De gastvrouw was vriendelijk en het verblijf voelde door het homestay-concept warm en persoonlijk aan.

De badkamer was niet erg schoon en er hing voortdurend een onaangename geur. De laatste twee dagen was er geen warm water door een kapotte boiler, zonder dat hiervoor een compensatie werd aangeboden. Ook was de informatie over de luchthaventransfer op Booking.com niet duidelijk, waardoor er problemen ontstonden met het betalen en het wisselgeld. In vergelijking met andere accommodaties tijdens onze reis vonden we de prijs uiteindelijk aan de hoge kant.

A five star gem of a homestay. Family was super kind and attentiive. Facilities are simple but very comfortable and clean. 200 metet path to beach. Food was really good at breakfast and dinner. 2026 price was true bargain. Have already booked for 2027.

Beautiful location just behind the beach, comfortable light room with a lovely outlook and cute little restaurant with great breakfast. Snow and her husband were the most lovely of hosts and he was a great cook!

В очередной раз приезжали отдохнуть в этот отель. Все как всегда замечательно! Персонал очень отзывчивый, завтраки на выбор по меню, все было очень вкусно.

Besonders die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Mit unserem gemieteten Roller waren wir in 10 Minuten in Hoi An. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Super Betreuung vor Ort durch Snow, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllte. Wir wurden mit einem Früchteteller begrüsst. Sehr familiär und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Homestay ist eine kleine Oase zwischen den grossen Hotelkomplexen links und rechts. Wir hatten den Strand für uns und vor unserem Zimmer waren Hühner und Kätzchen. Auch das Snow Spa war super erholsam.

Das Homestay liegt sehr ruhig und verfügt über einen eigenen Strand. Die Besitzerin Snow ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich – wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt ❤️ Die Häuschen sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wer keine Angst vor unerwarteten Gästen wie Fröschen hat und die Natur in Ruhe genießen möchte, dem ist dieser Ort sehr zu empfehlen!

Een kleinschalige accomodatie gerund door een hele lieve familie. Huisje voldeed prima, schoon en comfortabel. Het lag nagenoeg aan het strand met hier en daar locale vissers met hun bekende ronde bootjes. Leuk om ze te zien uitvaren en terug te zien komen met hun visvangst Goed ontbijt en als tip kunnen we nog het restaurant wat direct rechts vanaf het verblijf aan het strand ligt aanbevelen. Hier hebben ze oa heerlijke verse vis.

Le lieu au bord de la mer est exceptionnel, un peu décentré par rapport aux gros hôtels environnants. La végétation est belle, bien entretenue. Les repas sont préparés au moment et à toutes heures. Petit déjeuner très bon avec des fruits frais variés et un large choix de propositions préparées au moment. Prêt de vélos pour aller dans les rizières proches de du homestay. Merci pour votre accueil.

Conseil. Prendre des boules quiès pour ne pas entendre les coqs très tôt le matin. 😜. Cela servira aussi pour les bruits de circulation ailleurs au Vietnam.

Нам понравилось всё. Хозяйка Ха, красивое расположение бунгало на берегу, совсем недалеко от моря. В тенистом ухоженном саду мирно гуляют домашние куры, кошки и собачки. На пляже живут только пальмы, рыбаки и крабы. Почти никаких туристов. Там красиво и по-домашнему уютно. Вкусные рыбные блюда пробуйте прямо на пляже у друга Беня.

Nähe zum Meer mit dem Strand

Der Zustand entsprach nicht den Fotos. Man sah grünen Rasen. Jetzt liegen dort überwiegend Stücke von Kunstrasen. Sehr unansehnlich. Nach einer Nacht haben wir die Anlage verlassen und haben die Storno Kosten bezahlt. Wir hatten von dort aus noch den Kundendienst bei Booking.com angerufen und der Inhaberin dann das Telefon übergeben. Sie hat dann einfach aufgelegt, mit den Worten, es bringt nichts. Die Zufahrt von der Hauptstrasse zu Anlage war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Unser Grab Fahrer tat sich damit nicht so leicht. Als wir wieder zu Hause waren, haben wir uns gleich mit Booking.com in Verbindung gesetzt und dort wurde dann die Sache geprüft. Es führte dazu, dass Booking.com uns dann die zu viel gezahlten Nächte erstattet hat, nach dem das Gespräch mit der Besitzerin Snow nichts brachte. Wir verstehen bis heute nicht, wie die guten Bewertungen zu Stande kamen. ;-(

Schöne gepflegte Anlage direkt am Strand, sehr nettes Personal und schöne Unterkünfte Gerne wieder!

