.

Very affordable and the staff was accommodating, helpful to have baggage storage at the front for early check-in or later check-out. Staff helped me book Angkas / motor taxi. I liked the all women dorm room.

Stairs only, no elevator. But staff helped carry my heavy suitcase upstairs.

check in時會收門卡押金500piso，門鎖是感應式卡片。旅館位置還算不錯，附近有夜市、7-11、洗衣店。走路到夜市大約7-10分鐘，前半是賣吃的，後半是賣衣飾、鞋、生活用品。床也夠大夠軟，翻身時不會嘎嘎地響。附近的洗衣店，其實是有店員幫你操作洗烘乾機，洗衣粉另外買，洗完會幫你打包封裝，我的衣物可能不到3kg，總費用是192piso，大概新台幣103元。洗衣店營業時間，是早上7點到晚上10點。

在宿霧機場是叫不到grab或uber前往旅館的，應該是當地有限制載客(回程是可以叫grab載到機場出境)。只能在機場外排隊等候白牌或黃牌計程車。旅館不提供沐浴用品、毛巾、熱水，蓮蓬頭、熱水器只是象徵性地存在，因為這邊天氣很熱，用不到熱水。洗澡時是放水龍頭在桶子裡，再用舀子從頭澆灌下來。男生用的浴室有三個、廁所有兩個，其中一個廁所馬桶因為水流量小，常會堵住或是沖不乾淨。

I liked the bed. At least for the 4 hrs. of sleep. I liked the fact that they let me in early in the morning considering it was a shared bedroom (I hope I was quiet enough not to disturb them.) The bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly. There was light in every bunkbed.

If I were the one sleeping and somebody checked in early in the morning and entered the room.That would definitely disturb my sleep. Maybe they can have a room for those who are checking in early in the morning.

For a night, it's OK. It is close to Pier therefore I selected this place hence we will travel to Bohol the next day.

Water shortage, cleanliness is not at it's best.

Nous avons trouvé deux cafards dans la chambre. Elle n'était absolument pas insonorisé, vous pouvez entendre les conversations de chaque personne. Et pour finir quartier un peu bizzare, beaucoup de personnes sans domicile. Nous y sommes resté 1 nuit, heureusement. Rien ne vas, excepté le personnel qui a été agréable et gentil.

チェックアウトした後も荷物を預かってくれた。

宿泊に際し、パスポートを預かることを要求されたがこれまで宿泊した施設では提示だけであり、何故預かる必要があるか不明である。パスポートを失くされると大変なことになるのでこの制度は改めて欲しい。 空調が強いが共同で使っているので止めることができなかった

The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was also close to the ferry port which is why I booked

The bathroom was a huge issue, it has a major cockroach infestation. Coming directly from gaps in the floor and drainage, with more than one appearing every time we used the bathroom. Staff did come and remove some when we brought up the issue. The location is also on a bit of a sketchy area so wouldn’t recommend for long stays.

I needed to be close to Pier 1 as I was catching the 5am boat to Siquijor.. Perfect location. Everything else was good too.

No complaints.

It was near to all the tourist spots.

Pas très propre, personnel pas très agréable. Cebu n’est pas une ville à visiter n’y a rester. Les gens ne sont pas agréables.

前台女士的服务态度差，付完所有费用入住以后，一直来敲门变相的另外收费，房间里也没有毛巾，出去和前台拿毛巾，得到的答案是她们没有干净的毛巾了，真的很无语，我再问她们这间酒店是所有房间都没有毛巾的吗？她们给我的答案是我这间房间应该是清洁工忘了放新的毛巾。晚上8点突然又来敲门，问我等下9点到9点半会送干净的毛巾给我，问我要不要，我回答说好啊，但是等到半夜12点我已经要退房去机场了，都没有送来。

Personál mluví a směje se celou noc nahlas, navíc máte v pokoji světlo z chodby a nejde zhasnout, nemůžete vůbec spat. Je to odporné místo, v koupelně všude plíseň.
