Reviewed Jul 24, 2026la ubicación es fabulosa, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Quedan cerca varios establecimientos y tiendas para comprar souvenirs. El desayuno fué muy rico, muy variado y espacios cómodos. El personal muy amable y siempre ayudaron a resolver
La coladera de la regadera tenía un olor pésimo al igual que la del lavabo, pero se solucionó poniendo un plástico mientras no la usara.

Bathroom the way the sink its outside the bathroom , the breakfast alot of food but you cant see if its breakfast or lunch. And if your wathing you weight forget about it. Checkin was long , alot of paper that other hotel doesnt have. No air conditioning, Should change the pellow.

Me asignaron una habitación bastante incómoda al fondo del pasillo, con una ventana diminuta en la esquina. El lavabo estaba afuera del baño y el espacio era muy reducido. No entiendo por qué, teniendo la oportunidad de causar una buena impresión y ganarse al cliente, asignan un cuarto con estas características cuando el hotel estaba completamente vacío...

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026We were delighted to stay for 5 nights in The Emporium Hôtel. The hotel is located in the center of Zacatecas so it was easy to walk to many of the sites we visited and rideshare cars were readily available for longer trips. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. My husband used the gym and found it to be well equipped and clean. The brunch buffet was outstanding. If we travel to Zacatecas again we will definitely stay at the Emporium.

Yes, it is beautiful, but the room quiet dirty with pee smell in the shower, dunno if was the bathroom pipe or definitely wasn´t well cleaned. Beds werent bad but at first sight didn´t look as I expected (considering the price and the name of the Hotel) Quilts with wear and lint. It is a Hotel that looks like has great standars, not really pricey considering the city where it is, but pricey if you compare hotels in surroundings.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025I have emailed them since our stay (december4-5) and they have not responded. We had four reservations and they charged all four. Three of those reservations were paid in cash on the spot and one on card. We signed paperwork and were handed keys and we went on to enjoy.no receipts of anything. Check out came and I turned in keys only to be told we still owed one room. They said one of the cash rooms wasn’t paid. How did we get keys? How did we sign the paperwork? Of course because they gave us no recipes we couldn’t prove it. Only option was to pay again this time with card. They have a policy of no receipt given then the night is free so I sent the email with all four reservations and the situation since they want to be shady and charge another night. Guess what? The email they advertise does not work. Their hotel email goes through but no response. Be careful and always ask for receipts even if they show policy of giving you for FREE. In the email I asked to check cameras but of course no answer.

La imagen de una de las pantallas no se veía bien, las sritas de recepción muy serias y como de mal humor, siendo que las personas en Zacatecas se caracterizan por ser super amables. Y el domingo no me querían hacer válido mi desayuno incluído 🤭, checaron algunos datos y al final me lo hicieron válido.