This rustic property is a short 1 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute Grab ride to Old Town Hoi An.

Our room had a damp, moldy, musty smell after being closed for the day. And it wasn’t rainy season.

The staff and the location. Its in the nature and next to the beach. Very good breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Very nice people.

There are a lot of roosters and chickens on the property. During the daytime its really cool to see them. But unfortunately the rooster makes a lot of noise during the night. I woke up several times every night due to the rooster making loud noise. And that goes on several times during the night. The houses aren't soundproof so you hear all of what's going on around you.

Perfect for what I was looking for. A quiet beachfront comfortable accommodation, with warm friendly staff.

Un séjour exceptionnel grâce à la gentillesse de Snow. Le jardin est magnifique, la plage jouxte directement le homestay. Les logements sont très confortables et propres. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié, préparé à la demande par Snow. Le centre de Hoi An est à 10mn en Grab. Merci Snow!

We felt like we were in paradise at this place! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the outdoor area was stunning, with access to a beach where there's a small restaurant serving delicious grilled fish and prawns. The owner, Snow, was friendly and professional. He was always happy to help and put us in a good mood, and we enjoyed the massage centre next door. We were also able to hire motorbikes.

Nice & clean homestay with super friendly family and staff. The owner Snow is always available and goes out of her way to help you. Her spa (massages , nails etc) down the road is amazing :-)

Direct op het strand heerlijk basic restaurant, waar ze fantastisch (voor de deur gevangen) vis voor je grillen . Je kan een scooter huren waarmee je in 10 minuten in Hoi An bent

Супер! На пляже были одни, в т.ч. и по вечерам ( кто был во Вьетнаме, тот поймёт). Отличный хоумстей! До моря 30 секунд от нашего домика. Вкусные завтраки по меню хозяйка готовила. Обедали и ужинали несколько раз тоже у хозяйки. Рёбрышки и рыба на гриле- объедение)) Хозяива очень гостепреимные, спасибо им большое, что пошли нам на встречу. У нас было раннее заселение и поздний выезд. Нам с семьёй всё очень понравилось! Обязательно вернёмся сюда, если еще когда-нибудь будем в этих краях.

Our host Snow and her husband were very kind and helpful . Snow cooked great breakfasts ! ( we ate noodles and pho but there were western options too ) The onsite Spa was luxurious and I had a great massage . Just a short walk to the beach through a beautiful garden and at night we fell asleep to the sounds of the sea. If you fancy freshly caught and cooked seafood turn left when you walk on to the beach and head a few hundred metres along the beach . A cluster of restaurants there ..we ate twice at Nha Hang Tu and Tuan restaurant ..the second night the friendly waiter moved our table right on to the sand .( and yes they have wine , as well as beer, cocktails ). very chill few days ...

We had a wonderful stay. The host and his family were extremely welcoming and were always willing to help us and cater to our every need. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. We also enjoyed being right on the beach and having the beach to ourselves.

Our stay at the bungalows was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. Snow and her husband welcomed us with such warmth and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. The place was spotless, and each bungalow had a charming and cozy decoration that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was definitely the food. Everything we tried was delicious, and the meals were clearly prepared with care and love. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the kindness of our hosts. It’s a perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with family. We’re already looking forward to coming back someday!

Snow and her husband are wonderful hosts. We had a great stay. The bungalows are clean and cutely decorated. The food was delicious. The kids loved the pancakes in the morning. We also warmly recommend to get a massage at snow's massage salon next door.

The bungalow rooms were clean and furnished well. I can only imagine what this place looked like 10-20 yrs ago. Really had a nice Mexican beach vibe to it but it needs some refurbishing. I liked the easy access to the beach- that's why I chose it. I borrowed a bike to ride into the downtown shopping district, even though it was a little far. The Hostess offered coffee and food since it was not near any restaurants, I appreciated this- but it's definitely not included. I appreciated her nephew driving me to BaNa hills so I didn't have to buy a group package. He also drove me back to the train station in the morning- still had to negotiate a price.

I felt like she was very keen on charging me for every single thing. She offered a ride from the train station, but failed to tell me she would charge me for it. I could have taken a grab-ride share for a cheaper price. It was nice to have breakfast and one soup made, but I felt I really had no choice because of the location. My fault for not checking this. I am a vegetarian, told her so, yet the Pho was made with chicken broth. I know she is out to make money but I felt taken advantage of. Also the trail to the beach was littered with a broken down bar, trash, etc. The Beach itself- littered with trash. The Brit neighbor, who lives there says that it just comes in daily and is not cleaned up except in front of the big hotels.

Snow was super friendly and could assist you with whatever you needed. The breakfast was delicious. Als the massages in her Spa were amazing.

It’s a bit far out of town. As it was poring with rain when we there it was a bit of an inconvenience. We were hoping to catch bikes into town but as the weather was bad this wasn’t possible. If you are there when it’s not rain saison I think the location is great being on the sea.

Beautiful site. Snow is the host and she is delightful. Couldn't do enough to help, lovely breakfast, offered a laundry service, we borrowed some bikes to go into an bang village (very funny trip) and were generally very well looked after. Highly recommend a massage at the nearby spa.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were treated like friends and the hosts were not only super friendly, but also very helpful. Everything we asked for was fullfilled. The location is quite and very good for relaxing. Swimming in the ocean was very nice. The Beach is not really a maintained beach. So be aware of that. It's a nice place anyways.

We came from the 5 star Marriot down to Hoi An Blu and knew we were dropping a few stars but it was excellent. Very friendly staff, lead by Tuyet (Snow). Most helpful & easy going. We had a large group of friends so had the whole place as part of a big birthday celebrations. Great way to get closer to the real life feel of the town which you don't get with the high end resorts. We had a blast, even in the 35C 100% humidity. Cats & dogs cruising about (friendly too) Not for the precious or princesses. Grab into Hoi An old town (brilliant & great shopping - tailors, leather goods etc) cost about $8 AUD in about 10 minutes. Rooms had air-con & fridge. Great experience. Moped rental about $10AUD/day from Snow. Snow also has her spa on the property so you can get massages (from around $20AUD) and all manner of beauty therapies. We all did and it was super! Tip - get the Grab app and get Wise app for $

I liked it just the way it was. Some of the area nearby is a bit rough, but that's how it rolls here. All part of the vibe. The property itself was great. Very laid back and tropical feel.

All the food we had was deilicious and made there and then. We also enjoyed a fantastic supper cooked by Ha just for the two of us. We rented a scooter with them and got a lot of good and valuable advice.

I liked the welcoming of the family, the location next to the beautiful and quiet beach of Ha My, the perfect service, the kindness of our hostess Snow, the clean and very nice bungalows, the garden, the restaurant. The spa next to the homestay is perfect ! I liked the proximity of Hoi An and Danang, very easy to reach.

The Homestay is very beautiful and located a little bit outside. It is a quiet place, perfect to relax and refresh. The Host Snow is lovely and support for everything. You will take approx 10 min by cat (Grab) to Hoi An Old Quarter.

In an idillic setting hidden away from the busy Hoi An. Perfect beach, the food was the best I have had in Vietnam. It really is the getaway place for Hoi An beach.

Amazing hosts, super kind and always attentive. Usage of bicycles for free, scooter for cheap and an amazing beach right in front of the door almost all for ourselves. Also the beds were amazing, I think I had the best sleep in years 🥹🙏🏻 10/10, would recommend this to family and friends.

Breakfast and all other meal requests during the day are prepared individually. In our opinion, Blue Seaside is one of the most friendly and recommendable home stays in Vietnam. We had wonderful days.

We stayed as a family for 4 nights. The settings and atmosphere are ideal for young children. The owners really take great care of you and make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is a garden to play and the (empty) beach is 50 meters away! We had a really nice time with a beautiful beach all to ourselves.

Excellent small homestay about 2 minute walk (through the dunes) to the beach. Rooms were very comfortable (we stay in rooms facing the sea (you could hear the waves but you can't see the beach because of the dunes). We were there in low season so everything was very quiet. When the weather is better there is more activity on the beach with pop up bars and restaurants. Excellent food too.

There is a big crater in the dunes where the homestay and others dump their rubbish and periodically burn it. Otherwise a fair bit of scrap around from the closed beach bars.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Relaxing rural vibe of the Homestay. Cleanlinness and coziness of the room. The sea is close so you can constantly hear the surf.

The place is in the middle of nowhere. No bars, no restaurants, no shops, no anything in the vicinity. The beach was one of the worst beaches we had ever been to. heaps of driftwood and other rubbish. The beach seemed not to have been ever cared for. Though, the locals said those were the consequences of the storms.

The family is super friendly and the location is great, right next to the beach. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. The breakfast is very good with a wide range of choice.

The way to the beach could be cleaner, there is a lot of rubbish. This is ... unfortunately ... a common problem. The dinner at the homestay is a bit overprized for what you get. But it is good. So if you do not like to walk somewhere it is an option. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Hospitality and laid back atmosphere. Mrs Ha and her husband are very friendly, accommodating, and hard working hosts. Beach was clean with clear water and fantastic weather during our stay.

The restaurant near the beach has barking dogs and had my little one scared the first evening. They're annoying but not aggressive. Dirt road off the main road to get to the resort is not easy to find, and not lit at night.

The homestay is a beautiful place. Hidden in a small street and between big hotels. Homestay is it really. It's familiar and nothing is complicated. You can order breakfast whenever you want. If you need more sleep, don't worry. They are cooking dinner for you as well. Good prices and good taste. The rooms and furniture is not the newest, but you are mostly at the beach which is maybe 20 meters far. Beautiful. Silent and good Quality for Vietnam. If you want some peace and calm down, then it is the perfect place for you.

Very beautiful place near an amazing quiet beach. Snow and her husband are wonderful, kind, and friendly hosts. Snow helped us to book all our adventures which made our holidays much more interesting! They also have SPA, if you need to relax and escape a sunny day that is the place to go. The food is very good. If you like puppies there are two wonderful, happy, and very friendly girls (love them and miss them).

The main thing I liked was hospitality and kindness of the owner. The homestay is also is very close to the sea: the first line. The nature is awesome - it is literally when you live in a countryside with you granny, little puppies, kittens, and little chickens are rumbling here and there. It is a really good place to give some rest to your body and mind.

Snow's homestay is a little oasis on a coast increasingly dominated by gigantic megaresorts. She's an exceptionally good host, helps with transportation and with whatever's arising, also a good cook - her cao lau is particularly a tasty meal, but prepared continental meals for the kids too. The beach is at the end of the garden. Due to the closeness to the sea, it pays to keep the air dehumidifier running in the apartment if you close the door. As the place is not on the main road, it is probably better to ask Snow to help with the taxi for the first time, because not all drivers find the place without help. All in all we had a very relaxing time there in the middle of our trip!

This is not luxury 5 star hotel type of accommodation but tipical homestay and if you like that kind of accommodation than you will love it.

Not for poeple looking for parties but more for those who want to relax.

Perfect little place right at beach side, in a peaceful and quiet area and still very accessible. Spacious room with extremely comfortable bed, big bathroom and really nice garden view terrace. The host was wonderful, smiley and will offer help at anytime you need. You won't find a nicer place than this with such a good price.
